본 연구의 목적은 초기 알츠하이머 치매환자를 대상으로 본인이 선곡한 노래 조건과 치료사가 선곡한 노래 조건에서 자서전적 기억 회상의 내용, 회상하는데 걸린 시간과 기분변화를 측정하여 자서전적 기억회상에 효과적인 노래조건을 알아보는 것이다. 실험 동안 각 피험자는 자신이 선곡한 친숙한 노래(M-AD)와 치료사가 선곡한 노래(M-MT) 조건에서 노래를 듣다가 자신이 직접 경험한 기억이 떠오르면 손을 들게 하였고, 노래가 끝나면 인출된 기억을 이야기하도록 하였다. 피험자가 이야기한 내용은 녹음 전사하였고, 기억의 주체성과 내용, 회상 시간과 기분 변화 등과 관련하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 M-AD 조건이 M-MT 조건에서 제공된 노래에 대한 친숙도와 선호도가 높았으며, 회상한 기억과 노래의 밀접함의 정도가 높았다. 또한 구체적으로 기억을 회상할 수 있었으며, 회상하는 데 걸린 시간도 짧았다. 또한 실험 전후의 기분변화 폭이 컸으며, 회상한 기억과 기분의 관련성에도 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 초기 알츠하이머 환자 본인이 선곡한 노래가 자서전적 기억을 회상하는 단서가 되어 구체적이고, 긍정적인 기억을 촉진하며 회상시간이 단축됨을 보여주어 임상에서 초기 알츠하이머 환자의 자서전적 기억을 회상할 때, 본인이 선곡한 친숙한 노래가 효과적으로 사용될 수 있음을 보여줄 수 있음을 시사한다.

Cultural sensation by appearance of Elvis Aaron Presley is thought to have been greatly influenced by spread of popular culture beginning to form with the development of mess media in USA that was changed rapidly after the war, changing aspect of popular music in U.S.A through the media development and teenager culture of USA that has rapidly emerged. Elvis intended to change into 'music to be seen' deviating from 'music to be simply listened to' with expressing the conversion of sexual consciousness, defiance to older generation and a sense of value on wealth, and the like, and also suggested a new culture and style to the young people at that time. Flow of Elvis's fashion may be categorized into the classifications such as the fashion in the period. First, Formative period(before 1954) distinguished by pimp look and sideburns with tough image and wild clothes. Second, Establishment period(1954-57) may be categorized into the hot rockabilly style which showed a glittering fashion by brilliant and colorful costumes, the cool rockabilly style which changed him to a fashionable star of modem image(1958-60). Third, re-heyday(after 1968) where a brilliant and bold decoration was displayed. In Elvis fashion, the masculine sensualism, defiance to main value and expression of luxury and consuming culture, etc. are included as a unique aesthetic consciousness. 'Expression of masculine sensualism' represented the sensualism through sexual objectification of men's body by men's sexual ostentation which was prohibited. 'Defiance to main value' means that attempts of non-mainstream image for social class are expressed with an exercise of power by young people through the public. Although the Elvis look has fanned an anti-culture, it was expressed and accepted as having a normally capitalistic appearance. In addition, it being thought of as the standard, symbolizing a success and a wealth through the presentation of image which accepted this material benefit, we may classify this into 'expression of luxury and consuming culture'.

Considering that star reflects the image of current society, analyzing fashion of celebrity is to read ideal type and demands of beauty of the era. Especially the rock music-represents youth culture that last on present day-born in 1960's, and it is considered to a significant decade in pop music history. Thus this research will analysis rock star's fashions in iconological view of E. Panofsky. The aim of this document is Clarifying how the fashion of pop stars appeared and what formed its worth. As a result of analyzing fashions of rock star in 1960's, it is available to find these sameness and difference. The Mods borrowed images of the past, and introduce the elite modernism and shows very urban style. The Folky and the Psychedelic showed post-structuralism propensity against industrial society, in the case of the Folky it induced styles that symbolize labor class to realize social worth. And as an aftereffect of war and repulsion of commercial worth, they embody nature-returning peasant look so that it shows pastoral mood in total. The Psychedelic express somewhat struggling escapism and it generated illusionary images with quests to superego and glorification to psychedelic status. The Folky and the Psychedelic are same in the side of introducing existentialism, this occurred by using ethnic factor. But the Folky showed plain outlook by pop propensity, on the other hand, the Psychedelic showed magnificent outlook such as optical art, pop art, and futurism ought to express merrymaking culture. And common feature of these is introduction of unisex mod which is came after the change of gender role. Thus each star or group has professed special ideology into their culture and it is reflected to acts which is including music and dress style. This affair is analyzed like these two things. The mass of people schemes their identity with inducing special ideology to their culture at the first. And the purpose to archive cultural hegemony in inter-social class at the next.

