뇌졸중 환자의 스트레스와 통합성이 건강행위 이행에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Stress and Sense of Coherence on Health Behavior Compliance in Outpatients with Stroke)

  • 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자의 스트레스와 통합성이 건강행위 이행에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2019년 5월에서 7월까지 U광역시에 소재한 종합병원에서 뇌졸중으로 퇴원 후 외래를 방문하는 환자 124명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 뇌졸중 환자의 통합성, 스트레스 및 건강행위 이행의 정도는 평균과 표준편차, 일반적 특성에 따른 건강행위 이행의 차이는 t-test와 one-way ANOVA, 사후검증은 Scheffé test, 상관관계는 Pearson correlation coefficient, 건강행위 이행에 미치는 영향요인은 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에서 건강행위 이행은 통합성과 유의한 양의 상관(r=.71, p<.001), 스트레스와 유의한 음의 상관(r=-.53, p<.001)을 나타냈다. 영향요인으로 모델 1에서는 설명력 39.6%로 성별(t=4.07, p<.001), 교육수준(t=4.18, p<.001), 월수입(t=-2.34, p=.021)이며, 모델 2에서는 설명력 60.4%로 성별(t=4.65, p<.001), 교육수준(t=3.24, p=.002), 통합성(t=4.33, p<.001)이었다. 이상에서 나타난 연구결과에 근거하여 통합성 프로그램의 개발 및 적용을 통해 뇌졸중 환자의 건강행위 이행을 증진시켜야 할 것이다.

Potential influence of κ-casein and β-lactoglobulin genes in genetic association studies of milk quality traits

  • Objective: From a review of published information on genetic association studies, a meta-analysis was conducted to determine the influence of the genes ${\kappa}-casein$ (CSN3) and ${\beta}-lactoglobulin$ (LGB) on milk yield traits in Holstein, Jersey, Brown Swiss, and Fleckvieh. Methods: The GLIMMIX procedure was used to analyze milk production and percentage of protein and fat in milk. Models included the main effects and all their possible two-way interactions; not estimable effects and non-significant (p>0.05) two-way interactions were dropped from the models. The three traits analyzed used Poisson distribution and a log link function and were determined with the Interactive Data Analysis of SAS software. Least square means and multiple mean comparisons were obtained and performed for significant main effects and their interactions (p<0.0255). Results: Interaction of breed by gene showed that Holstein and Fleckvieh were the breeds on which CSN3 ($6.01%{\pm}0.19%$ and $5.98%{\pm}0.22%$), and LGB ($6.02%{\pm}0.19%$ and $5.70%{\pm}0.22%$) have the greatest influence. Interaction of breed by genotype nested in the analyzed gene indicated that Holstein and Jersey showed greater influence of the CSN3 AA genotype, $6.04%{\pm}0.22%$ and $5.59%{\pm}0.31%$ than the other genotypes, while LGB AA genotype had the largest influence on the traits analyzed, $6.05%{\pm}0.20%$ and $5.60%{\pm}0.19%$, respectively. Furthermore, interaction of type of statistical model by genotype nested in the analyzed gene indicated that CSN3 and LGB genes had similar behavior, maintaining a difference of more than 7% across analyzed genotypes. These results could indicate that both Holstein and Jersey have had lower substitution allele effect in selection programs that include CSN3 and LGB genes than Brown Swiss and Fleckvieh. Conclusion: Breed determined which genotypes had the greatest association with analyzed traits. The mixed model based in Bayesian or Ridge Regression was the best alternative to analyze CSN3 and LGB gene effects on milk yield and protein and fat percentages.

치과위생사의 감성리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The effect of Emotional Leadership of Dental Hygienist on job satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사를 대상으로 감성리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써, 치과위생사가 갖추어야 할 소양 중의 하나인 감성리더십을 통해 직무만족도를 향상시키는 방안을 도출하고자 연구하였다. 연구기간은 2018년 4월 16일부터 4월 28일까지 전라북도에 소재한 치과병·의원에 근무하고 있는 치과위생사 237명을 대상으로 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상자의 감성리더십 각 요인 중 관계관리능력은 3.15로 가장 낮았고, 직무만족은 평균 3.43 였고, 동료와의 관계는 4.15로 가장 높아 직장 내 동료와의 관계가 잘 이루어지고 있었고, 업무처리방침과 급여수준은 2.49~2.98로 낮았다. 결혼상태, 자기인식능력, 자기관리능력, 관계관리능력은 직무만족에 영향을 미쳤으며, 다중회귀모형의 설명력은 26.5%이며 모형의 타당성은 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<0.05). 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 치과위생사의 직무만족에 감성리더십의 자기인식능력, 자기관리능력, 관계관리능력이 상호 관련성이 깊은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 치과위생사의 감성리더십을 강화시켜 타인의 감정을 공감하고 잘 이해하고 관리하는 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 감성리더십 프로그램 개발과 교육 및 훈련이 이루어지도록 제도적 뒷받침이 이루어져야 하겠다.

