성적지향 마이크로어그레션이 성소수자(LGB)의 우울에 미치는 영향: 반추의 매개효과에 대한 사회적 지지와 성정체성 수용의 조절효과 (The Effect of Microaggression against Sexual Orientation on LGB's Depression: The Moderating Effects of Social Support and Acceptance of Sexual Orientation on the Mediating Effects of Rumination)

  • 본 연구는 성적지향 마이크로어그레션과 우울의 관계에서 반추의 매개효과를 확인하고, 사회적 지지와 성정체성 수용이 매개효과를 조절하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만 18세 이상 시스젠더 동성애자와 양성애자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며 최종적으로 380명이 연구대상으로 선정되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 반추와 성정체성 수용의 관계에서 유의한 상관이 나타나지 않는 것으로 확인되었으며 이를 제외한 모든 변인의 상관이 유의하였다. 둘째, 성적지향 마이크로어그레션과 우울의 관계를 반추가 매개하는지 분석한 결과, 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 지지와 성정체성 수용의 조절된 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 두 변인 모두 유의한 것으로 확인되었으며 사회적 지지의 효과크기가 성정체성 수용의 효과크기보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 연구의 함의점과 상담 장면에서의 개입가능성, 후속 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.

한국인의 문화적 자기관과 감정표현불능증의 관계: 세대에 의해 조절된 정서표현양가성 및 정서억제 연속매개과정 모형 (The Relationship between Cultural Self-construal of Korean and Alexithymia: A Serial Mediation Process Model of Ambivalence over Emotion Expression and Emotion Suppression Moderated by Generation)

  • 전통적인 한국 사회는 동양의 집단주의 문화권으로 분류되어 왔지만, 1970년대 탈냉전과 더불어 세계화와 정보화의 흐름 속에 서양의 개인주의 문화와 가치가 젊은 층을 중심으로 한국 사회에 빠르게 스며들었다. 짧은 시기에 급변했기 때문에, 동시대를 살아가는 세대 간에 문화적 자기관의 차이가 있을 수 있으며, 이로 인해 감정표현 및 억제와 관련된 심리적 문제가 세대에 따라 다르게 나타날 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 20대에서 60대에 이르는 한국인 성인 남녀 1000명을 대상으로 개인의 문화적 자기관과 감정표현불능 수준, 그리고 정서표현양가성과 정서억제 수준을 조사하여, 상호협조적 자기관, 상호독립적 자기관 및 감정표현불능증의 관계, 그리고 그것을 매개하는 정서표현양가성 및 정서억제의 과정을 살펴보았다. 그리고 연구대상자의 출생연도를 기준으로 산업화 세대(1970년 이전 출생)와 정보화 세대(1970년 이후 출생)로 구분하고, 각 변인의 세대 차이와 정서표현양가성과 정서억제의 매개 과정에 대한 세대의 조절 효과를 검증하였다. Hayes(2022)의 PROCESS macro를 이용하여 분석한 결과, 첫째 문화적 자기관의 상대적 독립성(상호협조적 자기관에 비하여 상호독립적 자기관이 높은 정도를 계산한 값)이 정서표현양가성과 정서억제를 연속매개하여 감정표현불능증에 영향을 주는 연속매개모형이 유의하였다. 이는 개인의 상대적 독립성이 약할수록 정서표현양가성과 정서억제 수준이 순차적으로 높아져서 감정표현불능 수준이 높아짐을 의미한다. 다음으로 연속매개모형에서 세대의 조절효과를 탐색한 결과, 정서억제에서 감정표현불능증으로 가는 경로를 세대 변인이 조절하였다. 산업화 세대의 경우 정서억제 수준이 높아도 감정표현불능 수준이 높아지지 않는 반면, 정보화 세대는 정서억제 수준이 높을수록 감정표현불능증의 수준이 높아짐을 의미한다. 본 연구 결과는 세대의 문화적 가치관에 따라 정서조절방략이 다르게 형성되었을 가능성을 시사하며, 정서억제처럼 역기능적인 정서조절방략이라 할지라도 자신이 속한 세대의 문화적 배경에 따라 그것의 부정적인 영향력이 다를 수 있음을 함의한다.

