Purpose: This study examined the influencing factors of caregiver burden on the oral health-related quality of life of the spouse of an elderly person with dementia at home. Methods: The participants were 115 spouses of dementia patients registered at dementia safety centers in five health centers in D city. Data were collected from June through December in 2019, using questionnaires of Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP-49) and Burden Interview (BI). The data were analyzed using an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 Program. Results: A negative correlation was observed between the oral health-related quality of life and caregiver burden (r=-37, p<.001). The caregiver burden (β=-.28, p=.001), subjective health status (β=.39, p<.001), and dental clinic visit (β=-.25, p=.002) explained 33.0% of the variance in the oral health-related quality of life. Conclusion: The development of nursing care for spouses of dementia patients will be needed to reduce the caregiver burden and enhance subjective health status and dental clinic visit, which influence the oral health-related quality of life of spouse of elderly people with dementia at home.

Screen golf may be said as one of the most successful digital contents business along with the game industry. The success of the screen golf is because the high tech virtual reality technology is applied to the business in a way that it can meet the five senses of human and that the user can be absorbed into it. In addition, the interaction and playfulness in the screen golf helps the users to get more involved in the game, thus enhancing its value as one of the entertainments. Especially, this study focuses on its interaction and playfulness, which helped the screen golf succeed as a business because they help people to get more absorbed in the game through the communication and fun. From this point of view, the screen golf can be considered to have the best characteristics by which the users can be motivated to use the screen golf. Now along with the public success of the screen golf, the screen golf is recognized as the core field of digital contents. So, the screen golf needs the approaches and researches from multiple points of views, including culture and arts.

Studies and applications related to unidirectional flow are gaining attention from researchers across disciplines in the recent years. Flow can be viewed as a concept, where the material, fluid, people, air, and electricity are moving from one node to another over a transportation network, water network, or through electricity distribution systems. Unlike other networks such as computer networks, most of the flow networks are visible and have strong material existence and are responsible for the flow of materials with definite shape and volume. The flow of electricity is also unidirectional, and also share similar features as of flow of materials such as liquids and air. Generally, in a flow network, every node in the network participates and contributes to the efficiency of the network. In this survey paper, we would like to evaluate and analyze the depth and application of the acyclic nature of unidirectional flow in several domains such as industry, biology, medicine, and electricity. This survey also provides, how the unidirectional flow and flow networks play an important role in multiple disciplines. The study includes all the major developments in the past years describing the key attributes of unidirectional flow networks, including their applications, scope, and routing methods.

Social marketing seeks to develop and integrate marketing concepts with other approaches to social change and aims to influence behaviors that benefit individuals and societies for the social good. The study investigates the type and level of influence of social marketing on customer behavior in tourism companies in Baghdad (Iraq). The sample size of the study is 135 people comprising directors, assistant directors, and marketing staff in tourism companies in Baghdad. A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data and information, and was prepared by the researcher after it underwent validity, stability, and arbitration tests. The data was analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS v. 25, AMOS v.23) and statistical methods have been used to process the data represented by the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, correlation coefficient (Person), simple and multiple regression equations. The research showed significant results represented by a positive and strong relationship between the research variables. This result indicates that there is an effect on the customer's behavior. Moreover, the results of the study showed positive effects that extend from social marketing to customer behavior in the long term.

Strong earthquakes have caused substantial losses in recent years, and earthquake risk prevention has aroused a significant amount of attention. Earthquake risk prevention products can help improve the self and mutual-rescue abilities of people, and can create convenient conditions for earthquake relief and reconstruction work. At present, it is difficult for earthquake risk prevention information systems to meet the information requirements of multiple scenarios, as they are highly specialized. Aiming at mitigating this shortcoming, this study investigates and analyzes four user roles (government users, public users, social force users, insurance market users), and summarizes their requirements for earthquake risk prevention products in the whole disaster chain, which comprises three scenarios (pre-quake preparedness, in-quake warning, and post-quake relief). A targeted recommendation rule base is then constructed based on the case analysis method. Considering the user's location, the earthquake magnitude, and the time that has passed since the earthquake occurred, a targeted recommendation model is built. Finally, an Android APP is implemented to realize the developed model. The APP can recommend multi-form earthquake risk prevention products to users according to their requirements under the three scenarios. Taking the 2019 Lushan earthquake as an example, the APP exhibits that the model can transfer real-time information to everyone to reduce the damage caused by an earthquake.

