A Study on Utilization 3D Shape Pointcloud without GCPs using UAV images (UAV 영상을 이용한 무기준점 3D 형상 점군데이터 활용 연구)

  • Recently, many studies have examined UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles), which can replace and supplement existing surveying sensors, systems, and images. This study focused on the use of UAV images and assessed the possibility of utilization in areas where it is difficult to obtain GCPs (ground control points), such as disasters. Therefore, 3D (dimensional) pointcloud data were generated using UAV images and the absolute/relative accuracy of the generated model data using GCPs and without GCPs was assessed. The results showed the 3D shape pointcloud generated by UAV image matching was proven if the relative accuracy was set, regardless of whether GCPs were used or not; the quantitative measurement error rate was within 1%. Even if the absolute accuracy was low, the 3D shape pointcloud that had been post processed quickly was sufficient to be utilized when it is impossible to acquire GCPs or urgent analysis is required. In particular, the results can obtain quantitative measurements and meaningful data, such as the length and area, even in cases with the ground reference point surveying and post-process.

Sugar composition and glycemic indices of frequently consumed fruits in Korea (우리나라 다빈도 섭취 과일의 당 함량 및 혈당지수에 관한 연구)

  • Fruits are generally recommended for a balanced meal, as they are good sources of vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which may improve blood glucose control. However, fruits have simple sugars with a wide glycemic index (GI) range. The purpose of this study was to analyze the sugar content and composition and to determine the glycemic indices of the most frequently consumed fruits in Korea, including apple, tangerine, pear, water melon, persimmon, grape, oriental melon, and peach. The sugar content and composition of the fruits were analyzed by high performance anion-exchange chromatography (Dinonex model DX-600). The GI of the fruits was measured in 13 healthy subjects (seven females and six males) after permission was received from the University Hospital institutional review board (KHU-IRB 1114-06). The subjects consumed 50 g of glucose as a reference and carbohydrate portions of eight fruits. Blood samples were collected at 0, 30, 60, 90, and 120 min after consuming the fruits. The GI values for the fruits were calculated by expressing the increase in the area under the blood glucose response curve for each subject. As a result, the total sugar contents of 100 g fruits were: grape (13.9 g), apple (12.3 g), persimmon (11.9 g), oriental melon (11.2 g), watermelon (9.3 g), tangerine (8.9 g), peach (8.6 g), and pear (8.3 g). The GI values of the fruits were as follows: GI value of peach ($56.5{\pm}14.17$), watermelon ($53.5{\pm}18.07$), oriental melon ($51.2{\pm}18.14$), tangerine ($50.4{\pm}15.16$), grape ($48.1{\pm}14.05$), persimmon ($42.9{\pm}18.92$), pear ($35.7{\pm}14.38$), and apple ($33.5{\pm}11.92$). These findings will help individuals choose fruit for controlling blood sugar.

  • To reconstruct 3- D shape, It is a common strategy to acquire multiple range Images from different viewpoints and integrate them into a common coordinates In this paper, we particularly focus on the registration and integration processes for combining all range Images into one surface model. For the registration, we propose the 2-step registration algorithm, which consists of 2 steps the rough registration step using all data points and the fine registration step using the high-curved data points For the integration, we propose a new algorithm, referred to as ‘multi-registration’ technique, to alleviate the error accumulation problem, which occurs during applying the pair-wise registration to each range image sequentially, in order to transform them into a common reference frame Intensive experiments are performed on the various real range data In experiments, all range images were registered within 1 minutes on Pentium 150MHz PC The results show that the proposed algorithms registrate and integrate multiple range Images within a tolerable error bound in a reasonable computation time, and the total error between all range Images are equalized with our proposed algorithms.