중년 직장인의 퇴직 불안이 중년위기감에 미치는 영향: 감사성향의 매개효과와 자아존중감의 조절된 매개효과 (The effect of retirement anxiety of middle-aged office workers on the midlife crisis: The mediating effect of gratitude and moderated mediating effect of self-esteem)

  • 본 연구는 중년 직장인의 퇴직 불안이 감사성향을 경유하여 중년위기감에 미치는 영향을 자아존중감이 조절 매개하는지를 검증하여 중년 직장인의 중년위기감을 감소시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 40~65세 중년층 직장인 313명이며, 자료는 SPSS Win. 25와 SPSS PROCESS macro 4.1을 활용하여 분석하였다. 기술통계 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석 및 조절된 매개효과 분석이 적용되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 퇴직 불안은 감사성향, 자아존중감과 부적 상관관계를 보였고, 중년위기감과는 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 자아존중감은 퇴직 불안이 감사성향을 경유하여 중년위기감에 미치는 영향을 완충시키는 조절된 매개역할을 하였다. 중년 직장인의 감사성향과 자아존중감은 퇴직 불안이 중년위기감을 증가시킬 때 보호요인으로 작용할 수 있는 중요한 변수로 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

대학생의 자아분화 및 거부민감성이 대인불안에 미치는 영향 : 성별에 따른 조절된 매개효과 (The Effects of University Students' Self-Differentiation and Rejection Sensitivity on Interpersonal Anxiety : Moderated Mediating by Gender)

  • The purpose of this study was to model the relations between male and female university students' self-differentiation, rejection sensitivity, and interpersonal anxiety. Questionnaires from 502 university students in Seoul were analysed. The findings are as follows. Firstly, self-differentiation, rejection sensitivity, and interpersonal anxiety were significantly different according to gender. Secondly, the level of differentiation from family regression was higher for both male and female students. And the lower the rejection sensitivity experiencing in vertical relations became, and the lower the rejection sensitivity on horizontal relations was, the lower the interpersonal anxiety became. Thirdly, it was confirmed that for male students, differentiation from family regression affected rejection sensitivity on horizontal relations, and for females, differentiation from emotional reactivity affected ejection sensitivity on both horizontal and vertical relations. Finally, rejection sensitivity played a full mediation parameter when self-differentiation affected interpersonal anxiety, and it was demonstrated differences by gender. This study was meaningful in that it confirmed the relations between male and female university students' self-differentiation, rejection sensitivity, and interpersonal anxiety.

안전풍토가 종업원 직무태도에 미치는 영향: 외투기업과 국내기업 비교 (The Effect of Safety Climate on the Job Attitude: Comparing Foreign Investment Company and Domestic Company)

  • This study examined the role of safety climate, organizational trust, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. In addition, the study verified the mediating effect of organizational trust between safety climate, and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Targeting population were the workers in the manufacturing sector. First, it was figured out that employees' recognition of organizations' safety climate has an effect positively on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, it turns out that individuals' safety awareness has a positive effect on the both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, it was figured out that organizational trust plays a role as mediation when employees' recognition of organizations' safety climate has an effect positively on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Fourth, the result revealed that foreign investment company moderated the relationship between safety climate and organizational climate. Fifth, organizational trust mediates the relationship that the individuals' safety awareness are positively affected on the both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Finally, The results of four hypotheses using intermediary variable in which organizational trust mediates the relationship between the safety climate and "work attitude" such as job satisfaction and organization commitment demonstrate significance of trust in organization in connecting safety climate and work attitude. Therefore, when trust in organization is enhanced, work attitude such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment could be improved.

The Effect of Psychological Well-Being on Life Satisfaction for Employees

  • Purpose - This study investigated small business members' cognition of happiness in accordance with changes of employment environment at the nation's industrialization. The study verified effects of labor workers' psychological wellbeing conditions upon life satisfaction as well as the effects of job burden and family burden of employment instability. Research design, data, and methodology - The subjects were small business workers in Seoul and Metropolitan areas. The author collected 150 copies of effective questionnaires. Regression analysis, hierarchical analysis and 3-stage mediation regression analysis were done. Results - The findings of this research was that psychological wellbeing factors alleviated job burden and family burden to increase satisfaction with life. Employment instability moderated between job burden and satisfaction with life, job burden between environmental control and satisfaction with life, and family burden between goal and satisfaction of life. Members needed sub factors of psychological wellbeing, especially reflection for self-acceptance. Conclusions - This study inspected effects of small business workers' psychological wellbeing upon life satisfaction at changes of management environment as well as labor environment to verify effects of job burden, family burden and employment instability and to find out conditions of human resources management from point of view of small business and workers.

