가족스트레스가 중년기 기혼여성의 우울에 미치는 영향 : 가족건강성과 가족지지의 조절효과 (The Effects of Family Stress on Depression in Married, Middle-aged Women : The Moderating Effects of Family Strength and Support)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of family stress on instances of depression in married, middle-aged women; more specifically, this study examined the moderating effects family strength and support have on depression in middle-aged women. Three hundred women from 40 to 60 years of aged, all of whom resided in Gyeonggi-do, participated in this study. For the final analysis, 249 self-reported questionnaires were used. Descriptive statistics, correlative analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS ver. 21.0. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the mean scores of family strengths and family support were higher than the median scores. The mean level of depression was lower than the median of depression frequency, while the mean for the family stress scores was the same as the median. Second, depressions frequency was influenced by family type, health status, and average income. There was a positive correlation between depression and family stress. Third, family support had a moderating effect on depression. Family strength did not seem to have the same moderating effect, while there did seem to be a moderating effect of instrumental support from families on the relationship between family stress and depression. In conclusion, to decrease the frequency of depression in married, middle-aged women', it may be necessary to increase family support, and it seems to be especially necessary to increase the amount of instrumental support from families.

의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션이 환자참여에 미치는 영향 : 신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Patient-centered Communication of Doctor on Patient Participation : Focusing on Moderating Effect of Trust)

  • 본 연구는 의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션(촉진요인, 금지요인)이 환자 참여(행동적 참여, 감정적 참여, 정보적 참여)에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 구체적인 연구목적으로는 첫째, 환자중심 커뮤니케이션이 환자참여에 미치는 영향, 둘째, 환자중심의 커뮤니케이션과 환자참여간의 관계에서 신뢰의 조절효과 확인이며, 이를 위하여 국내 종합병원의 환자 301명을 대상으로 SPSS 19.0을 통계패키지를 사용하여 요인분석과 조절회귀분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 커뮤니케이션 촉진요인은 행동적 참여, 감정적 참여, 정보적 참여 모두에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으나, 금지요인은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신뢰의 조절효과는 촉진요인과 감정적 참여간, 촉진요인과 정보적 참여간에서 발견되었으며, 신뢰의 수준이 높은 집단에서 촉진요인은 감정적 참여와 정보적 참여에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 환자중심의 커뮤니케이션과 성공적인 의료서비스 제공에 필요한 이론적이고 실무적인 시사점을 제공하였다.

대학생의 부정적 정서가 자살생각에 미치는 영향: 성별을 통한 폭발적 행동의 매개된 조절효과 (Influence of Negative Emotion on the Suicidal Ideation in University Student: Mediated Moderating Effect of Explosive Behavior through Gender)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 부정적 정서가 자살생각에 미치는 영향에서 성별을 통해 폭발적 행동이 매개된 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 대학생 644명(남자 322명, 여자 322명)을 대상으로 우울, 불안, 폭발적 행동 및 자살생각을 조사하였고, 매개된 조절효과는 위계적 회귀분석과 경로분석을 통해 분석하였으며, 단순기울기검정 결과를 도식으로 제시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 부정적 정서, 폭발적 행동과 자살생각 간에 모두 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 부정적 정서와 자살생각 간의 관계에서 성별의 조절효과는 유의하였다. 셋째, 부정적 정서와 자살생각 간의 관계에서 폭발적 행동의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 넷째, 폭발적 행동과 자살생각 간의 관계에서 성별의 조절효과는 유의하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 성별에 따른 부정적 정서와 폭발적 행동이 자살생각의 증진에 미치는 영향에 대한 시사점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

만성질환을 가진 독거노인의 우울이 음주에 미치는 영향: 사회적 관계만족도의 조절효과 (The Effects of Depression of the Single Seniors with Chronic Diseases on Drinking: An Analysis of the Moderating Effect of Social Relationship Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 만성질환 독거노인의 우울, 음주, 사회적 관계만족도 간의 관계를 규명하고, 우울과 음주에 대한 사회적 관계만족도의 조절효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 13차 한국복지패널(KWPS) 데이터를 활용하여 결측치를 제외한 만성질환 독거노인 217명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN v21.0을 활용였다. 본 연구를 위해 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 만성질환 독거노인의 우울과 음주 사이에서 사회적 관계만족도 중 가족관계만족도는 음주를 줄이는 조절효과가 있었으나, 우울과 음주에 대한 사회적 관계만족도 중 사회친분관계만족도는 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 근거하여 사회적 관계만족도 중 특히 가족관계만족도를 향상시키고 음주를 낮출 수 있는 실천 및 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

