무아레 현상을 이용한 영상처리 기반의 이상징후 탐지 솔루션 (The Anomaly Detection Solution based on Image Processing using Moire)

  • 기존에 카메라는 침입자를 탐지할 때 정확성이 부족하고 열화상카메라는 가격이 비싸고 열 측정이 되지 않는 상황일 경우 감시가 힘들다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 빛의 간섭 및 회절에 의한 무아레 현상을 이용하여 이상징후 탐지 및 활용방안을 제시하려한다. 지형의 높낮이 및 형상을 저장하고 침입자가 탐지되었을 경우 무아레 이미지를 기반으로 처음 설정했던 지형 데이터와 비교하여 외부인의 침입을 탐지한다. 미세한 움직임이나 변화에도 크게 이미지가 변하는 무아레 현상의 성질을 이용하여 이상징후를 탐지하는 것이다. 이상징후를 탐지 했을 경우 보안 담당관에게 알림을 전송하거나 경보를 울리는 이상징후 탐지 솔루션 및 활용방안을 제안한다.

  • The development of Shadow Moire in many kinds of methods for acquiring 3-dimensional information from an object is written in this paper. The fringe is appeared, when a grating mask makes its shadow on the object. The object is moved along x-axis more then 3 times to get phases from its fringe that contains data of the object's height. PMP{Phase Measuring Profilometry) is used for analyzing these images from a CCD camera. The calculated phase is remedied for expending the restricted results due to range of the $tan^{-1}$.

  • 3차원 컴퓨터그래픽스 기술과 가상현실 기술의 발달로 3차원 그래픽 데이터 활용이 활발히 일어나고 있으나, 3차원 데이터를 컴퓨터에 입력하여, 가상객체를 만들기 위해서는 많은 인력과 시간이 필요하다. 따라서 자동으로 가상객체를 생성하기 위한 3차원 스캐너의 개발이 필요하고, 개발된 3차원 스캐너로부터 추출된 정보로 빠르게 가상객체를 만드는 방법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 모아레 방식으로 획득된 거리영상으로 짜깁기(Zippering) 하지 않고 가상객체를 생성방법을 제안하였다.

  • This study is an inspection of press forming product and mould using reverse engineering system. The inspection process on production field involves a lot of errors because of the hand-work so we focussed on improving the measured precision through performing the effective inspection using 3D non-contact scanner. By so doing that, we improved the precision of press forming product by analyzing the cause fellowing the inspection result. Through the inspection, we applied it to the reverse engineering and we could improve the inspection process.

  • Soon after joining the Canadian Confederation in 1867, the province of Quebec adopted the phrase Je me souviens ("As I recall") as its 'national' motto, although many Qu?b?cois do not remember today what they were supposed to memorize, as collective subject, when their government voted this motion. My thesis is that contrary to other countries which have a strong sense of history based on a secular tradition, this process was more complicated in Quebec - as if a collective memory loss lied at the heart of it's history. Through a rereading of Hubert Aquin's cult novel, Trou de m?moire (in its English translation Blackout), first published in 1968, I try to illustrate this paradox and to emphasize the heuristic functions of memory blanks, gaps and lapses in certain postmodern narratives, after the historical breakdown of "the great narratives" (Lyotard). In this perspective, the example of Quebec, through the voice of one of its more gifted yet controversial novelist, can be seen as emblematic of what happens when the mnemonic impossibility of rewriting history opens up new possibilities for writing fiction.

  • Variable range of focal length of Moiré lens is designed to change the phase pattern, which is varifocal lens system using two thin layers with Moiré pattern and suitable to applied to AR/VR system because of the relatively simple structure, large aperture size, and wide variable range. We analyze the change of focal length region according to the phase pattern and verify the design to make the prototype patterns using DOE.

