This study sets out to verify the moderated mediation of followers' identification with the leader on the indirect effect of authentic leadership on organizational cynicism via psychological contract breach. A total of 279 responses from employees at companies with more than 500 employees and of diverse industries were used for analysis. Our findings showed that authentic leadership (X) had a negative indirect effect on organizational cynicism (Y) via psychological contract breach (M), and that this indirect effect was negatively moderated by identification with the leader, thereby identifying its role as a moderating mediator. Further verification revealed that the indirect effect ($X{\rightarrow}M{\rightarrow}Y$) was conditional upon the value of the moderating variable, where identification with the leader had a significant effect in the 25%, 50%, 75%, 90% levels, but not in the 10% level. The findings of this research empirically verified that greater exertion of authentic leadership lowers psychological contract breach among organization members and, consequently, organizational cynicism. In particular, this effect was stronger when the organization member identified him/herself more strongly with the leader. Our findings extend the body of knowledge on the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational cynicism and expands the possibilities for future research.

This study also examined whether rapport positively mediated the above relationship. In addition this study address the moderating role of customer emotional intelligence in the relationship between employee authenticity and rapport. By developing moderated a mediation model, we addressed indirect conditional effect of customer emotional intelligence on the relationship between employee authenticity and customer loyalty via rapport. Methods: The survey data was collected by customers who used various services in Korea. The main hypotheses were tested using a cross-sectional design, with questionnaires administered to 292 customers. Results: The result of empirical analysis has shown that employee authenticity was significantly positively related to customer loyalty. We have also found that rapport positively mediated the relationship between employee authenticity and customer loyalty. While there was a significant moderating effect of customer emotional intelligence on the relationship between employee authenticity and rapport, the moderated mediating role of customer emotional intelligence was found. Conclusion: The results provide useful theoretical and practical implications to the organizations and managers who want to improve customer loyalty. Future research directions with the limitation of the study were discussed.

That is to say, the strength of the mediated effect decreased along with levels of perceived organizational support: stronger job autonomy relationship when perceived organizational support was weak.

Methods: Participants were 272 nursing students from six universities in two different cities. A self-report questionnaire was used to measure learning presence, learning flow, digital literacy, and academic achievement. Analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro (4.0). Results: The mediating effect of learning flow on the effect of learning presence on academic achievement was 0.42, and the moderated mediation index of digital literacy was 0.17. Learning flow showed a mediating effect on the relationship between learning presence and academic achievement. Digital literacy had a moderated mediation effect on the relationship between learning presence and academic achievement that was mediated by learning flow. Conclusion: The intensity of the mediating effect of nursing students' learning presence on academic achievement through learning flow increases as the level of digital literacy increases. This study focuses on the instructor's role in student-centered learning and aims to test the effects and moderating role of instructor feedback on perceived loafing in team project-based learning. A conditional effect model including team efficacy, perceived loafing, instructor feedback, and team performance was proposed. Data were collected from students who registered for team project-based learning courses at a university in South Korea. A total of 420 cases were subjected to moderated mediation analysis. The results demonstrated that instructor feedback was negatively related to perceived loafing and moderated the relationship between team efficacy and perceived loafing. Furthermore, instructor feedback moderated the relationship between perceived loafing and team performance. In particular, even when perceived loafing was high, students who received frequent instructor feedback were found to significantly reduce the damage to team performance. Based on these findings, the importance of instructors' facilitation in team project-based learning is discussed.

Ver.26.0) and verified through SPSS PROCESS Macro (Ver. 3.4). Results: The trauma case experience and the job stress, which is a mediation variable, had a statistically significant positive effect on post-traumatic stress disorder, and the job stress had a positive mediation effect in the relationship between the trauma case experience and post-traumatic stress disorder. Social support had a statistically significant negative moderation effect in the relationship between the trauma case experience and job stress; social support had a moderated mediation effect on the indirect effect of a job stress on the post-traumatic effect through a trauma case experience. Conclusion: The above findings suggest that work-related job stress management is important in order to reduce safety/health managers' post-traumatic stress disorder caused by the experience of trauma case, and that social support is essential to reduce the job stress, which can later be used as a basis for further studies.
The purpose of this study is to examine the moderated mediation effects of parenting functioning on the relations between deviant peer's influences and delinquent behaviors in adolescence. To investigate the moderated mediation effects, simple slope test and bootstrapping method based on multiple linear regression(MLR) model were used. This study used data from wave 1-2(2003-2004) of the Korea Youth Panel Survey(KYPS). Results showed that poorer parenting increased the probability that adolescents would affiliated with deviant peers, and more association with deviant peers, in turn, was related to delinquency. There was statistical significant interaction between affiliation with deviant peers and parenting in the model for delinquency. It implied that the relation between deviant peers and delinquency depends on the quality of parenting. Finally, indirect effect of earlier parenting on delinquent behavior through affiliation with deviant peers was moderated by later parenting. These results help clarify the conditions under which exposure to parenting behaviors can buffer the negative effect of deviant best friends on delinquent behaviors in adolescence. Practice and policy implications as well as further research topic were discussed to aid the search for highly effective preventive and treatment interventions.
