SWAT 모형을 이용한 미래 기후변화 및 토지이용 변화에 따른 안성천 유역 수문 - 수질 변화 분석 (II) (Assessment of Future Climate and Land Use Change on Hydrology and Stream Water Quality of Anseongcheon Watershed Using SWAT Model (II))

  • 본 연구에서는 SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool) 모형을 이용하여 (I)연구에서 기구축된 현재의 유역 수문환경 조건을 활용하여 미래수문환경에 따른 유역 수문-수질 변화 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 미래의 수문자료 중 기후변화 시나리오는 Downscaling된 GCMs 자료를 이용하였으며, 미래 토지이용 시나리오는 미래 토지이용 예측 기법인 개선된 CA-Markov 기법으로 분석하여 구축하였다. 그 결과 미래의 토지이용 시나리오에 따라 주거지와 나지 등의 도시지역의 꾸준한 증가와 산림과 농경지 등의 감소가 예측되었고 미래의 기후변화 경우 강우의 변동성이 커 현재보다 더욱 더 기후변화의 대응전략이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 미래 토지이용 시나리오와 기후변화 시나리오를 결합한 미래의 수문환경을 30-40년 주기로 나누어 장기적인 미래의 특정기간에 대한 자료를 가지고 수문 변화 분석을 실시한 결과, 강우에 의해 양상이 변할 수 있으며 그에 따라 영양물질의 부하량 또한 Sediment는 120%, T-N은 16%, T-P는 10% 증가할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 수문환경의 전반적인 변화에 따른 유출 영향의 평가가 필요하다고 판단되고 향후 수자원 분배와 물자원 관리와 기후변화 적응전략을 수립하는데 있어 본 연구가 도움이 될 것이라고 판단한다.

베이지안 모델을 이용한 하구수생태계 부착돌말류의 생태 네트워크 (Ecological Network on Benthic Diatom in Estuary Environment by Bayesian Belief Network Modelling)

  • 베이지안 알고리즘 모델은 입력된 자료를 기반으로 확률을 계산하는 모델 알고리즘으로써 주로 복합재난 및 수질관리를 위해 사용되었다. 최근에는 생물 간, 혹은 생물-비생물 요인들 사이의 생태학적 구조를 파악하고 이를 이용한 생태 네트워크 분석에 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 하구수생태계의 부착돌말류 군집 변화와 이화학적 요인들 사이의 베이지안 네트워크 분석을 수행하여 부착돌말류 건강성 변화의 주요 요인들을 파악하였다. 베이지안 분석을 위해 본 연구 자료를 위해 물환경측정망의 생물 측정망을 기준으로 전국 하구 지역에 분포하는 668개 지점을 2008년부터 2019년까지 연간 2회 조사를 수행하였다. 자료는 서식지 요인, 물리적 요인, 화학적 요인, 생물학적 요인으로 분류하였으며 이를 베이지안 네트워크 모델에 입력하여 전국 및 해역별 하구수생태계 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 2008년부터 2019년까지 전국 하구수역에서 부착돌말류는 총 625개 분류군이 출현하였으며 2목, 5아목, 18과, 141속, 595종, 29변종, 1품종으로 구성되었다. Nitzschia inconspicua의 누적 세포밀도가 가장 높았으며 Nitzschia palea가 뒤를 이었고, 이외에도 Pseudostaurosira elliptica와 Achnanthidium minutissimum 분류군의 누적 세포밀도가 높았다. 부착돌말류를 이용한 하구수생태계 건강성 평가 결과는 조사 지점이 증가함에 따라서 대체로 보통(C등급)~나쁨(D등급) 등급의 비율이 증가하였으나 조사 시기에 따른 등급별 변화는 매우 미약하였다. 베이지안 네트워크 모델을 이용하여 하구수생태계 부착돌말류 건강성 평가 결과와 서식지 정보 및 이화학적 수질 정보 사이의 관계를 분석한 결과, 건강성 평가 점수에 가장 민감하게 영향을 미치는 요인은 생물 요인이었으며 서식지 및 이화학적 요인은 상대적으로 민감도가 낮았다. 하구수생태계 건강성 평가 점수에 가장 민감하게 영향을 미치는 부착돌말류 분류군은 Nitzschia inconspicua, N. fonticola, Achnanthes convergens, Pseudostaurosira elliptica으로 나타났으며 생물 요인 이외에도 서식지 인근의 공단과 축사의 비율이 건강성 평가 점수에 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 해역에 따라서 부착돌말류 건강성 평가 점수에 민감한 주요 분류군 조성은 다르게 나타났으나 모든 해역에서 부착돌말류의 세포밀도와 AFDM 및 Chl-a는 부착돌말류 건강성 점수에 민감한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 베이지안 네트워크 분석은 하구수생태계와 같이 복잡한 생태구조에서도 건강성에 영향을 미치는 주요 분류군과 요인들을 파악하는데 유용하였으며 이를 통해 향후 훼손된 하구수생태계의 복원을 수행함에 있어서 복원 대상을 보다 정확하게 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

