  • A COG(Chip on Glass) bonding process that is one of display packaging technology and bonds between driver IC chip and a glass panel using ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film)has been investigated by using diode laser. This method is possible to raise cure temperature of ACF within one second and can reduce the total process time for COG bonding by a conventional method such as a hot plate. Also we can get good pressure mark on the surface of electrodes and higher bonding strength than that by convention method. Results show that laser COG bonding can give low pressure bonding and decrease a warpage of panel. We believe that it can be applied to fine pitch module.

  • IT 기술, 반도체 산업 등의 급격한 발전에 힘입어 최근의 첨단 전자, 통신제품은 초경량 초소형화와 동시에 고기능 복합화의 발전 추세를 보이고 있다. 이런 추세에 발맞추어 전자제품, 통신제품의 핵심적인 부품인 IC chip도 소형화되고 있다. IC chip 패키징 기술의 하나인 Filp Chip Package는 Module Substrate 위에 Chip Surface를 Bumping 시킴으로서 최단의 접속길이와 저열저항, 저유전율의 특성도 가지면서 초소형에 높은 수율의 저 원가생산성을 갖는 첨단의 패키징 기술이다. 이런 패키징 기술은 수요증가와 더불어 폭발적으로 늘어나고 있으나 까다로운 공정기술에 의해 아직 여러 회사에서 장비가 출시되고 있지 못한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 수요가 증가하는 LCD Driver IC용 COF 장비를 위한 Flip chip Bonding 장비 및 시스템을 설계, 제작하였다.

  • In this paper, we design, implement and apply network physical layer to 100 BaseFx optical cable interface module based on industrial ethernet protocol EtherCAT that has ensure its open standard ethernet compatibility which haying been provided with real time of control in network of intelligent service robot, can process numerous data to sensor and motor control system. Through various tests, we try to propose suitability as internal network of intelligent service robot.

  • The LED has the proportional characteristic between the flux of light and its current and has caused voltage-current deviation on production process. Thus the unbalancing of each LED strings current occurred by its characteristic deviation. This unbalancing reduce a uniformity of the flux of light. Therefore, we researched to design method the LED driver based on DSP and the balancing transformer for a LED current balancing. These are applied to 50W LED module consist of 4 parallel strings. We analyzed the reduction of LED currents unbalance by experimental result from each method.

  • In this paper, a controller design for ironless linear synchronous motor is proposed. The designed controller is mainly composed of speed and current control, which are carried out by the high-speed digital signal processor(DSP). In addition the PWM inverter is controlled by space voltage PWM method. This system is implemented using by 32-bit DSP(TMS32OC31), a high-integrated logic device(EPM940), and IPM(Intelligent Power Module) for compact and powerful system design. The experimental results show the effective performance of controller for careless linear synchronous motor.

  • An autothrottle module for small jet aircraft Fly-By-Wire system was developed. The autothrottle was designed to be composed of DC geared motor and electro-magnetic clutch that enables smooth manual/auto switching. A controller was designed for simple position control using ON/OFF control method with a commercial motor driver. The autothrottle developed was installed in the cockpit mockup and interfaced to the flight control computer for the HILS test. The performance test proved that the throttle lever follows well the command signal from the flight control computer.

  • Most industrial robot can not load control box on their bodies because of robot's weight and volume. A robot is connected to its control box with cables. Complicated connections cause a lot of problems on transfer, management and operating robots. To get rid of those, Control module must be made the smallest size by using advanced electronic technology. This paper represents about how to simulate servo system inserting several parameter values that we ultimately want to achieve. Through simulating, we will be able to estimate the structure of desired servo system without any mistakes that can possibly occur on hardware work.

  • Recently, technologies for internet of things have been rapidly advanced with development of network. Also interest in smart healthcare that informs about motion information of users has been growing. In this paper, a system that is monitoring the weight on both feet by using aduino and FSR(Force Sensitive Resistor) Sensor is implemented. A 4-channel sensor driver module was implemented to measure a more accurate weight value. It is monitoring the weight on both feet by the using an application for either your PC or mobile device. Mobile applications can contribute to reducing human damage by sending messages along with location in emergency situations, such as injuries caused by falls during outdoor activities.

  • The development of Airside Vehicle Control System(AVCS) at Gimpo Airport aims to reduce ground safety accidents in movement area and improve airport operation efficiency and safety management service quality. The vehicle is controlled by a brake controller RTK-antenna and On-Board Diagonostics(OBD) module. Location data is transmitted to a nearby communication base station through a Wi-Fi router and the base station is connected to the AVCS by an optical cable to transmit location data from each vehicle. The vehicle position is precisely corrected to display information using the system. The system allows airport operators to view registered information on aircraft and vehicles and monitor their locations speeds and directions in real time. When a vehicle approaches a dangerous area alarm warnings and remote brake control are possible to prevent accidents caused by carelessness of the driver in advance.

  • 매년 졸음 및 부주의 운전으로 인한 교통사고로 인명 및 재산 피해가 끊이지 않고 있다. 즉각적인 졸음 감지만을 위한 기존 시스템의 단점과 한계를 보완하고자, 본 논문에서는 위험 행동을 감지한 후 당시 사진과 데이터를 저장하고 이를 점수로 환산하여 장기적인 운전 습관 개선을 목표로 하는 운전자 관리 감독 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 화물차 운전자와 같이 장시간 운전을 하는 대상에게 안전 주행을 장려하고 올바른 운전문화를 확립하게 하여 교통안전에 긍정적 역할을 담당할 수 있다.
