농촌 다목적 모듈형 전기차 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Modular Design for Multi-purpose Electric Motor Vehicles in Rural Areas)

  • 우리나라는 2000년 이후 EU의 지구온난화에 따른 환경 규제 강화, 고유가 추세 그리고 농촌 인구분포의 고령화 등에 따라 친환경에너지를 기반으로 하는 농촌 소상공인을 위한 다목적 전기차에 대한 니즈 강화가 시장의 큰 흐름이 되고 있다. 농촌 소상공인을 위한 다목적 전기차는 적은 비용으로 유지가 가능하고 친환경 에너지의 활성화를 통한 온실 가스를 감축할 뿐 아니라 고령화 되어가고 있는 농업 종사자의 노동 강도를 줄이고 야간작업 및 물류 운반을 위하여 매우 혁신적인 운송수단이 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 친환경 에너지 정책 시행과 함께 영세 규모의 농촌 소상공인들이 비포장도로와 웅덩이가 많은 농로환경에서 쉽게 운행할 수 있고, 농작물 운반 시 노동 강도를 줄일 수 있으며, 사고 시에도 저렴한 비용으로 간단하게 부품을 교체할 수 있는 농촌 다목적 모듈형 전기차를 제안하기 위하여 기존 문헌들을 고찰하고 국내외 전기차를 벤치마킹하여 12개의 모듈형 부품을 제시한다. 본 논문은 모듈형 전기차의 산업계는 물론 디자인계의 연구에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

3상 모듈형 UPS용 PFC 제어기 설계 (A PFC Controller Design for 3-Phase Modular UPS)

  • In this paper a new PFC Controller for 3-Phase Modular UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supplies) is proposed. The PFC circuit for 3-Phase Modular UPS is implemented using three 1-phase 3-level boost PFC circuits. To control DC output voltage, single voltage controller considering imbalance of two capacitor voltages and to regulate AC input current three independent current controllers are used in proposed PFC controller. By the proposed method, without additional hardware, THD(Total Harmonic Distortion) of input currents can be readily limited below 5% which is the harmonic current requirements by IEEE std. 519. Its validity is verified by simulations and experiments.

  • Today, manufacturers are forced to acknowledge that the life cycles of products are becoming shorter. In the case of the door trim assembly field, the highly frequent introduction of new products and the continuous increase in product varieties leads to the demand for redesigning assembly systems more often. Modular manufacturing systems can be an important issue in helping to overcome these problems. This paper presents the development of a modular assembly system for the door trim, and because it takes the change drives into consideration, this system is highly flexible in adapting to changes in the environment.

Sequential pattern load modeling and warning-system plan in modular falsework

  • This paper investigates the structural behavior of modular falsework system under sequential pattern loads. Based on the studies of 25 construction sites, the pattern load sequence modeling is defined as models R (rectangle), L and U. The study focuses on the system critical loads, regions of largest reaction forces, discrepancy between the pattern load and the uniform load, and the warning-system plan. The analysis results show that the critical loads of modular falsework systems with sequential pattern loads are very close to those with the uniform load used in design. The regions of largest reaction forces are smaller than those calculated by the uniform load. However, the regions of largest reaction forces of three models under sequential pattern loads can be considered as the crucial positions of warning-system based on the measured index of loading. The positions of the sensors for the warning-system for these three different models are not identical.

  • In this paper, the bit-level 1-dimensionl systolic array for modular multiplication are designed. First of all, the parallel algorithms and data dependence graphs from Walter's Iwamura's methods based on Montgomery Algorithm for modular multiplication are derived and compared. Since Walter's method has the smaller computational index points in data dependence graph than Iwamura's, it is selected as the base algorithm. By the systematic procedure for systolic array design, four 1-dimensional systolic arrays ale obtained and then are evaluated by various criteria. Modifying the array derived from 〔0,1〕 projection direction by adding a control logic and serializing the communication paths of data A, optimal 1-dimensional systolic array is designed. It has constant I/O channels for modular expandable and is good for fault tolerance due to unidirectional paths. And so, it is suitable for RSA Cryptosystem which deals with the large size and many consecutive message blocks.

