정밀한 다중센서 영상정합을 위한 통계적 상관성의 증대기법 (Enhancement of Inter-Image Statistical Correlation for Accurate Multi-Sensor Image Registration)

  • 영상정합은 동일한 장면에 대해서 서로 다른 시간 혹은 서로 다른 특성의 센서로부터 서로 다른 위치에서 얻은 영상들의 위치적 대응관계를 찾는 기법이다. 이 논문에서는 특성이 다른 적외선 센서와 광학 센서로부터 얻은 영상의 정합을 위한 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 지금까지 제안된 서로 다른 특성의 영상을 위한 정합기법은 크게 특징점 기반 영상정합기법과 밝기값 기반 영상정합기법으로 구분될 수 있다. 특징점 기반의 영상정합기법은 정확하게 대응하는 특징점을 선택하는 것이 성능에 결정적인 영향을 준다 그러나 적외선 영상과 가시광선 영상에서는 특징점이 서로 같지 않은 경우가 많기 때문에 강인하지 못하다 그리고 밝기 값 기반의 정합기법에서는 정규상호정보를 유사성 척도로 사용한 영상정합기법이 가장 좋은 성능을 제공하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 정규상호정보 기반의 영상정합기법은 두 영상의 통계적 상관성이 전역적이어야 한다는 가정을 전제하는데, 적외선 영상과 가시광선 영상에서는 이를 보장하지 못하는 경우가 많아 정규상호정보를 유사성 척도로 사용하는 영상정합기법에서도 좋은 성능을 기대하기 힐들다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 적외선 영상과 가시광선 영상의 통계적 상관성의 해석에 기반한 두 단계 영상정합기법을 제안한다. 정확하고 강인한 정합을 위해서 첫 단계에서는 두 영상에서 통계적 상관성이 높은 부분을 추출하는 ESCR기법과 두 영상을 통계적 상관성이 높도록 필터링하는 ESCF기법을 수행한다. 그리고 두 번째 단계에서는 첫 단계에서의 결과 영상에 대해서 정규상호정보를 유사성 척도로 한 영상정합을 수행한다. 다양한 적외선 영상과 가시광선 영상을 이용한 실험으로부터 제안하는 두 단계 영상정합기법이 기존의 정규상호정보 기반의 영상정합기법에 비해 정확도와 강인함, 그리고 실행 속도의 측면에서 더욱 향상된 성능을 제공함을 확인하였다.

기록정보콘텐츠의 품질향상 방안 연구 - 한국·영국·일본의 사례비교를 중심으로 - (A Study of Quality Improvement Methods of Archival Contents Service - With as the Central Figure of Cases among Korea and England and Japan -)

  • 현대 사회의 기록관리 업무는 보존을 중요시하게 여겼던 과거와는 달리 기록의 활용을 중요시하는 새로운 패러다임으로 변화하였다. 기록물이 효과적으로 이용될 수 있게 하기 위해서는 기록의 가치를 돋보이게 하고 이용자들이 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 유도해야 할 것이다. 이러한 시대적 요청에 따라 주목 받기 시작한 것이 바로 '콘텐츠(Contents)'이다. 영국의 국립 아카이브는 소장하고 있는 다양한 기록물에 디지털 기술을 활용하여 멀티미디어를 활용한 콘텐츠를 제작 제공하고 있으며, 일본의 아시아역사자료센터는 이용자의 요구를 반영한 기록정보 콘텐츠를 제작하며, 계속적인 업데이트로 콘텐츠의 최신성을 경주하고 있다. 최근 국가기록원에서도 기록의 활용 중심의 기록관리 패러다임 변화에 따라 디지털 아카이브 진입을 추진하며, 그 안에 탑재될 콘텐츠 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 그러나 많은 콘텐츠를 보유하여 서비스하는 것도 중요하지만, 콘텐츠 자체의 품질 수준이 높아야만 이용자들에게 좋은 반응을 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이며, 장기적으로 더욱 높은 수준의 기록정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 각기 다른 특징을 지니는 영국의 TNA와 아시아 역사자료센터의 사례와 함께 국가기록원이 제공하고 있는 콘텐츠의 유형과 특징을 분석하여 각 기관에서는 어떻게 콘텐츠를 활용하고 있는지 다양한 방법을 살펴보았다. 또한 아카이브란 기관에서는 어떠한 주제를 콘텐츠화 하여 이용자들에게 제공하고 있는지에 대한 유형 파악과 함께 이용자와의 피드백 방식을 비교 분석 하였으며, 세 기관의 콘텐츠 구성요소를 제공하려는 정보의 성격에 따라 세 가지 유형으로 구분하고, 콘텐츠 속성의 세부 항목을 설정하여 콘텐츠의 품질을 평가 하였다. 이러한 과정에서 앞으로 기록관리기관에서 콘텐츠 구축 시 참고할 사항을 도출하여 시사점을 제시하였다.