스트레스는 현대 인간 문명사회에서의 피할 수 없는 결과이며 복잡한 현상이다. 또한 이의 통제 유무에 따라 인간의 활동능력은 심각한 변화를 받을 수 있다. 스트레스는 자극 호르몬인 아드레날린이나 다른 스트레스 호르몬이 혈중 내로 분비되어 우리 몸을 보호하려고 하는 반응으로 위험으로부터 싸우거나 멀리 피해버리는 힘과 에너지를 제공한다. 이러한 변화는 근유, 뇌, 심장에 더 많은 피를 보낼 수 있도록 맥박과 혈압을 증가시키고 더 많은 산소를 얻기 위해 호흡이 빨라지는 현상이 나타난다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스트레스를 통해 증가된 맥박과 혈압, 호흡수를 측정한 후 스트레스를 완화시키기 위한 방편으로 음악을 이용한 감성 기반 매칭 시스템을 설계한다. 음악에 따른 HRV와 APG의 변화율을 살펴보고 Zigbee를 이용하여 맥박, 혈압, 호흡수를 측정한 후 감성 음악을 기반으로 하여 스트레스를 완화시킬 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

오감 융합 정보 시대가 도래한다. 오감 융합은 감각 정보의 전이 기술 개발로 가능하다. 본 연구는 청각 정보의 촉각 정보 전이에 대한 연구이다. WMPlayer10SDK는 마이크로소프트사의 윈도우즈 미디어 플레이어(Windows Media Player, WMP)를 전용 소프트웨어 기반으로 하는 Plug-in 개발툴이다. WMPlayer10SDK 시스템은 WMP 내에서의 비디오와 오디오의 신호 정보를 추출하는 부분을 제공한다. 이를 이용하여 촉각 디스플레이(Tactile Display)장치인 Pos Tactor를 연동하여 음성 신호에서 진동 촉각을 제시하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 음성신호는 8bit, 16bit, 24bit, 32bit로 구분되며 각각의 주파수와 음폭의 Scale을 계산하여 그 수치를 시리얼 통신을 사용하여 통신포트(COM1)에 38400bps로 전달하여 구동하게 하였다. 이를 이용하여 음악을 촉감으로 느끼는 뮤직슈트(music suit)를 개발 하였다. 그러므로 뮤직슈트의 적용된 기술은 청각적 체험을 촉각적 체험을 할 수 있는 오감 융합 기술의 기초 기술로 제공 될 수 있다.

PET/CT검사는 목적장기 및 조직에 집적된 방사성의약품의 표준섭취계수(SUV, standardized uptake value)를 객관적 지표로 이용하여, 인체 내 각 장기의 생리화학반응에 대한 정성 및 정량분석이 가능하다. 본 연구는 PET/CT검사를 하는 환자에게 $^{18}F-FDG$ (fluororodeoxyglucose) 투여 후 안정 상태 유지 중 음악 청취 여부에 따른 SUV의 변화를 분석하고, 음악 청취가 안정을 취하는 환자의 주관적 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 평가하였다. 2011년 4월부터 2013년 2월까지 서울성모병원과 부천성모 병원을 내원한 원발성 암 환자 중 $^{18}F-FDG$ PET/CT를 시행 하고, 추적검사를 통해 진료 받는 108명(평균연령 $55.61{\pm}12.41$세, 남자 48명, 여자 60명)을 대상으로 하였다. $^{18}F-FDG$ 투여 후, 1시간 안정 시 환자의 음악 청취 여부에 따라-최초 검사 시 음악 청취 없이 안정을 유지(A:최초 검사), 추적 검사 시 음악 청취를 하면서 안정을 유지(B: 추적 검사)-두 가지 그룹으로 분류하였다. 검사 종료 후 간 우엽의 중앙과 뇌의 3곳(전두엽, 후두엽, 측두엽)에 관심영역을 설정하여 SUV를 측정 후 SPSS software version 12.0K for window (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL)를 이용해 paired t-test를 실시하여 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다(P>0.05). 또한 음악 청취 여부에 따른 고객만족도를 평가하기 위하여 1:1 설문지 조사법을 시행하였고 설문지는 Likert 5점 척도를 이용해 작성하여 단순빈도, 백분율, 평균값, 표준편차를 분석하였다. 음악 청취 여부에 따른 SUV의 변화는 관심영역 4곳 모두 유의하지 않은(전두엽 P=0.611, 후두엽 P=0.499, 측두엽 P=0.717, 간 P=0.334: P>0.05) 것으로 나타났으며, 고객만족도는 실험 A는 3.95점, 실험 B는 4.37점(5점 만점 기준)으로 실험 A에 비해 실험 B의 경우 0.42점 높게 나타나 실험 B에서 환자들이 더욱 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. $^{18}F-FDG$를 이용한 PET/CT 검사 시 방사성의약품 투여 후 음악청취는 SUV에 영향을 미치지 않고 심리적으로 편안 한 상태를 주어 환자의 만족도를 향상 시킬 수 있는 것으로 사료된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for establishing a policy to promote the export of Korean goods through the economic ripple effect of the Korean Wave. From 2001 to 2017, cultural goods exports and consumer goods exports data to 102 countries were used to estimate the effect of cultural goods exports on domestic consumer goods exports. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the Gravity Model, we analyzed the effects of domestic film, publishing, music, broadcasting, clothing, cosmetics, processed food, IT products, and automobiles on the export of consumer goods. Results: The empirical analysis estimated the trade creation effect of exports of cultural products driving exports of consumer goods and found that a 1% increase in exports of cultural products increased 0.136% in exports of consumer goods. Conclusions: The average rate of change in consumer goods exports due to changes in cultural product exports was 22.44, which could be interpreted as an increase of $2,244 in exports of consumer goods such as IT products, cosmetics, clothing, and processed foods. According to the analysis of export-driven effects of each consumer item by dividing cultural products by sector, the effects of export of processed foods, clothing, cosmetics, IT products, and film, music, publishing exports were statistically significant.