병원 행정인력이 인지하는 조지.직무특성, 임파워먼트, 직무만족 및 조직몰입간의 관련성 (The Relationship of Organizational and Job Characteristics, Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Perceived by Hospital Administrative Staffs)

  • In general, empowerment is defined as the motivational concept of autonomy and self-efficacy. Recently, the concept of empowerment is applied to improve organizational staff's job satisfaction and organizational commitment in many organizations. Empower-ment in service organizations, i.e., hospitals, has certainly generated more publicity than any other organizations. The objectives of this study are, first, to measure the degree of hospital employees' empowerment using Spreitzer(1995)'s empowerment theory, second, to analyze the causal relationship of organizational and job characteristics, a degree of empowerment, and organizational performance(job satisfaction and organizational commitment), and third, to offer the strategy for the improvement of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Spreitzer insists that the empowerment is composed of 4 dimensions(meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact). And he argues that various work-related characteristics is a direct cause of empowerment and the indirect cause of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, mediated by the empowerment latent variable. In order to perform this study, data were collected by self-administered questionnaires from hospital employees working in administrative department of 3 university hospitals in Inchon and Kyunggi-Do region. The number of cases is 181(response rate; 86%). The Collected data were analyzed with SPSS Ver. 10.0 and AMOSV Ver. 4.0. First, to test validity of variables, the factor analysis was used. Second, to test reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficients was calculated. Cronbach's alpha of empowerment variable is 0.8323 showing that there's no problem in regard to the internal consistency. Also the Cronbach's alpha of other variables are 0.8301 of the degree of perceived control, 0.6705 of job characteristics, O.8787 of compensation, 0.9254 of job satisfaction, and 0.8389 of organizational commitment, respectively. Among the questions of job characteristics, two survey questions are deleted due to lowering the reliability. Third, to test multicollinearity and correlation of variables, the correlation analysis was performed. There was no problem of multicollinearity. Finally structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis was conducted to find the causal relationship of organizational and job Characteristics, empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The 16 variables are included for the SEM analysis. The major results of this study are as follows: First, in the case of model fitness, the condition of x$^2$ statistic(92.187) is not fully satisfied, but the indices of GFI(0.912), AGFI(0.863), NFI(0.917) and CFI(0.928) are partially satisfied, which needs to upper 0.90. Second, in the result of hypotheses testing, all hypotheses are accepted and have a positive effect in 95% or 99% confidence interval(P<0.05 or P<0.001) except the effect of compensation variable on empowerment(P=0.082). Third, in regard to the direct, indirect, and total effect of variables, the direct effect of perceived control, task characteristics, and compensation on job satisfaction are 0.728, 2.264, 0.328 and on organizational commitment are 0.094, 1.411, 0.418, respectively. Also the indirect effect of perceived control, task characteristics, and compensation on job satisfaction are 0.311, 0.196, 0.028 and on organizational commitment are 0.210, 0.132, 0.019, respectively. Thus, these findings imply that various work-related factors are direct effect of empowerment and indirect effect of result variables, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also These results showed that the workplace empowerment is significant mediating factor of employee's job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

풍촌 석회암지대 탐사에 적용될 새 지화학탐사법 연구 (Geochemical Exploration Technics in the Pungchon Limestone Area)

