친환경 인증단지에 적용된 친환경적 계획특성 분석 (Analysis of Environment-friendly Characteristics in the Environment - friendly Housing Certification)

  • The awareness of ecological friendliness has been emerging in the recent years, and the application to housing is quite notable. The purpose of this study is to evaluate environment-friendly planning factor in Environment-friendly Housing Certification. For this purpose, this study has analyzed 5 multi-family housing in Environment-friendly Housing Certification. The findings of this study are as follows: The application of environment-friendly planning factor in interior space are limited. Most of plans are located in south. The variability of floor plan is not applied but the built-in storage is well-applied. Environment-friendly finishing material and the garden-style balconies was applied in a passive way. This analysis showed current status of planning factor of unit apartment in Environment-friendly Housing Certification and proved basic information for future direction.

역할완화 소비: 선행변수로서의 소비관련 변수와 결과변수로서의 패션의식 (Role-relaxed consumption: Consumption related variables as antecedents and fashion consciousness as a consequence)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the antecedents and consequence of role-relaxed consumption. Consumption-related variables were considered as antecedents, and fashion-related variable was considered as a consequence. Hedonic consumption, impulse buying, value consciousness, and brand sensitivity were included as consumption-related variables and fashion consciousness was included as a fashion-related variable. It was hypothesized that hedonic consumption, impulse buying, value consciousness, and brand sensitivity influence rolerelaxed consumption and then influence fashion consciousness. Data were gathered by surveying university students in Seoul, using convenience sampling. Two hundred twenty seven questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis using SPSS and confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis using AMOS. While hedonic consumption, impulse buying, value consciousness, and brand sensitivity were uni-dimensions, role-relaxed consumption and fashion consciousness were multi-dimensions. Factor analysis of role-relaxed consumption revealed two dimensions, 'self-centered decision making' factor and 'importance of intrinsic value' factor. In addition, factor analysis of fashion conscious revealed three dimensions, 'individualism' factor, 'dressing style' factor, and 'appearance' factor. Tests of the hypothesized path show that impulse buying and brand sensitivity negatively influence 'self-centered decision making' and that hedonic consumption and value consciousness negatively influence 'importance of intrinsic value'. While 'self-centered decision making'negatively influence 'dressing style' and 'appearance, 'importance of intrinsic value' negatively influences all factors of fashion consciousness. The implications of these findings and suggestions for future study are also discussed.

The Analysis of Heat Transfer through the Multi-layered Wall of the Insulating Package

  • Thermal insulation is used in a variety of applications to protect temperature sensitive products from thermal damage. Several factors affect the performance of insulation packages. Among these factors, the thermal resistance of the insulating wall is the most important factor to determine the performance of the insulating package. In many cases, insulating wall consists of multi-layered structure and the heat transfer through this structure is a very complex process. In this study, an one-dimensional mathematical model, which includes all of the heat transfer principles covering conduction, convection and radiation in multi-layered structure, were developed. Based on this model, several heat transfer phenomena occurred in the air space between the layer of the insulating wall were investigated. From the simulation results, it was observed that the heat transfer through the air space between the layer were dominated by conduction and radiation and the low emissivity of the surface of each solid layer of the wall can dramatically increase the thermal resistance of the wall. For practical use, an equation was derived for the calculation of the thermal resistance of a multi-layered wall.

  • 스포츠를 위해 제공되고 사용되는 몇 가지 전용 챔버가 공급되어 사용되고 있지만 스포츠 멀티 환경을 동시에 제공할 수 있는 다기능 올인원 챔버는 개발되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 스포츠 다중 인공 환경 시스템에 사용할 수 있는 다중압력 (양 / 대기 / 음압) 일체형 챔버를 설계하였다. 키가 큰 사용자를 위해 공간을 넓힌 새로운 챔버 디자인을 제시 한 다음 최대 응력과 구조적 안전성검토를 통하여 챔버의 구조해석을 수행하였다. 목표로 하는 허용 압력 조건하에서 쉘과 출입구의 접합부에서 최대 응력이 발생했으며, 챔버 재료의 허용응력을 기준으로 하여 구조안전성 평가를 수행하였다. 다중 압력 일체형 챔버에 대하여 구조해석을 수행한 결과 양압과 음압 조건에 대한 최대 응력이 챔버 재료의 허용응력 보다 훨씬 작은 값이 발생되었으며, 구조안전성 평가 결과 안전율 2 이상을 만족하여 챔버의 최종 시제품의 설계가 구조적으로 안전하다는 것을 확인하였다.

