치기공과 학생의 취업스트레스와 진로결정 자기효능감의 연관성 (A Study on the Relationship Between Job Seeking Stress and career decision-making self-efficacy in students of Department of Dental Technology)

  • Purpose: This study is to analyse the job seeking stress, to see the relationship Between Job Seeking Stress and career decision-making self-efficacy in students of department of dental technology. Method: For this, the students of department of dental technology in daegu and daejeon and wonkwang university selected at May 2016. A question investigation was used in a entry method of self-estimation. Furthermore a total of 151 person was used as final analysis data. Statical analysis was performed with SPSS 22.0. An analysis of frequency, two sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Multiple regression was used. Results: Firstly, personal expenses affected beneficially statistically the Job Seeking Stress(p<.05). Secondly, sex, Score, Major satisfaction, personal expenses affected beneficially statistically the career decision-making self-efficacy(p<.05). Thirdly, University environment and academic stress in the Job Seeking Stress affected beneficially statistically the career decision-making self-efficacy(choice target). Conclusion: The study found out that there was significant effect when increased to university environment and academic stress in Job Seeking Stress, the career decision-making self-efficacy was decreased. So the study proved that when helping students facing difficulties due to the career decision-making self-efficacy, it is important to decreased their university environment and academic stress.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a analytic procedure of the alternatives for the FMS that consist of high-priced facilities. A procedure to analysis the alternatives are as follows. Stage one is procedure to appraise investment alternatives of FMS and devide factors into strategic, analytic, economic viewpoint and draw upon decision making matrix through normalization Stage two is appraise to normalized alternatives using TOPSIS model among multiple attributes decision making models.

  • The objective of this paper is to develop a fuzzy logic based decision-making system to detect low current faults using multiple detection algorithms. This fuzzy system utilizes a fuzzy expert model which executes an operation without complicated mathematical models. This fuzzy system decides the performance weights of the detection algorithms. The weights and the turnouts of the detection algorithms discriminate faults from normal events. This system can also be a generic group decision-making tool for other areas of power system protection.

  • 건설산업관리는 건설사업의 초기부터 완성에 이르기까지 범위, 시간, 비용, 품질 등 관련 요소에 대한 통합 관리를 통해 프로젝트를 성공적으로 완수하기 위한 조직적 활동이며, 이의 궁극적 목표는 전사적 경영효율을 극대화하는 것이다. 이를 위해 관리자는 작업의 범위와 방법과 순서 및 비용과 일정을 계획, 실행, 감시 및 통제하며 그들에 수반되는 자원을 할당하고 조정한다. 자원배분은 공기 및 비용과 밀접하게 연관되고, 따라서 이들 관계에 근거한 효과적 자원배당은 하나의 의사결정문제로 모형화될 수 있다. 여기서 문제를 구성하는 의사결정기준과 대안의 성과뿐만 아니라 가중치 또한 중요한 기능을 하므로, 이들의 산정에는 일관성과 객관성이 담보되어야 한다. 본 논문은 다수의 의사결정기준하에 동시에 계획된 단일(복수) 프로젝트(현장)에 속한 활동들간에 한정된 동일 자원의 효과적 투입을 위한 우선순위를 결정하는 개념과 방법을 제시하였다. 기반 도구로 다기준 의사결정기법의 하나인 계층분석법을 활용하였으며, 세 가지 유형의 사례에 적용하여 그에 대한 타당성과 유용성을 보였다. 사례 1은 각 활동이 주공정상에 위치하며 선택기준으로 조기종료시간, 잔여후속공기, 후속활동수, 자원요구량 등을 선정하였으며, 사례 2는 경쟁 활동이 상이한 여유시간과 조기종료시간, 자원일수, 후속잔여공기, 후속활동수 등을 의사결정속성으로 선정하였다. 사례 3은 이미 수행된 4개의 농사에 대해 본 연구의 방법을 피드백하여 유용성을 검토하였다.

DEA 기반 온라인 게임 성과 관리 포트폴리오 모형 (A DEA-Based Portfolio Model for Performance Management of Online Games)

  • This paper proposes a strategic portfolio model for managing performance of online games. The portfolio matrix is composed of two dimensions: financial performance and non-financial performance. Financial performance is measured by the conventional measure, average revenue per user (ARPU). In terms of non-financial performance, five non-financial key performance indicators (KPIs) that have been widely used in the online game industry are utilized: RU (Register User), VU (Visiting User), TS (Time Spent), ACU (Average Current User), MCU (Maximum Current User). Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is then employed to produce a single performance measure aggregating the five KPIs. DEA is a linear programming model for measuring the relative efficiency of decision making unit (DMUs) with multiple inputs and outputs. This study employs DEA as a tool for multiple criteria decision making (MCDM), in particular, the pure output model without inputs. Combining the two types of performance produces the online game portfolio matrix with four quadrants: Dark Horse, Stop Loss, Jack Pot, Luxury Goods. A case study of 39 online games provided by company 'N' is provided. The proposed portfolio model is expected to be fruitfully used for strategic decision making of online game companies.

