The purpose of this study is to develop vocational English textbooks for vocational high school, especially marine production high school. Vocational English is intended to increase English proficiency in the area of specific industry or jobs. Based on the review of the literature, the study established developed vocational English textbooks for marine production high school based on the modular system. The developing process includes analysis for marine production job, marine production high school and current English textbook for marine production. Based on the analysis, this study developed English contents which marine production students utilize in not only school but also workplace. Also, this study suggests future research directions for effective development and use of the textbooks in the vocational high schools.

교과서에 쓰인 과학 용어 네트워크를 구축하여, 네트워크의 구조, 관련 정보 및 연관 관계를 분석하기 위하여 핵심용어를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 과학, 생물1 및 생물2 교과서 각 과목별로 출판사 세 곳을 선정하고 각각의 교과서에서 추출한 용어들을 노드로, 한 문장 안에 있는 과학 용어를 링크로 연결하여 네트워크를 구축하였다. 모든 교과서의 과학 용어 네트워크는 척도 없는(scale-free) 네트워크의 특성을 보여주었다. 복잡한 (complex) 네트워크에서 가중치가 낮은 것부터 제거하는 방법인 k-core 알고리즘을 적용하여 핵심 (core) 네트워크를 구축하였는데, 몇 개의 모듈이 연결되는 형태를 보여주었다. 과학교과서의 경우에는 물리, 화학, 생물, 지구과학 분야별로 크게 네 개의 모듈을 형성하였고, 생물1과 생물2 교과서는 각단원별로 용어들이 모여 있는 특성을 지닌 네트워크를 나타냈다. 본 연구에서 복잡한 네트워크에서 핵심네트워크를 구축하여 유용한 정보를 도출할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 <수학II> 교과서의 수학사 활용 실태를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 Jankvist(2009)의 수학사 활용에 대한 이유와 방법에 따른 수학사 활용 유형을 토대로 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 9종의 <수학II> 교과서에 나타난 수학사 활용 유형의 분포와 특징을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 수학교과서에 제시된 수학사 과제가 대부분 정의적 도구로 사용되었고, 인지적 도구나 목표에 해당하는 과제는 소수에 불과했다. 둘째, 정의적 도구로 분류된 수학사 과제 대부분이 수학사나 수학자의 일화를 소개하는 것이고 수학자가 겪었던 어려움 등을 통해 수학의 인간적 측면을 보여주는 수학자 과제는 1개이다. 셋째, 정의적 도구와 목표로 분류된 수학사 과제는 모두 설명 자료이고, 인지적 도구로 분류된 수학사 과제 10개 중 2개는 설명 자료, 8개는 모듈 자료이다. 수학교육에서 수학사 활용의 중요성과 가치를 고려할 때, 인지적 도구-모듈 자료, 목표-모듈 자료 형식의 수학사 과제를 개발하고 이를 교과서나 수학 수업에서 적극 활용할 필요가 있다.

Chemical accidents are increasing day by day as the industry develops. To prevent such chemical accidents, Korea enacted the Chemicals Control Act. Through these laws, systematic management of chemical substances began. There are various positions in the companies. hazardous chemical supervisors, equipment and technical human, operators and employees. Chemicals-related education for each position should be provided. As a result of the survey, hazardous chemical supervisors and equipment and technical human liked the overall content of the Chemicals Control Act and the education subject on safety management standards for facilities. Conversely, the operators liked the course on how to wear personal protective equipment. The employees preferred subjects such as classification of chemical substances and prevention of chemical accidents. Currently, various modular textbooks are widely available. Rather than general education, it is necessary to select and provide customized subjects that are preferred and interested according to the position. Then it will be more effective in understanding harzardous chemical substances and in preventing chemical accidents.
