Differential signaling has become a popular choice for high-speed interconnection schemes on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), offering superior immunity to external noise. However, conventional differential transmission lines on PCBs have problems, such as crosstalk and radiated emission. To overcome these, we propose a Twisted Differential Line (TDL) structure on a multi-layer PCB. Its improved immunity to crosstalk noise and the reduced radiated emission has been successfully demonstrated by measurement. The proposed structure is proven to transmit 3 Gbps digital signals with a clear eye-pattern. Furthermore, it is subject to much less crosstalk noise and achieves a 13 dB suppression of radiated emission. Smart textile industries have been precipitously developed and extended to electronic textiles and wearable devices in recent years. In particular, owing to an increasingly aging society, the elderly healthcare field has been highlighted in the smart device industries, and pressure sensors can be utilized in various elderly healthcare products such as flooring, mattress, and vital-sign measuring devices. Furthermore, elderly healthcare products need to be more lightweight and flexible. To fulfill those needs, textile-based pressure sensors is considered to be an attractive solution. In this research, to apply a textile to the second layer using a pressure sensing device, a novel type of conductive textile was fabricated using vapor phase polymerization of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT). Vapor phase polymerization is suitable for preparing the conductive textile because the reaction can be controlled simply under various conditions and does not need high-temperature processing. The morphology of the obtained PEDOT-conductive textile was observed through the Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM). Moreover, the resistance was measured using an ohmmeter and was confirmed to be adjustable to various resistance ranges depending on the concentration of the oxidant solution and polymerization conditions. A 3-layer 81-point multi-pressure sensor was fabricated using the PEDOT-conductive textile prepared herein. A 3D-viewer program was developed to evaluate the sensitivity and multi-pressure recognition of the textile-based multi-pressure sensor. Finally, we confirmed the possibility that PEDOT-conductive textiles could be utilized by pressure sensors.
[5-7] 이 연구에서는 CBP를 Potential Barrier로 사용하고, Ir(ppy)3 (Green dopant), Ir(btp)2 (Red dopant) 를 각각 Potential Well로 사용하였고, 두께는 CBP 9nm, dopant 1nm로 하였다.
Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) which prepared with two-step anodizing method (with dissimilar solutions) was used as a template to fabricate highly ordered, free standing metal nano-rods. AAO nano-template technique can realize self-organized hexagonal pore structure with nanometer dimension size, it's easy to control pore diameter, length and density by varying anodizing conditions. Ni and Ni/Fe/Cu multi-metal layer nanorods were electrochemically deposited into AAO nano-template by AC voltage in simple sulfate solutions.. The properties of samples are tested by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission microscopy (FE-SEM).
Highly quantum efficient and multi-color emissible polymer light emitting devices have been realized utilizing poly (1-dodecyloxy-4-methyl-1, 3-phenylene)(2, 5"-terthienylene)(hereafter, mPTTh polymer) as an emitting layer and tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3) as an electron transport layer. A single layer EL device of mPTTh polymer emits orange-colored light. EL efficiency increases as the thickness of Alq3 layer increases, but the emission color becomes visually broad when the Alq3 layer thickness is greater than 30nm since the relative peak intensity of green EL from Alq3 layer grows. EL color is changed from orange to greenish orange as the thickness of Alq3 layer grows. EL color is changed from orange to greenish orange as the thickness of Alq3 layer increases. EL efficiency of the double layer device was greatly enhanced by 3000 times compared with that of a single layer device. Alq3 layer in device acts as a hole blocking electron transporting layer and an emitting layer as a function of the thickness of Alq3 layer.ayer.
In order to predict the indoor air pollutant, the VOCs emission rate is used through small chamber in the design process. However, the small chamber method has limitations as the convective mass transfer coefficient, the most important factor when predicting VOCs contamination of indoor air, is different between the small chamber result and the measured data in the actual building. Furthermore, the existing studies which analyzed mass transfer coefficient in the small chamber were directed on the small chambers developed at the time and FLEC(Field and Laboratory Emission Cell), thus, are different from the current small chamber which has been changed with improvements. The purpose of this study is to determine the emission rate of pollutant in multi-layered building materials, and predict the indoor pollutant concentration through the CFD(Computational of Fluid Dynamics) and CRIAQ2 based on the mass transfer coefficient on singled-layered building material by using the current small chamber widely used in Korea. Futhermore, this study used the new convective mass transfer coefficient(hm') which indicates the existing convective mass transfer coefficient(hm) including VOC partition coefficient(k). Also, formaldehyde was selected as target pollutant.
ITO/4, 4', 4"-tris (N -3 - methylphenyl - N - phenyl - amino) - triphenylamine, [m-MTDATA] / Terbium Iris - (1 - phenyl - 3 - methyl - 4 - (tertiarybutyryl) - pyrazol - 5 - one) triphenylphosphine oxide [$(tb-PMP)_3Tb-(Ph_3PO)$] / Mg:Ag devices were made to investigate its electrical and light emission properties. The thickness of m-MTOATA layer was varied from 0 to 80 nm. There was a threshold thickness for the sufficient hole injection. The insertion of 20 nm thick m-MTDATA layer between ITO and Tb-complex resulted in the right shift of current-voltage curve because of the insufficient hole injection. The low operating voltage can be obtained above the 40 nm of m-MTDATA layer. The insertion of m-MTDATA induced the increase of the background in the electroluminescence spectrum which was dependent on the current density of the devices.

AlCrNO cermet films were prepared on aluminum substrates using a DC-reactive magnetron sputtering method and a water-cooled Al:Cr target. The Al2O3/AlCrNO (LMVF)/AlCrNO (MMVF)/AlCrNO (HMVF)/Al/substrate of the 5 multi-layers was prepared according to the Ar and (N2 + O2) gas-mixture rates. The Al2O3 of the top layer is the anti-reflection layer of triple AlCrNO (LMVF)/AlCrNO (MMVF)/AlCrNO (HMVF) layers, and an Al metal forms the infrared reflection layer. In this study, the crystallinity and surface properties of the AlCrNO thin films were estimated using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), while the composition of the thin films was systematically investigated using Auger electron spectroscopy (AES). The optical properties of the wavelength spectrum were recorded using UH4150 spectrophotometry (UV-Vis-NIR) at a range of 0.3 μm to 2.5 μm.
As an active emission display using emissive polymer has had much attention recently, needs for a selective patterning of emissive layer for those displays have been increased abruptly. Therefore, the various laser sources in terms of its wavelength has been used for laser direct patterning. In this work, the feasibility of those processes is examined using numerical analysis and the experimental investigation. A sample has multi-layered structure, emissive polymer on aluminum which is deposited on a glass substrate. Key factors for optimizing the laser patterning of the emissive polymer are considered into the control of ablation products, large-sized particle, and the choice of the appropriate wavelength for minimizing the heat affected zone and the remnant layer.

CNT pastes with different inorganic binder such as glass frit and spin on glass (SOG) were synthesized by using multi-walled nanotube (MWNT) grown by CVD. The uniformity of cathode layer after firing was enhanced and the emission current density at an applied field of 7.95V/${\mu}m$ increased from 133${\mu}A$/$cm^2$ to 265${\mu}A$/$cm^2$ when inorganic binder changed from glass frit to SOG. The emission properties of CNT pastes with SOG were stable and uniform although firing was carried out at relatively high temperature of 450$^{\circ}C$ under air. It is concluded that SOG is more suitable inorganic binder than glass frit for field emission application.
