Korea Privative security regulation was enacted in 1976 and which was revised 18 times. But most of the revision was made by outer forces but not by for the law itself. Now more than 39 years since the law was enacted and 63 years modern private security method was adopted. In this point of time being requires well equipped private security regulation would be revised to match with much changed society. First, there is a problem with the current ways of education, written examination. Second, security guard supervisor examination subject should be revised, which means overlapped subjects must be eliminated. Third, collective civil petition place has to be arranged.

The security law and security industry of Japan have a great impact on Korea. In a modern sense, there are little large disparities between the two nations in the history and development of private security. However, the way they look at private security is not the same in large part. In Japan, private security companies are highly regarded by Japanese people as organizations that guarantee their safety, owing to the efforts of private security companies themselves, the National Security Association and civic groups. Private security has especially been approved and supported since it was decided in the anticrime cabinet council in December, 2003, in line with the action plan for the realization of anticrime society to boost private security as an industry to ensure people's safety in daily routine life by curbing crimes that might pose a threat to peaceful life. Afterwards, there has been a dynamic collaboration between the Japanese police and private security in terms of education, crime prevention, disaster prevention/restoration and everyday life safety. As for Korea, the necessity of cooperation between private security and the police is increasingly stressed, and it's required to strengthen their partnership to ensure successful crime prevention in consideration of Japanese partnership cases. In Japan, the police, civic groups, the security association and security companies make every effort to satisfy Japanese people's safety needs in diverse ways and take disaster-prevention measures as well.

The increasing number of crimes in rapidly changing modern society is enhancing people's desire for safety. As of 2008, 2,900 private security businesses with 133,000 employees operated in the private security industry which emerged in response to growing demands from society and people. Of the employees, bodyguards (hereinafter referred to as "private security guard") accounted for about 10% or 13,000. Most private security guards were suffering from various occupational diseases. Especially as they needed to guard their clients many hours a day and worked in a standing position for a long time, private security guards often complained of low back pain. Under the pain, they were hardly expected to perform their tasks efficiently. There are several causes of low back pain. The most prevalent cause is muscle weakness and imbalance around low back. Especially because private security work often requires security guards to maintain a standing position for a long time, many of them are suffering from low back pain. This study pursued the following purposes. First, it tried to identify the pathogenesis of low back pain caused by muscle weakness and imbalance around low back. Second, it tried to provide private security guards, who can hardly have personal time at work, with an easy method to prevent and manage low back pain any time by researching an effective therapy for low back pain caused by muscle weakness and imbalance around low back.

As time goes by, the diversity of crime has become a serious social problem in modern society, and the policing is increasing the role of private security guards in order to fill the policing. But Private guards stressful experience to perform the actual work is exposed to various crisis situations. Then, private security guards should be management because of private security impact on job burnout. This study aims to determine the empirical work experience in the field of private security guards to cope with stress according to the degree of job burnout. The results are as follows: First, it was the negative effects of the stress coping strategies of private security guards on physical and psychological burnout, and the statistic effects of the wishes coping strategies of private security guards on physical and psychological burnout. Second, stress coping strategies of private security guards, were not found to affect the dehumanization of job burnout. Third, the center of the problem of private security guards of the ways to cope with stress coping was lacking in a static(+) affecting the accomplishment of the job burnout. Therefore, the different types of stress that may arise private security guards physically exhausted, psychologically exhausted, lack of accomplishment in the course of the private security business perform. Finally, Managers of the private security guards, job burnout occurs should be focused on the factors pre-management and co-ordination.

In the modern financial sector, interest in providing financial services that employ blockchain technology has increased. Blockchain technology is efficient and can operate without a trusted party to store all transaction information; additionally, it provides transparency and prevents the tampering of transaction information. However, new security threats can occur because blockchain technology shares all the transaction information. Furthermore, studies have reported that the private keys of users who use the same signature value two or more times can be recovered. Because private keys of blockchain identify users, private key leaks can result in attackers stealing the ownership rights to users' property. Therefore, as more financial services use blockchain technology, actions to counteract the threat of private key recovery must be continually investigated. Private key recovery studies are presented here. Based on these studies, duplicated signatures generated by blockchain users are defined. Additionally, scenarios that generate and use duplicated signatures are applied in an actual bitcoin environment to demonstrate that actual bitcoin users' private keys can be recovered.

It seems that security police's business to secure safety of state and citizens has existed since the mankind began to create a community. State was not fully responsible for such security business from the beginning. The business was carried out autonomously by the private sector for a long period. However, as the state system had been strengthened, the public sector absorbed the function. But in the modern society where various risks exist, safety of society could not be guaranteed only by public police. Accordingly, cooperation with the private sector is indispensable. In the limit of public police, autonomous organization of security companies and general citizens is expanding its scope. As a result, they should exercise partnership as a tripod to build social safety net. Security police failed to secure manpower exclusively responsible for security, despite various businesses and excessive mobilization. Accordingly, their professionalism and ability to cope with crisis are being questioned. In particular, efficiency of security police is becoming a more urgent issue in an era of international terrorism. Private sector can be classified into security companies and private autonomous organization. In case of security companies, the problem is quality and business ability of guards compared to a rapid external growth such as quantitative expansion and advancement into various businesses. In terms of pure private activity, the necessity of understanding of public police activity and conditions for organizational and continuous activity should be prepared. To tide over such problems and effectively achieve the common goal, changes in the method of employment, new establishment of security police department, and strengthening of professionalism and crisis management ability are necessary in the public police sector. In case of security companies, improvement of relations with public police through joint education, strengthening of business ability and activation of business cooperation through these matters are necessary. To maximize activity of pure private sector, it needs to establish reserve police, manage such private autonomous organization and bolster publicity with citizens.