Objectives: This pilot study was designed to examine whether the adolescent smoking cessation program with harmonica therapy was effective or not. It was qualitatively explored perceived smoking consequences, cessation and relapse experience, specific harmonica help to overcome smoking urge, preference of harmonica toward cessation, and harmonica intervention planning to quit. Methods: The treatment program was conducted 30-minute, 6-session, and once a week basis. Qualitative data using Focus Group Interview were collected at the completion of the program with 6 participants, and analyzed by Krueger's systematic process. Results: Participants were smoking daily and consumed 3-10 cigarettes. They recognized undesirable smoking consequences in terms of cost, interpersonal relationship, and health that might lead to cessation attempts in the past. Participants who did not want to quit smoking at the program beginning changed their attitude to quit after exploring partial cessation efforts with the help of harmonica therapy. They believe harmonica's consistent help of quitting and leading to success. Conclusion: Adolescent attitudinal change toward smoking cessation has promising insight of motivation enhancement through harmonica therapy that was a major barrier to successful quit.

The purpose of this research is to examine track suits which appear in mass media and to attempt to understand their embedded symbolism. Hence, a theoretical inquiry and case study on suit tracks were carried out. The case study was confined to the period since 2000, when sportswear emerged as a megatrend in fashion, to 2012. Occurrences of track suits in film, TV dramas, music videos, advertisements, and fashion collections were examined. Research indicated that the track suits in film or TV drama worked as items to give a change to coordination, material and decoration, so that the track suits highlighted the characters in them rather than emphasizing external factors or their own design. They were used as tools to indicate the sensual and dynamical feminine image in the rap and hip hop genres in music video. They also showed the dynamic image of modern woman via advertisements of sports brands. In the case of celebrity fashion, both inside and outside Korea, they introduced the track suits in a comfortable and sensual manner through both official and unofficial image releases. In the fashion collections, transboundary deconstructiveness was strongly expressed in terms of design, material, color, and production method. The case study in this research indicated that the symbolism in track suits was characterized as transboundary deconstruction as well as value in dynamic femininity, and products from reactionary nostalgia.

라이브 음악 또는 리메이크를 통해서 재발매된 음악을 원곡의 커버곡이라 부른다. 본 논문은 고속 커버곡 검색을 위한 특징 축약을 위해 2차원 퓨리에 변환을 이용하는 방법을 연구하였다. 이차원 퓨리에 변환은 조변화에 대해서 불변성을 가지고 있으므로, 커버곡 검색을 위한 특징 축약 방법으로 적합하다. 기존 퓨리에 변환 방법에서는 크기값 만을 활용하였으나, 본 논문에서는 인접한 크로마 블록은 같은 조변화를 가진다는 가정하에 위상 정보를 추가로 활용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 두 가지 커버곡 실험 데이터셋에서 성능 비교를 수행하였으며, 제안된 방법이 기존 방법에 비해서 우수한 커버곡 검색 정확도를 보임을 확인하였다.
