노인 주거시설의 위생공간을 중심으로 고령자의 건강과 무장애 생활환경을 위한 인증 방법에 관한 연구 - BIM기반 설계 및 응용을 통한 방법을 중심으로 - (A Study on Certification Method of Health and Barrier Free Environment by the BIM for Aged Person - With Sanitary Facilities of Elderly Housing Facility -)

  • Promoting barrier-free living environments is necessary in residential facilities on which senior citizens rely most of their lives. Safety of elder people can be reassured by a certification system based on the existing barrier-free certification program in public facilities. The range of certification does not cover all living area, but is limited to the bathroom, which is a sanitary space. Given the nature of BIM modeling, an existing multi-family building was selected and modeled, as the certification process requires all the necessary information and various viewport. BIM modeling of the bathroom was conducted in accordance with the requirements of the certification for barrier-free living environment. The results suggested that there is a need for a removal of thresholds, larger doors, better selection of finishing materials, sufficient room for a wheelchair, larger space next to the toilet, and the availability of an emergency bell and grab bars. Such information supports the potentials of BIM modeling, and it is expected that an automated certification system would be established in the foreseeable future.

  • 무안경방식 스테레오스코픽 3D 디스플레이 시스템은 수평, 깊이방향에 대한 관찰자유도가 안경방식에 비해 매우 좁다. 본 논문에서는 분할된 3중의 기울어진 시차장벽(TS-SPB)을 사용하여 무안경방식에서 수평방향의 시점수를 유지하면서도 깊이방향의 시역폭을 증가시키는 혁신적인 방법을 제안한다. 본 논의의 당위성은 실제와 유사한 환경에서의 전산모사를 통하여 검증되었다. 결과적으로 색분산이 없는 수평방향의 가용 최대 시점수는 $2^n$이며, 깊이방향의 시역폭은 단일 시차장벽(SPB)의 경우와 비교하여 3.36배 증가하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 액정 셔터 안경과 슬렌티드 패럴랙스 베리어(slanted parallax barrier:SPB)를 이용한 초다시점(super multi view:SMV) 3D 디스플레이 방법을 제안한다. 새로운 방법은 기존의 초다시점 디스플레이에서 발생하는 해상도 저하를 시분할 방식을 이용하여 기존 무안경 방식 디스플레이 수준으로 줄였다. 기존 안경 방식 혹은 멀티뷰 방식 3D 디스플레이에서 발생하는 초점과 수렴간의 불일치로 인한 입체영상 관측 피로는 초다시점 디스플레이 방식을 구현함으로써 개선하였다. 구성된 입체영상 디스플레이가 초다시점 디스플레이로써 제대로 작동하는지 확인하기 위해 검안기와 디스플레이의 간격을 500mm로 구성한 후 초점거리를 관측했다. 실험에 사용된 SMV 디스플레이에서 제공되는 영상은 관측위치로부터 551.88mm, 524.66mm, 477.55mm, 457.04mm의 깊이 값을 가지는 영상을 제공하고 각각의 초점반응이 549.08mm, 525.52mm, 475.67mm, 448.81mm로 변하는 것을 확인할 수 있고, 측정결과로부터 양안시점을 사용한 3D 디스플레이에서 발생하는 초점과 수렴간의 불일치 문제점이 개선되었음을 확인하였다.

멀티 플라즈마 공정을 이용한 하수 미생물의 불활성화 (Inactivation of Sewage Microorganisms using Multi-Plasma Process)

  • For the field application of dielectric barrier discharge plasma reactor, a multi-plasma reactor was investigated for the inactivation of microorganisms in sewage. We also considered the possibility of degradation of non-biodegradable matter ($UV_{254}$) and total organic carbon (TOC) in sewage. The multi-plasma reactor in this study was divided into high voltage neon transformers, gas supply unit and three plasma modules (consist of discharge, ground electrode and quartz dielectric tube). The experimental results showed that the inactivation of microorganisms with treated water type ranked in the following order: distilled water > synthetic sewage effluent >> real sewage effluent. The dissolved various components in the real sewage effluent highly influenced the performance of the inactivation of microorganisms. After continuous plasma treatment for 10 min at 180 V, residual microorganisms appeared below 2 log and $UV_{254}$ absorbance (showing a non-biodegradable substance in water) and TOC removal rate were 27.5% and 8.5%, respectively. Therefore, when the sewage effluent is treated with plasma, it can be expected the inactivation of microorganisms and additional improvement of water quality. It was observed that the $NH_4{^+}$-N and $PO{_4}^{3-}$-P concentrations of sewage was kept at the constant plasma discharging for 30 min. On the other hand, $NO_3{^-}$-N concentration was increased with proceeding of the plasma discharge.

