Architect Bernard Tschumi had explored a new architectural conception through his own notional devices such as space, event and movement during 1970s. But, among these notions, the concept of movement was ambiguous and difficult to adopt it for architectural design strategy. Because the movements in everyday's behaviour or in dancing art are significantly different from architectural thought. However he had succeeded in coining the creative notion of movement as almost real body's and of living flesh. He invented an acute methodology and bold interpretation for his early experimental works. So, this paper tried to understand and analyse his concept of movement focused on his early works. The results of this paper's discussion are as follows; First, Tschumi's movement concept Is dynamic one operated by desire and can violate space in physical level as well as metaphysical level. Next, the movement performs the role of generator which deforms space or even generate it. Third, his movement can be readable only when you go down and bring it in practice. Also it Is unblocked potentiality, undetermined sequential material and unfinished practice. Fourth, when Tschumi's movement could be thought as walking, this walking movement makes up a story through rhetorical speech acts that are presented by turns and detours.

첨단 기술의 발달은 우리에게 또 다른 문제점을 양산하고 있다. 바로 우울증도 그 대표적인 문제점이라고 할 수 있다. 우울증은 다양한 형태로 나타나고 있으며, 심각한 우울증은 자살로 이어지는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 우울증 증상의 개선을 위해서 가상공간 내에서 생각 이동(Movement of Thought), 헤드 마운티드 디스플레이(Head Mounted Display), 립 모션(Leap Motion), 색채 치료(Color Therapy), 음악 치료(Music Therapy) 방법을 융합하여 새로운 형태의 우울증 치유 융합 콘텐츠를 설계 및 개발한다. 개발된 융합콘텐츠는 기존의 약물치유 방법을 대신해 우울증 환자의 자아존중감 향상과 우울증을 완화 시키는데 효과적일 것이다. 향후연구 방향으로는 개발한 프로토타입 콘텐츠를 임상적용해보는 것이다.

This study was performed to see ground reaction force with different soccer studs with twelve players in Human Performance Laboratory(University of Calgary). Running speed was $4.0{\pm}0.2m/sec$ in straight running as well as vcut running. By using four different kinds of shoes; three different pairs of soccer shoes and one pair of jogging shoes, I reached a conclusion as following. In case of right and left ground reaction force, on the assumption that the positive magnitude of power is inversion and the negative is eversion, vcut running did not occur any inversion, which in the aspect of kinetic mechanics, thought to be decelerating movement. Because when eversion happens, it arises component force of power on heading direction about 8.6 times more than in the movement of straight running. In case of front and rear ground reaction, on the assumption that the positive magnitude of power is suspension power and the negative is propulsion, vcut movement is thought to be decelerating movement in the aspect of kinetic mechanics. Because on heading direction, this movement occurs component force of power about 1.8 times more suspension and 2.2 more propulsion than in the straight running movement. In case of vertical ground reaction, on the assumption that the first peak is the magnitude of power in impact and the second peak is the magnitude of power in active, we judged that the straight running movement performed more efficiently than the vcut movement in the aspect of kinetic mechanics. On the next study, I suppose that vcut running would make up an interesting subject in the aspect of improving kinetic performance ability.

Historians describe the early years of the 20th century as a period of "nationalism." During this period, Turkish nationalism transformed into a thought movement which emerged to defend Turkish national sovereignty during the collapse of the Ottoman Empire. Approaches towards nationalism in Turkey are based on the idea of national sovereignty and the ideas of national independence that developed subsequently. Nationalism in Turkey first transformed from Pan-Islamism into multinational Ottomanism, and finally developed into Turkish nationalism and patriotism. This process emerged as a movement of self-discovery in the multicultural structure of the Ottoman Empire and transformed into Turkism. The Balkan Wars (1912-1913) destroyed the foundation upon which Ottomanism was based, and led to the rise of Turkish nationalism, in other words, Turkism. The idea of nation in modern terms in the recent history of thought and nationalism subsequently developed based on this idea and emerged with the Turkism movement. Thus, Turkism became the movement of Turks in the empire, combined with political Turkism which was supported by the intellectuals who came to the Ottoman Empire from Russia. In this article, the formation of Turkist movements and the leading intellectuals of Turkish nationalism, who emerged at the end of the 19th century and at the beginning of 20th century in the Ottoman Empire, are investigated in order to examine the historical progress of nationalist approaches in a period in which a new national state was established and improved.

