Purpose - Our study aimed to examine the roles of conflict management in maintaining a sustainable good relationship between joint venture (JV) partners. Although the concepts of relational capital, mutual commitment, and cultural adaptation have been neglected in previous research on interorganizational relationships, we treated them as inter-partner fit mechanism capabilities of affecting the level of satisfaction in a relationship with a JV partner. Design/methodology - In order to test hypotheses, we sent a questionnaire to Japanese firms operating JVs in South Korea and asked whether their levels of satisfaction with their JV partners increase when conflict management techniques are used to reduce the conflicts that usually arise between partners. Findings - The results of our study suggested that it is important for firms participating in a JV to construct and reinforce an inter-partner fit mechanism that enables them to maintain a favorable partnership. In addition, we suggested that relational capital, cultural adaptation, and mutual commitment influence conflict reduction and the level of satisfaction experienced in JVs. Moreover, the results showed that conflict management has a significant effect on developing soild partnerships and performance in JV situations. Originality/value - We advanced a new paradigm about conflict management and suggested methods of research propositions that are well grounded in the latest findings in conflict management research pertaining to JVs.

본 연구는 조리실무 교과목에 플립드러닝 교수학습방법을 적용함으로서 조리전공 대학생들의 주관적 인식유형을 분석하여 조리실무 관련 수업의 보다 나은 교육효율성 제고를 위해 연구되었다. 또한 소규모 학생들의 주관적 인식에 대한 연구를 위해 Q방법론을 이용하여 주관적 태도와 인식 속에 나타나는 공통된 구조를 파악하고자 하였으며, 분석결과 총 4가지 유형을 도출하였다. 제 1유형(N=5) : 문제해결능력효과 (Problem solving ability effect), 제 2유형(N=6) : 자기주도학습효과 (Self-directed learning effect), 제 3유형(N=3) : 상호협력실습효과 (Mutual cooperation practice effect), 제 4유형(N=6) : 이론학습효과 (Theory learning effect)로 각 각 독특한 특징의 유형으로 분석되었다. 조리실무 수업에 플립드러닝 적용은 기존의 수업 방식을 떠나 학습자가 중심이 되는 교육으로서 학습자는 수업 전 시간상 규제를 받지 않고 완전학습을 이행 할 수 있는 것을 발견하였으며, 수업 중 개별 및 조별 활동에 대한 흥미도, 학습자들 간의 의견 공유, 학습 성과에 매우 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 학생 전원이 플립드러닝 수업 참여에 대한 운영방안과 조별학습에서의 무임승차 평가 방식 등의 문제는 추가적인 해결방안의 모색이 필요함이 나타났다.

The effect of the magnetic flux interference between the driving and detecting unit of the gyroscope by the electromagnetic force has been investigated quantitatively. The key parameter dictating the output characteristics of the gyroscope which is driven and detected using electromagnetic force is the mutual interference between the driving and detecting unit. Using the specially designed apparatus for positioning of the detecting unit, it is found that the vertical positioning of the detecting unit plays a significant role in minimizing the interference effect as evidenced by our experimental results.

As Waterpower Generation generates electricity using the difference of altitude of water, also let the turbine revolves through water pipe, at this time the revolving turbine causes exceedingly huge noise. Accordingly, not only those workers in the hydraulic turbine dynamo room are suffering the difficulties in mutual communication, but also those workers in the adjacent office are enduring the obstruction to the business due to the noise. Therefore, this Study has analyzed the reduction effect on the noise of hydraulic turbine dynamo room utilizing computer simulation, through the preceding research with the optimized model for architectural acoustic factor of the hydraulic turbine dynamo room. It is considered that such research result could be applied as the useful material for improvement of acoustic performance and noise-reduction effect at other similar hydraulic turbine dynamo room in the future.

The effect of manufacturing parameters on wear and improve cooling of motorcycle break system was studied using a disk-on-pad type friction tester. Such parameters conditions have an effect on the wear and improve cooling factor such as applied load, sliding speed, frictional time and number of ventilated disk hole. However, it is difficult to know the mutual relation of these factor. In this study, the wear and cooling characteristics using design of experiment containing 4 elements were investigated for an optimal condition for the best motorcycle disk break system employing Taguchi robust experimental design. From this study, the result was shown that vents have an effect on convection area improving more cooling ability and reduced wear of the disk.

