Interesting education which utilizes cyber visual and audio multimedia effects, we regard it as a very effective education but those programs are not prepared yet. So, the purpose of this research is to provide a new direction for cyber fashion education with the use of avatars as the multimedia factor to increase student's interest and understanding. First, we investigated the present situation of fashion cyber education and the present avatar usage situation online, and also we searched literature and the internet to investigate the general theory of design. Second, we used Adobe photoshop 7.0 to make avatars, then, we used Macromedia Flash MX to design the avatar on our web site, and to make it look more realistic. According to the research results, cyber fashion education is usually used as marketing in certain areas, and for middle school, and high school students it is mainly used as text and lecture videos. When searching for fashion sites that use avatars, we found that most fashion shopping malls use them. Because avatars can give visual effects and also increase interest and fun, they can increase concentration and understanding and can be effective in fashion cyber education.

Even though we basically regard spoken English like listening and speaking rather than written language as an important principle in Elementary Education of English, actually students are being taught English only by imitating what they heard and watched through audio or video tapes in the scene of elementary school. Of course, it is successful to learn English focused on a spoken language not in EFL(English as a foreign language) but in ESL(English as a second language) circumstance. Therefore, we provide products of multimedia contents in order to give opportunities which can make use of English in the classroom through the Web in this paper. In addition to it, we write this paper on method to strengthen motivation for learning language even out of the classroom by putting English to practical use through video conference system or E-mail exchange.

The purpose of this paper was to analyze multicultural elements and propose measures to strengthen them in the 2009and the 2015 school curriculum. Based on Kim Cheong-ha (2015), the multi-cultural guidance elements and Bennett (2003:32-35) the target system and Choi Moo-sung and Kim Soon-ja (2009) were reconstructed and analyzed. Multicultural elements shown in the 2015 revised curriculum were analyzed for cultural diversity, recognition and tolerance, community awareness, and self-identity. The analysis targets analyzed multicultural elements of 'seeking human beings', 'core competences' and 'school organization and operation' during the elementary education curriculum in 2009. As a result of analyzing the multicultural elements of the former primary education process, 'cultural diversity' is 1,Recognition and tolerance'0, community spirit'3, and 'self-reliant'2 total6. In the new elementary school curriculum, 18 were analyzed as 'cultural diversity'1, 'Recognition and tolerance'1, 'community spirit'8, and 'self-identity'8. The first analysis of multi-cultural factors appearing in the new elementary school curriculum should include the addition of multicultural elements 'cultural diversity' and 'cultural diversity area' and 'education and tolerance' to the following: Second, to grow into a balanced multicultural society member, it proposes an enhanced multicultural curriculum in four areas: cultural diversity, recognition and tolerance, ccommunity spirit, and self-identity.

Due to Covid-19, the un-contact culture has affected society as a whole, and the methods of education conducted offline has been greatly affected. In the private education of preparing for university entrance, the public official examinations and certification acquisition, the method of online education has been shown to have positive effects. While private class and school class which have offered in off-line to cope with rapid changes caused various problems such as decline in quality for education. Due to the characteristic of design class, practical training is important. As interactive feedback between students and educators is more important than one-way of delivering knowledge while class is conducted in online, educators have a challenge when they prepare for class. This study handles the methods of online education for the purpose of practical education methods in university nowadays, Especially, the non-face-to-face education methods for game animation production. Based on this study, I propose an effective educational method with non-face-to-face class that allows students to be satisfied and increases their knowledge, beyond face-to-face class.

Multicultural education is not about learning about a specific ethnic group, but rather developing the ability to cross the border of one's own culture and have conversations with people of other cultures. I think the purpose is to promote empathy and consideration. This study emphasizes the importance of developing multi-dimensional educational programs for all members of society for multicultural social integration, and it is necessary to lead personal, social and civic action movements to create a fair society through media-based multicultural literacy education. said that In order to achieve harmony and integration in a multicultural society, it is the most important to acknowledge cultural diversity and to discard cultural prejudices and inequalities for symbiosis between the mainstream culture and the minority culture. In particular, the United States and Germany, which have successfully led multicultural social integration, are comprehensive in all areas, including interculturalism based on peaceful coexistence and respect, labor market issues, vocational education issues, housing and health issues, and communication issues through media literacy. He led a multicultural national integration system with approaches and methods. Therefore, our multicultural education policy should also pursue a new paradigm that presupposes a change in the public's awareness of a multicultural society.

최근들어 멀티미디어 기술 및 컴퓨터 네트워크 기술이 획기적으로 발전되고 확산됨에 따라 이와같은 기술을 교육현장에도 활용함으로써 교육의 효과를 높이는 동시에 시공의 한계를 극복하려는 시도가 원격 교육을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 추세에 본 연구는 효과적인 실시간 원격교육이 이루어지기 위한 대책으로 다양한 멀티미디어 사이버 콘텐트 구현방안을 제시하였다. 멀티미디어 콘텐트의 인프라는 리얼서버 시스템을 기반으로 하여 상호대화적인 실시간 원격교육이 이루어지도록 한다.

컴퓨터신기술들을 이용한 가상대학이나 원격교육 시스템이 최근에 기존의 교육 환경이 안고 있는 문제점들을 해결 할 수 있는 유력한 대안으로써 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 이 논문은 원격교육 시스템 기반을 구축하기 위한 일련의 연구의 한 부분으로써, 우선 ' 같은 시간대 다른 장소' 형태의 원격교육강좌를 개설하기 위하여 Video Congferencing System을 이용한 강좌구조를 제시한다. 아울러 이 형태의 원격교육과정에 사용될 수 잇는 곤텐츠 개발을 위하여 멀티미디어 기술을 바탕으로 한 강의 포맷을 제시하고자한다.

새로운 교육적 매체로서의 인터넷과 웹은 이제 전통적 교육 패러다임에 대한 강고한 도전이 되고 있다. 정보화란 이상하에 열려진 공간으로서의 인터넷은 우리의 어린이와 청년들에게 자발적이고 스스로의 학습 전략과 문제해결대안을 찾아가는 발견적 학습이론과 구성주의이론에 의한 열린 학습환경을 지향해 가고 있는 것이 사실이다. 그러나 정보화 과학화 합리화를 지향하는 사회와 학교의 흐름속에서 실제 상처받고 잊혀져 가는 부분이 학생들의 인성이나 태도와 관련된 영역들이다. 본 연구는 인성교육을 위한 웹상에서의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 개발하여 학생과 일반인들에게 인성교육의 한 장을 열었다.

KORTASAT-III is planning to provide Ka-band broadband communication service, including eastsouth Asia area. In this paper, we calculate the link budget for Ka-band KOREASAT-III multimedia service and describe the performance of multimedia services according to link design parameters. There are Trunk service, Television receive only service, Two-way point-to-multipoint service, Tele-education service in the service scenario.

웹은 이제 우리 생활의 일부분이 되어 가고 있다. 많은 사람들이 웹을 이용하여 중요한 정보를 얻고 있으며, 이를 이용하여 많은 콘텐츠들이 개발되고 있다. 학습을 목적으로 하는 교육 콘텐츠도 많이 개발되고 있으며, 이러한 콘텐츠는 교육 및 훈련이 쉽고, 원하는 시간에 반복 학습을 가능하게 하기 때문에 많이 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 8051을 학습하고자 하는 학생들의 학습을 돕기 위해 Flash와 Java를 이용한 교육 컨텐츠를 개발하게 되었다.
