  • 본 논문에서는 선박의 Rolling 현상을 능동적으로 저감할 수 있는 Anti heeling system에 적용되는 100kW급 매입형 영구자석 전동기의 가진력을 2차원 FEA를 이용하여 해석하였다. 고효율 소형화를 위해 집중권을 채택했고, 극수 슬롯수 조합에 따른 특성을 비교하였다. 타발작업 및 조립작업 시 편심은 항상 발생하게 되고, 그 수준과 형태에 따라 다양한 Unbalanced magnetic force(UMF)가 발생하여 진동특성에 영향을 미친다. 8극 12슬롯과 10극 12슬롯 구조의 여러 가지 편심조건에 따른 UMF를 비교하였으며, 진동 실험을 통해 해석결과의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • It is necessary to consider the stability, economic environmental-friendly problems by the development of the road, supply of the automobile, environmental problem as designing the exhaust system. To reduce the noise and the vibration of the automobile. The need for stricter regulation limits emission and demand for lower fuel comsumption. According to motor vehicle company develop variable type muffler, dual muffler and active intelligence exhaust system unit. Improvement in engine performance and fuel consumption for demand information of pressure fraction and heat characteristics. To be able to determine these factor for we experiment on each case of exhaust system unit. In this study, in order to establish the optimized conditions design factors which are taking many performance as the variable valve, it shows how the standard performance and the additional element of the exhaust system effects on the engine performance.

  • The single phase switched reluctance motor(SRM) is simpler in control circuit because the number of switching devices is fewer than the poly phase SRM. The energy density per unit volume is very big because all stator poles are excited simultaneously by a single switching power source. But it must be provided a starting device on account of not being generated the starting torque at specific rotor positions. And also it has some demerits that have a torque ripple, noise and vibration because of being excited by switching pulse power source. Therefore, to make up for these demerits, it is realized many studies for the structure design used by computer and the operating methods by power electronics technique. In this paper, we'll present the comparison of the single phase SRM with the various rotor pole face types, as like stepped rotor pole face type and general rotor pole face type.   • In this study, we make a study on a system to determine a person's sitting posture by measuring the distribution of pressure in the floor of a chair or in a cushion using pressure sensors. If the wrong sitting posture is detected, a warning message is given through the vibration motor in real time to correct the imbalance of the wrong habits and posture, and prevent Bulging disc or Herniated disc.

  • This paper describes the reduction of vibration and position error of Linear Pulse Motor(LPM) with the control method of PWM duty ratio by using Motion Controller in LPM. The LPM is operated on micro-stepping drive, that the linear scale is sequently returned the position signals of a micro-meter And next micro-step is controlled with the scale factor when position error is occurred. The scale factor is experimently acquired.

  • Recently, many industrial electric vehicles have been developed using various ac-motor drive technologies including field oriented vector control. Generally, a magnetic encoder is installed to have resistance to vibration and dust, and it is cost-effective. However, it is difficult to get an accurate rotor speed for high performance of vector control, because a resolution of the magnetic encoder is low and its phase accuracy is poor. In order to overcome this hardware problem, this study proposes a speed measurement algorithm using moving window for low-resolution magnetic encoder. This algorithm is experimentally tested and successfully applied to traction application of industrial electric vehicle.

  • The stator faults yield asymmetrical operation of induction machines, such as irregular current, torque pulsation, increased losses and decreased average torque. So it is necessary to detect the stator faults and develope the monitoring system for detecting faults including vibration and noise. This paper describes the method to analysis the induction motors with the stator winding inter-turn short for investigation of the asymmetrical operation during normal and transient states. And a simple method is used for the simulation and analysis of the induction machines with stator asymmetries. Finally, simulation results, finite element analysis and experimental ones are presented. The results can be useful for real-time on-line monitoring of an induction motor.

  • Industrial interest in switched reluctance moor (SRM) drives has varied since 1850s. This has been primarily due to the emerging markets for variable speed drives in consumer and industrial products, such as home appliances, air conditioning, hand tools, fans, pump motor, etc. However, SRM has been plagued with the acoustic noise and vibration problem by input power of fixed section. Therefore, This paper offers electromagnetic analysis for torque ripple reduction in mechanical geometry and electric parameters. This means that the rotor pole arc and electric parameters have related to produce the active and negative torque. This analysis results are verified by the finite element method.