  • 본 연구는 조사대상지역인 전라남도 해남군 전역에 대해 현장조사된 지질 및 지하수 양수량 자료등과 같은 수리정보를 종합적으로 분석하고 이를 Landsat 영상자료과의 영상융합 과정을 통해 지하수 부존가능성에 대한 수리 지질 지표정보로 추출함으로서 지하수 특성정보를 위성영상정보와 연계하여 효과적으로 도시하고자 하였다. 현장조사시 획득된 자료는 해남지역을 11개 소유역으로 구분한 후 각 구역에 대한 2000여개 관점에서 측정된 양수량과 안정지하수위를 이용하여 산출한 비용출량 자료(groundwater specific capacity)와 각 소 유역 (unit watershed)에 대한 선구조 분석자료, 지질별 분포, 정밀고도자료를 추출하여 산출한 고도, 경사도 분포, 수계패턴과 수계밀도로서 이를 통합적으로 분석하여 해남지역에 대한 지하수 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 위성영상자료의 처리과정은 Landsat 5 TM 영상자료는 '86. 12. 11 및 '98. 12. 28에 촬영된 WRS(World Reference System) Row-Path116-36로서, 1986년 영상은 12년 차이의 해남의 변화지역을 탐지하기 위한 영상자료로서 활용하였으며 98년 영상을 주요 분석 자료로 이용하였으며 지표 이용정보 추출은 크게 수역추출, 식생분포추출, 지표분류도, 변화탐지영역추출로 구분된다. 본 연구방법은 크게 위성영상분석을 통해 추출된 정보와 지표조사를 통해 획득된 선구조 및 지하수 정보를 Data fusion 방식으로 이용되고 있는 IHS 변환 기법을 통해 본 역에 대한 지하수 정보 및 간척지 등에 의한 지표 개발에 따른 지하수 부존 가능성을 탐색하기 위한 현황을 효과적인 자료로 표현하고자 하였다.및 스페클 잡영 제거 정도에 있어 다른 필터들과 큰 차이가 없지만 경계선보존지수는 다른 필터들에 비하여 가장 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.rbon 탐식효율을 조사한 결과 B, D 및 E 분획에서 유의적인 효과를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때, ${\beta}$-glucan은 고용량일 때 직접적으로 또는 $IFN-{\gamma}$ 존재시에는 저용량에서도 복강 큰 포식세로를 활성화시킬 뿐 아니라, 탐식효율도 높임으로써 면역기능을 증진 시키는 것으로 나타났고, 그 효과는 crude ${\beta}$-glucan의 추출조건에 따라 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다.eveloped. Usefulness Evaluation of HRCT using Reconstruction in Chest CT (흉부CT 검사 시 HRCT 영상 재구성의 유용성)

  • Purpose : Skip the repetitive HRCT axial scan in order to reduce the exposure of patients during chest HRCT scan, Helical Scan Data into a reconstructed image, and exposure of the patient change and visually evaluate the usefulness of the HRCT images. Materials and method : Patients were enrolled in the survey are 50 people who underwent chest CT scans of patients who presented to the hospital from January 2015 to March 2015. 50 people surveyed 22 people men and 28 people women people showed an average distribution of 30 to 80 years age was 48 years. 50 patients to Somatom Sensation 64 ch (Siemens) model with 120 kVp tube voltage to a reference mAs tube current to mAs (Care dose, Siemens) as a whole, including the lungs and the chest CT scan was performed. Scan upon each patient CARE dose 4D (Automatic exposure control, Siemens Medical Solution Erlangen, Germany) was to maintain the proper radiation dose scan every cross-section through a device that automatically adjusts the tube current of. CT scan is the rotation time of the Tube slice collimation, slice width 0.6 mm, pitch factor was made under the terms of 1.4. CT scan obtained after the raw data (raw data) to the upper surface of the axial images and coronal images for each slice thickness 1 mm, 5 mm intervals in the high spatial frequency calculation method (hight spatial resolution algorithm, B60 sharp) was the use of the lung window center -500 HU, windows were reconstructed into images in the interval -1000 HU to see. Result : 1.   • Recently, the demand for a PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) system based on autonomous navigation is increasing. Accordingly, the applicability investigations of the PRT system on rail tracks or roadways have been widely studied. In the case of unmanned vehicle operations without physical guideways on roadways, to monitor the position of the vehicle in real time is very important for stable, robust and reliable guidance of an autonomous vehicle. The Global Positioning System (GPS) has been commercially used for vehicle positioning. However, it cannot be applied in environments as tunnels or interiors of buildings. The PRT navigation system based on magnetic markers reference sensing that can overcome these environmental restrictions and the vehicle dynamics model for its H/W configuration are presented in this study. In addition, the design of a control S/W dedicated for unmanned operation of a PRT vehicle and its prototype implementation for experimental validation on a pilot network were successfully achieved.