한국인 조종사의 대표적 인체모형군 생성 (Formulation of Human Manikin Models Representative of Korean Male Pilots)

  • The anthropometric characteristics of the intended user population are most important parameters in the equipment and workplace layout design, particularly in the airplane cockpit design. Because human body is composed of multi-dimensional body segments, single 'average' or 'extreme' manikin is not sufficient in computer-aided design(CAD) environments. To overcome this limitation, we constructed a manikin group representing Korean Male pilot population. First, we identified 16 anthropometric variables which are important parameters in the evaluation of reach, visibility, and clearance. And we found their correlations and conducted a factor analysis. Four common factors were extracted in the factor analysis. The first one was related with length dimensions, the second was with the arm reach, the third was with the sitting height, and the last was with breadth-depth dimensions. Finally, 17 manikins were constructed and presented in the CAD prototype.

다중파괴모드를 고려한 사면안정해석 (Slope Stability Analysis Considering Multi Failure Mode)

  • 최저 안전율 또는 최대 파괴확률을 기반으로 하는 기존의 사면안정해석에 대하여, 지반물성과 해석모델이 갖는 고유 불확실성을 최소화하고, 사면안정해석에서 다양한 안정해석모델과 그에 따른 파괴형상을 반영할 수 있도록 다중 파괴모드에 대한 동시 파괴확률을 고려한 사면의 신뢰성해석기법을 제안하였다. 붕괴현장조사를 통하여 현장에서 가장 빈번하게 발생하는 파괴형식을 다파괴모드로 정의하였다. 동시 파괴확률의 산정에는 체계 신뢰성해석분야에서 최근 도입된 선형계획법에 의한 최적화를 이용하였으며, 이를 통하여 여러 가지 해석모델을 신뢰성 기반으로 동시에 고려하여 해석할 수 있다. 이 방법의 적용성 평가를 위하여 기존 문헌에서 나타난 제방에 대한 신뢰성해석 결과와 비교하였다. 다중 파괴모드에 대한 동시 파괴확률을 고려한 사면의 신뢰성 해석을 적용한 결과, 전체 시스템에 대한 대한 안정성을 정량적으로 산출할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, we consider a multi-factor, multi-cause decision making problem of supply chain. And we show how to measure the operational efficiency of the components in supply chain and also how to improve the efficiency of each component and whole supply chain. As a methodology, the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is adopted to measure the efficiency by considering weight factors such as flexibility, information sharing, logistics level, etc. The proposed algorithm allows whole supply chain to have the improved efficiency rate.

  • This paper proposes buck-type charging method using motor inductance, 3-phase inverter and bi-directional converter without an additional charger in plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. The proposed system has advantages over the conventional system such as high charging efficiency, high power factor, and low total harmonic distortion. The validity of each methods are verified by theoretical analysis and simulation.

  • Numerical study on the advection in a microchannel with multi blocks has been performed. the microchannel is simulated three-dimensionally using a commercial fluid analysis code, FLUENT 6.0. Geometric factors of blocks are used in analysing the mixing effect. the numerical results show that the height of blocks in the channel is a key factor. Further study is required to investigate mixing effect of the microchamel with various shapes.

  • This paper presents numerical analysis result of rotor-bearing system of a multi-stage high pressure pump. Especially resonance possibility, stability and damping factor are estimated for a selected commercial multi-stage high pressure pump. The result shows that it is not easy to avoid resonance of rotor-bearing system against main excitation forces which are residual unbalance force and pressure pulsation. This makes damping effect be more important.
