This paper has an aim to look into whether it is possible for us to make an approach the budgeting control with the theory of human relation. This is only a traditional method and also it is open to criticism. I think modem budgetion control should be debeloped by the contingency theory. As the environment is changing continuously, the budgeting control system which can be adapted for this change should be built up. This paper consists of management control, human relation model method and changes of budgeting control.

시스템의 복잡성, 고 비용, 표준의 미비 등 여러 요인으로 인해 가전 기기간의 데이터 통신 및 제어 정보 전송의 효율성을 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 디지털 정보 가전 간 원활한 통신을 위해 보다 안정적이고 정확한 정보 전달이 가능한 방법이 우선 보장되어야 하고, 그러기 위해서는 시스템 간의 연결을 가능하게 하는 인터페이스에 대한 분석과 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 일반적인 컴퓨터 시스템을 이용해 실제 정보 가전 제어에 적용 가능한 무선 통신 모뎀을 제시하고자 한다.

The development of accelerator science and technology has been accommodating ever increasing demand from scientific community of the beam energy and intensity of proton beams. The use of high-powered proton beams has extended from the traditional application of nuclear and high-energy physics to other applications, including spallation neutron source replacing nuclear reactor, nuclear actinide transmutation, energy amplification reactors. This article attempts to review development of proton accelerator, both linear and circular, and issues related to the proton beam energy, intensity as well as its output power. For related accelerator physics and technical review, one should refer to the recent article in the Reviews of Modem Physics [1]

In high data-rate communication systems, encryption/decryption must be processed in high speed. In this paper, we implement CCM security mode which is the basis of security. Specifically, we combine CCM with AES block encryption algorithm in hardware. With the combination, we can carry out encryption/decryption as well as data transmission/reception simultaneously without reducing data-rate, and we keep low-power consumption with high speed by optimizing CCM block.

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system has been used fur remote measurement and control on the critical infrastructures as well as modem industrial facilities. As cyber attacks increase on communication networks. SCADA network has been also exposed to cyber security problems. Especially, SCADA systems of energy industry such as electric power, gas and oil are vulnerable to targeted cyber attack and terrorism. Recently, many research efforts to solve the problems have made progress on SCADA network security. In this paper, we introduce recent security issue of SCADA network and propose the application of encryption method to Korea SCADA network.

Monitoring variability is a vital part of modem statistical process control. The conventional Shewhart Rand S charts address the setting where the in-control process readings have a constant variance. In some settings, however, it is the coefficient of variation, rather than the variance, that should be constant. This paper develops a chart, equivalent to the S chart, for monitoring the coefficient of variation using rational groups of observations.

전력선통신 변조방식 중 FSK(Frequency Shift Keying)변조방식을 이용하여 컴퓨터와 RS232케이블로 전력선모뎀과 연결하여 컴퓨터의 데이터신호를 전력라인으로 직접 송신할 수 있게 하였으며, 수신부에서 데이터신호를 검출하여 가전기기의 전원을 ON/OFF 하였다.
