직장인의 직무스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Employees' Job Stress on Organization Effectiveness)

  • 본 연구는 직장인들의 직무스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 대해 검증하고자 실시된 연구로서, 2015년 3월부터 5월까지 서울 경기지역 직장인 222명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통한 실증적 연구방법을 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 통계패키지를 사용하여 상관관계분석, 빈도분석, 다중회귀분석을 통한 자료 분석으로 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 직장인의 직무스트레스는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 직무스트레스 요인 중 역할모호는 기술직이 영업직과 사무직 보다 낮게 나타났으며, 역할과다는 학력과 년소득이 높을수록 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 직장인의 직무스트레스는 직무만족, 조직몰입과는 부(-)의 관계, 이직의도와는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설이 채택되었다. 따라서 직장인들의 직무스트레스가 조직유효성에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 판명되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 직장인들의 이직률을 최소화하고 조직몰입과 직무만족을 극대화시키기 위해서는 직무스트레스 문제에 대한 구체적인 관리 방안이 모색되어져야 할 필요성이 있다고 생각된다.

관광클러스터 구축이 지역축제 활성화에 미치는 영향에 관한 사례연구 (A Case Study on the effects of Tourism Cluster creation on the promotion of regional festivals)

  • 본 연구는 관광클러스터가 지역을 단위로 하는 혁신 전략의 하나가 될 수 있다는 것을 전제로 관광클러스터 구축이 지역축제의 활성화에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검토하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구와 실증연구를 병행하였으며 충남지역 문화축제에 대한 인식, 충청도 지역문화 축제에 가장 가고 싶은 연계 관광지, 클러스터 특성, 참가동기, 축제만족도, 재방문의사, 추천의도에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 충남지역 문화축제와 관광지에 관람자 150명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 통계처리는 SAS 9 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 사용된 통계분석기법은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석이다. 클러스터 특성 중 축제만족도와 재방문의사에 직접적인 영향을 가장 많이 미치는 것은 경쟁조건으로 나타났다. 동기와 관련해서는 축제만족도에는 내적동기가, 재방문 의사에는 외적동기가 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 내적 동기에는 요소조건이, 외적동기에는 경쟁조건이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 축제만족도에는 요소조건이, 재방문의사에는 경쟁조건이 간접적으로 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다.

커피전문점의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Service Qualities on Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention in Coffee Shops)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to classify the quality factors of coffee shop customers with the service quality based on the SERVQUAL, selection attributes, and service qualities used in previous studies. The path structure of coffee shops' quality factors → customer satisfaction → trust → behavioral intention was analyzed in order to confirm the system of coffee shops' quality factors. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey of was conducted with college students of Kangwon University. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed, with 232 collected. Of them, Excluding 36 respondents' because of incomplete answers and missing values, 196 responses were used in the final analysis. Empirical analysis was made through factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, simple regression analysis and mediating regression analysis by using Statistics Package SPSS 19.0. Results - The results are as follows: Firstly, coffee shops' quality factors were classified into seven categories like service encounter quality, product quality, cleanliness, overall interior, purchase quality, convenience, and aesthetics. Secondly, service encounter quality, product quality, purchase quality, and aesthetics had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, respectively. Thirdly, it showed that service encounter quality, product quality, overall interior, purchase quality, and aesthetics had a positive effect on trust, respectively. Fourthly, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on behavioral intention. Lastly, after verifying the effect relations of trust between customer satisfaction about coffee shop and behavioral intention, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on trust and trust has a positive effect on behavioral intention. On the other hand, trust did not have a mediating effect between customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. But, cleanliness, convenience, and overall interior did not have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions - Coffee shop consumers put importance on price, discount systems, taste, and freshness, but more on courteous and kind services of coffee shop staff or comfortable and calming atmosphere of inner space. Thereby, coffee shop marketers need to take factors like service encounter quality and aesthetics into more consideration. In addition, customer satisfaction has an effect on trust, while trust on behavioral intention, even though trust is not mediated between customer satisfaction and behavior intention.