간호학생이 지각한 전문직 사회화가 역할갈등 및 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Professional Socialization Perceived by Nursing Students on Role Conflict and Professional Self-concept)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the impacts of professional socialization perceived by nursing students on role conflict and professional self-concept. Methods: Using a structured questionnaire, data were collected from 683 nursing students. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression were conducted using SAS program. Results: The mean score of total professional socialization was 3.74 followed by the scores of 'independence', 3.98, 'commitment', 3.80, 'decision making', 3.60, and 'maturity', 3.53. The mean score of total role conflict was 3.72, and professional self-concept was 2.75. Total professional socialization, commitment, and independence perceived by nursing students were positively related to role conflict. Also total professional socialization and total subcategories of professional socialization were positively related to professional self-concept. As a result of stepwise multiple regression analysis, the key determinants of role conflict were found to be 'independence', 'motivation with admission', 'sex', 'desire with working', 'grade' and 'decision making'. The key determinants of professional self-concept were 'decision making', 'commitment', 'satisfaction about nursing', and 'interpersonal relationship'. Conclusion: Through this results, it is necessary to improve professional socialization in order to increase professional self-concept among nursing students.

Evaluating Service System Alternatives via a Computer Simulation-enabled MCDM Framework

  • Decision makers in the service industry must effectively cope with queuing problems, service capacity optimization, service efficiency and service quality problems. This study proposes a computer simulation-enabled MCDM framework that integrates computer simulation analysis, Taguchi method, expert opinion and multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) to assist decision makers in coping with decision problems. In this framework, Taguchi method is adopted to reduce the time required for the simulation experiment. Computer simulation analysis is adopted to obtain useful information for rapid decision-making without interrupting actual production. MCDM is used to select the optimal alternative. The illustrative result is extremely promising.

Vague Set를 이용한 다속성.다수전문가 의사결정 (Multi-Attribute and Multi-Expert Decision Making by Vague Set)

  • Measurement of attributes is often highly subjective and imprecise, yet most MADM methods lack provisions for handling imprecise data. Frequently, decision makers must establish a ranking within a finite set of alternatives with respect to multiple attributes which have varying degrees of importance. The problem is more complex if the evaluations of alternatives according to each attribute are not expressed in precise numbers, but rather in fuzzy numbers. Analysis must allow for lack of precision and partial truth. The advantages of a fuzzy approach for MADM are that a decision maker can obtain efficient solutions all at once without trial and error, and that this approach provides better support for judging the interactive improvement of solutions in comparison with o decision making method. The algorithm used in this study is based on the concepts of vague set theory. Linguistic variables and vague values are used to facilitate a decision maker's subjective assessment about attribute weightings and the appropriateness of alternative versus selection attributes in order to obtain final scores which are called vague appropriateness indices. A numerical example is presented to show the practical applicability of this approach.

요양병원간호사의 도덕적 민감성과 자기주장성이 윤리적 의사결정 자신감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Moral Sensitivity and Self-Assertiveness on Ethical Decision-Making Confidence of Nurses Working in Long Term Care Hospitals)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 요양병원 간호사의 도덕적 민감성, 자기주장성, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감의 정도, 상관관계, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 G도에 소재한 6개의 요양병원에 근무하는 간호사 149명으로, 자료수집은 2019년 11월 30일부터 12월 18일까지 시행하였으며 SPSS win 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation 및 Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 도덕적 민감성 정도는 평균 4.94점, 자기주장성 정도는 평균 3.17점, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감 정도는 평균 3.49점이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 자기주장성 정도는 도덕적 고뇌 경험 유무에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감 정도에서는 직위와 윤리적 교육 경험 유무에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 윤리적 의사결정 자신감은 도덕적 민감성(r=.382, p<.001)과 자기주장성(r=.224, p<.01)과 유의한 정적 상관이 있었다. 요양병원 간호사의 윤리적 의사 결정 자신감에 영향을 주는 변인은 도덕적 민감성과 윤리적 교육 경험 여부, 자기주장성임을 확인하였고, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감에 대한 이들 변인의 설명력은 25.0%였다. 따라서 요양병원 간호사의 윤리적 의사결정 자신감을 향상하기 위해서는 윤리적 교육을 통한 도덕적 민감성과 자기주장성을 함께 향상할 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