도시 미세먼지 저감 식재를 위한 수종 선정 기준의 우선순위 도출 (Prioritization of Species Selection Criteria for Urban Fine Dust Reduction Planting)

  • 도심지 내 미세먼지 저감 식재를 위한 식물 소재 선정 시에는 식물의 흡착 기능에 영향을 미치는 식물의 잎 모양, 질감, 수피의 형태 등 형태적 특성을 종합적으로 고려하여 선정하여야 한다. 그러나 지금까지 식물을 통한 미세먼지 저감에 대한 연구는 식물의 흡착 기능보다 흡수 기능에 대한 연구가, 실외식물보다 실내식물인 관엽식물을 대상으로 한 연구가 주로 진행되어 왔다. 특히, 미세먼지 저감 수종 선정 기준이 구체적이지 않아 미세먼지 저감 식재를 위한 식물 소재 선정 기준에 대한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구는 퍼지다기준 의사결정법(Fuzzy MCDM)을 활용하여 미세먼지 저감에 영향을 미치는 8가지 지표 항목에 대한 우선순위를 도출하고 도심 내 미세먼지 저감 식재를 위한 수종 선정 기준을 마련하였다. 이를 위하여 미세먼지 관련 분야 전공자와 미세먼지 관련 연구 경험자들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 설문 조사 분석 결과, 미세먼지 저감에 영향을 미치는 지표 항목 중 잎 면적과 수종의 종류가 가장 높은 순위를 나타냈다. 그리고 잎 표면의 거칠기, 수고, 성장 속도, 잎의 복잡성, 잎 가장자리 형태, 수피 특징 순서로 우선순위가 높게 나타났다. 잎 표면이 거친 수종을 선정할 경우에는 잎에 털이 있고, 광택이 나며, 왁스층이 있는 수종을 우선적으로 선정하는 것이 좋다. 잎의 형태를 고려할 경우, 단일 잎보다 3종 혹은 2종 잎과 손바닥 형태의 잎을 선정하고, 잎의 가장자리는 밋밋한 모양보다는 톱니 모양의 잎을 선별하여 공기 중의 미세먼지가 잎의 표면에 흡착되는 표면적 비율을 높아지게 할 필요가 있다. 수피의 특성을 고려할 경우에는 피목이나 무늬종보다는 코르크층이 있고 껍질이탈이나 갈라짐이 관찰되거나, 앞으로 관찰될 가능성이 높은 수종을 선정하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구는 도심 내 미세먼지 저감을 위한 식재계획 시 식물의 미세먼지 흡착 기능에 영향을 미치는 식물의 형태적 특성을 중심으로 식물 소재 선정 기준에 대한 우선순위를 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서 도출한 결과는 도심지 내 수목 식재 계획을 위한 수종 선정 시 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

진주 용호정원(龍虎庭園) 무산십이봉의 경관의미와 축산효과 (A Study on the Meaning and Mount Effect of Twelve Peaks of Musan in Yongho Garden, Jinju)