Relationship between Work-Life Balance, Religiosity and Employee Engagement: A Proposed Moderated Mediation Model

  • Human resource is considered as an important resource that enables organizations to achieve competitive advantage. As such, it is important to have engaged employees to drive the strategic objectives of the organization. The study focuses on variables that can promote employee engagement. Work-life balance and employee engagement have received attention in both academia and practice. Engaged employees are crucial in the achievement of the strategic objectives of organizations. Besides, the role of religious orientation in life and work has been gaining attention from management scholars. The paper attempts to fill the research gap by developing a conceptual model and propositions for empirical testing. Specifically, the study proposes that work-life balance is expected to act as a mediator in the relationship between religiosity and employee engagement. Furthermore, religiosity is included as a moderator since religious belief can strengthen the positive relationship between work-life balance and employee engagement. A systematic literature review was carried out. A framework and propositions for future studies have been developed. The proposed framework provides direction for scholars to empirically test the indirect relationship between work-life balance, religiosity and employee engagement. Empirical testing of the framework could provide insights into how work-life balance and religiosity promote employee engagement.

청소년의 집중력이 척추건강에 미치는 영향: 인지강도에 의해 조절된 스마트폰 과몰입의 매개효과 (The effect of attention on spinal health of adolescents: The mediating effect of smartphone overindulgence moderated by cognitive strength)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to find out the mediated effects of smartphone overindulgence in the relationship between attention and spinal health of adolescents and to find out how cognitive strength moderates these relationships. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: All subjects measured attention, cognition strength, spinal angle, and smartphone overindulgence by measuring the ratio of SMR and mid-beta power to the power of the brain wave, amplitude variation of Cognitive Gamma-Peak, forward slope angle of the cervical spine, and the scale of diagnosis of smartphone addiction. Results: As a result, it shows a significant correlation between Attention, spinal angle, cognitive strength, and smartphone overindulgence(p<.05). In addition, attention was significantly mediated on the spinal angle through smartphone overindulgence(p<.001), and cognitive strength was significantly mediated in relation to smartphone overindulgence and spinal angle(p<.05). Conclusion: This result indicates that the mediation effect of overindulgence of a Smartphone is mediated according to its cognitive strength in relation to its effect of attention on the spine angle.

가상인간의 의인화에 따른 이용자 호감도에 관한 연구: 사회비교 경험과 자기향상욕구를 중심으로 (A Study on User Liking Based on Anthropomorphism of Virtual Humans:Focusing on Social Comparison Experience and Self-Improvement Motivation)

  • Purpose The study examines the impact of the level of anthropomorphism (both in appearance and behavior) of virtual humans on user liking. It investigates whether this relationship is mediated by social comparison experiences, with the moderated mediation effect of users' desire for self-improvement. Design/methodology/approach A between-groups experimental design was employed to examine the impact of different levels of appearance(low/mid/high) and behavior(low/high) anthropomorphism on user liking of virtual humans. The experiment was conducted in an online environment, and participants were randomly exposed to one of six stimuli, which were Instagram-like posts. Findings The results indicate that as virtual humans become more anthropomorphic, they have a positive impact on user liking. However, once the level of anthropomorphism in appearance reaches a certain point (mid vs high), there is no significant difference in user liking. Users who perceive virtual humans as highly anthropomorphic tend to engage in more social comparison experiences, which positively affects their liking for these virtual humans. Conversely, individuals with a high desire for self-improvement found that the positive effect of appearance anthropomorphism on liking through social comparison experiences was reduced. The study extends the application of social comparison theory by examining its impact on influencer marketing with virtual beings. It provides valuable insights for the formulation of influencer marketing strategies using virtual humans.

Unveiling the Power of Private Label Charm in Distribution: How Cues Shape Korean and Chinese Consumers' Consumption Value and Repurchase Intentions

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the influence of private label cues, including store image, product design, price promotion, and origin image, on consumers repurchase intention by mediating consumption value from a distribution perspective. Additionally, it explored nationality's moderating role in the relationship between consumption value and repurchase intention. Research design, data and methodology: Drawing on the SOR model, data were collected from 246 consumers who had purchased private-label products in the past month. Structural equation modeling analysis was employed to test hypotheses using AMOS and SPSS. Results: Findings revealed that cues significantly impact consumers' perception of consumption value, influencing repurchase intention. Price promotion directly affected repurchase intention, while other cues indirectly influenced it through consumption value mediation. Nationality moderated the relationship between consumption value and repurchase intention, with Korean consumers showing a higher propensity to repurchase than Chinese consumers. Conclusions: Theoretical implications of the study contributed to understanding consumer behavior by confirming the impact of private label cues, elucidating their differential effects on repurchase intention, and integrating theoretical frameworks. Managerial implications underscored the significance of leveraging cues to enhance consumption value perceptions, tailoring marketing strategies to accommodate cultural nuances, and utilizing cues to bolster consumer repurchase intentions, ultimately enhancing distribution channel effectiveness.
