A Study on Development of Robot Monotoring System Simulator for Smart Factory (스마트 팩토리를 위한 로봇 모니터링 시스템 시뮬레이터 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study proposes a new approach to implement smart factory based on robot monitoring system for a small and medium sized enterprise. The simulator includes the forward kinematics and inverse kinematics analyzes of articulated robots. We also modeled the dynamics of the robot and made it possible to simulate it in the program. We studied the interface between the user and the monitoring programming system using the GUI environment of Windows OS, and it is configured to select the appropriate trajectory planning and control method. The reliability of simulator is illustrated by simulation test.

  • The sound source localization system is used to some area such as robotic system, object localization system, guarding system and medicine. So time delay estimation and angle estimation of sound direction are studied until now. These days time delay estimation is described in LabVIEW which is used to create innovative computer-based product and deploy measurement and control systems. In this paper, the development of signal monitoring platform is presented for sound source localization. This platform is designed in virtual instrument program and implemented in two stages. In first stage, data acquisition system is proposed and designed to analyze time delay estimation using cross correlation. In second stage, data obtaining system which is applied and designed to monitor analog signal processing is proposed.

  • In this paper, we propose the high speed PLC-based automatic control system for a smart LED streetlight. The proposed the automatic control system were constructed of a power line modem part and monitoring part, streetlight controller part for the high speed communication frequency band and streetlight ballasts characterization and real-time remote control using a high-speed PLC network, and it was designed to meet to lighting grades conditions of KS road lighting standards. The proposed automatic control system were easy monitoring of the power consumption using PC through to the comparison result of the existing streetlight system. As a result, it was confirmed to the possibility of efficient operation for the real-time monitoring and maintenance by induction of reasonable power consumption through to the LED streetlight state checking and remote-control. In addition, we proved to improvement of expected effects for the power cost savings, the energy efficiency, and streetlight differentiation and advanced.

  • Conventional bridge inspection involves the physical positioning of an inspector by the hydraulic telescoping boom of a "snooper truck" thereby providing visual access to bridge components. The process is time consuming, hazardous, and may be affected by lighting conditions, Therefore, it is of great interest that an automated and/or teleoperated inspection robot be developed to replace the manual inspection procedure. This paper describes the advanced bridge inspection robot system under development and other related activities currently undergoing at the Bridge Inspection Robot Development Interface (BIRDI). BIRDI is a research consortium with its home in the Department of Civil and Environmental System Engineering at Hanyang University at Ansan. Its primary goal is to develop advanced robot systems for bridge inspection and monitoring for immediate field application and commercialization. The research program includes research areas such as advanced inspection robot and motion control system, sensing technologies for monitoring and assessment, and integrated system for bridge maintenance. The center embraces 12 institutions, which consist of 7 universities, 2 research institutes, and 3 private enterprises. Research projects are cross-disciplinary and include experts from structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic and control engineering. This research project will contribute to advancement of infrastructure maintenance technology, enhancement of construction industry competitiveness, and promotion of national capacity for technology innovation.

  • This study aimed to analyze the structural integrity of a sensor control box, a critical component for real-time monitoring of brake chamber pressure in large commercial vehicles and trailers. We utilized the computational analysis program ANSYS Workbench R2021 based on our testing conditions and vibration test specification KS R1034. Through modal analysis, we identified resonance frequencies within the frequency range of 5 Hz to 100 Hz and compared results in the frequency range of 33 Hz to 67 Hz using harmonic analysis.

Prevalence of OV Infection in Yasothon Province, Northeast Thailand

  • A liver fluke, Opisthorchis viverrrini (OV), is the major cause of the high incidence of cholangiocarcinoma in Thailand. The prevalence of OV infection remains high in various parts of the country, especially in Northeast Thailand and particularly in wetland rural areas where a large proportion of the community work in agriculture and continue the traditional practice of eating raw or uncooked cyprinoid fish products. The national control program seems to have had little impact in many of these areas, and it has been difficult to make precise assessments of the overall effectiveness of the program. This paper is the first report of prospective research project designed to monitor the impact of the national control program in rural communities located in a northeastern province and at high risk of OV infection. The participants in this initial survey were 1,569 villagers, aged 20-65 years, living in two subdistricts of Yasothon Province. Stool examinations showed that 38.68% were infected with OV. Males were slightly more likely to be infected than females, but the difference was not statistically significant. Infection was found to be positively associated with age in both males and females. The preliminary data indicate that the population selected for study is suitable for the purpose of the monitoring project.

  • If the Visual Aids(light wave signs) is not supplied the general power it is using solar power system. These power supply systems, the role of the charge/discharge control is very important. Introduction of IT(AIS etc.) for the effective management of the AtoN(Aids to Navigation) is a Visual Aids has been added to the device using the power to charge/discharge control, the need increases. The current charge/discharge controller is attached to the inside of the AtoN and checks on and verification of the maritime environment, depending on the difficulty. In order to resolve these issues in this paper, the Bluetooth module is mounted on the inside of the charge/discharge controller and proposed a possible system monitoring at close range. Advantage of the system implemented is a simple configuration and low installation cost. In addition, it can be applied to a variety of AtoN. Also, it has been able to check the real-time status information of the charge/discharge controller at a short distance in to reduce inspection costs, and reduce risk factors that might occur during check.

  • This study intend to make easy modification, even if there is a new job or structure change, by modularizing program and computerize and automation of production control management used in CIM. under the condition where manager control production on the job-site, for increasing connection with other operation and management on the computer by monitoring center computer, recognizing information by computer is needed, it is possible by converting transaction. So this study goal is to make delivery control and order control fast and accurate by finding dynamic history of machine and production information in enterprise without input production and quality information by themselves with quality information system. So production increase and quality improvement are possible by diminishing manager's and producer's work with the result of the study combining POP and CIM, after that, in e-business and m-business period that every enterprise must pass, customer satisfaction and sales promotion are possible with employee's computerizing minds. these study result also can knowledge process condition with theoretical class and have a power in finding a solution with foundation of theoretical knowledge.

  • Recently, automatic control or application of measuring instrument with computers is rapidly increasing. In this paper we designed automatic incubation system that has functions of control and monitoring of measuring instrument, analysis of measured data, and automatic control by using LabVIEW graphic program that can easily collect, control, analyze, and apply data. Then to inspect the system we produced Incubator. Internal environment is measured by a sensor and each device is setting and controlled to create the optimum environment after finding hatching environment of selected individual from Database file for incubation. Through this functions, problems of hatching rate and quality that were affected by minute change of hatching environment are dealt successfully with, and retrenchment of labor and cost is expected as well.

  • Microsoft's ActiveX corresponding to the advanced type of COM based distributed application model is made available for the use of component communication[1]. ActiveX supports reuse of code and object linking, so developers can integrate many objects into application and improve the efficiency of development. Also, Integration of seperated application makes easy to develop customized program[2]. ActiveX, formerly used to develope communication application in Visual C++ or Visual Basic, has the efficiency of programming and is widely used in the M&C(Monitoring and Control) of instruments. In this paper, we will implement M&C application capable of remote operating, and besides, develop web browser and media player in the form of ActiveX control in order to control and monitor program remotely.
