  • This paper discusses a Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy controller design problem for a phugoid model-based multi-agent system. The error between the state of a phugoid model and a reference is defined to construct a multi-agent system model. A T-S fuzzy model of the multi-agent system is built by introducing a nonlinear controller. A fuzzy controller is then designed to stabilize the T-S fuzzy model, where the synthesis condition is represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities.

  • Agent technology has been widely applied in today's electronic business, such as mobile agents, multi-agent information systems, etc. In particular, multi-agent systems have been applied as powerful simulation tools to study complex business networks composed of various self-interested trading firms and/or human beings. In this paper, we build an integrated model that consists of a multi-agent B2C market model and a B2B trade network model, and incorporate more reality than much of prior work. Then with this model, we carry out experimental studies on two different strategies that are common in electronic business - 'loyal' strategy (retailers try to build stable cooperation with suppiers to ensure material supply) and 'cost-saving' strategy (retailers try to reduce cost by choosing suppliers with lower wholesale price).

  • The protection against transient instability and consequent out-of-step condition is a major concern for the utility industry. Unstable system may cause serious damage to system elements such as generators and transmission lines. Therefore, out-of-step detection is essential to operate a system safely. Also, a multi-agent system is one that consists of a number of agents, which interact with one another. Multi-agent systems(MAS) can offer the flexibility and the adaptability to the previous algorithm. In this paper, the detection algorithm of out-of-step is designed by multi-agent system and implemented by EMTP-MODELS. To verify performance of the proposed algorithm based on multi-agent system, simulations by EMTP have been carried out.

  • 강화학습은 최적의 행동정책을 구하는 최적화 문제로 주어진 환경과의 상호작용을 통해 받는 보상 값을 최대화하는 것이 목표이다. 특히 단일 에이전트에 비해 상태공간과 행동공간이 매우 커지는 다중 에이전트 시스템인 경우 효과적인 강화학습을 위해서는 적절한 행동 선택 전략이 마련되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 멀티에이전트의 효과적인 행동 선택과 학습의 수렴속도를 개선하기 위하여 퍼지 추론 기반의 멀티에이전트 강화학습 모델을 제안하였다. 멀티 에이전트 강화학습의 대표적인 환경인 로보컵 Keepaway를 테스트 베드로 삼아 다양한 비교 실험을 전개하여 에이전트의 효율적인 행동 선택 전략을 확인하였다. 제안된 퍼지 추론 기반의 멀티에이전트 강화학습모델은 다양한 지능형 멀티 에이전트의 학습에서 행동 선택의 효율성 평가와 로봇축구 시스템의 전략 및 전술에 적용이 가능하다.

  • The primary objective of all power systems is to maintain the reliability and to minimize outage time for fault or the others. The frequency relaying algorithm perceives a variation of system frequency and thereafter detects the unbalance between generation and load. A multi-agent system is composed of multiple interacting computing elements that are known as agents. In this paper, frequency relaying algorithm is designed by multi-agent system and is implemented by EMTP-MODELS. To verify performance of the frequency relaying algorithm based on multi-agent system, simulations by EMTP have been carried out.

  • In this research, we are trying to develop a framework to evaluate the prevention program for Tsunami disaster based on the Multi-agent simulation model. Tsunami has arisen by the earthquake. It happened after flew minutes or few hours when it occurred. It is clear that Tsunami will come after earthquake and from seashore. If we prevent the damage by Tsunami, we should make people who is in the seashore and lived near the seaside escape from there. Moreover we must forecast the escape activity from Tsunami. Former research of this field, some researches try to forecast the escape activity as macro level. However, people who escape from Tsunami is differ from their physical ability and ability of information processing. It needs a more accuracy model to forecast the escape activity of them. Furthermore they make a decision step by step using the various information. Therefore escape activity from Tsunami will describe using an agent based model which can only treat the information processing of human being. In this paper, we develop the evacuation model from Tsunami disaster using the Multi agent based model. The purpose of this study is to analyze the human action pattern when Tsunami occurred, and to make an accurately assessment for damages by Tsunami. The Fujisawa city government is planning and operating the various prevention program far Tsunami. However nobody assess it, because they do not have any simulation models for Tsunami disaster. If they want to set an effective prevention program for Tsunami, they should have any kinds of simulation model. The results of this study are 1) To develop the Multi agent based evacuees escape activity model. 2) Assess the damage of Tsunami in Fujisawa-City.

