Robust Sensorless Speed Controller Design for SFO System of Induction Motor (유도전동기 고정자자속 기준제어시스템을 위한 강인한 센서리스 속도제어기 설계)

  • In a conventional speed sensorless Stator Flux Oriented(SFO) induction machine drive system, the estimated speed is delayed in transients by the use of a low pass filter(LPF). To prevent extreme overshoot caused by this delay, PI controller gains should be small, which consequently is greatly affected by disturbance torque. In this paper, by taking advantage of disturbance torque observer and feedforward control, robust speed controller is designed for speed sensorless SFO system. The proposed method is verified by the simulation results.

  • This paper presents new interpolation algorithm for measuring high resolution position information which is propered to nano servo control motor using analog quadrature encoder. In the past, there is a large memory and two high price A/D converter for high resolution analog quadrature encoder interpolation. but this paper show that it can make high resolution interpolate using small memory, one A/D converter and comparator. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm for high resolution position is useful.

  • In the industrial motor drive systems, a torsional vibration is often generated because of the elastic elements in torque transmission. One of general methods for the system is H$\infty$ controller to suppress the torsional vibration and reject the torque disturbance. vibration and reject the torque disturbance. Moreover, the two-degrees-of-freedom controller, which includes the H$\infty$ controller, is designed in order to improve the command following property. In this paper, we propose a new H$\infty$ controller with partial state feedback. This method having simple structure satisfies with the fast command following property and the attenuation of disturbances and vibrations simultaneously, just like the complicated TDOF H$\infty$ controller

  • The main concepts in the design and construction of an motorized wheelchair for loading in the tar which is intended to drive a disabled to long distance. The wheelchair is basically a powered and folding, so it is designed to motorized manual wheel- chair by modularity method. The wheelchair hrs been installed with a power motor module, battery module, and drive & control module. The goal of this project is to develop a wheelchair that has multifunction and operated disabled who has variety impairment. So we ave currently working. Experimental results of the system approach our purpose, which is improved maneuverability, safety and can be loaded.

  • It has been known the fact that extended Kalman filter (EKF) is correctly capable of estimating system parameters and state variables by eliminating virtually all influences of structural noises, and fuzzy controller is robust to parameter variations. this paper presents a design method of Reduced-Order EKF and fuzzy controller which consists of the rotor speed and the rotor flux estimation only by measuring stator currents. Experiment results show that both the rotor speed and the rotor flux can be prominently estimated in a wide range of the speed.

  • The prototype ASME III motor actuated Y-type globe valve has been tested to identify dynamic characteristics. The valve is Seismic Category I equipment and has the function to control water flow in the safety-related system. In this study, two different types of structural identification test i.e. swept sine and broadband random, have been performed at various levels of excitation to verify the effects of test method and excitation level on cross coupling effect as well as natural frequencies and damping values. It was found that swept sine test and broadband random test showed similar natural frequencies, and that the primary interaction was exhibited between horizontal and vertical axes.

  • In case of field weakening region torque is directly affected by flux. In this region the flux reference is decreased inversely proportional to the rotor speed. As the flux is decreased the magnetizing inductance is normally increased. The increased magnetizing inductance limited voltage for controlling current. In this paper, measuring q axis voltage in field weakening region magnetizing inductance in flux calculating can be readjusted. Computer simulation and experiment results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed method. Proposed algorithm is expected to the application of the adjustable drive system in the spinning and weaving field.

  • 본 논문에서는 역기전력을 고려한 새로운 토크모델인 CDTP(Commutation Delay Time and Point) 제어기법을 이용하여 실제 역기전력을 고려한 BLDC(Brushless DC)전동기의 토크맥동에 대하여 연구하였다. BLCD 전공기의 상전환(Commutation)시 발생하는 토크맥동에 대하여 기술하였으며 토크맥동의 원인이 되는 역기전력과 전류와의 관계를 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로 토크맥동의 개선을 위하여 상전환시점과 상전환기간을 고려한 CDTP 제어기법을 제안하였으며 맥동토크의 저감효과에 대하여 해석하였다. 또한 BLDC 전동기의 실제 역기전력을 고려하기 위하여 Hague의 해석방법에 따른 역기전력의 다양한 형태를 살펴보고, 제안한 CDTP기법을 적용하여 기존 방법을 통한 토크맥동 제어방법과 비교 ${\cdot}$ 검토하였다. 이의 검증을 위하여 MATLAB/Simulink를 이용하여 제안한 방식의 토크맥동 저감방법의 타당성을 살펴보았다.

  • 본 논문에서는, 직류단 1-션트 전류 측정을 이용하는 고속 BLDC 전동기 운전 시스템의 제어 성능 향상 및 전류 측정 영역 확장을 위한 제어 방법을 제안한다. 고속 BLDC 전동기의 PWM 기법과 그에 따른 직류단 1-션트 전류 측정 방법 및 측정 영역을 분석하고, 측정 가능 범위를 수식적으로 정리한다. 제안된 제어 방법은 전류 맥동 감소 및 고속 운전 정밀도 향상에 적합한 PWM 기법과 직류단 1-션트 전류 측정 범위가 넓은 PWM 기법을, 정리된 수식을 바탕으로 운전 영역에 따라 사용하여 제어 성능을 향상 시킨다. 계산 데이터 및 실험 결과를 통해 제안된 방법의 효용성을 확인한다.