코로나19 시대의 대학생 진로장벽이 취업행동에 미치는 영향: 진로적응성과 자아탄력성의 병렬매개효과와 매개된 조절효과 (The Effect of Career Barrier on Employment Preparation Behavior of College Students COVID-19: Focusing on Multi-parallel Mediation Effect and Moderated Mediation Effect of Career Adaptability and Ego-resilience)

  • 본 연구는 코로나19와 같은 상황에서 대학생의 진로장벽과 취업준비행동 관계에서 진로적응성과 자아탄력성의 병렬매개효과와 자아탄력성의 조절된 매개효과를 실증 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 K대학교 238명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관분석과 Process macro를 활용하여 연구모형을 검증하였다. 본 연구결과는 첫째, 진로장벽, 진로적응성, 자아탄력성, 취업준비행동 모두 정적인 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 진로장벽과 취업준비행동 관계에서 진로적응성과 자아탄력성의 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아탄력성은 조절된 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 코로나19와 같은 상황에서 취업준비행동에 대한 제언과 후속연구를 위한 논의를 하였다.

다수의 값을 갖는 이산적 문제에 적용되는 Particle Swarm Optimization (Particle Swarm Optimizations to Solve Multi-Valued Discrete Problems)

  • Many real world optimization problems are discrete and multi-valued. Meta heuristics including Genetic Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization have been effectively used to solve these multi-valued optimization problems. However, extensive comparative study on the performance of these algorithms is still required. In this study, performance of these algorithms is evaluated with multi-modal and multi-dimensional test functions. From the experimental results, it is shown that Discrete Particle Swarm Optimization (DPSO) provides better and more reliable solutions among the considered algorithms. Also, additional experiments shows that solution quality of DPSO is not lowered significantly when bit size representing a solution increases. It means that bit representation of multi-valued discrete numbers provides reliable solutions instead of becoming barrier to performance of DPSO.

  • The layered multi-barrier defense situation against penetrating enemy threat is analytically modeled towards minimizing the penetration probability. Each layer is characterized by probability of detection and probability of kill given detection. The two capabilities are assumed independent. Detection in a layer, however, affects detection performance in subsequent layers. The following three models were formulated and investigated: (1) 'Model A' permits increase of detection performance in only the next barrier, (2) 'Model B' permits the increase in all subsequent barriers linearly, and (3) 'Model C' expresses the increase in an asymptotic exponential way. The best and the worst barrier combinations are determined through model exercise and model performances are compared through sensitivity analysis for the 'intensification factor.'

Antimicrobial Properties of Wheat Gluten-Chitosan Composite Film in Intermediate-Moisture Food Systems

  • Wheat gluten-chitosan composite film (WGCCF) can prevent moisture migration and enhance the antimicrobial properties of gluten in intermediate-moisture foods like sandwiches. To mimic the structure of actual sandwich-type products we developed multi-layer food models, where moisture content and water activity differ. Water activity gradients direct moisture migration and therefore determine product characteristics and product stability. A 10% wheat gluten film-forming solution was mixed with chitosan film-forming solution (0-3%, w/w) and evaporated to generate WGCCF. Addition of 3% chitosan enhanced the mechanical properties of the film composite, lowered its water vapor permeability, and improved its ability to protect against both, Streptococcus faecalis and Escherichia coli, in a 24 hr sandwich test (reduction of 1.3 and 2.7 log cycles, respectively, compared to controls). Best barrier and antimicrobial performance was found for 3% chitosan WGCCF at pH 5.1. Film of this type may find application as barrier film for intermediate-moisture foods.

  • The electrical characteristics of band-gap engineered tunneling barriers consisting of thin $SiO_2$ and $Si_3N_4$ dielectric layers were investigated. The band structure of stacked tunneling barriers was studied and the effectiveness of these tunneling barriers was compared with that of the conventional tunneling barrier. The band-gap engineered tunneling barriers show the lower operation voltage, faster speed and longer retention time than the conventional $SiO_2$ tunnel barrier. The thickness of each $SiO_2$ and $Si_3N_4$ layer was optimized to improve the performance of non-volatile memory.