편의점의 서비스품질 요인이 서비스 만족 그리고 점포충성도에 미치는 영향: 서비스가치 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Impact of Service Quality on Service Satisfaction and Store Loyalty: Service Value as a Moderator)

  • Purpose - The convenience store business sector in South Korea has contributed to economic growth and job creation, and the growth potential of this market segment remains very high. In addition, service value is a more important factor than price in determining purchase intention. Research in the convenience store market is relatively very low compared to other retail sectors. In particular, research on service quality for the convenience of retailers who examine and analyze customer behavior and service quality factors used in the convenience store side of the situation is very inadequate. We have investigated the relationship of store service quality, service satisfaction, and store loyalty. In addition, we have examined the way service value moderates the relationship among these variables. Research design, data, and methodology - The questionnaire was developed using modified and supplementary questions based on the KD-SQS and RSQS models. The study suggested a theoretical model composed of 15 hypotheses on the relations between theoretic variables, and surveys conducted with consumers in discount stores in the Seoul and Gyunggi Metropolitan area in order to verify the hypotheses. We used the SPSS/PC statistical packages to analyze the results. The number of surveys used was 227. Moreover, a structural equating model was also used to analyze the reliability and validity of the composing elements and to verify the suggested hypotheses. Results - The overall results of this study are as follows. First, all service quality elements have a significant effect on service satisfaction. Second, all service quality elements have a significant effect on store loyalty. Third, service satisfaction has a significant effect on store loyalty. Finally, when the participants were divided into high and low service value the results of the multiple regression analyses showed that only the relationship between policy of service quality and satisfaction, and human interaction and policy of service quality and loyalty were significant. The implications are discussed based on the findings of the study. Conclusions - First, through direct hypotheses testing, we confirmed that the convenience service quality positively impacts the service satisfaction and loyalty of buyers. In particular, the reliability, origin benefit, and promotion were found to have more influence on satisfaction and loyalty of consumers of a convenience store. Further, for the service quality of the convenience for the consumer loyalty, greater human interaction was a high-value and statistically significantly higher than the degree of improvement in consumer loyalty. This underscores the importance of education and human services management of employees working in a convenience store. In particular, frequent changes in personnel generate results that negatively impact loyalty with customers. These results may lead to a serious problem in the economics of the store. Therefore, it should enhance the value of services through the establishment of training and compensation for employees. In addition, a certain educational level is required as well as a basis for compensation and retention.

뇌졸중 환자의 삶의 질의 관련요인 (Related Factors of the Quality of Life in Stroke Patients)

  • The related factors of the quality of life (QOL) in stroke patients was identified empirically. The subjects were 254 stroke patients who were discharged and taken follow-up care at the outpatient department. In this model, the physical, psychological, and social status were assumed to affect the QOL. And the social support was assumed to moderate these effects. NIH stroke state, ADL, and IADL were used to measure the physical status. Using CES-D, the psychological status was measured. The social status was defined as the job change after stroke attack. The satisfaction with the care by primary caregivers, significant others, and health professionals was measured as the social support. To identify the effect of the physical, psychological, and social status on the QOL, multiple regression analysis was carried out. The psychological and social status were found to be the significant predictors of the QOL(R2=0.27, p=0.00). Next, to identify the moderating effect of the social support, the subjects were divided into two groups, that is, the low social support group and the high social support group. It is found that the predicting variance is different between these two groups. In the low social support group, the psychological, social, and physical status predicted as much as 42% of the QOL. On the contrary, the psychological status predicted only 8% of the QOL in the high social support group. So it is concluded that the social support moderates the effects of the physical, psychological, and social status on QOL. Finally, to identify the social support which moderates those effects, the social support was divided into three classes. Each social support class was divided into the low and high social support group again. In the every class of social support, the difference between two groups was also identified. So the model of the QOL is recommended for the framework of the care for the stroke patients. Also these results support the claim that the long-term facilities for stroke patients are necessary.