In Korea, the Basic Act is guaranteed through the "Act on the Guarantee of Convenience Promotion for Disabled Persons, the Elderly, Pregnant Women, etc." and various ordinances. In order to improve this situation, it is necessary to introduce Universal Design (UD). By applying this where it is most needed, access to cultural properties is enhanced to promote multiple rights. Currently, the region with the largest population of the elderly in Korea is Gyeonggi-do, but the region with the highest proportion of the elderly is Jeolla-do. However, the Jeolla-do area is lagging behind in the revision of UD regulations or guidelines. Taking this into consideration and introducing it to each facility will also help to achieve balanced national development. In order to establish and apply effective universal design-related policies, it is necessary to diagnose the aspects of social change that affect our lives. In this study, the need for UD should be expanded as a basis for expanding social activities of socially disadvantaged people in Jeollabuk-do. Its goal is to diagnose the current status of UD and to suggest directions for application of improvements.

Purpose - In the aviation industry, we will investigate the impact of users' acceptance of technology on their usage behavior and find out the factors that affect their acceptance of technology. We will expand the prior study to find out the impact of the self-service technology of Incheon Airport. Research design, data, and Methodology - The thesis was conducted on people using self-service technology at Incheon International Airport from July to August 2019. Part 307 of the valid questionnaires were used for this final analysis. The collected data were used to perform frequency, factor, reliability, and multiple regression analyses using the SPSS statistical package. Result - Individual aspects of external variables, service aspects, and systems aspects have been shown to affect usability and perceived ease of use. Usability and convenience have been shown to serve as intermediaries for users' technological acceptance. Conclusion - The perceived convenience and usefulness of Incheon International Airport has been shown to affect self-service users, while convenience and usefulness have been shown to serve as intermediaries for technology acceptance purposes. In other words, raising expectations for convenience, rapid processing, benefits and so on will have a positive impact on the intent to accept.

The aim of this article is to investigate the religious medical treatments performed by Kang Jeungsan as recorded in The Canonical Scripture, the main scripture of the Korean new religion, Daesoon Jinrihoe. The unity of mind and body is the core principle underlying Kang Jeungsan's religious medical treatments. He believed treating the mind of his patients was more important and necessary than treating their diseases. As such, he believed the only way to treat critical illness was to keep preserve the mind-body unity of his patients. Massage was a physical therapy often used by Kang Jeungsan. The medicinal materials that he commonly used were the Four-substance Decoction (四物湯 samultang), Minor Bupleurum Decoction (小柴胡湯 soshihotang), quince (木瓜 mokgwa *Pseudocydonia sinensis; not papaya), and rehmannia (生地黃 saengjihwang). Kang Jeungsan's religious medical treatments were characteristic of Daoist healing methods. His Daoist style healing methods included multiple techniques such as treating diseases through correcting Qi, exorcising malevolent entities, transferring diseases to a different host, removing a disease through the changing of clothes, pouring medicine into the ground, combining the usage of talisman and incantations, and treating the common people. Among these techniques, Jeungsan's pouring medicine into the ground was especially innovative.

Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, human resources play a vital role in the health industry because the staff all has to confront a lot of stresses in serving the country and the people to overcome the severe contagiousness and infection of the virus. It is also the case of Family General Hospital, Da Nang (Vietnam). Therefore, the Hospital identifies talented personnel as a core resource in its sustainable development strategy. Researching on how to retain talented staff to serve the sustainable and long-term development of a private hospital such as Family Hospital is extremely necessary, especially when there are fewer large and modern private health facilities for the healthcare system in Central Vietnam compared to the North and the South. With the analysis of survey data and in-depth interviews from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives (via SPSS 20.0), especially the ANOVA and EFA analyses, and linear multiple regression (Generation 1 methods), this study aims to clarify the aspects that affect the talent retention in the representative Family Hospital. The lessons learned have been a good reference for similar private healthcare models in the process of bringing health-related services to a new level in the competition.

Working memory (WM), which plays a vital role in daily activities, is a memory system that temporarily stores and processes information when people are engaged in complex cognitive activities. The influence of music on WM has been widely studied. In this work, we conducted a series of n-back memory experiments with different task difficulties and multiple trials on 14 subjects under the condition of no music and Alpha wave leading music. The analysis of behavioral data show that the change of music condition has significant effect on the accuracy and time of memory reaction (p<0.01), both of which are improved after the stimulation of Alpha wave music. Behavioral results also suggest that short-term training has no significant impact on working memory. In the further analysis of electrophysiology (EEG) data recorded in the experiment, auto-regressive (AR) model is employed to extract features, after which an average classification accuracy of 82.9% is achieved with support vector machine (SVM) classifier in distinguishing between before and after WM enhancement. The above findings indicate that Alpha wave leading music can improve WM, and the combination of AR model and SVM classifier is effective in detecting the brain activity changes resulting from music stimulation.
