In this paper, ZnO:Al thin films with c-axis preferred orientation were prepared on Soda lime glass substrates by RF magnetron sputtering technique. AZO thin film were prepared in order to clarify optimum conditions for growth of the thin film depending upon process, and then by changing a number of deposition conditions and substrate temperature conditions variously, structural and electrical characteristics were measured. For the manufacture of the AZO were vapor-deposited in the named order. It is well-known that post-annealing is an important method to improve crystal quality. For the annealing process, the dislocation nd other defects arise in the material and adsorption/decomposition occurs. The XRD patterns of the AZO films deposited with grey theory prediction design, annealed in a vacuum ambient($2.0{\times}10-3$Torr)at temperatures of 200, 300, 400 and $500^{\circ}C$ for a period of 30min. The diffraction patterns of all the films show the AZO films had a hexagonal wurtzite structure with a preferential orientation along the c-axis perpendicular to the substrate surface. As can be seen, the (002)peak intensities of the AZO films became more intense and sharper when the annealing temperature increased. On the other hand, When the annealing temperature was $500^{\circ}C$ the peak intensity decreased. The surface morphologies and surface toughness of films were examined by atomic force microscopy(AFM, XE-100, PSIA). Electrical resistivity, Gall mobility and carrier concentration were measured by Hall effect measuring system (HL5500PC, Accent optical Technology, USA). The optical absorption spectra of films in the ultraviolet-visibleinfrared( UV-Vis-IR) region were recorder by the UV spectrophotometer(U-3501, Hitachi, Japan). The resistivity, carrier concentration, and Hall mobility of ZnS deposited on glass substrate as a function of post-annealing.
Recently, researches on a future position prediction of moving objects have been progressed as the importance of the future position retrieval increases. New index structures are required to efficiently retrieve the consecutive positions of moving objects. Existing index structures significantly degrade the search performance of the moving objects because the search operation makes the unnecessary extension of the node in the index structure. To solve this problem, we propose a space partition based index structure considering the mobility of moving objects. To deal with the overflow of a node, our index structure first merges it and the sibling node. If it is impossible to merge them, our method splits the overflow node in which moving properties of objects are considered. Our index structure is always partitioned into overlap free subregions when a node is split. Our split strategy chooses the split position by considering the parameters such as velocities, the escape time of the objects, and the update time of a node. In the internal node, the split position Is determined from preventing the cascading split of the child node. We perform various experiments to show that our index structure outperforms the existing index structures in terms of retrieval performance. Our experimental results show that our proposed index structure achieves about $17%{\sim}264%$ performance gains on current position retrieval and about $107%{\sim}19l%$ on future position retrieval over the existing methods.

In the mobile cloud computing, the mobile node should request and receive the services while being connected. In PMIPv6, all packets sent by mobile nodes or correspondent nodes are transferred through the local mobility anchor. This unnecessary detour still results in high delivery latency and significant processing cost. Several PMIPv6 route optimization schemes have been proposed to solve this issue. However, they also suffer from the high signaling costs and handover latency when determining the optimized path. We propose the route optimization handover scheme which adopts the prediction algorithm in PFMIPv6. In the proposed scheme, the new mobile access gateway establishes the bi-directional tunnel with the correspondent node's MAG using the context message when the mobile node's handover is imminent. This tunnel may eliminate the need of separate route optimization procedure. Hence, the proposed scheme can reduce the signaling cost than other conventional schemes do. Analytical performance evaluation is preformed to show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. The result shows that our scheme is more effective than other schemes.

In the present study, a deep learning model was established to predict the motion response of small fishing vessels. Hydrodynamic performances were evaluated for two small fishing vessels for the dataset of deep learning model. The deep learning model of the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) which is one of the recurrent neural network was utilized. The input data of LSTM model consisted of time series of six(6) degrees of freedom motions and wave height and the output label was selected as the time series data of six(6) degrees of freedom motions. The hyperparameter and input window length studies were performed to optimize LSTM model. The time series motion response according to different wave direction was predicted by establised LSTM. The predicted time series motion response showed good overall agreement with the analysis results. As the length of the time series increased, differences between the predicted values and analysis results were increased, which is due to the reduced influence of long-term data in the training process. The overall error of the predicted data indicated that more than 85% of the data showed an error within 10%. The established LSTM model is expected to be utilized in monitoring and alarm systems for small fishing vessels.
In the initial stages of urban air mobility (UAM) operations, compliance with existing visual flight rules and instrument flight regulations for conventional human-crewed aircraft is crucial. Additionally, voice communication between the on board pilot and relevant UAM stakeholders, including vertiports, is essential. Consequently, very high frequency (VHF) aviation voice communication must be consistently provided throughout all phases of UAM operations. This paper presents the results of the VHF communication coverage analysis for the initial UAM demonstration areas, encompassing the Hangang River and Incheon Ara-Canal corridors, as well as potential vertiport candidate locations. By considering the influence of terrain and buildings through the utilization of a digital surface model (DSM), communication quality prediction results are obtained for the analysis areas. The three-dimensional coverage analysis results indicate that stable coverage can be achieved within altitude corridors ranging from 300 m to 600 m. However, there are shaded areas in the low-altitude vertiport regions due to the impact of high-rise buildings. Therefore, additional research to ensure stable coverage around vertiports in the lower altitude areas is required.