The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between Durand's architectural theory which provided reasonable architectural logic in the early 19th century, and architectural logic of the Modern Movement of Architecture led by avant-garde architects in the 1920's. The system of thought in architecture proposed by Durand which clarified a architectural design method(composition) is very similar to the one of the International Style(Book), which summarizes commonalities in the flow of modern architecture. This approach has something in common from the perspective of the systems of thought, despite differences in external forms and time gaps. Therefore, this study intends to examine the systems of thought in three ways. It is to examine how the two systems of thought define architecture, what is the logic of building production, and finally the value of architecture (including aesthetic values) while eliminating classical aesthetics.

BMI(brain machine interface) has been recently applied to give a disabled person mobility. This study is to determine the effective EEG parameters for predicting the movement moment of body limbs thought analysis of moving averaged ERD. The results showed that the proposed method for classifying EEG for predicting the movement seemed to be better than the classical method of determining ERD.

This study examines groundwater movement system analysis and movement forecast algorithm using finite element method. The target is Cheongha-myeon area, Bukgu, Pohang-city which has many difficulties in water supply during drought period. From the comparison of the differences between obtained values by WINFlOW model and observed values, it is thought that groundwater head distribution under steady flow is reflected well at the level of reliability Groundwater movement of study area shows stable pattern from western watershed to eastern coastal area while flow path is dense and steep in the center of the coastal area. The results of particle tracing for each well show a comparatively straight line from the western boundary side to the observation position at the upper area of the well, and are analyzed as it diffuses according to getting closer to the coast at the lower area of the well. The result of effect circle examination attendant on pumping amount in study area shows variation tendency that groundwater head decreases at the side and the lower area more than at the upper area of the well when groundwater flows from west to east(coast). As mentioned above, satisfactory results of groundwater movement analysis using WINFlOW model, two dimensional groundwater movement analysis model, are obtained through the great decrease of physical uncertainty of groundwater movement system.

빠르며 정확하고 안전한 치아이동을 목표로 삼고 있는 교정치료에서 새로운 패러다임이라고 여겨지는 피질골 절제술과 견인 골형성술을 응용한 치아이동에 대하여 알아보았다. 일반적인 방법으로는 어렵거나 불가능하다고 여겨지는 치아의 함입 이동을 피질골 절제술과 견인 골형성술을 응용하여 도모하였다. 전치군 및 구치군 각각의 함입 이동 증례를 통해 피질골 절제술과 견인 골형성술의 적용 술식, 견인장치 등을 논하고 그 효과를 파악하였다. 빠른 치아이동과 이에 따른 교정치료 기간의 감소가 가능하고 기존의 교정치료로는 어려웠던 치아이동을 도모할 수 있었으며 무리한 치아이동 시 발생할 수 있는 치근 흡수나 치주조직의 파괴 같은 부작용도 줄일 수 있었다.

This study's aim is to identify modern and post-modern values and transnationalism embodied in Daesoon Thought and to seek for the new value to overcome irrationality of modern values in this society we live in. Several previous studies discussed about these issues, but most of them studied them on the basis of Korean new religions or Jeungsangyo, or in sociological theory perspective. Therefore, this study focused on Daesoon Thought encompassing ideological perspective as well as historical perspective of Daesoonjinrihoe. As for nationalism, while Eastern learning(Dong-Hak) is prone to ethnocentricity, Daesoon Thought shows trans-ethnic perspective. As for historical perspectivel, Mugeuikdo, a precursor to Daesoonjinrihoe showed non-relationship with any politics as contrasted with other new korean religious movement at that time. As for aspects of modern values, 3 perspectives (political system, social system, abolition of premodern values) were discussed. As for political system perspective, while Eastern learning advocates democratic modernity but accepted monarchy, Jeungsan denied monarchy. And While western political philosophy advocated rationality-based absolute person, Daesoon Thought proposes ideal human who can have political power and do religious indoctrination all together. As for social system perspective, while western humanism is based on all of he people's equity in front of God, Eastern learning on humans are Heaven (人乃天), Daesoon Thought is based on Injon thought(人尊思想) which encompasses spiritual world, human world and all of the universe. Daesoon Thought also proposes abolition of discrimination by gender, social position. As for abolition of premodern values, Daesoon Thought critics pre-modern formalism and advocate acceptance of other nations' culture, pragmatism, and humanism. As presented above, Daesoon Thought has not only modern values but also aspects of post-modernity and transnationalism. In the future, further studies are needed which tackle these issues and search for new values of Daesoon Thought which can overcome limitation of modern values.