Today, A typical crime prevention strategies is private security zones and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) is a corresponding to the new strategy. CPTED is a diversification can be called a crime prevention approach that emphasizes the principle of natural surveillance, access control, territoriality, activity support, maintenance and management. The defensible space of the space area related to crime prevention setting the activities of private security and CPTED determine. Also, the reality of crime prevention and protection should be considered space. The emphasis on proactive prevention of crime in modern society for the prevention of crime how to approach differing perspectives and disparate aspects of private security and CPTED. Technical and professional areas that overlap to some extent in a homogeneous aspect. Ultimately, CPTED is a crime prevention through space and environmental approach for crime. This study considers the characteristics of the separation of public and private security service during Koryo dynasty, and compares it with the modern security service. Modern day security service's definition of private and public security service was used to distinguish them. Given the different historical settings, it's difficult to argue that the distinction between public and private service during Koryo dynasty was clear, but it can be said that public security service was centered around palace guard and concerns the activities of protest, and military made for the relationship, and private security service was centered around power of DoBang and includes the activities of malingering, and Byolchogun. During the early days of Koryo, protest, district military and soldiers who stay in the palace were all parts of a palace revolt and this institutional improvement of soldiers who stay in the palace was accomplished during King Seongjong's rule. The tradition of a palace revolt can find its roots in the middle military, and after the unification, a palace revolt was reformed into the king's palace revolt of second and the 6th along the course of establishing the nation's system. All of the changes stem from the reformation for consolidating the royal authority. Gyung Dae Seoung wanted to protect himself and he slept with his army night and days and because of that, group of soldiers was created and it was called DOBANG. Some members were from dobang gyeonryong, The forced were powerful because it was gathered with a warriors with extraordinaire martial arts and competent management. Most of the soldiers followed gyeong dae seung because they believed that he has a strong leadership and loves his people, and had a strong faith in him. However, the general gyeong jang had a belief that politics must be reverted to the previous so the relationships between jungbang wasn't smooth. Because of the economic operational problems, due to fraud committed by the mens under his command failed to maintain integrity and was criticised.The misconception also fed up with the emperor and the deepening relationships between the soldiers, his dobang was dismantled. After he took over the dobang, for his personal safety and to strengthen his position he compensated gyeon dae seong's dobang and developed the organization. In the process of extending the dobang Choi chung heon recruited many talented people to strengthen the military base, and also accepted the advice and expanded the power of Dobang. Choi Chung Heon thus consolidated his political gains by weakening the power of the king's army and adjusting the myth, which could've threatened his regime, and this was called Dobang number 6th. Dobang number six got even more powerful by his son named Choi woo, and after ruling, he expanded into a room, and a substantial reorganization of Dobang was developed. And then the creation of yabyeolcho also showed the effect to prevent the crisis. Although the palace guards who were public security service of Koryo Dynasty was still maintained during the military rule era when the royal authority was incapacitated, it was only maintained to have a symbolic meaning as the actual authority including military power was with Choi, the master of Dobang, private security service group. Likewise, during the rule of Choi, private securty service could reign over public security service, and the noteworthy characteristic of Dobang is that it assisted the private soldier groups to seize the military power by reorganizing and modifying military system. Although both differences and similarities can be found when comparing the guards of Koryo Dynasty with those of contemporary society, they have a similarity in terms of the essence of guards that they guarantee the safety of their clients. As for differences, the royalty of Koryo Dynasty and the pursuit of profit of contemporary society are in contrast, and contemporary guards can be seen as the fulfillment of responsibility and duty by free will, whereas guards of Koryo Dynasty were ruled with military coercion.

Technology development of modern society reduces times, costs and labor costs but demands work forces requiring expert knowledge on technology. Consequently knowledge worker becomes important. Not changing into a specialist acquired expert knowledge, people can't survive in competitive society. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to grasp the actual condition of private security industry and to examine problems. The final goal is to find the way to improve the professionalism of workers in private security industry. First. Now we must make up for the subject for examination actually and be in a triangular position and complement a professional materials for teaching. At the same time it must strengthen the education using advanced instruments seek to Total Security System. Moreover it is demanded 'institutional supplement of security guard instructors' which means job training for security guard instructor Second. On the job training which can deal with a state of emergency through 'security guard training' with a theory and an actual training must be strengthen. Also, most security guards have low understandings and interests because their ages are from 50's to 60's. Accordingly proper education must be offered to security guard. Third. Certification system of the private security guards are needed to fix the problems on an indiscreet issue and an abuse of license through deliberation on the security license. Fourth. Universities must find a new market to minimize the squandering of human resources because of oversupply and reduce the personnel. Also with enhancing the employment rate through specialized education, universities must offer an education which keeps pace with the times for not an entrance strategy but a long-term development. Effort for education of specialist will produce an improvement in business quality and improved services produce a customer satisfaction. A customer satisfaction will produce a fame of a successful company and positive images in market area. Finally the private industry will be developed by productivity improvement.