Study on Modeling and Arrangement of Link-Shoes for Torsional Control of S-shaped Pedestrian Cable-Stayed Bridge (S자형 보도사장교의 비틀림 제어를 위한 링크슈의 모델링과 배치방법 연구)

  • Recently, cable-stayed bridges have been attempting to apply bold and experimental shapes for aesthetic and originality. In the case of bridges that have no similar cases, deep understanding and verification of analytical modeling is needed. S-shaped curved pedestrian cable-stayed bridge is always twisted because the cable is arranged on one side of the inverted triangular truss girder. In order to suppress the torsion, the Link-shoes are arranged at the left and right top members with reference to the Bearing placed at the mid-bottom member. The first research is related to the modeling method of Link-Shoe and Diaphram. In order to accurately reflect the transverse structural system and the torsional stiffness, it was necessary to model the Link-Shoe and the Diaphram directly rather than indirectly using the stiffness of the Bearing. The second study is related to the lateral arrangement of Bearing and Link-Shoes. Method 1 is to place in order of Link-shoe, Bearing, and Link-shoe from outside the curve radius. Method 2 is place to in order of Bearing, Bearing, and Link-shoe. In method 2, compared to method 1, the stress in the outer top member was larger and the stress in the inner one was decreased. It is analyzed that the stress adjustment is possible according to the lateral arrangement of Bearing and Link-Shoe.

Research on Development of Support Tools for Local Government Business Transaction Operation Using Big Data Analysis Methodology (빅데이터 분석 방법론을 활용한 지방자치단체 단위과제 운영 지원도구 개발 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the current status of unit tasks, unit task operation, and record management problems used by local governments, and to present improvement measures using text-based big data technology based on the implications derived from the process. Local governments are in a serious state of record management operation due to errors in preservation period due to misclassification of unit tasks, inability to identify types of overcommon and institutional affairs, errors in unit tasks, errors in name, referenceable standards, and tools. However, the number of unit tasks is about 720,000, which cannot be effectively controlled due to excessive quantities, and thus strict and controllable tools and standards are needed. In order to solve these problems, this study developed a system that applies text-based analysis tools such as corpus and tokenization technology during big data analysis, and applied them to the names and construction terms constituting the record management standard. These unit task operation support tools are expected to contribute significantly to record management tasks as they can support standard operability such as uniform preservation period, identification of delegated office records, control of duplicate and similar unit task creation, and common tasks. Therefore, if the big data analysis methodology can be linked to BRM and RMS in the future, it is expected that the quality of the record management standard work will increase.

Analysis of Coastline Changes in Yeongdong Region Using Aerial Photos and CORONA Satellite Images (항공사진과 CORONA 위성영상을 이용한 영동지역 해안선 변화 분석)

  • In the Yeongdong region of Gangwon-do, coastal areas are important resources in terms of cultural, social and economic aspects. However, the coast of Gangwon-do is experiencing severe erosion, and it is concerned that its adverse effects will gradually increase. In this study, coastline changes of Yangyang and Gangneung in Gangwon-do were tracked and analyzed over a long period of time. In order to build time series image data, aerial photos from the 1940s to the present were mainly used, and data from CORONA satellite, which operated from the 1960s to the early 1970s, were collected and used together. Using 51cm resolution ortho image and 2m resolution Digital Elevation Model(DEM) as reference, ground control points were selected to perform geometric correction on the aerial photos and CORONA images. Subsequently, Canny edge detector applied to these images to extract the coastlines. As a result of analyzing the extracted and vectorized coastlines by overlaying them in chronological order, erosion and deposition occurring around the artificial structures and on the nearby beaches were observed. In this study, the effect of seasonal variation, tide, and various coastal management including the beach filling were not considered. Because coastal erosion is greatly affected by geographic factors, each local government must find its own solution. Continuous research and local data accumulation are required.

A Study on Metadata Design for Managing Person and Organization Names in the National Debt Redemption Movement Digital Archive (국채보상운동 디지털 아카이브의 개인/단체명 관리를 위한 메타데이터 설계에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a metadata AP for managing the person and organization name authority data in the National Debt Redemption Movement Digital Archive, a small-scale digital archive. The design principles and core metadata elements were derived by analyzing person/organization(group or corporateBody) metadata standards, implementation practices, and guidelines of libraries and archives, and mapped to the National Debt Redemption Movement person/organization name thesaurus data and the Wikidata Linked Metadata Model, resulting in 10 elements in the identification area, 14 elements in the content area, 8 elements in the relationship area, and 4 elements in the control area. A simple structure schema was applied so that it can be applied even in small organizations, and for interoperability, the schema was proposed with reference to DublinCore and SKOS schemes, and the applicability was confirmed based on actual data. The results of this study can be utilized as a basis for institutions that recognize the importance of data management but have difficulty in applying it in practice, when they want to prepare a system for managing their own authority data.