모바일게임 이용자의 지속사용 영향요인분석: 성별과 국적에 따른 라이프스타일을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Influential Factors from Continuous Use by Mobil Game Users : Lifestyle under Gender and Nationality)

  • 라이프스타일은 사회전체 또는 사회의 일부 구성원들이 공통으로 가지고 있는 생활양식이므로 소비자 행동을 이해하는 중요한 변수이다. 이에 본 연구는 모바일게임 이용자의 라이프스타일과 게임 지속사용의도 간의 관계를 파악하고자 한국과 중국의 20세 이상 성인 모바일게임 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며 수집된 데이터는 통계패키지 프로그램인 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 위계적 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 설문에 참석한 인원은 총 212명으로 성별의 비율은 남성과 여성이 50 대 50이고 국적은 대한민국 107명, 중국 105명이다. 연구결과 첫째, 라이프스타일을 고려하지 않는다면, 남자일수록, 대한민국 국적이 아닐수록(중국 국적일수록) 지속사용의도가 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 모바일게임 사용자의 라이프스타일 중 도전추구, 유행추구, 보수 및 과시형은 게임의 지속사용의도에 중요한 원인변수가 될 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 라이프스타일의 영향력은 개인의 성별이나 국적에 따라 다르다는 것과 연관 지어 설명할 수는 없다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 중국 모바일게임 시장에 진출하고자 하는 기업과 정부 정책의 전략적 방안 수립을 위한 기초 자료로 제공하고자 한다.

민간경비원의 직무만족도 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Job Satisfaction of Private Security Guard)

  • 본 연구는 공경비로 대변되고 있는 경찰의 치안업무에 대한 보조역할 뿐만 아니라 때로는 독립적 역할로써 민간경비의 역할과 중요성이 강조되고 있는 시점에서 민간경비업의 구성원인 민간경비원의 직무만족도를 고찰하여 직무만족에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인하고 민간경비원의 근무의욕 및 전문성 제고 등 개선방안을 제시하였다. 분석기법은 빈도분석을 비롯하여 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 교차분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 민간경비원의 직무만족도에 가장 중요한 요인은 '사회적 인정'으로 나타났는데, 사회적 인정은 전문직업인으로서 신뢰받고 직업적 가치를 높일 때 형성된다. 민간경비원의 직무만족도를 개선하기 위한 정책제언은 다음과 같이 설명할 수 있다. 첫째, 민간경비원 공인자격제도를 신설하여 전문성 있는 민간경비원을 채용해야 한다. 둘째, 민간경비원의 업무능력을 향상시키기 위하여 민간경비원 전담교육기관 지정 및 체계적인 교육이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 보수체계 현실화가 필요하다. 넷째, 민간경비업의 허가 및 감독에 대한 실질적인 효과성 확보가 이루어져야 한다. 다섯째, 공익적 업무영역이 확대되어야 한다.

MRI 분포와 관행수가 현황 및 촬영실적 분석 (Current Status of MRI Distribution, Prevailing Charges and Analysis of Its Performance)

  • There exists a remarkable differences in use of MRI scanning among income classes. The poor can hardly utilize it. This is because, among high cost technnologies, MRI is the only equipment not covered under health insurance benefits in Korea. This study was designed 1) to reveal the status of nation-wide MRI installation, customary charges and per unit annual scanning performance, and 2) to analyse factors influencing the above variables. The data for this study came from "MRI Prevalence Survey" conducted by the National Federation of Medcial Insurance(NFMI) in 1997, and were analyzed through SAS packages for T-test, analysis of variance and stepwise multiple regression. Data were collected from 188 hospitals equipped with MRI scanners. Major findings are summarized as follows : The number of MRI scanners has increased from 69 in 994 to 158 in 1996(2.3 times) while per unit annual scanning performance has risen by 11.2% from 2,173 cases in 1994 to 2,417 cases in 1996. Such a rapid increase was made possible mainly due to the inclusion of CT scanning under the health insurance benefit package. The customary charges for MRI scanning with or without contrast media, on average, amounted to 484,000 Won and 402,000 Won, respectively, with the percentile increase of 17.8% and 8.1% each during the same time. Korea ranks the third worldwidely in terms of number of MRI installations, 4.8 scanners per one million persons, only next to Japan and United States. Geographical variation of MRI, however, was rather high, 7.91 unit, in Cheju area compared to 1.82 in Kyongnam area. Variations of customary charges of MRI scanning can be explained as much as by 44.8% by both the total amount of claims to NFMI and geographical variable. The charges were more likely to be higher in metropolitan areas like Seoul and in hospitals with a bigger amount of claims. While those of per unit annual scanning performance can be explained as much as by 30.7% by both MRI installation cost and level of MRI-installed organizations. Per capital scannig performance was higher in tertiary hospitals and hospitals equipped with more expensive scanners than hospitals with less expensive scanners. Two measures are called for the remedying the existing excessive abundance in MRI units in korea : One is to set a ceiling of MRI units in an area like a province or a metropolitan district. The other is to establish a committee on introduction of high cost technologies for reviewing its effective use.ctive use.