  • 우리나라에서 중요한 금속광상인 상동 중석, 연화 연-아연, 거도의 동-철 광상은 모두 태백분지내 함백향사 남익부에 위치하고 있다. 이들 광화작용은 대체로 동서 주향에 25-30도 북향한 경사로 놓여진 캠브리아기의 묘봉층내 석회암 협층과 풍촌 석회암에서 일어났다. 함백향사의 북익부에는 동일한 지질내에 동일형의 광상이 노출되어 있지 않아, 이 지역에서의 잠두광체를 찾기위한 수단으로 알려진 상동광산 지역에서 암석지화학적, 특별히 Si, Ca, Fe 및 탄소 안정동위원소를 이용한 탐사연구를 시도하였다. 광화대와 비광화대의 석회암 사이의 CaO와 $AL_2O_3$ 함량은 큰 차이를 보이고, 탄소동위 원소 분석결과 역시 ${\delta}^{13}C$ 값이 광화대에서 더 낮은 값을 보이는 바 그 내용은 아래와 같다. 비광화대 광화대 CaO 51.3% 43.5% $Al_2O_3$ 0.6% 2.4% ${\delta}^{13}C$ -0.39 permil -0.56 permil $Fe_2O_3$ 0.9% 1.4% $SiO_2$ 3.0% 2.4% 광화대내의 풍촌석회암의 Si 함량이 감소한 것은 앞선 연구(Moon. 1987) 결과와 상치되는 바, 광화대내의 석회암중 Al 함량이 증가한 사실을 확인한 사실을 근거로 생각해 볼때, Si의 감소는 열극, 균열, 또는 소규모의 단층올 따라 주로 발달된 변질물의 증가에 따른 결과로 유추되기도 한다. 따라서 광화대내의 Si 와 Al 함량이 보여주는 현상은 화강암류로부터 전달된 열의 영향으로부터 기인된 것으로 상위 지표부의 석회암에 이로부터 광화활동이 이어진 것으로 여겨진다. 만약 함백향사의 북익부에서 풍촌석회암의 Fe, Al의 함량이 평균 함량치 보다 높을 뿐만 아니라, Ca와 Si는 낮고 Ca 함량과 ${\delta}^{13}C$의 값이 평균치보다 낮은 값을 보이는 경우는 잠두광체 탐사에 이용될 가치가 있다고 본다.

천부 굴절법 탄성파 탐사 자료의 정보정 (Statics corrections for shallow seismic refraction data)

  • 천부 탄성파 굴절법 탐사를 이용하여 굴절이 발생하는 지층의 속도를 산출하는 것은 ill-posed 문제이다. 계산된 시간 변수들에서의 작은 변화들이 이로부터 산출된 속도들에 커다란 수평적 변화를 가져올 수 있으며 이는 종종 역산 알고리듬의 인위적인 오차를 유발한다. 이러한 인위적인 오차들은 모델링을 통해 인지되거나 보정되지 않는다. 그러므로 만약 모델에 근거한 역산을 통해 정밀한 지하 굴절 모델을 얻고자 한다면 정확한 초기 모델이 필요하다. 탄성파속도에서 인위적인 오차의 원인은 일반적으로 불규칙한 굴절면에 있다. 대부분의 경우에 GRM 방법을 이용하면 불규칙한 굴절면을 다룰 수 있고 굴절면의 정밀한 초기 모델을 만들 수 있다. 하지만 지표에 매우 가까운 극천부 지역 또한 불규칙하다면 GRM 방법의 효능은 감소하고 풍화대 보정이 필요하다. 천부 불균질대에 대한 일반적인 보정방법들은 수평적 확장이 제한된 극천부지역의 불균질대의 경우 효과적이지 못하다. 이럴 경우 GRM 평활화 통계적 방법(Smoothing Statics Method; SSM)이 지층의 속도를 좀 더 정확하게 평가할 수 있는 간단하고 실용적인 방법이다. GRM SSM 방법은 제로 XY 값을 가지고 계산된 시간-심도값들로부터 실제 XY 값을 가지고 얻어진 시간-심도값들의 평균값을 빼줌으로써 평활화 정보정을 수행한다. 심도가 깊어질수록 시간-심도값들이 XY 값에 따라 크게 변하지 않으므로 이들의 평균값은 최적값과 훨씬 더 같아진다. 그러나 극천부의 불균질대에 대해 시간-심도값들은 XY 값들이 증가함에 따라 수평적으로 이동하고 평균화 과정을 통해 대폭 감소한다. 결과적으로, XY값들에 대해 평균화된 시간-심도단면도는 천부의 불균질대에 대한 보정에 효과적이다. 또한 제로 XY 값을 가지고 계산된 시간-심도값들은 천부 불균질대의 영향과 대상 굴절면에 대한 시간-심도값들의 합으로 주어지므로 그들의 차는 정보정을 위해 주시로부터 빼주어야 할 대략적인 값들을 제공한다. GRM SSM 방법은 결정론적인 풍화대에 대한 보정법이라기 보다는 평활화 과정이다. 이 방법은 수평적으로 확장이 매우 제한된 천부 불균질대에 대해 가장 효과적이다. 모델과 현장 적용 결과들을 통해 GRM SSM 방법을 이용하여 불규칙한 굴절면을 가진 지층들에 대해 좀 더 신뢰할 수 있는 정밀한 탄성파 속도를 산출할 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

