To provide the privacy of a keyword, a public key encryption with keyword search(PEKS) firstly was propsed by Boneh et al. The PEKS scheme enables that an email sender sends an encrypted email with receiver's public key to an email server and a server can obtain the relation between the given encrypted email and an encrypted query generated by a receiver. In this email system, we easily consider the situation that a user sends the one identical encrypted email to multi-receiver like as group e-mail. Hwang and Lee proposed a searchable public key encryption considering multi-receivers. To reduce the size of transmission data and the server's computation is important issue in multi-receiver setting. In this paper, we propose an efficient searchable public key encryption for multi-receiver (mPEKS) which is more efficient and reduces the server's pairing computation.

A simulation program for vehicle dynamic analysis was developed. The Cartesisn coordinate system was used for translational motion and the Euler angle system was used for rotational motion. A three dimensional multi-wheeled vehicle model and equations of motion were derived. Also static equilibrium analysis was added for initial vehicle condition setting. The program user can describe the exact characteristics of suspension spring force and damping force in the user subroutine. A wheel-ground contact model which represents geometrical effect was developed. Two cases of simulation for 16 D.O.F. vehicle model were conducted to validate the developed program by comparing the simulation results with the experimental data.

Recently, 3D reconstruction of real objects with multi-cameras has been widely used for many services such as VR/AR, motion capture, and plenoptic video generation. For accurate 3D reconstruction, geometry and color matching between multiple cameras will be needed. However, previous calibration and correction methods for geometry (internal and external parameters) and color (intensity) correction is difficult for non-majors to perform manually. In this paper, we propose a toolkit with procedural geometry calibration and color correction among cameras with different positions and types. Our toolkit consists of an easy user interface and turned out to be effective in setting up multi-cameras for reconstruction.
Related to the maximum vector problem, a skyline query is to discover dominating tuples from a set of tuples, where each defines an object (such as a hotel) in several dimensions (such as the price and the distance to the beach). A tuple, an instance of an object, dominates another tuple if it is equally good or better in all dimensions and better in at least one dimension. Traditionally, skyline queries are defined upon single-instance data or upon objects each of which is associated with an instance. However, in some cases, an object is not associated with a single instance but rather by multiple instances. For example, on a review website, many users assign scores to a product or a service, and a user's score is an instance of the object representing the product or the service. Such data is an example of multi-instance data. Unlike most (if not all) others considering the traditional setting, we consider skyline queries defined upon multi-instance data. We define the dominance calculation and propose an algorithm to reduce its computational cost. We use synthetic and real data to evaluate the proposed methods, and the results demonstrate their utility.

In this paper, we propose the acquisition method of the Cyclic-Prefix CDMA using Good-Autocorrelation-Sequence (GAS-CP-CDMA) system. The sequences for GAS-CP-CDMA are m-sequence and constant amplitude zero autocorrelation code (CAZAC) with good autocorrelation property. The GAS-CP-CDMA system is proposed for interference cancellation in multi-user and -path environment in co-cell. However, the reliable initial acquisition in multi-path fading channel and multi-user system environment is crucial. In this paper, non-coherent power detector and threshold value are used for discriminating signal acquisition. The sequence used for computer simulation is CAZAC. The simulation results show proper threshold value depends on the number of users. Through the computer simulation, we draw setting up method of the optimum threshold value for the GAS-CP-CDMA system.
Recently, in the research on online environment such as e-commerce, and internet banking, the conceptual discussion about trust and risk in an effort to explain a user's behavior is briskly underway. Most of the research on trust and risk are setting up causal relationship without clearly establishing the relationship between trust and risk. Accordingly this study conducted a meta-analysis in order to consider the relationship between trust and risk and to take a look at the difference in causal relationship. This study includes a total of 18 research papers which are setting up the causal relationship between trust and risk in online environment among the research papers published in domestic academic journals since 2000. Result of the meta-analysis, showed that the effect size was -0.367 in the path from trust to risk; -0.131 in the path from risk to trust; -0.276 in the bidirectional path between trust and risk. In addition, this study was able to confirm through literature review that there appeared a high effect of path in case where trust and risk were measured by an uni-dimensional concept than by a multi-dimensional concept.
Among various recommendation techniques, neighborhood-based Collaborative Filtering (CF) techniques have been one of the most widely used and best performing techniques in literature and industry. This paper proposes new approaches that can enhance the neighborhood-based CF techniques by identifying a few best neighbors (the most similar users to a target user) more accurately with more information about neighbors. The proposed approaches put more weights to the users who have more items co-rated by the target user in similarity computation, which can help to better understand the preferences of neighbors and eventually improve the recommendation quality. Experiments using movie rating data empirically demonstrate simultaneous improvements in both recommendation accuracy and diversity. In addition to the typical single rating setting, the proposed approaches can be applied to the multi-criteria rating setting where users can provide more information about their preferences, resulting in further improvements in recommendation quality. We finally introduce a single metric that measures the balance between accuracy and diversity and discuss potential avenues for future work.

In this study, an embedded system composed of equipment setting, block importing, scenario setting and output reporting is developed in multi-body dynamics program, ADAMS, for conducting dynamic structural analysis of block lifting process. First, equipment used for block lifting process is set in the simulation environment and the shapes and functions of two lifting beams, and six block loaders are provided as the equipment. Second, the modal analysis result of the lifting block is imported from the static structural analysis system, NASTRAN. Third, the lifting scenarios, such as hoisting, waiting, trolley moving, and wire connecting, are set in the system. Finally, output results in the forms of plots, texts and tables, are reported after the dynamic structural analysis. The test examples conducted in a shipyard are applied into the developed system in various condition and scenarios. The loads at the lug points, the stress contours, and the hot spot tables of the developed system are compared with the result of the static analysis system.

The major goal of this paper is to develop a practically implemental radial basis function (RBF) neural network based multi-user detector (MUD) for direct sequence (DS)-CDMA system. This work is expected to provide an efficient solution for RBF based MUD by quickly setting up the proper number of RBF centers and their locations required in training. The basic idea in this research is to estimate all the possible RBF centers by using supervised ${\kappa-means$ clustering technique, and select the only centers which locate near seemingly decision boundary between centers, and reduce further by grouping the some of centers adjacent each other. Therefore, it reduces the computational burden for finding the proper number of RBF centers and their locations in the existing RBF based MUD, and ultimately, make its implementation practical.
In this paper, we investigate the optimal packet scheduling problem in a two-user multiple access communication system, where the transmitters are able to harvest energy from the nature. Under a deterministic system setting, we assume that the energy harvesting times and harvested energy amounts are known before the transmission starts. For the packet arrivals, we assume that packets have already arrived and are ready to be transmitted at the transmitter before the transmission starts. Our goal is to minimize the time by which all packets from both users are delivered to the destination through controlling the transmission powers and transmission rates of both users. We first develop a generalized iterative backward waterfilling algorithm to characterize the maximum departure region of the transmitters for any given deadline T. Then, based on the sequence of maximum departure regions at energy arrival instants, we decompose the transmission completion time minimization problem into convex optimization problems and solve the overall problem efficiently.