종합병원 내부역량이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Internal Competency on the Job Satisfaction Based on General Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 7S 모형을 이용하여 내부역량과 직무만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하여 내적요인을 통한 경영성과향상 방안을 제시하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 7개의 연구가설을 설정하고 지방중소도시의 일개 종합병원에 근무하는 모든 직종의 구성원들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 2016년 9월 20일부터 10월 20일까지 385명에게 설문을 실시하여 327매(84.9%)의 자료가 연구에 사용되었다. 내부역량이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실행하였다. 분석결과는 연구모형의 설명력은 69.1%를 보여 적합하였으며, 7S 요인 중 리더십 스타일(β=.392**), 조직구조(β=.129*), 구성원(β=.232**), 관리기술(β=.204*)은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 이는 표준화 계수 값이 증가할수록 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 전략, 시스템, 공유가치는 영향관계를 확인할 수 없었다. 일부 내부역량 요인들과 직무만족도와의 유의한 관계 확인은 내부역량이 조직의 성과향상 방안의 대안으로 활용될 수 있다. 내부역량은 설립구분, 규모, 위치 등 다양한 환경변수들의 영향을 받을 수 있다. 향후 내부만족도에 대한 내적요인과 외재요인 등으로 분리하여 측정하는 것도 더 많은 시사점을 제공 할 것이다.

특허가치 결정요인과 기술거래금액에 관한 실증 분석 (An Empirical Analysis on Determinant Factors of Patent Valuation and Technology Transaction Prices)

  • 최근 지식기반경제 구조로의 전환과 함께, 기술이전, 기술사업화와 같은 연구개발 성과의 생산적 활용을 위한 거래가 급격히 늘어남에 따라 특허가치평가의 중요성이 점점 확대되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 국내에서는 거래사례 수집의 어려움으로 실제 사례분석을 통한 결정요인 분석연구는 활발하지 못한 실정이다. 전문가조사법, 비교평가법 등 정성적인 평가기법의 주관적인 결과에 대한 객관성 확보를 위해, 본 연구에서는 평점법에서 적용될 수 있는 정량적인 특허가치 결정요인을 제시하고자 15개의 국내외 특허가치평가 모형을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 공통적으로 중요하다고 판단되는 6개 기술가치 결정요인을 도출하였고, 선행연구를 통해 각각의 결정요인의 대리변수로 활용 가능한 특허정보를 매칭하였다. 또한, 제시된 연구모형이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는지 검증하기 위해 공공 및 민간기술거래기관에서 수집된 총 517건의 특허거래사례를 다중 회귀분석을 통해 특허가치를 결정하는 유의미한 특허요인들을 도출하였다. 그 결과 전체산업에서는 특허연계성(인용문헌수) 및 해당 특허기술의 상용화단계 정보들이 기술거래금액에 유의한 영향을 미친다고 분석되었다. 본 연구는 실제 거래사례를 바탕으로 하여 유의미한 특허가치 결정요인을 제시하였다는 데에 그 의의가 있으며, 향후 지속적인 거래사례 수집 및 모니터링을 통해 산업별 연구 결과가 체계적으로 검증된다면, 특허출원 전략 수립 및 연구사업(대표 특허보유) 성과 평가 시 활용할 수 있는 산업별 맞춤 평가모형을 제안할 수 있을 것이다.

금융회사의 고객정보보호에 대한 내부직원의 태도 연구 (The Behavioral Attitude of Financial Firms' Employees on the Customer Information Security in Korea)