계획된 행위이론 기반 COVID-19 환자 간호의도 예측요인: 지각된 행위통제의 조절효과 (Predicting Factors of Nurses' Intention to Care for COVID-19 Patients based on the Theory of Planned Behavior: The Moderating Effect of Perceived Behavior Control)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors influencing nurses' intention to care for COVID-19 patients based on the theory of planned behavior, and to test the moderating effect of perceived behavior control between attitude, subjective norms, and nurses' intention to care. Methods: The participants were 167 nurses working at two designated hospitals for infectious diseases located in J and C city, South Korea. Data were collected from October 10th to 25th, 2020, and analyzed using independent t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The moderating effect was analyzed using the Process Macro model 1 (95% confidence interval, 10,000 bootstrapping), and a simple slope analysis was performed to identify the moderating effect of perceived behavior control. Results: The factors affecting nurses' intention to care for patients with COVID-19 were attitude toward the behavior (β=.32, p<.001) and perceived behavior control (β=.37, p<.001) in model 1, attitude toward the behavior (β=.28, p<.001) and perceived behavior control (β=.36, p<.001), and perspective taking (β=.26, p<.001) in model 2. The explanation power of this model was 65.0% (F=18.41, p<.001). The moderating effect of perceived behavioral control was statistically significant in the relationship between subjective norms and intention to care for patients with COVID-19 (F=16.37, p<.001). In the simple slope analysis, the reinforcement effect was greatest when the level of perceived behavioral control was at the mean (95% CI=0.46~0.67) and high (95% CI=0.70~1.08). Conclusion: Developing and applying a training program that enhances confidence and improves empathy is necessary to increase nurses' intention to care for COVID-19 patients.

직무특성과 직무스트레스의 관계 및 사회적 지원의 조절효과 (The relationship between job characteristics and job stress, and the moderating effect of social support on the relationship)

  • The purpose of this paper is to review the relationship between job characteristics and job stress responses(physiological response, psychological response, behavioral response), and the moderating effect of social support. Based on the responses from 187 employees in small & medium manufacturing industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that job characteristics factors have partly negative relationships with job stress response. However, job variety has positive relationship. Social support has partly moderating effect on the relationship between job characteristics and job stress.

The Relationships among Occupational Identity, Occupation Satisfaction Job Commitment of Care Workers in Care Hospitals - Focusing on moderating effects of personal characteristics.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between occupational identity, occupation satisfaction, and self-efficacy of care workers in care hospitals and to draw implications for improving the quality of care services. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, the occupational identity of care workers in care hospitals as an independent variable, occupation satisfaction as a dependent variable of occupational identity, and self-efficacy as a moderating variable were selected. The causal relationships between occupational identity and occupation satisfaction and the moderating effect of self-efficacy were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the occupational identity of care workers in care hospitals showed significant effects on occupation satisfaction and job commitment. Also, the effects of occupational identity on occupation satisfaction and job commitment differ depending on self-efficacy, which means that moderating effects of self-efficacy are significant. Based on this analytical results, the theoretical and policy implications of this study were suggested, and the directions and limitations of this study were suggested.

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between boundary spanning behaviors and service quality, and the moderating effect of gender. Based on the responses from 204 employees in outdoor-food franchising system, hierarchical regression analysis showed that service delivery has positive relationships with all service quality factors, and external representation and internal influence have partly positive relationship with them. Gender appeared to have partly moderating effect on the relationship between only internal influence and service quality.

Effects of the smartphone addiction on adjustment to college life - Moderating effect of impulsivity -

  • In this paper, we propose a smartphone addiction affected adjustment to college life and the moderating effects of impulsivity in the relations between smartphone addiction and adjustment to college life. For this, it conducted the questionnaire with 348 college students who showed higher use of smartphone and analyzed the data from the questionnaire. The results of the analysis are as follows. It was found that smartphone addiction had significant influences on the adjustment to college life. As a result of examining the moderating effects of impulsivity in the relations between smartphone addiction and adjustment to college life, there were the moderating effects of impulsivity. This study was available in giving useful suggestions to prevent smartphone addiction and help college students adjust to their college life through impulsivity control.