  • ESPE(Electonic-Speckle-Pattern-Interferometry) is very useful method for measuring In-plane displacement. Using the CW-Laser and Image processing system, it is possible to measure displacement and strain. Unlike traditional straingauge or moire' method, ESPI method requires no special surface preparation or attachments and can be measured In-plane displacement with no contact and real time. In this experimental specimen was loaded in paralled with loadcell, which provided loading step. The specimen was sheet plate, which was attached straingauge in x-y direction. In this study provides an example of how ESPI has been used to measure two dimensional displacement and strain distribution in this specimen. The results measured by ESPI compare with the data which was measured straingauge method in tensile testing at 1 ton range.

솔더 페이스트의 고속, 고정밀 검사를 위한 이차원/삼차원 복합 광학계 및 알고리즘 구현 (An implementation of 2D/3D Complex Optical System and its Algorithm for High Speed, Precision Solder Paste Vision Inspection)

  • 본 논문에서는 솔더페이스트의 이차원 및 삼차원 자동검사를 함께 할 수 있는 복합 검사 광학계와 그 구동유닛을 단일 프로브 시스템으로 구현하고, 그를 위한 효과적인 비젼검사 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 솔더페이스트의 이차원 검사에는 One-pass Run Length 레이블링 알고리즘을 제안하여 입력 영상으로부터 솔더 페이스트 형상을 효과적으로 추출하도록 하였고, 고속 검사를 위한 프로브의 최적 이동 경로도 구하였으며, 삼차원 검사에는 기존의 레이져 슬릿빔(slit-beam) 방식 대신 격자 투영식 모아레 간섭계에 기반한 위상이동 알고리즘을 도입하여 고정밀 검사가 가능토록 하였다. 전체 소프트웨어 구현에는 MMX 병렬처리기법도 적용함으로써 더욱 고속화 하였다. 10㎜×10㎜의 단위 측정영역(field of view: FOV)에 대하여 x, y 축으로 10㎛ Z축으로 l ㎛의 분해능을 가지는 이차원 및 삼차원 복합 광학 검사 시스템을 제작하여 실험한 결과, 한 FOV에 대한 솔더페이스트의 이차원 및 삼차원 검사를 영상포착 후 각각 평균 11msec와 15msec의 짧은 시간에 처리할 수 있었고, ±1㎛의 두께 측정 정밀도를 얻을 수 있었다.

개오동이 흰쥐의 Collagen 유발 관절염에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Catalpa Ovata on the Collagen-induced Arthritis in Lewis Rats)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of Catalpa Ovata on the collagen-induced arthritis in the lewis rats. and we infere the effects of Catalpa Ovata on the rheumatoid arthritis in the human body. Methods : We investigated the effect of Catalpa Ovata on the Collagen-induced arthritis in Lewis rats via morphology, histology and serology as an experimental group, a control group, and a normal group. We feed Catalpa Ovata. only to an experimental group. Results : According to this research, the abnormal finding In Moire topography was 53.7% (1,018 students), and students needed X-ray re-examination were 11.2% (213 students). Students diagnosed scoliosis by X-ray re-examination were 1.8%. According to statistical analysis, interval between vertical base line of pelvis and vertical base line of neck, gap between left distance and right distance to the vertical base line of pelvis and difference of contour lines have strong correlations with deformity degree of the body surface examined by Moire. Conclusions : 1. The weight of an experimental group were lower than control group with statistically significant at 15 days later. 2, The paw edema volume of an experimental group were lower than control group at 10 days, 15 days later. but couldn't be found meaning. 3. The size of the tarsal joint of an experimental group were lower than control group at 5 days, 10 days, 15 days later, but couldn't be found meaning. 4. The volume of tumor necrosis factor-a at an experimental group were lower than control group with statistically significant. 5. The volume of interleukin-$1{\beta}$ at an experimental group were lower than control group with statistically significant. 6. An experimental group and a control group were showed ankylosing osteoarthritis, but an experimental group compared with a control group, alleviated In the fibrous ankylosis, destruction of articular cartilage and destruction of subchondral bony tissue. According to the above results, it might be considered that Catalpa Ovata has the suppression of the advance of the Collagen-induced arthritis and that result were presumed to bo connected with suppression of volume of the tumor necrosis $factor-{\alpha}$ and $interleukin-1{\beta}$ in the blood.
