With the development of multiuser online meetings, more group-oriented technologies and applications for instance collaborative work are becoming increasingly important. Authenticated Group Key Agreement (AGKA) schemes provide a shared group key for users with after their identities are confirmed to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of group communications. On the basis of the Public Key Cryptography (PKC) system used, AGKA can be classified as Public Key Infrastructure-based, Identity-based, and Certificateless. Because the latter type can solve the certificate management overhead and the key escrow problems of the first two types, Certificateless-AGKA (CL-AGKA) protocols have become a popular area of research. However, most CL-AGKA protocols are vulnerable to Public Key Replacement Attacks (PKRA) due to the lack of public key authentication. In the present work, we present a CL-AGKA scheme that can resist PKRA in order to solve impersonation attacks caused by those attacks. Beyond security, improving scheme efficiency is another direction for AGKA research. To reduce the communication and computation cost, we present a scheme with only one round of information interaction and construct a CL-AGKA scheme replacing the bilinear pairing with elliptic curve cryptography. Therefore, our scheme has good applicability to communication environments with limited bandwidth and computing capabilities.

This paper presents an analysis of a hybrid direct-sequence/slow frequency hopped code division multiple access(DS/SFH-CDMA) system employing noncoherent M-ary frequency shift keying(MFSK) modulation in a multiple m-distribution fading environment. Multipath interfer- ence(MPI) and multiuser interference(MUI) is taken into accout and the spectral efficiency is calculated for uncoded as well as simple channel coding systems. The predetection multipath CCI canceller in conjunction with convolution coding is employed for improving the bit error rate(BER) performance. The BER of noncoherent hybrid system is obtained using a Gaussian interference approximation. From the results, we know that the error performance more deteriorates as the depth of fading becomes deeper. The DS part of the modulation combats the multipath interference, whereas the FH part is a predetection against large multiuser interference. It is shown that, for the con- sidered types of a channel coding, the use of a predetection coding is still essential for obtained a satisfactory bit error performance. The results show that the capacity of the DS/SFG-CDMA MFSK communication system increases in proportion to the length of PN code sequence in the presence of AWGN and MUI. In m-distribution fading environment the capacity increases in proportion to the fading index. The capacity is increased and error performance is improved when the CCI Canceller and Convolution code technique are adopted, respectively. From the results, it is known that the error performance of $4\times10^{-2}$ by adopting Canceller technique. Also convolutional coding technique is the improvement of error performance attains about $10^{-5}$ in code rate 1/2.

In this paper, the new scheduling algorithm that supports the maximization of system throughput and the proportional fairness among non-real time traffic users is proposed in OFDMA wireless mobile communication systems. The concept of the proposed algorithm is based on the proportional fairness algorithm, which is deployed in 3GPP2, and sorting method. The proportional fairness algorithm is adapted to allocate the number of subcarrier per user. A sorting method is contributed to the maximization of system throughput in the practical allocation of subcarrier per user. Simulation results show that new algorithm had better performance than the max rate rule in case of fairness, higher throughput than the scheduling algorithm without sorting method. Even though the system throughput of the proposed algorithm is almost same with the iteration scheme using subcarrier swapping method between users, the computational time of the former is reduced up to 3 times than the latter.

In the paper, system is combined multiband system with DS-UWB techniques with properties including low peak-to-average power ratio, robustness to multiuser interference and excellent security. Because each sub-band is not satisfied with coherence bandwidth, rake receiver in each sub-band is applied to the Proposed system receiver. Output of rake receiver is combined by using Maximal Ratio combining technology. In this paper we mathematically analyse the BER of the DS-UWB system with singleband and multiband systems in the narrow interference channel condition and multi user interference channel condition, the simulation results show that proposed scheme is getting robuster with increasing of the number of subbands.

In this paper, we present the analytic model to quantify the system capacity with delay Quality of Service (QoS) constraints, and analyze the effect of user-multiplexing on the delay QoS performance in multiuser low-power wireless communication systems. For this purpose, we define the degree of multiplexing as the number of scheduled users to be served in a frame, and investigate the effect of degree of multiplexing (DoM) on the trade-off of throughput and delay QoS constraints. Through this analysis, we characterize the optimal DoM maximizing the energy efficiency in low-power communication environments. Finally, through the simulation results, we verify that our approach with its optimal DoM yields substantial capacity gain.

When channel state information (CSI) is available at the transmitter, the system throughput can be enhanced by adaptive transmissions and opportunistic multiuser scheduling. In this paper, we consider multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems employing bit-interleaved coded orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (BIC-OFDM). We first propose a bit-loading algorithm based on the Levin-Campello algorithm for the BIC-OFDM. Then we will apply this algorithm to the MIMO system with a finite set of constellations, by reassigning residual power on each stream Simulation results show that proposed bit-loading scheme which takes the residual power into account improves the system performance especially at high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) range.

For synchronous direct sequence-code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) systems, the authors propose an adaptive radial basis function (RBF) receiver with suboptimal structure that reduces not only the complexity with regard to the number of centers but also the quantity of instructions required per one bit reception. The proposed receiver is constructed with parallel RBF networks. Each RBF network has the same procedure as the conventional RBF receiver. The performance of each RBF network is affected by interferences which are assigned to the other RBF networks because neither RBF network uses the full user set. To combat these interferences, the partial IC technique is employed. Monte Carlo simulations over additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channels confirm that the proposed receiver with its reduced complexity is able to obtain near-optimum performance. Moreover, the proposed receiver is able to properly cope with a various environment.
Assuming perfect channel state information (CSI), the conventional interference alignment (IA) algorithm in the uplink cellular system suppresses inter-cell interference (ICI) by aligning ICI to a randomly selected reference vector. However, IA in practice relies on limited feedback between base stations and users, resulting in residual ICI. In this paper, we propose the optimization of the reference vector that minimizes the upper-bound of residual ICI power. Secondly, the iterative IA that designs the direction of transmit and receive filter is proposed to minimize the residual ICI as well as maximize the desired signals. Moreover, we propose the user scheduling method combined with proposed IA schemes which provides the multiuser diversity gain in multi-cell environments. Finally, the performance gain of the proposed IA algorithms compared with the existing IA are analyzed and demonstrated by simulation results.
In this paper, we derive the optimum number of users which can maximize the information theoretic sum capacity in multiuser OFDM virtual MIMO uplink system. In which, there are multiple antennas at the base station and a number of users with single transmit antenna. Pilot-assisted channel state estimation is assumed for a block fading channel and time-varying fading channel. We analyze the tradeoff between the multiplexing gain and pilot overhead especially in low SNR regime and conclude that the optimum number of users is min ($N_r$,LT/2 ) in frequency nonselective block fading channel and approximately equal to min ($N_r$, ${\lfloor}{\sqrt{LT+1}}-1{\rfloor}$) in time varying fading channel. assuming the same pilot and signal pwoer.

In this paper the system performance degradation resulting from nonlinear transmitter power amplifier which is essential to increase the efficiency is analyzed in a forward link CDMA system. The power amplifier is modeled by power series model which includes only odd-order terms. The effects of power amplifier's nonlinearity such as intersymbol interference, phase distortion on the RF system performance were visualized by examining the distorted time domain waveforms, signal vector constellation. And through the investigation of the power spectrum density of the transmitted signal, spectral regrowth or sideband regrowth which is result from amplitude distortion can be seen. All these characteristics result in BER performance degradation due to other user interferences and intersymbol interference. The analysis technique described here applies not only to power amplifier but also to any other nonlinear components such as mixers and switches. Also the effects of adjacent channel interference and supurious emission can be analysed between different systems.