영.유아복 세탁에 관한 소비자 행동 연구 - 세탁기 유형별 비교 - (Consumer's Behaviors on the Laundering of Baby's Clothing - Comparison of Washing Machine Types -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate consumer's behaviors on the laundering of baby's clothing according to washing machine types. The subjects were 255 consumers with babies(0-2 years) in Korea. The data were collected with a self-administered questionnaire and analyzed by Chi-square test and multiple response analysis, and SPSS 12.0 statistics package was used. Consumers were separated into two groups according to washing machine types with general pulsator type and drum-type. Consumer's behaviors between general pulsator type group and drum-type group of washing machines were also examined. The results of this study were as follows. In the consumer satisfaction for washing machine, mostly drum-type group of consumers were satisfied with their washing machines. As the reasons of washing machine's dissatisfaction, noise, washing time and low washing efficiency were high in the pulsator type group, and washing time, noise and high price in the drum-type washing machine group. The consumers concerned about separation of clothing and laundering label while they washed laundry by washing machine. However, they didn't separate clothing because the small volume of laundry and a long washing time. The most interest and required thing of consumers was complete rinsing without any detergents used in washing as well as the removal of soils for baby's clothing regardless of two washing machine types. And they complained food soils like milk and mother's milk etc. were not completely removed by washing machine. As a whole the washing frequency of baby's laundry was once per a day and the rinsing also more than three times per a laundry. Most of the consumers used a private detergents for baby's clothing(detergents for baby's clothing only), and preferred to the high or boiled temperature washing as a desirable baby's laundering. There were significant differences between general pulsator type group and drum-type group of washing machines on the laundering of baby's clothing in this study.

여성의 커피와 다류의 섭취에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Consumption of Coffee and Tea among Female in Seoul)

  • The purposes of this study are : (a) to investigate the attitude to various coffee and tea of women, (b) to analyze the characteristics of each classified group according to eating frequency, and (c) to abstract the factors which can influence the consumption of coffee and tea. Questionnaires were hand delivered to 1,200 women residing in Seoul. A total of 1012 was usable: resulting in 84% response rate. Statistical data analysis was completed using SAS Package program for the one way-analysis of variance(ANOVA), Duncan's multiple comparison test, factor analysis and analysis of covariance (ANOCOVA). (a) Instant coffee was most consumed(22.1 times a month), green tea in tea bag(8.7), Donggulre tea(8.3), Coffee (72) in order of frequency. Among Korean traditional tea Donggulre tea(8.3) and Yuja tea (2.0) were most prefered but still a minute quantity of Korean traditional tea was enjoyed. (b) Coffee and Black tea was regarded unhealthful but habitual, delicious and familiar beverage. Green tea was regarded good for health but not so habitual, practical and familiar. The consumer awareness can be grouped into 3 clases : Healthy factor, Habitual Practical factor, Familiar factor. (c) The sociodemographic characteristics of women influenced the beverage consumption. Women in their 30s and 40s consumed much of instant coffee and coffee. 10s and 20s consumed much of canned coffee. Working women drank much of instant coffee and green tea in tea bag. Women in highest income group$({\geq}\;4,000,000\;won/month)$ consumed much of coffee. (d) The factors which influenced the eating frquency of those beverages were various. The eating frequency of instant coffee was influenced by the age, familiar factor and habitual practical factor. And coffee were influenced by income level, habitual practical factor. The frequency of green tea in tea bag was influenced by habitual practical factor and familiar factor, green tea was influenced by healthy factor and habitual practical factor, Donggulre tea was influenced by habitual practical factor.

