Rural house came into the rapid change through the process of modernization and Saemaul movement in the past. This change continue to the current era, there is a such exotic forms and indiscriminate development of new house and Saemaul housing and existing conventional farmhouse in rural area. Such a phenomenon, ultimately creating disharmony in traditional environment of rural. In this respect, reflecting the location characteristics of the region which is based on the regional characteristics and unique model of rural housing, it is absolutely required for the development of rural housing customized to fit the diversity of modern. With that background, the purpose of the research is to try and find out the changes in rural houses and the transforming characteristics. To achieve this research purpose, this research selected a specialized magazine for architecture. Then, it identified contents which has specific keyword. lastly, it analyze type and contents of house in rural area from selected article. This process make up the rural housing for effective utilization. The result showed that the type of economic activity and residents information directly show the character of the members who located in the new homes after retuning to farming. The polarization of structure was clearly visible by the building time. And, propensity to western-style of major components was very high such as shape and form of housing. However, it was found to prefer to reflect traditional aesthetics in the components of the housing partially. Therefore, more research is needed to reflect of the results of a survey. Also, analyzing the characteristic of rural house's element and suggesting ways to take advantage in order to present suitable element of modern rural house.

본 실험은 무창육성 비육돈사에 있어서 여름과 겨울철 환기를 할 때 공기 유입구에서의 공기속도가 환경에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 CFD를 이용한 모델을 설정하였고, 현장실험을 통한 결과와 CFD 모델의 공기유속 결과를 서로 비교하였다. 공기속도에 있어서 수학적인 모델은 현장실험 결과와 매우 유사하게 나타났다. 환기시스템에서의 공기흐름은 양쪽 측벽 슬롯 판넬을 통하여 공급하였으며 겨울철은 $2{\sim}2.5m/s$ 였고, 여름철은 0.8 m/s 전후였다. 이상의 연구 결과 여름철과 겨울철 모두 해석 Model과 실험 무창육성 비육돈사내 측정 결과 평균 유속은 근소한 차이로 나타나 공기유동 해석 연구에 있어서 CFD 시뮬레이션의 적용으로 합리적인 결과를 도출할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

전 세계적으로 저탄소 녹색성장을 배경으로 인간과 자연이 공존하는 지속가능한 사회에 많은 이목이 쏠리고 있다. 탄소 배출은 에너지소비량에 따라 증가하게 되는데 전 세계적으로 건축물에 의한 에너지소비량이 무려 40%에 달한다. 우리나라에서는 2025년 신규 건축물에 한하여 제로 에너지 하우스를 의무화하는 계획을 하고 있으나 제로 에너지 하우스에 관한 기술을 민간 기술 투자에만 의지하고 있다. 정확한 로드맵이 확정된 것이 없어 현재 기술로는 일반건축물 보다 1.5배 이상의 비용이 들고, 민간 기업들은 실험용 주택 말고는 실제 거주하는 제로 에너지 하우스단지가 많이 없다는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 제로 에너지 하우스에 에너지를 효율적으로 관찰 및 제어하는 IOT 시스템을 도입하여 쾌적한 환경에 대한 모니터링이 웹에서 확인 및 거주자의 적정온도 유지시스템을 도입하여 제로 에너지 하우스의 새로운 모델을 연구하고자 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and organizational effectiveness among employees of medical institutions. In addition, we aim to investigate the mediating effect of motivation to participate in the In-house Innovation & Start-up Contest and the moderating effect of support from a dedicated organization. Methodology/Approach: A survey was conducted on participants in the 3rd in-house contest held in 2023 at Granum Sinapis Center of Seoul St. Mary's Hospital. A total of 122 people responded to the survey. The collected data were analyzed PLS-SEM(Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model) using SmartPLS 4.0 program. Findings: First, 'Corporate entrepreneurship' had an effect on 'Participation motivation in in-house contest'. Second, 'Corporate entrepreneurship' had an effect on 'Organizational Effectiveness'. Third, 'Participation motivation in in-house contest' mediated the relationship between 'Corporate entrepreneurship' and 'Organizational Effectiveness'. And last, 'Support from a dedicated organization' had no moderating effect on the relationship between 'Corporate entrepreneurship' and 'Organizational Effectiveness'. Practical Implications: Since the dedicated organization is in the early stages of operation, there may be no moderating effect on organizational effectiveness. If follow-up research is conducted after the dedicated organization's system has been supplemented, the moderating effect may appear differently.

