KDD에 기반한 경영성과 분석 시스템 구현 (Implementation of Management performance Analysis System with KDD)

  • In modern dynamic management environment, there is growing recognition that? information & knowledge management systems are essential for CEO's efficient/effective decision making. As a key component to cope with this current, we suggest the management performance analysis syystem based on Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). The system measures management performance that is considered with both VA(Value- Added), which represents stakeholder's point of view and EVA(Economic Value-Added), which represents shareholder's point of view. The relation ship between management performance and some 80 financial ratios is analyzed, and then important financial ratios are drawn out. In analyzing the relationship, we applied KDD process which includes such as multidimensional cube, OLAP(On-Line Analytic Process), data mining and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). To demonstrate the performance of the system, we conducted a case study using financial data over the 16-years from 1981 to 1996 of Korean automobile industry which is taken from database of KISF AS(Korea Investors Services Financial Analysis System).

  • Modern Museum has duplication which are non-profitability for public service and profitability for good service to visitors. Museum must have revenue source in order to provide a good service. It is necessary Museum do marketing for benefit Enterprise. In this Paper, we study empirical of Museum Marketing Activation which are introduced Quality Management. We prove four hypothesis which are (1)As professional manpower operation is high, Museum Performance result may rise, (2)Operation conformation is no impact in Museum management result, (3)If quality management operation are introduced, Museum Performance result may rise, (4)As there is much contents of Museum, Museum Performance result may rise.

  • In the modern age. Building is getting higher and larger according to owner and social demands. Now when we are facing the need of the cost down and the reduction of economic loss. In this paper, the characteristics of the present conditions of site management were investigated with the field survey. And The Purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in site management. The method of site management. however depends on experience of a construction manager. in order to solve this situation, it is necessary to create a method of site management that is adequate for the condition of construction. By cultivating excellent sub contractors, we can expect precise construction with a few experts. improvement in qualify of construction from standardization, computerization of each process. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize site management work in Korea.

  • In modern business conditions, the improvement of business processes cannot do without digitalization. Digital technologies allow businesses to conquer markets, quickly introduce new technologies not only into production processes, but also at all levels of economic activity. The rapid pace of development of information, communication and economic spheres determine the relevance of the research topic and the goals that digital management solves. Today, the use of digital equipment and platforms makes it possible to form the basis for the formation of competitive business advantages, minimize costs, and most importantly, respond in time to changes in both the internal and external environment..Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the digital management system in a business environment. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites for digital management system in a business environment were investigated.

  • Maritime transport is dominant in the overall volume of all international transportation. Existence and overcoming of problems, which cause pressure on shipping safety, remain actual and fully concern both maritime and inland transport. Increasing speed and cargo capacity of the ships along with the reduction of crew members lead to the automation of a growing number of work processes, which indicates the need to actively introduce appropriate measures in the security system of sea-going ships and commercial ports and to develop modern approaches to minimize negative events and incidents in the process of ship operation. Advantages in use of modern methods of monitoring the safety of ship operations, management of possible events and incidents, including investigation of accidents, first, aimed at prevention of negative occurrences and ways of prevention on this basis. Considering statistics on incidents increase, this work presents analysis of general ship accident rate, study of major accidental events growth annually, and investigation of causes of incidents, which most frequently occur in port waters and at open sea. A survey of current approaches to ensuring the safety of shipping by implementing effective tools, such as event and incident management, has been conducted.

  • Pedestrian assemblage is now a normal phenomenon in modern cities. To maintain an unblocked traffic situation, protect the pedestrians' safety and make preparedness for any emergencies is an important task for police department. Modeling pedestrian dynamics and simulating evacuation process can provide useful information for make accurate decisions. In this paper, by virtue of geographic information technologies, the authors proposed a conceptual framework to simulate pedestrian dynamics and evacuation in an open urban environment.

  • Elevator is very important transportation facility of modern society. But there have been frequent elevator accidents recently. In the view of safety management of elevator, the corresponding study must be done since accidents related elevator include not only actual accident but also possible accident in order to protect user from danger. A 3D design was developed using SolidWorks and behavior analysis using FEM Code.

  • In this modern environment, manufacturing companies must continually persevere in their efforts to solve the problems encountered in the effort to improve productivity and quality while simultaneously reducing production costs. In this paper, we have approached the problem of layout planning by using the Muther' Systematic Layout Planning model (1961). This model applied the "H" company layout problem. In conclusion the "H" company mislayout in plant. We have a compare this model to old method ("H" company present layout), we produced a good result in layout.

구황실재산 관리 제도에 대한 연구 -구황실재산의 문화재관리체계 편입 관련- (Establishment of Old Imperial Estate and Cultural Property Management System -Focused on Inclusion of Imperial Estate as Cultural Property-)

  • 한국의 문화재 관리 제도는 일제강점기에 제정 시행된 근대 문화재 법제와 구황실재산 관리 제도를 기반으로 성립되었다. 그동안 학계에서는 근대 문화재 법제를 중심으로 한 문화재 관리 제도에 대한 연구 성과는 축적해 왔으나 문화재 관리 제도의 또 다른 축을 이루고 있는 구황실재산 관리 제도에 대해서는 이를 문화재 제도사 관점에서 접근한 연구가 거의 없다. 구황실재산은 갑오개혁에 의해 봉건적 가산에서 분리 독립하였으나 일제의 식민지 침탈과정에서 정리 해체되어 일제강점기에는 식민지 왕가의 세습 재산으로 관리되었다. 그 후 정부 수립 후인 1954년 「구황실재산법」이 제정 시행됨으로써 구황실재산은 국유화와 함께 역사적 고전적 문화재로 규정되었고 구황실재산사무총국에 의해 관리되었다. 이때 구황실재산 중 영구 보존 재산으로 지정된 재산은 1963년 「문화재보호법」 1차 개정 시 부칙 제2조에 의거 국유 문화재로 정식 편입됨으로써 민족의 문화유산으로 인정받았다.결론적으로 말해서 한국의 문화재 형성과 문화재 관리 제도는 두 개의 서로 다른 연원인 근대 문화재 법제와 구황실 재산 관리 제도가 하나로 통합되어 이루어졌다고 할 수 있다. 근대 문화재 법제의 변천이 일본의 그것을 식민지 조선에 이식·적용하여 문화재를 규율하고 관리하는 과정이었다면 구황실재산 관리는 일제가 대한제국을 식민지화 하면서 구황실재산을 침탈하고 정리하여 운용한 과정이었다고 할 수 있다. 광복과 대한민국 정부수립으로 이 각기 다른 두 개의 흐름이 하나로 합쳐지는 계기가 마련되었고 마침내 1961년 문화재관리국 설치와 1962년 주체적인 「문화재보호법」 체제가 성립됨으로써 제도적 통합이 이루어졌다고 평가할 수 있다.