국제전자상무중적영소표준화화공사표현(国际电子商务中的营销标准化和公司表现) (Marketing Standardization and Firm Performance in International E.Commerce)

  • 市场营销的标准化已经成为有关国际市场营销的研究中最为关注的焦点之一. 全球营销这个术语常被定义为以国外市场的共同性为前提的国际标准化的营销战略. 营销标准化仅在传统的实体市场交易场所的背景中被讨论. 自从上个世纪90年代起, 联网上的电子市场交易场所开始兴起, 并成为全球化过程中为全球营销活动标准化开拓新机会的最重要的动力之一. 另一方面, 消费者由于更大程度的接受互联网而可能产生与标准化相比更高水平的定制化和产品的差异化, 这样的观点也很流行. 考虑这个分歧, 在全球电子商务的背景下关注营销标准化的综合的研究不能达到一定高度的这种情况值得注意. 在这个背景下, 本研究提出了两个基本研究问题: (1) 在国际电子商务中公司多大程度标准化了他们的营销? (2) 营销的标准化对公司的表现(或成功)有没有影响? 根据文献回顾提出了下列研究假设: H1: 从事国际电子商务的公司为营销标准化做了更多的准备. H2: 营销标准化在帮助公司在国际电子商务中获得成功的方面发挥积极的作用. H3: 在国际电子商务中, 营销组合标准化在公司获得经济的和非经济的成功方面比营销过程标准化发挥更积极的作用. H4: 国际电子商务公司获得非经济的成功越大, 获得经济的成功也越大. 本研究的数据是通过在2005年2月到4月间进行问卷调查获得的. 本调查包括了德国各种产业中的国际电子商务公司和国外电子商务公司驻德国的所有总部和分公司. 801家公司中的118家回复了问卷. 本研究为结构方程模型, 使用PLS‐Graph3.0版本中的偏最小二乘法. 数据分析结果支持所有的4个研究假设. 结果表明, 从事国际电子商务的公司在商标, 网页设计, 产品定位和产品项目上的标准化很高. 这些公司打算未来在营销组合标准化方面加大努力. 另外, 他们想提高营销过程标准化的水平, 尤其是和信息系统, 企业语言和在线营销控制程序一起. 在本研究中, 营销标准化对企业在国际电子商务中的表现起到了积极全面的影响. 营销组合的标准化在非经济的成功方面比营销过程的标准化发挥更积极的影响. 相反, 营销过程的标准化在经济的成功方面发挥了较积极的作用. 另外, 我们的结果明确的支持了在国际电子商务中非经济的成功和经济的成功是高度相关的这一假设. 实证结果表明, 国际电子商务公司的成功与营销标准化高度相关. 但营销组合和销售过程标准化以不同的方式帮助企业的经济和非经济的成功. 结果表明, 公司在互联网上使营销组合的众多因素标准化. 这种做法在一定程度上违背了 "划分标准化" 的经营理念, 认为营销组合的一些因素应该适应本土化, 其他的应该国际标准化. 而且, 发现表明, 相比一个特定的营销组合元素的标准化, 整体标准化营销为成功带来更积极的总体影响.