This research investigates the strategy for application of E-Trade to SMEs to analyze the economic effect of e-trade. And the influence of the proliferation of e-business and e-trade upon the industrial business conditions, value-chain, and business activities is also analyzed. The subjects of the inquiry are the nationwide petrochemical industries in which small and medium sized companies are in mutual and intimate cooperation. The results show that the business structure of the petrochemical industries are divided into four stages, and, with the introduction of e-business, the value chain is changed by stages. And the change of value-chain explains the transition of the e-business of petrochemical industries including trade business into industrial DB and leads to a variety of the economic effect including the reduction in the trade expense, the change of the production process, and the innovation of trade structure.

The early hydration characteristics of the system $C_3S-C_3A-C_4AF$ according to the clinker composition variations, in order to establish the mutual interactionof clinker minerals during the portland cement hydration, have been studied. The early hydration rate of $C_3S$ was greatly effected by the change of $C_3S/C_3A$ ratio. The lower the $C_3S/C_3A$ ratio was, the faster the apex reaching time and the rate of heat liberation of the 2nd exothermic peak originating from the formation of $Ca(OH)_2$ were. The effect of $C_3S/C_3A$ ration on the amounts of $Ca(OH)_2$ formation was decreased, in process of hydration time, but the effect of $C_3S$ content was increased.

무한 도체 평면에 H-형태와 C-형태의 소형 개구가 놓여져 있는 경우에 평면파가 입사될 때 투과 효율의 척도인 투과 단면적의 특성을 분석하였다. 동일한 개구 면적에서 C-형태 개구가 H-형태 개구보다 더욱 큰 투과 단면적이 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 두 개의 C-형태 개구가 인접해 놓여 있을 때 투과 단면적의 특성 관점에서 상호 결합 효과를 연구하는데 보다 관심을 두었고, 투과 단면적이 더욱 증대된다는 관점을 두고 두 개의 C-형태 개구가 x축으로 놓여있는 평행 배열 구조와 C-형태 개구가 y축으로 놓여있는 동일선상 배열 구조를 조사하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 급격한 미디어 산업 변화의 중심에 있는 개인 미디어 환경에 관심을 가지고, 특히 어디서든 접속, 시청, 제작 가능한 모바일 미디어 환경을 선도하는 1인 혹은 소수 미디어 크리에이터들의 활동 영역을 탐구하여 크리에이터들과 시청자들 간의 상호 생태계를 면밀히 살피는데 있다. 특히 유튜브가 제공하는 추천서비스, 예를 들면 사용자의 이용 습관 빅데이터 알고리즘을 바탕으로 사용자는 자신의 사용 데이터가 제공될수록 진화된 서비스를 마주하게 된다는 점에 주목하고, 추천서비스가 사용자와 제작자 간의 신뢰 형성, 그리고 사용자의 몰입과 구독의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였으며, 이러한 상호 간의 관계 형성 과정을 구체적 자료를 통해 실증하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 결론 부분에 연구결과를 토대로 유추할 수 있는 시사점과 향후 추가 연구를 위한 제언 등을 제시하였다.

Recently, International commerce has continuously expanded with the development of logistics technology. However, the cost of international logistics is rising rapidly. The Korea International Trade Association (2021) proposes that the use of international commercial terms in Incoterms® could be an effective way against logistics costs. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect on the flexible operation of international commercial terms. For the detection of variables and data collection for empirical analysis based on previous studies and in-depth interviews. The questionnaires were distributed after pilot-study to a random sample of companies based on the list of members such as the Korea International Trade Association, the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, and the Global Small and Medium Business Association. A total of 800 questionnaires were distributed, and 166 were used for empirical analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, mutual cooperation and Flexibly using of international commercial terms has a positive (+) effect on logistics efficiency. This is in line with the study of Yang (2021) and Stojanović et al. (2021) that logistics by using international commercial terms will increase the efficiency of logistics. Second, use of international commercial terms based on mutual understanding mediates the relationship between the logistics environment of the other country and the logistics efficiency. As in the study of Vidrova (2020), it is important to operate on international commercial terms mutually.
