Besides, the geographical names related to soil distributed in northern mountain area of Geasung. The place names implicated cliff located on the riverside. In addition to this, the geographical name of 'Bul' implicated plain distributed in the riverside of 'Seoam' which a branch stream of 'Sacheo'. And the place names related rock located in place enclosed by mountain, river, and village. In cnclusion, Gaesung is more important to us as the Gaesung industrial complex and tourism development. • This study aims both to analyze view resources of on agricultural village and its original view image in order to establish indexation and the direction of development and to present assessment model of agricultural view for expectations in plan change for and improvement of agricultural view and alternative valuation. To do this, I selected four agricultural villages as the case areas for this study and examined view resources and their residents' consciousness through a questionnaire and investigated the image preference degree of agricultural village view and view preference. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The newly-introduced artificial view elements, according to development, are a hindrance element of agricultural view; as such Commercial buildings and transmission towers show the highest frequency and are increasing. The problem is that development is being made without any systematic plan. 2. In the examination of images of agricultural villages, the traditional ones are 2.82 on average, which means the view is modern; the natural ones are 3.3 on average, which indicates natural images; the agricultural ones are 3.67 on average, which emerge as agricultural images. View preference degree is 3.34 on average, which is usually good. 3. It is proved that all of the variables of type of location form and view image increase the degree of view preference; size in causal relation can be identified by parameter estimate; that Type I. image variables of agricultural-ness contribute to the dependent variables, view preference degree. 4. It is identified that view preference degree according to location from emerges mountain type, champaign type, and suburbs type in order of preference.

  • Purpose - There have been local government systems since June 1955. Many local governments have made use of festivals for regional public relations and the achievement of competitiveness. This study analyzes effective components of local festivals. There has been extensive research in relation to variables such as participation motivation, satisfaction level, recall intention, royalty, and recommend purpose. However, as a variable factor, attachment to the participation motivation of a festival has been overlooked along with support level to a festival. This study has added new variables named "attachment to local society" and "support level," which are dependent variables. We will study the relationship of these two variables. Research design, data, and methodology - This study has devised a cause-and-effect relationship model, which deduces that local residents' participation motivation for the festival will have positive influence on the festival support level and satisfaction level. We circulated questionnaires to local residents to get the data required to prove the hypothesis. To analysis the data, we used SPSS 21.0, and accomplished basic analysis through the analysis of frequency as well as descriptive statistical analysis. Further, we verified our measurement tools through reliability analysis, and examined the research hypothesis through multiple regression analysis. Results - With regard to the festival satisfaction level, the variables of local society attachment, festival attraction, escaping from the daily life, and family harmony have influence upon a positive effect (+) in this order. Among them, the variable of local society attachment has the greatest influence. However, in respect of support level for the festival, only the variables of local society attachment and escaping from the daily life have a valid influence on the positive effect (+), and local society attachment has relatively greater influence. In addition, not only does the festival satisfaction level affect the support level for the festival in terms of positive effect, the influence is also far-reaching, which verifies the mediating effect. Conclusions - The result shows that the local residents' satisfaction level with the Yudalsan Mountain Spring Flower Festival is comparatively high, which is due to the local society attachment. It also shows that it is difficult to create support without local residents' attachment with their area. Consequently, this study insists that the Yudalsan Mountain Spring Flower Festival should exceed its limitation as just a village-level party, in order to become a remarkable and outstanding festival, and suggests three operational implications: macro-environmental development, task environment development, and internal operational environmental development. From the macro-environmental perspective, the constant development of local culture and local business is proposed. In the task environment perspective, a new functional development for the festival is proposed. From the internal operational environmental perspective, improvements in festival operation methods are proposed. If these weak points are addressed and resolved through a more detailed approach, it will be very helpful for local government systems to operate the festival.

He built an extension in Yoohoedang and finally completed the large-size garden (Hageowon) by extending the east area. Second, in terms of geomancy sense, Yoohoedang Byulup located in Moosoo-dong village area is the representative example including all space elements such as main living house (the head family house of Andong Kwon family), Byulup (Yoohoedang), ancestor graves, Hagoewon (garden) and Yoegeongam (cemetery management and school) which byulup type Byulseo should be equipped with. Landscape rocks were used by intact use of natural rocks, connecting with water elements, garden ornament method using Seokyeonji and flower steps, and mountain Seokga method showing the essence of landscape meanings. In addition, waterscape are characterized by active use of water considering natural streams and physio-graphic condition (eastern valley), ecological corridor role that rhythmically connects each space of the garden and waterways following routes, landscape meaning introduction connecting 'gaining knowledge by the study of things' values including Hwalsoodam(活水潭, pond), Mongjeong(蒙井, spring), Hosoo(濠水, stream), and Boksoo(?水, stream), and sensuous experience space construction with auditory and visualization using properties of landscape matters.

  • Seoul City planned "Dreamland" to be in harmony with the huge woods and park. It is located in the life zone in the northern region of Seoul as part of an extensive park development plan that the municipal government has promoted. The space configuration technique of the aesthetics of "Empty" rather than "Full" gives the potentiality to cope with the uncertain changes in the city. Furthermore, the traditional element of the mountain landscape of Seoul was introduced and appropriated as the axis of the landscape for landscape configuration. In that configuration, the images of tree, sky, wind, water and soil are elegantly unfolded like a landscape painting. The purpose was to create a dominant landmark in the city landscape with the figures of Korean mountains and hills which were differentiated from architectural landmarks in the western cities by making nature, which was excluded from the urbanization plans up to now, an important subject for consideration. As a result, this study madethe space in a park including existing yards and streets in a city have the traditional hierarchy by applying the facility arrangement technique and elements extracted from Korean space types and traditional landscape concepts. Moreover, the North Seoul Dream Forest was designed by pursuing diversity and potentiality in the experience of space using a large open field in a city.

  • This research estimates the necessity of a better governance plan on the purpose of fulfillment energy recovery by building resource recycling system for biomass resources and waste resources that derive from agricultural and mountain village areas. The utilization of new renewable energy technology which uses waste and biomass sources diverse as variety of resources, collecting method, operator etc. and is structurally complicated the formation of policy is also very difficult. There is failure because of the problems which occurs from the policy led by government. Biomass Town Development Project should be made through the central government and the local government integrated support system and should be formed a consultative group in order to process the project mutually with these two department including the experts from the related areas. This consultative group, while government organizations carry out the hub function of strategic knowledge management, should carry out the control tower function to be able to be net working transfer the information with the cooperation of private and government so vitalize the communication area among the related actors.