  • The aim of this study is to evaluate the productivity of multilayered modular housing units during the prefabrication phase. Additionally, it shows the results of productivity analysis conducted using the Web Cyclone technique. Initially, an review of literature and prior studies helped outline the comprehensive manufacturing process of laminated modular apartments, examining the range of minimum, average, and maximum work durations along with workforce size. Subsequently, the productivity of the multilayered apartments' prefabrication was assessed using the Web Cyclone technique, focusing on the workflow, duration, and personnel involved. This analysis also included a comparison of productivity against the initial plan based on the outcomes of a sensitivity analysis.

  • Employing knowledge of adaptive possibilities of agents in multi-agents system, we have explored new aspects of distributed modular systems for building ubiquitous heterogeneous robotic systems using intelligent building blocks (I-BLOCKS) [1] as reconfigurable modules. This paper describes early technological approaches related to technical design, experimental developments and evaluation of adaptive processing and information interaction among I-BLOCKS allowing users to easily develop modular robotic systems. The processing technology presented in this paper is embedded inside each $DUPLO^1$ brick by microprocessor as well as selected sensors and actuators in addition. Behaviors of an I-BLOCKS modular structure are defined by the internal processing functionality of each I-Block in such structure and communication capacities between I-BLOCKS. Users of the I-BLOCKS system can easily do 'programming by building' and thereby create specific functionalities of a modular robotic structure of intelligent artefacts without the need to learn and use traditional programming language. From investigating different effects of modern artificial intelligence, I-BLOCKS we have developed might possibly contain potential possibilities for developing modular robotic system with different types of morphology, functionality and behavior. To assess these potential I-BLOCKS possibilities, the paper presents a limited range of different experimental scenarios in which I-BLOCKS have been used to set-up reconfigurable modular robots. The paper also reports briefly about earlier experiments of I-BLOCKS created on users' natural inspiration by a just defined concept of modular artefacts.

  • Recently, as the power capability of satellites increase, we need to develop a new SAR(Solar Array Regulator) with much higher power capacity whenever we design a power system of a new satelite. In this case, modular design method could be a good solution for this kind of problem. But when we use a modular method in the design of the parallelled converter, it is very important to share current equally between each module connected in paralled. In this paper, we study how to design the optimum current control-loop and voltage control-loop when we apply average current-mode control method to the parallel SAR. With the design results, we make a protype of the 3-module paralleling SAR and verify its performances.

  • 본 논문은 일반적인 창문의 개념을 혁신적으로 변화시킨 D.I.Y. 목재 창문 시스템 개발에 간한 것이다. 사용자의 필요에 따라 주문 제작이 가능한 D.I.Y. 시스템을 기본으로 다양한 사물의 속성을 나무 프레임을 가진 창과 결합하여, 채광과 환기를 위한 창의 기본적인 기능을 유지하면서 동시에 새로운 심미성을 가진 미래지향적 창 디자인이다. 제한된 규모와 형태 내에서도 사용자의 필요에 의하여 공간의 효율성 증대 및 다양한 기능을 수용할 수 있는 가능성을 제공하여 안에서나 밖에서나 즐거운 시각으로 창을 바라보게 한다. 또한 나무 플임은 모듈로 되어 있으므로 가변성을 고려한 규격화된 부품을 카탈로그와 연계하여 대량 생산 할 수 있는 가능성을 지니고 있다. 미래의 창문은 보기위한 중간매개체 역할 뿐 아니라, 미래지향적인 창의 디자인과 기술을 재정립하여 사용자 스스로 기본 요소들을 조합하고 분리하여 수납공간, 생활 가구 등의 기능이 활용된 개성 있는 Window를 연출 할 수 있는 것이다.
