The article focuses on the areas of education activities in using techniques for teaching and learning with information and communication technologies (ICTs), researching and analyzing the available ICTs, gearing the technologies to the specific psychological and pedagogical conditions, independently building and modeling ICTs, enlarging and developing their use in the learning environment. The visualization of scientific research has been determined to be part of the educational support for building students' ICT competence during teaching and learning and is essential to the methodology culture. There have been specified main tasks for pedagogy technologies (PTs) to develop the skills of adaptability to the global digital space in students, their effective database operation and using the data bases as necessary elements for learning and as part of professional training for research. We provided rationalization for implementing the latest ICTs into the Ukrainian universities' curricula, as well as creating modern methods for using the technologies in the learning / teaching process and scientific activities.

This literature considers Pierre Fauchard's exploits under historical context of the enlightenment movement and development of the surgery during 18th century in France. <치과의사 Le Chirurgien Dentiste, ou Traite des dents>, a vast collection of the former and contemporary dental knowledge, technologies, and skills, established Modern Dentistry. To emphasize the professionality of dental treatment and actions involving it, Fauchard replaces the title 'dental expert' with 'stomatologist, or Le Chirurgien Dentiste' As professionalism tried to contribute to the public interest by sharing dental knowledge and technolgies, it had become a model for the dentists. Moreover, the professionalism has been accepted as an important value throughout the manufacture crafts era and the modern capitalist industrial society. Also the principles of liberty, equality, and tolerance founded during enlightenment movement, which is based on empirical positivism and rational reason, has become the legal basis of modern nations. In order to resolve the contradiction or conflict between 'liberty and equality' by 'tolerance for the public benefit', Korean dentists need develop professionalism.

The article highlights the European experience of innovative educational technologies of training management specialists. Based on existing strategies, relevant in the European educational space, the introduction of regulatory elements to maintain a balance between the traditional and innovative format of the educational process, which is typical for the Ukrainian education system is proposed. The article aims to single out educational and technological innovations into a separate cluster of managerial training at different levels in the context of the principles of the modern synergetic sociocultural paradigm. The main objectives of the work are to develop settings to ensure the effective functioning of innovative educational technologies. Among the synergetic principles of educational technologies, providing the formation of necessary competencies of future managers, are: self-organization, interdisciplinarity, nonlinearity, individuality, and technologization. The methods used in the scientific study can be attributed to the group of scientific synergetic methodology. So, the training of specialists in management, implemented in the European practice assumes the use of new educational strategies. These technologies provide both the necessary skills of different levels (hard-soft-digital skills) and the observance of value components (solidarity, ethics, inclusiveness, openness).

This presentation highlights the IAHR book, recently published last April, of which the author is the editor-in-chief, on the historical water projects and traditional water technologies of international interest in the Asian region, addressing information on past water projects (mostly before the 20th century) in the regions that are technically and culturally of interest and educationally valuable. The book explores historical water projects in these regions, presenting technologies used at the time, including calculation and forecasting methods, measurement, material, labor, methodologies, and even water culture. Through this book, it is expected that the old Asian wisdom of "reviewing the old and learning the new" would be realized to a certain extent in modern planning and practice of water projects. The book comprises a lead article that the presenter authored and five Parts representing China, Japan, Korea, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, respectively, followed by an invited one from Uzbekistan. Throughout the book, it is found that historically the Asian monsoon, affecting the Indian subcontinent and Southeast and East Asian regions, induced rice cultivation. It fundamentally needs proper irrigation systems, including reservoirs (dams) and canals, water wheels, and even rain gauges. Flood risks have been more common in Asia than Europe under this climate condition, as recognized in history. To utilize and sometimes overcome these climate conditions, people built and managed many historical and grandiose water projects and invented and used localized but sophisticated water-related technologies in the Asian region.

Recently, agriculture in Korea is seriously depressed by economic globalization and trade liberalization because of low competitive power. Organic farming, which is favorable for small scale agriculture, is expected to be one of alternatives to boost agricultural activities in Korea. Organic agriculture requires systemic developments of new technologies considering the complex biological interaction within the system in connection with high quality and safety standard. The National Institute of Agricultural Science & Technology(NIAST) has been worked on the series of organic farming technologies, including bio-pesticides, pheromone, natural enemies as well as the testings of materials used in organic farming. NIAST will concentrate on the technological development for compromising to the conflict between commodity-oriented and ecological harmony. Research on systemic land and water use, management of plant nutrition, pest and disease control, post-harvest would also be important targets. Integrated efforts among researchers, professors, administrators, farmers, private sectors, and extension workers are substantial for fast technology development and its dissemination. Development and use of these technologies will homely enlighten the Korean organic farming although it may require quite a time and endeavor.

The article considers the training of specialists in education in the conditions of distance learning. The article describes technologies in a unified methodological vein, since teaching based on them at the present stage is clearly eclectic in nature and depends on the individual - "biased" - professional attitude of teachers to technologies and those ideologies that gave rise to them. In this article, the future teacher will get acquainted with only some of these technologies. With the hope that this article will help the future teacher understand the essence of the technological approach, determine his pedagogical position and improve his pedagogical culture.

This study touched on the limitations of educational technologies in gifted students' schools depending on the learners' viewpoints. The descriptive approach was used, and the tool was represented in a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 196 gifted secondary school students in Jeddah. Results showed moderate obstacles to educational technologies in gifted students' schools. The general mean of the responses of the study sample was 2.76. based on the findings, the author suggested some recommendations to reduce the difficulties that gifted students face in using educational technologies, as well as provide gifted students with electronic applications in order to their development, and especially the development of school buildings for gifted students with modern devices to help them facilitate the use of technology.

In modern business conditions, the improvement of business processes cannot do without digitalization. Digital technologies allow businesses to conquer markets, quickly introduce new technologies not only into production processes, but also at all levels of economic activity. The rapid pace of development of information, communication and economic spheres determine the relevance of the research topic and the goals that digital management solves. The rapid advancement of drone technology has significantly altered the landscape of modern warfare, presenting both opportunities and challenges for military forces worldwide. As drones become increasingly sophisticated, capable of performing complex missions such as reconnaissance, surveillance, and precision strikes, the development of effective air defense systems has become a critical priority. This study examines the current state of drone and air defense technologies, analyzing their impact on military strategies, tactics, and the future battlefield environment. By exploring the patterns of technological evolution, the limitations of existing air defense systems, and the potential consequences of drone proliferation, this research highlights the need for adaptive, innovative approaches to counter emerging threats. The findings underscore the importance of investing in advanced detection and interception capabilities, developing comprehensive counter-drone doctrines, and fostering international cooperation to address the ethical and legal challenges posed by the military use of drones. As the competition between drone and air defense technologies continues to intensify, policymakers and military leaders must proactively engage in shaping the future of warfare to ensure national security and stability in an increasingly complex world.
