  • The need for Fault Current Limiters (FCL) is associated with the continuous growth and interconnection of modem power systems and increase in dispersed generation facilities, which result in progressive increase in the short circuit capacity far beyond their original design capacity. Fault Current Limiters (FCL) clips the fault currents and reduces the electromechanical stresses on the network and the need to handle excessive fault currents. In addition, the reduction of the fault duration Provided by the limiter should increase the power transmission capability and improve the dynamic stability. This paper proposes the model of resistive type superconducting fault current limiter using EMTDC(Electromagnetic transients for DC analysis program). In order to verify the effectiveness of the SFCL, in this paper, the analysis of fault current in a transmission system through the EMTDC based simulation by using the modeled component of a resistive type SFCL is peformed and the detailed results are given.

  • In this paper, adaptive home power peak-cut control system is developed using PLC. The developed scheme provides monitoring of power usage, power peak-cut control and additional function. In test bed, zone is presented by bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. And individual load is presented by lighting, heater and fan in zone. In developed scheme, zone control is implemented by single PLC modem. And individual load control is implemented by key-map table. In addition, power peak-cut control system S/W, which can perform setting of power peak, power peak-cut control and monitoring of power usage.

  • This paper is designated to introduce the method of reducing stand-by Power of SMPS applied PLC(Power Line Communication) and its implementation. PLC modem consists mainly of PLC Module, Coupling Circuit, ZCP(Zero-Cross Point) Circuit and Power Supply Circuit. By controlling power from Power Supply Circuit to PLC Module and ZCP Circuit, the reduction of Stand-by Power is established. When this method is applied to SMPS used for a low-speed PLC, about 50% power reduction is provided, compared to the other case to which it is not applied.

  • As lifestyle changes, consumer behavior becomes emotional. And fashion brands are responding the behavior. The brands reflect changes of the needs and the values of consumers. This study analyzed the renovation strategies of the British traditional fashion brands through a literature survey. The common renovation strategies of the British traditional fashion brands were the renovations in the design which harmonized traditional elements with modem elements which is the key, and the renovations in the promotion and the distribution of commodities. The most effective renovation strategy is to combine the three renovations.

  • Korean sports fashion began after 1990. after 1960, using vinyl, leather, plastic & metal material, Yve st. Laurent, Pierre Cardin, Andre Courrges, they lead sportive look. Head of 20th century, fashion was lead by haute­couture, after 60s. It was changed to pret­a poter. Now it can be called of american casual & sports fashion. This study would be a view of modem fashion trend and process of visualization in the future. I studied in reproduction of view & age of hyper media with visual circumstance & artistic background and mordern fashion trend & sports fashion image in korea. In conclusion, sports fashion image as visualizing aesthetic concept of modern fashion be defined as technology for man, for instance comfort, function, flexibility, simplicity and minimalism. Specically, Sports fashion was began satisfied for function after 90s, we can see variety of easy wear, hip-hop casual, entertainment sports wear, new street sports wear, luxury sports wear.

  • Steady state flow calculations are executed for turbo-pump inducers of modem design to validate the performance of Tascflow code. Hydrodynamic performance is evaluated and structure of the passage flow and leading edge recirculation are also investigated. Calculated results show good coincidence with experimental data of static pressure performance and velocity profiles over the leading edge. Upstream recirculation, tip leakage and vortex flow at the blade tip and near leading edge are main source of pressure loss. Amount of pressure loss from the upstream to the leading edge corresponds to that of pressure loss through the whole blade. The total viscous loss is considerably large due to the strong secondary flow.

The Stability Analyses of the Overheat Controller Unit

  • A false signal problem of the bleed air leak detection system in a widely used modem airplane is studied in this paper. It is considered to be a problem of stability of the controller unit. An equivalent circuit is extracted from the study. The circuit is considered to be an alternative bridge. A mathematical model is derived to describe the stability of the circuit. The conclusion is drawn that the sending of the false signal is relevant to not only the sensors, but also the detector. If a parameter in the detector is readjusted, then the problem may be avoided.

  • The Semiconductor Industrial are developed after 1940. It was called “Rice of Industrial”. It needs great effect in Electronics. It was developed highly in recent several years with semiconductor manufacturing equipments. Semiconductor manufacturing devices are developed “In-line” type in the first stage. But It was non-effective in modem many type process. Because this reason, Cluster type manufacturing equipments are proposed. Cluster have ability of many-type-process and effective-scheduling by circular type process chamber In this paper. we propose a real-time 3D monitoring and simulation of this semiconductor manufacturing equipments. By proposed monitoring method, we have capability real visual maintanance & virtual simulation. This effective visual 3D monitoring could apply another dangerous environment in entire industrial.