  • 기존의 공급망이 디지털화되고 고객과 공급자간의 파트너쉽과 정보흐름에 있어서 고성능의 네트웍을 형성하는 새로운 개념의 네트 퀀을 가치넷 (value net)으로 정의한다. 이러한 가치넷은 고객이 그 중심에 위치하며 연관되는 제조 사이트와 공급자에 이르는 정보의 배분을 원활하게 해 준다. 본 연구의 목적은 복잡한 공급사슬의 흐름과정에서 발생하는 의사결정과정을 자동화하고 효율화하기 위해서 멀티에이전트를 이용한 프레임 을 설계하고 구매업무와 관련된 영역에 대하여 본 시스템을 구현해 보고자 하는 것이다. 에이전트의 지능적 판단을 위해서는 BDI (Belief, Desire, Intension) 모델을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 B2B 및 e-Business에서 에이전트를 이용한 조달 및 획득과 관련된 업무에 적용이 될 수 있다.무에 적용이 될 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 신재생에너지원을 포함하는 독립형 마이크로그리드시스템의 멀티에이전트시스템 기반의 분산에너지관리시스템 설계를 위한 통합시뮬레이션 모델을 제안한다. 멀티에이전트기반 분산에너지관리시스템은 일반적인 중앙에너지관리시스템에 비해 여러 장점들을 가지고 있으나 각 상태에 따른 설계가 비교적 복잡하여 기존의 전력시스템 도구를 이용하여 분산 에너지관리시스템을 설계하기에는 많은 어려운 점들이 있었다. 또한 설계된 에너지관리시스템을 실제 시스템에 적용하여 평가하는 것은 비능률적이기 때문에 효과적인 에너지관시스템을 설계하기 위해서는 통합시뮬레이션 모델이 필요하다. 제안된 통합시뮬레이션 모델은 Matlab/Simpowersystem 기반의 마이크로그리드시스템의 시뮬레이션 모델과 이벤트기반의 알고리즘 설계에 많은 장점이 있는 Matlab/StateFlow을 이용하여 설계된 멀티에이전트기반의 분산에너지관리시스템으로 구성되었다. 통합시뮬레이션 모델의 효용성을 보이기 위하여 특정한 동작 조건들에서 제안된 모델의 출력들을 분석하였다.

  • The object of this research is to develop a simulation system for earthmoving operations in consideration of the impact of congestion in-between equipment and existing traffic flow around the site. The congestion in-between equipment and traffic flow affect work productivity. The conventional discrete event simulation, however, has limitations in simulating the flow of construction equipment. To consider the impact of congestion in-between equipment and existing traffic flow, in this paper, a multi-agent based simulation model that can realize characteristics of truck behavior more accurately to consider the impact of congestion was proposed. In this simulation model, multiple agents can identify environmental changes and adapt themselves to the new environment. This modeling approach is a better choice for this problem since it describes behavioral characteristics of each agent by sensing changes in dynamic surroundings. This study suggests a detailed system design of the multi-agent based simulation system.

  • This paper presents auto-reclosing algorithms with reference to power system stability based on MAS(Multi-Agent System). And this paper shows auto-reclosing algorithms considering power system stability. It includes the variable dead time, optimal reclosing, sequential reclosing, emergency extended equal-area criterion(EEEAC) algorithm, and modified EEEAC algorithm. This paper divides Auto-reclosing algorithms into respectively agents according to their tasks. A separated agent is merely a software entity that is situated in some environment and is able to autonomously react to changes in the environment. And all the simulations in this parer were tested by EMTP MODELS.