  • Financial firms, especially large scaled firms such as KB bank, NH bank, Samsung Card, Hana SK Card, Hyundai Capital, Shinhan Card, etc. should be securely dealing with the personal financial information. Indeed, people have tended to believe that those big financial companies are relatively safer in terms of information security than typical small and medium sized firms in other industries. However, the recent incidents of personal information privacy invasion showed that this may not be true. Financial firms have increased the investment of information protection and security, and they are trying to prevent the information privacy invasion accidents by doing all the necessary efforts. This paper studies how effectively a financial firm will be able to avoid personal financial information privacy invasion that may be deliberately caused by internal staffs. Although there are several literatures relating to information security, to our knowledge, this is the first study to focus on the behavior of internal staffs. The big financial firms are doing variety of information security activities to protect personal information. This study is to confirm what types of such activities actually work well. The primary research model of this paper is based on Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) that describes the rational choice of human behavior. Also, a variety of activities to protect the personal information of financial firms, especially credit card companies with the most customer information, were modeled by the four-step process Security Action Cycle (SAC) that Straub and Welke (1998) claimed. Through this proposed conceptual research model, we study whether information security activities of each step could suppress personal information abuse. Also, by measuring the morality of internal staffs, we checked whether the act of information privacy invasion caused by internal staff is in fact a serious criminal behavior or just a kind of unethical behavior. In addition, we also checked whether there was the cognition difference of the moral level between internal staffs and the customers. Research subjects were customer call center operators in one of the big credit card company. We have used multiple regression analysis. Our results showed that the punishment of the remedy activities, among the firm's information security activities, had the most obvious effects of preventing the information abuse (or privacy invasion) by internal staff. Somewhat effective tools were the prevention activities that limited the physical accessibility of non-authorities to the system of customers' personal information database. Some examples of the prevention activities are to make the procedure of access rights complex and to enhance security instrument. We also found that 'the unnecessary information searches out of work' as the behavior of information abuse occurred frequently by internal staffs. They perceived these behaviors somewhat minor criminal or just unethical action rather than a serious criminal behavior. Also, there existed the big cognition difference of the moral level between internal staffs and the public (customers). Based on the findings of our research, we should expect that this paper help practically to prevent privacy invasion and to protect personal information properly by raising the effectiveness of information security activities of finance firms. Also, we expect that our suggestions can be utilized to effectively improve personnel management and to cope with internal security threats in the overall information security management system.

지게차 운전원의 블랙카본(black carbon, BC) 노출에 영향을 미치는 직업적 요인 (Occupational Factors Influencing the Forklift Operators' Exposure to Black Carbon)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to assess exposure to black carbon(BC) among forklift operators and to identify environmental and occupational factors influencing their BC exposure. Methods: We studied a total of 23 forklift operators from six workplaces manufacturing paper boxes. A daily BC exposure assessment was conducted during working hours from January to April 2017. A micro-aethalometer was used to monitor daily BC exposure, and information on work activities was also obtained through a time-activity diary(TAD) and interviews. BC exposure records were classified into four categories influencing BC exposure level: working environment, workplace, forklift operation, and job characteristics. Analysis of variance(ANOVA) was used to compare average BC exposure levels among the four categories and the relationships between potential factors and BC exposure were analyzed using a multiple linear regression model. Results: The operators' daily exposure was $12.9{\mu}g/m^3$(N=9,148, $GM=7.5{\mu}g/m^3$) with a range: $0.001-811.4{\mu}g/m^3$. The operators were exposed to significantly higher levels when they operate a forklift in a room ${\leq}20,000m^3$($AM=12.3{\mu}g/m^3$), in indoor workplaces($AM=16.3{\mu}g/m^3$), when they operate a forklift manufactured before 2006 ($AM=13.2{\mu}g/m^3$), a forklift with a loading limit of four-tons($AM=27.1{\mu}g/m^3$), with a roll and bale type clamp($AM=17.1{\mu}g/m^3$), and with no particulate filter($AM=15.7{\mu}g/m^3$). Conclusions: Occupational factors including temperature, smoking, season, daytime, room volume($m^3$), location of operating, and manufacturing era and model of forklift influenced the BC exposure of forklift operators. The results of this study can be used to minimize the BC exposure of forklift operators.

  • 1. 분얼수는 3차 예취기에서가장 많았으며, 이시기까지 계속 증가를 하였지만 가을 예취기에서 급격히 감소했다. 엽면적 지수는 3차 예취기에서 가장 높았으며, 보통 예취직후 서서히 증가를 하다가 15~20일부터 빠르게 증가하였다. 2. 各 예취기 건물수량은 1次와 3次 ~예취가 다른 時期에 比하여 높게 나타났으며, 예취기별 건물중 變化는 葉面積 指數의 變化와 비슷한 樣相을 보이고 있었다. 3. LER은 예취후 20-30일l, SLW는 25-30日, CGR은 25~25日 사이에 最大速度에 도달했다. CGR은 1次 빛 3次 예취기에서 비교적 높았다. NAR은 約 20일 정도에 최대에 도달했는데, 棄乾物 重에는 NAR보다 다른 生長指標들이 더욱 크게 作用함을 알 수 있었다. 4. 乾物收量과 가장 높은 相關은 LAI와 CGR 으로서 각각 0.905와 0.962를 보여 고도의 正의 相關을 나타내였고 LER과 LAI 間에도 正의 相關인정되었다. 收量의 추정에 최적식은 LAI와 CGR을 변수로 사용하여 얻어 졌다. 5. LAI와 CGR 및 收量과의 관계로서 결정한 예취의 適期는 各 예취기별로 다르게 나타났으나 32일에서 36일 사이에 존재하였다.