국내 먹는샘물 개발지역의 토양 오염 평가 및 수리지구화학적 특성 (Assessment of Soil Contamination and Hydrogeochemistry for Drinking Water Sites in Korea)

  • 먹는샘물 개발지역에서의 환경 영향 평가를 위한 수리지구화학의 기초 자료를 국내 먹는샘물 개발지역에 존재하는 암석, 토양 및 자연수 시료를 예로 하여 제시하였다. 암석에 대해서는 현미경 분석을 실시하였고, 토양 및 자연수 시료에 대해서는 화학 분석을 실시하였다. 토양은 분해 방법별로 중금속 원소들의 함량 비교를 하였으며 오염지수를 통해 오염 영향을 평가하였다. 또한 자연수 시료들을 대상으로 기반암 및 심도에 따른 수리지구화학적 특성과 자연수의 화학적 진화, 물-암석 반응에 대하여 고찰하였다. 대수층을 구성하는 암석을 화강암질암과 변성퇴적암류, 그리고 퇴적암류로 구분하였으며 이들 기반암에서 비롯된 중금속의 토양과 자연수의 오염 현상은 없는 것으로 판단되었다. 연구 지역의 토양은 HNO$_3$+HClO$_4$의 혼합산을 이용한 방법과 0.1 N HCl을 사용한 방법 모두에서 낮은 중금속 함량을 보여 자연적인 부화 현상이나 인위적 오염을 받지 않은 토양임을 알 수 있었다. 특히 0.1 N HCl을 사용하여 중금속 중 가용성 부분을 추출해 낸 결과 Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd 및 Cr 등 중금속 원소의 함량은 상당히 낮은 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 따라서 식물과 수계를 통한 오염의 영향은 매우 낮다고 할 수 있다. 오염지수를 통해 여러 원들의 복합적인 오염 양상을 고려하여 오염도를 산출한 결과 역시 연구 지역 토양은 오염지수가 0.03~0.47로 중금속에 의한 오염이 진행되지 않고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 심부지하수 시료를 대상으로 암종별 특징을 살펴보았을 때 화강암질암의 지하수 시료는 $Ca^{2+}$-HCO$_3$$^{-}$의 유형을 거쳐 $Na^{+}$-HCO$_3$$^{-}$ 유형까지 진화하였으나 변성퇴적암과 퇴적암내의 지하수 시료는 $Ca^{2+}$-HCO$_3$$^{-}$의 유형에 머물러 있다. 이는 구성 광물 중 사장석의 용해가 화강암질암내 지하수의 특성을 조절하고 있는 반면 변성퇴적암과 퇴적암내 지하수 시료에서는 방해석의 용해만이 주된 반응으로 작용하고 있기 때문이다. 또한 심도별 특징을 살펴보았을 때 지표수에서 심부지하수로 이동하면서 수소이온농도, 전기전도도 및 대부분의 용존이온 함량은 증가하고 있다. 한편 일부 천부지하수시료에서는 NO$_3$$^{-}$ , Cl$^{-}$$K^{+}$의 함량 및 K/Na의 비가 높게 나타나는 것으로 보아 농업활동으로 인한 오염의 영향을 받은 것으로 판단된다. 열역학적 고찰을 통해 볼 때 대부분의 자연수는 kaolinite 및 smectite 형성환경에 위치하고 있음을 알 수 있으며 질량보존을 기초로 한 반응모델을 설정한 결과, 용존이온의 거동 및 열역학적 연구 결과와 부합하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • 고준위방사성폐기물을 처분하기 위한 심층처분시스템의 공학적 방벽은 처분 용기에서 방사성 핵종 누출이 발생하더라도 주변 암반으로의 누출 속도를 늦춰주는 역할을 수행해야하기 때문에 장기적으로 그 성능을 유지하여야 한다. 특히 벤토나이트 완충재와 같이 점토 물질을 다량 함유한 매질에서만 나타나는 기체 흐름 현상인 팽창 흐름은 벤토나이트 완충재의 장기 성능에 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 이 현상을 명확히 규명하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이에 따라 DECOVALEX-2019 Task A에서는 팽창 흐름에 대한 수리-역학적 메커니즘을 규명하고, 기체 이동 현상의 정량적 평가를 위한 새로운 수치 해석 기법 개발 및 검증을 수행하고자 진행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 기존의 전통적인 다공성 매질에서의 2상 유동 및 유효응력 개념을 고려한 역학 모델을 기반으로, 손상도 개념을 적용함으로써 매질의 변형에 의한 기체의 팽창 흐름을 모사할 수 있는 수리-역학적 상호작용을 고려한 해석 모델을 개발하였다. 