In the diagnosis group of odontogenic infectious diseases, periodontitis, pulpitis & periapical abscess were more common. 6. In the treatment group of odontogenic infectious diseases, the most frequent incidence(34.2%) was showed in primary endodontic treatment (pulp extirpation, occlusal reduction and canal opening drainage) and followed by scaling, incision & drainage, only drugs, pulp capping, restoration in order.
After the first Covid-19 confirmed case occurred in Korea in January 2020, interest in personal transportation such as public bicycles not public transportation such as buses and subways, increased. The demand for 'Ddareungi', a public bicycle operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, has also increased. In this study, a demand prediction model of a GRU(Gated Recurrent Unit) was presented based on the rental history of public bicycles by time zone(2019~2021) in Seoul. The usefulness of the GRU method presented in this study was verified based on the rental history of Around Exit 1 of Yeouido, Yeongdengpo-gu, Seoul. In particular, it was compared and analyzed with multiple linear regression models and recurrent neural network models under the same conditions. In addition, when developing the model, in addition to weather factors, the Seoul living population was used as a variable and verified. MAE and RMSE were used as performance indicators for the model, and through this, the usefulness of the GRU model proposed in this study was presented. As a result of this study, the proposed GRU model showed higher prediction accuracy than the traditional multi-linear regression model and the LSTM model and Conv-LSTM model, which have recently been in the spotlight. Also the GRU model was faster than the LSTM model and the Conv-LSTM model. Through this study, it will be possible to help solve the problem of relocation in the future by predicting the demand for public bicycles in Seoul more quickly and accurately.

In this study, simulations based on computational fluid dynamics were performed for self-propulsion performance prediction of a catamaran that has asymmetrical inside and outside hull form and numerous knuckle lines. In the simulations, the Moving Reference Frame (MRF) or Sliding Mesh (SDM) techniques were used, and the rotation angle of the propeller per time step was different to identify the difference using the analysis technique and condition. The propeller rotation angle used in the MRF technique was 1˚ and those used in the SDM technique were 1˚, 5˚, or 10˚. The torque of the propeller was similar in both the techniques; however, the thrust and resistance of the hull were computed lower when the SDM technique was applied than when the MRF technique was applied, and higher as the rotation angle of the propeller per time step in the SDM technique was smaller in the simulations for several revolutions of the propeller to estimate the self-propulsion condition. The revolutions, thrust, and torque of the propeller in the self-propulsion condition obtained using linear interpolation and the delivered power, wake fraction, thrust deduction factor, and revolutions of the propeller obtained using the full-scale prediction method showed the same trend for both the techniques; however, most of the self-propulsion efficiency showed the opposite trend for these techniques. The accuracy of the propeller wake was low in the simulations when the MRF technique was applied, and slight difference existed in the expression of the wake according to the rotation angle of the propeller per time step when the SDM technique was applied.
This study was performed to provide important basic data for the preservation and management of Scopura laminata, a species endemic to Korea, by elucidating the spatial characteristics of its present, potential, and future distribution areas. Currently, this species is found in the Odaesan National Park area of South Korea and has been known to be restricted in its habitat due to its poor mobility, as even fully grown insects do not have wings. Utilizing the MaxEnt model, 20 collection points around Odaesan National Park were assessed to analyze and predict spatial distribution characteristics. The precision of the MaxEnt model was excellent, with an AUC value of 0.833. Variables affecting the potential distribution area of S. laminata by more than 10% included the range of annual temperature, seasonality of precipitation, and precipitation of the driest quarter, in order of greatest to least impact. Compared to the current potential distribution area, no significant difference in the overall habitable area was predicted for the 2050s or 2070s. It was, however, demonstrated that the potential habitable area would be reduced in the 2050s by up to 270.3 km from the current area of 403.9 km; further, no potential habitable area was anticipated by the 2070s according to our predictive model. Taken together, it is anticipated that this endemic species could be significantly affected by climate changes, and hence effective countermeasures are strongly warranted for the preservation of habitats and species management.