In this study, numerical analysis is performed to investigate the sound radiation characteristics of an apartment house according to the type of the slab system. In order to satisfy the boundary condition of the apartment house, the whole floor is modelled with FEM model for three different structural system: wall, RC, flat slab system. From the analytical results, it Is shown that heavy weight floor impact noise of wail type slab is larger than that of the other slab systems and the noise radiated from the wall have great effect on the sound pressure level. The results also show that the vibration energy of RC or flat slab system is widely distributed over the whole slab, which is main reason that the noise induced by the slab systems is reduced in comparison with wail slab system.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate influencing factors of health problems which the vinyl house farmers had experienced. Method: Based on PRECEDE model, this study was done with 110 respondents(50 to 69 years old), working in vinyl house and living in the remote area where the primary health post located. Results: Quality of life was low in economical status, emotional status, and physical function. Health problems were founded as pain and chronic fatigue that were caused by physical symptoms, weakened physical strength, and increased blood pressure and cholesterol. Behavioral and environmental factors were related with lack of exercise, irregular eating habit, curtailed sleep, overwork, wrong working postures, stress, and non-fulfillment of safety standard during spraying pesticide. Self efficacy was low in excercise practice, working way, and stress management. Conclusion: The Health Promotion Program for vinyl house farmers should be developed to improve health promoting behavior and self efficacy, to reduce stress, and to strengthen physical function.

사업도메인 전략을 위한 기업에 있어서의 도메인 구조와 인하우스 디자인의 관계는 디자인부문의 조직과 업무의 관점으로부터 규명한 것이다. 그러므로 기업의 조직이나 규모 확장은 디자인부문과 사업도메인의 관계의 측면에서 새로운 전략을 구축, 대응하여야 한다. 구조모델 관계분석을 위한 선정된 사업도메인은 인하우스 디자인과의 조직관계를 규명할 수 있는 속성과 특징을 지닌 대표적 유형을 기준으로 하였다. 디자인 구조모델의 특성을 상호관련 성으로 파악하고 전략적 활용 가능성을 모색하는 것은 제한된 새로운 전략 구조모델형의 디자인 부문을 미래지향적인 사업도메인 전개와 디자인 매니지먼트 개선의 한 지표로서 제시될 수 있다. 이는 결국 기업의 도메인과 인하우스 디자인부문의 관계를 명확히 할 수 있는 기본 자료가 되는 것으로 나타난다. 따라서 디자인 부문의 조직 및 업무 형태를 뒷받침하기 위한 디자인 관리에 따른 전략적 요구부응과 디자인 기획업무를 지원할 수 있는 모듈은 유연한 시스템으로 구성되어야 한다

This paper is an attempt to find/make an entrance to John Hejduk's architecture. Based explicitly on both Karl Popper's model of knowledge production called 'conjecture and refutation' and Harold Bloom's theory of poetry called 'revisionism', this paper, in order to produce a new problem, mainly deals with an existing knowledge as an object to refute, that is, Michael Hays' interpretation of Wall House by Jacques Lacan's notion of the gaze, Hejduk's a pivotal architectural finding. The arguments underlying this paper are two: First, Hejduk, just like this paper, follows Popper's model and Bloom's theory in conducting his own architectural research. Secondly, he takes what might be called artist's attitude when absorbing previous knowledge and producing new one. These two arguments are made in the first part and then served as a basic propositions for further arguments. In the process of criticizing the way in which Hays explicates Hejduk's Wall House, this paper reaches two main arguments. First, Lacan's notion of the gaze is not proper specifically for the explication of it. However, it may be useful and even promising when dealing with other works such as Subject/Object and House of the Inhabitant Who Refused to Participate. Secondly, Freud's notion of 'uncanny', arguably Hejduk's strong architectural orientation, may serve much better as a main gate among possibly many ones in trying to open his architecture. It is considered that this might also serve as an important clue to solving mysticism remaining yet untouched in his architecture.

본 연구는 아파트 개별 실거래가격에 대한 시공간 자료를 활용하여 아파트 매매가격에 영향을 미치는 요인을 시계열적 흐름과 공간적 변화를 반영한 지리시간가중 회귀모형 (geographical temporal weighted regression; GTWR)모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 기존 연구에서 활용되었던 일반적인 접근방법인 최소제곱 (ordinary least square; OLS) 회귀모형과 공간 데이터를 분석하기 위한 공간계량 모델 중 가장 많이 활용되고 있는 지리가중 회귀모형 (geographically weighted regression;GWR)과 달리 GTWR은 주택가격 특성을 고려함에 있어서 시간과 공간을 함께 고려함으로써 보다 정밀한 평가모형이 될 것으로 기대되었다. 본 연구에 사용된 주택가격결정 설명 요인들 중에서 건축연도 및 전용면적이 주택가격을 결정하는데 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 주택가격이 시간적 공간적 특성 모두에 의하여 유의적으로 설명되었다.