병원급식 조리종사원의 직무 특성과 직무 만족도 분석 (Job Satisfaction and its Relationship to Job Characteristcis of Hospital Foodservice Employees)

  • The purposes of this study were to: 1) measure the levels of job satisfaction with five facets of a job: the work itself, promotion, pay, supervision and co-workers, 2) investigate the degree of job characteristics inventory which employees perceived, 3) investigate relationships between job characteristics and job satisfaction levels of the employees in hospital foodservice, 4) measure the levels of organizational commitment and investigate its relationships between job satisfaction and job characteristics, 5) investigate the relationships between job performance and job satisfaction, job characteristics of the employees in hospital foodservice. The questionnaire was developed based on modifying Job Descriptive Index developed by Smith, Kendall, Hulin and Job Characteristics Inventory developed by Sims, Szilagyi, Keller and Affective commitment Scale developed by Meyer and Allen. Subjects consisted of 76 employees in hospital foodservice. Data were analyzed for frequency, means, ANOVA, Duncan multiple range test, and pearson correlation using SAS PC Package. The results of this study were as follows. 1) Most of the respondents were 41 years up(39.5%) and married (92%). High school graduates were 59.2%. 10 years working experienced employees were 35%. 2) A majority of the respondents(44.7%) ranked work itself as the most important aspect. 3) They were the most satisfied with co-workers. 4) Satisfaction with work itself, wage, and supervision were found significantly related to age(p<0.05). 5) Task identify was the most prevalent job characteristics and then task identity. 6) Satisfaction with co-workers were found significantly related to job variety(p<0.05). Satisfaction with supervision and promotion were found significantly related to friendship(p<0.05). 7) Job satisfaction have not correlation with job performance. Satisfaction with supervision, co-workers were positively correlated with organizational commitment(p<0.01). 8) Job characteristics of dealing with others were positively correlated with job performance (p<0.05). Job characteristics of variety, autonomy, task identity were positively correlated with organizational commitment(p<0.05, p<0.01).

웹검색 행태 연구 - 사용자가 스스로 쿼리를 뭉치는 방법으로 - (Web Search Behavior Analysis Based on the Self-bundling Query Method)

  • 검색이 편재화 되고 있다. 사용자들은 PC를 너머 스마트폰과 스마트TV에서도 검색을 일상적으로 사용하고 있다. 따라서 사용자의 검색행태도 진화 중이다. 하지만 검색행태 연구는 서버의 트랜잭션 로그(transaction log)를 기반으로 하거나 사용자 로그(user log)를 관찰하는 경우에도 개별 쿼리(query instance)를 분석단위로 삼기에 여러 매체와 여러 시간을 가로지르는 검색 행태를 분석하기에 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 사용자가 직접 덩어리 지운 쿼리 뭉치(bundled query)를 살펴보아 시간과 매체를 가로지르며 궁금증을 해결해 나가는 사용자의 검색행동을 분석해 보았다. 연구를 위해 사용자 PC에 웹로그 캐처를 설치하고, 취합된 웹검색 기록을 사용자들이 직접 덩어리 지워 같은 궁금증을 가진 뭉치를 만들도록 하였다. 또한 각 뭉치에 대한 설문을 통해 검색의 동기, 계기, 만족도 및 검색 후 활동을 조사하였다. 사용자에 의해 만들어진 뭉치는 전화 인터뷰를 통해 검증하였고 맥락을 확인하였다. 뭉치를 통한 인터뷰는 검색 당시의 기억을 떠올리는 힌트로 작용하여 사용자의 검색 회상을 생생하게 하였다. 분석 결과 사용자들은 하루에 평균 4.75개의 검색 뭉치를 발생시키고, 각각의 검색 뭉치는 평균 2.75개의 쿼리로 구성되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 뭉치 내 쿼리의 발전을 '쿼리의 정교화'와 '주제의 정교화'라는 상위 범주 아래 9개의 패턴으로 확인하였다.