  • 본 연구는 경남 진주시 용호정원에 조성된 무산십이봉이 전통적 축산(Mount)의 원형이자, 지형의 단조로움을 극복하고 변화와 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 설계요소라는 전제 아래 시작되었다. 또한 연구 결과가 축산되는 유사공간의 재현 및 현대적 변용에 필요한 자료 및 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이란 기대 또한 크다. 무산십이봉 축산을 통해 조영자가 추구하고자 했던 12봉우리의 상징성과 공간구성원리 그리고 시각구성상의 기능 및 효과를 조망경관적 측면에서 분석 또는 해석한 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 용호정원의 핵심인 용호지는 비보 풍수적 차원에서 만들어진 인공혈구의 전형적 사례로 풍수형국의 완결을 위한 비보(裨補)의 장치이자 용과 관련한 지명의 연계를 통해 온전함을 강화시키고자 했던 산물이다. 축산의 크기는 높이 2~3.5m, 지름 약 6~12m정도의 오성상 금성산형을 하고 있으며, 봉우리의 높이는 1.9~3.2m, 평균값은 2.5m로 밝혀졌다. 봉우리의 면적은 $35{\sim}138m^2$의 범위에 있고, 면적 평균값은 $73.4m^2$로 나타났으며 이에 비례한 체적은 $30.7{\sim}115.0m^3$, 그 평균값은 $62.5m^3$으로 추산되었다. 용호정과 소선 그리고 본채 터 및 용산재의 일치된 축에서도 알 수 있듯이 선과 속의 의미 부여를 통해 용호지를 피안의 세계로 상정하였으며, 조영자는 무산십이봉의 형상을 구현시키기 위한 의도로 호두 자리에서 대응되는 지점과 교차되도록 용의 골격을 형상화한 12개의 봉우리를 축산하고, 그 중심에 '여의주를 문 용이 욱일승천(旭日昇天)하는 형상'의 무산십이봉과 용호정을 배치한 것으로 보인다. 무산십이봉 주변 중경권역은 남북으로 금성산형의 산봉으로 둘러싸여, 용호지를 중심으로 동질감을 유지한채 다층의 층위구조를 보이는 바, 이는 유사 형태조화에 기인하며 무산십이봉의 조성 시 기획된 축산의도라 사료된다. 무산십이봉 축산에는 은폐와 노출을 통한 점진적인 경관연출과 전망-은신처이론 그리고 틀에넣기 기법 등의 공간 질서가 깊숙이 내재되어 있는데, 이는 무산십이봉 각 봉우리의 노출과 둘러싸임 정도의 다양함, 전망과 시선차단 조합의 다채로움을 통해 경관의 심도와 기대감을 높이고자한 의도가 반영된 것으로 보인다. 무산십이봉에 의해 '닫힌경관'은 흥미롭고 생기 있으며 매력적인 경관인식을 배태(胚胎)하는데, 특히 축산은 용호지와 용호정 주변에 관한 경관의 심도와 흥미를 불러일으키는 지형설계적 차원에서 매우 유용하게 작용하고 있다. 더불어 용호정에서 조망하였을 때 섬을 통해 또 다른 섬이 보이도록 하는 중층적 노출효과를 의도해 특수한 위치를 배려한 경관짜임의 결과인 12개 봉우리의 묶음이 이루어졌음을 확인하였다.

기문(記文)을 중심으로 고찰한 임대정원림(臨對亭園林)의 입지 및 조영 특성 (Location and Construction Characteristics of Imdaejeong Wonlim based on Documentation)