또한 개발된 모델을 이용하여 1차원 및 3차원 기체 주입 시험 결과와의 비교를 통해 모델 검증 및 적용성 검토를 수행하였다. 수치 해석 결과 기체 압력에 의한 팽창 흐름으로 인한 갑작스러운 공극 수압, 응력, 기체 주입량 및 유출량 증가 현상을 확인할 수 있었지만, 개발된 해석 모델에서 수리-역학적 상호작용의 영향이 과소평가 되는 한계를 확인할 수 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 연구는 팽창 흐름에 대한 예비 모델을 제공하고 후속 연구의 발전된 모델을 개발하기 위한 기반을 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구에서 개발된 수리-역학적 상호작용을 고려한 수치 모델은 향후 실험실 및 현장 시험 결과 데이터 분석에 활용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 실제 고준위방사성폐기물 심층처분시스템의 장기 성능평가에도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 본 논문은 도쿄 오쿠라슈코칸(東京 大倉集古館)에 소장되어 있는 고려 후기의 협저보살좌상(夾紵菩薩坐像)의 연구를 통하여 한국 협저불상에 나타나는 제작 기법과 재료에 관하여 고찰한 것이다. 연구방법으로는 먼저, X-ray 데이터와 현장조사결과를 종합하여 이 상에 나타나는 제작기법과 재료의 특징을 분석하였다. 이것을 기초로 제작과정에 대한 가설을 세운 다음, 검증을 위하여 실제 제작과정을 재연하고 각 공정에 적용된 기법의 특징과 재료에 대하여 상세히 서술하였다. 특히, 협저기법과 재료 부분에 있어서는 육안관찰 결과를 토대로 문헌자료와 비교 검토하며 추정하였는데, 칠예기법의 교과서격인 명대(明代) 황성(黃成)이 편찬한 "휴식록(?飾?)"의 기록을 중심으로 적용하였으며, 한국의 전통나전칠기 제작기법에 사용되고 있는 재료도 참고하였다. 그 결과, 오쿠라슈코칸상에 나타나고 있는 제작기법과 재료의 특징은 호놀롤루 미술관(Honolulu Museum of Art)에 소장되어 있는 송대(宋代) 원부2년명(元符二年銘 1098) 협저나한좌상(夾紵羅漢坐像)과 많은 부분에서 유사성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 원형(原型)의 흙과 심목을 제거한 후 새로 심목을 제작하여 넣지 않아 상의 내부가 텅 비어 있는 점이나, 소상(塑像)의 단계에서 완전한 형태를 만들어 베 바르기를 하는 점, 소상의 흙과 심목은 상의 아랫부분을 통해서 제거하는 점, 모델링(Modelling) 작업 단계를 거치지 않으며 마감층이 매우 얇다는 점 등이 공통된 특징이다. 그 외에도 보발과 영락 등 장식물을 가소성 재료로 따로 만들어 상을 장엄하는 것은 송대에 크게 유행하였던 기법으로, 오쿠라슈코칸상이 송대의 협저불 제작기법으로부터 많은 영향을 받았을 가능성에 대해 시사한다. 한국 협저불상에 대해서는 기원과 역사에 관한 명확한 기록이 전하지 않으며, 현존하는 작품도 매우 한정되어 있다. 원풍연간(元豊年間 1078~1085)의 협저불상 전래를 알 수 있는 "선화봉사고려도경(宣和奉使高麗圖經)"의 기록도 최초의 전래시기로는 보기 힘들다. 또한 현재 남아 있는 협저불상들을 통해 제작기법의 전래경로를 명백하게 찾아내기도 그리 쉬운 상황만은 아니다. 그러나 본 연구를 통해 오쿠라슈코칸상을 위시한 현존하는 한국의 협저불상들은 적어도, 협저불상 제작기법의 정설처럼 알려져 있던 기존의 일본 탈활협저불상의 제작기법과는 많은 차이점이 있음을 밝혀낼 수 있었다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury.