  • 임대정원림은 전라남도 화순군 남면 사평리 상사마을 끝자락에 서북향하여 자리하는데, 16C 남언기에 의해 조성된 고반원을 기반으로 1862년 사애 민주현에 의해 작정되었으며, 봉정산과 사평천을 배산임수하여 풍수적으로 번영과 행복을 상징하는 학체형국(鶴體形局)의 서출동류하는 길지이다. 공간구성은 '사애선생장구지소'로 각자된 표석과 향나무가 어우러져 있는 앞뜰(전원(前園))과 정자와 방지원도형 연못을 포함하는 '대상부(臺上部)'의 내원(內園), 신선도를 둔 2개의 연못으로 이루어진 '대하부(臺下部)'의 수경원(水景園) 그리고 봉정산 수림과 외남천(사평천) 및 농경지를 포함하는 외원(外園) 등 총 5개 권역으로 구성됨으로써 임대정을 중심으로 위요 중첩된 원림적 속성이 강하게 표출된다. 시문과 현장조사 결과, 임대정원림은 안분지족의 의미를 담고 있는 기임 등 임수대산(臨水對山)한 터에 수심양성의 거점을 경영코자 했던 은일처로서의 장구지소, 귀거래를 위한 별서원림, 대자연의 도와 일체화를 이루고자 한 세심처(洗心處) 등의 작정동기가 확인되며, 애련설에 근거한 향원익청(香源益淸)적 개념의 피향지와 읍청당, 방지원도 그리고 도합 3개로 이루어진 삼신선도의 신선사상 등 다양한 의경 요소가 함축된 원지(園池)를 보이고 있다. 임대정원림의 경관처리기법으로는 봉정산의 원경과 달빛 투영미를 의도한 인경(引景), 사방에 펼쳐진 산수경관과 문화경관의 환경(環景), 대경(對景)으로서 도입된 목가적 전원의 차경, 수륜대로의 앙경(仰景)과 연못으로의 부경(俯景), 정자와 오솔길에서 취할 수 있는 정관(靜觀)과 동관(動觀), 계류수와 연못 등 수경공간의 인경(隣景), 버섯 또는 우산처럼 보이도록 유도된 임대정으로의 관경(觀景), 버드나무 어우러진 연못의 간경(看景), 격물치지의 의미를 담아 관념을 대입한 암각글씨의 의경(意境), 해돋이와 해넘이를 동시에 취할 수 있는 취경(取景) 등이 중첩되어 펼쳐지는 다양한 경관기법이 발견된다. 건립 초기에는 주로 은행나무, 대나무, 버드나무, 소나무, 잣나무, 전나무, 뽕나무, 가래나무, 오동나무 그리고 매화와 연 등의 식물이 도입된 것으로 보이는데, 전반적으로 유가적 품격을 반영하거나 도가적 풍류관, 미래번영을 염원하는 봉황사상 등이 내재된 의미경관적 면모를 엿볼 수 있다. 더불어 연못 주변에 도입된 열식법, 정자 주변에 펼쳐진 총식과 환식법, 녹음수를 활용한 점식법, 기념식수한 오동나무 등의 고식법, 소나무와 전나무를 양과 음으로 대응시킨 대식법 등 다양한 식재기법을 추적할 수 있다.

해외농업투자에 따른 유통체계 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the improvement of distribution system by overseas agricultural investment)

  • 세계경제 및 환경의 변화에 따라 농산물의 불안정적인 수급으로 인한 문제점이 노출되고 있으며, 우리나라의 경우 농산물의 안정적인 확보를 위하여 국가 전략적 차원에서의 해외농업투자의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 하지만 정부차원의 지원 미진, 해외 농업에 대한 정보 및 기술 미비, 개발자금 확보의 어려움, 장기간의 투자금 회수기간, 사후관리 미흡 등의 이유로 성과를 이루지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 특히 해외 농산물의 국내 반입 시 관세의 장벽, 물류 유통비용 등으로 가격 경쟁력이 떨어지고 있어 국내에 반입되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 해외농업투자의 기본개념 및 실태를 살펴보고 해외농업투자의 필요성과 고려사항, 문제점 등을 도출하여 해외에서 재배된 농산물의 경쟁력을 위한 유통 측면에서의 개선방안을 정부의 간접적인 지원, 유통 현대화 및 유통정보기능 강화, 유통시설, 수송루트, 하역업무개선, 경쟁력 확보를 위한 정부의 정책적 지원, 교육 훈련을 통한 전문인력 양성 등 다섯 가지 측면에서 제시하였다.

Sensory Information Processing

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The correlation between glucose concentration and parameters was the best at 610nm. 30535 T00401030535 ^x Radiation-induced fibrosarcoma tumors were grown on the flanks of C3H mice. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. To synthesize microspheres for biomedical application, "two stage shot growth method" was developed. The uniformity ratio of synthesized microspheres was always smaller than 1.05. And the surface charge density (or the number of ionizable functional groups) of the microspheres synthesized by "two stage shot growth method" was 6~13 times higher than that of the microspheres synthesized by conventional seeded batch copolymerization. As a previous step for biomedical application, adsorption experiments of bovine albumin on microspheres were carried out under various conditions.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction.
