The new mobile edge network architecture has been required for an increasing amount of traffic, quality requirements, advanced driver assistance system for autonomous driving and new cloud computing demands on highway. This article proposes a hierarchical cloud computing architecture to enhance performance by using adaptive data load distribution for buses that play the role of edge computing server. A vehicular dynamic cloud is based on wireless architecture including Wireless Local Area Network and Long Term Evolution Advanced communication is used for data transmission between moving buses and cars. The main advantages of the proposed architecture include both a reduction of data loading for top layer cloud server and effective data distribution on traffic jam highway where moving vehicles require video on demand (VOD) services from server. Through the description of real environment based on NS-2 network simulation, we conducted experiments to validate the proposed new architecture. Moreover, we show the feasibility and effectiveness for the connected car media service on highway.

In this paper, we first introduce a mobile data traffic offload method called Local IP Access (LIPA) with femtocell networks. Then, we evaluate the traffic transmission time and probability of mobile data traffic that is transmitted to the core network (CN) when mobile devices transmit the mobile data traffic to indoor devices in three different scenarios, i.e., conventional systems, femtocell based systems, and femtocell and LIPA based systems. Through performance results, it is shown that the next generation mobile network with the femtocell and LIPA not only decrease the density of the mobile data traffic in CNs but also reduce the total transmission time of the mobile data traffic in indoor environments. That is, for the traffic transmission time, the conventional systems and femtocell based systems have 3 and 4 times higher than the femtocell and LIPA based systems, respectively, when the Internet delay is 10ms while 14 and 26 times higher than that, respectively, when the Internet delay is 100ms.

In this paper, propose an algorithm to improve network lifetime by equally consuming energy of LEACH - Mobile sensor nodes. LEACH is one of energy efficient protocols. However, we did not consider the mobility of nodes. Therefore, the transmission reception success rate of the moving data is reduced. LEACH-Mobile is a protocol that has improved the drawbacks of these LEACH. However, since LEACH-Mobile has a larger number of data packets and consumes more energy than LEACH, it has a disadvantage that the lifetime of the network is short. In order to improvement these disadvantage, Based on the average of the remaining energy of the node, cluster heads are elected with a number of nodes whose energies are larger than the average of the remaining energy from the member nodes. After that, by trying to increase the lifetime of the network by equalizing the remaining energy. In to confirm whether improve the lifetime of the network, In this paper, the number of nodes and the position of all nodes are varied for each specific round, the rest energy is equalized, and the algorithm which uniformly selected the cluster head is compared with LEACH.

As a result of the vast amount of data that is geographically found in different locations. Distributed data mining (DDM) has taken a center stage in data mining. The use of mobile agents to enhance efficiency in DDM has gained the attention of industries, commerce and academia because it offers serious suggestions on how to solve inherent problems associated with DDM. In this paper, a novel DDM model has been proposed by using a mobile agent to enhance efficiency. The main idea behind the model is to use the Naive Bayes algorithm to give the mobile agent the ability to learn, compare, get and store the results on it from each server which has different datasets and we found that the accuracy increased roughly by 0.9% which is our main target.

Recently, mobile internet technologies are enabling the possibility of radically new computing services which can share information and communicate with others on the move. In this situation, prior studies have attempted to identify of what factors make people use mobile internet. However, prior researches focused on investigating the factors affecting users' adoption to Mobile Internet. In order to offer beneficial materials to mobile internet companies, we investigated important factors to increase mobile users' value from the viewpoints of customer. In particular, this study was progressed how characteristics of mobile contents affect users' intrinsic attributes and how perceived users' network effects affect users' value in the mobile computing environments. To empirically test proposed hypotheses, we have analyzed 285 survey data gathering from mobile internet users and verified hypotheses by using SEM (structural equation modeling). Based on the results of this study, we found that content accessibility and content quality have significant impacts on users' intrinsic attributes such as perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. In addition, this study also revealed that perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment were positively related to users' emotional value. Moreover, this study found that perceived users' network effects could affect users' monetary value by mediating expected benefits. Based on our findings, we can understand that this perspective can provide a deeper understanding of the mobile users' value adoption by bridging the gap between mobile internet studies and actual practice.

In this paper, we research the OLSR(Optimized Link State Routing Protocol) of the mobile ad-hoc network protocols, and design the system implementation based on the Embedded Linux for the Ubiquitous Space construction. We prove the performance of proposed system in the various experiment environments through several scenarios which is about transmitting the image data on the mobile ad-hoc network environment.
Today's wireless access networks consist of several tiers that overlap each other. Provisioning of real time undisrupted communication to mobile users, anywhere and anytime through these heterogeneous overlay networks, is a challenging task. We extend the end-to-end approach for the handoff management in hybrid wireless data network by designing a fully mobile-controlled handoff for mobile devices equipped with dual mode interfaces. By handoff, we mean switching the communication between interfaces connected to different subnets. This mobile-controlled handoff scheme reduces the service disruption time during both horizontal and vertical handoffs and does not require any modification in the access networks. We exploit the IP diversity created by the dual interfaces in the overlapping area by simultaneously connecting to different subnets and networks. Power saving is achieved by activating both interfaces only during the handoff period. The performance evaluation of the handoff is carried out by a simple mathematical analysis. The analysis shows that with proper network engineering, exploiting the speed of mobile node and overlapping area between subnets can reduce service disruption and power consumption during handoff significantly. We believe that with more powerful network interfaces our proposal of dual interfaces can be realized.
Load balancing is a significant technique to prolong a network's lifetime in sensor network. This paper introduces a hybrid approach named as Load Distributing Hybrid Routing Protocol (LDHRP) composed with a border node routing protocol (BDRP) and greedy forwarding (GF) strategy which will make the routing effective, especially in mobility scenarios. In an existing solution, because of the high network complexity, the data delivery latency increases. To overcome this limitation, a new approach is proposed in which the source node transmits the data to its respective destination via border nodes or greedily until the complete data is transmitted. In this way, the whole load of a network is evenly distributed among the participating nodes. However, border node is mainly responsible in aggregating data from the source and further forwards it to mobile sink; so there will be fewer chances of energy expenditure in the network. In addition to this, number of hop counts while transmitting the data will be reduced as compared to the existing solutions HRLBP and ZRP. From the simulation results, we conclude that proposed approach outperforms well than existing solutions in terms including end-to-end delay, packet loss rate and so on and thus guarantees enhancement in lifetime.

The popularization of streaming networks and mobile devices brings a new kind of network called mobile peer-assisted streaming network. In this network, service provider not only offers downloading services, but also pre-pushes resources to users for caching. Users can download their demanded resources while working as servers for uploading the cached data. Also the mobile characteristic makes high package losing probability in this network. So we study how the service provider pre-pushes or the user downloads resources efficiently and effectively while considering the package losing in this paper. We build utility models for service provider and user, and solve the models using Bellman's theory to achieve Nash Equilibrium which shows the service provider's optimal pre-pushing speed and user's optimal downloading speed. The numerical simulation demonstrates the efficiency and effectiveness of our proposed pre-pushing and downloading scheme by comparing to the traditional scheme.
Used optimization techniques as solution for mobile network have been implemented as a reference systems for various applications against fading and signals perturbation, in addition each transition to 5th generation telecommunication standards require a deep studies in order to park an applied instantaneous process. The paper describes a preliminary planning and a careful preparation to update both subscriber radio access network as well as data transmission network this approach conducts to make network resource updates invisible for customers and with minimal costs for mobile operators basically in terms of delay. In addition, network operators transit to mobile networks, multimedia services efficient delivery are considered the challenging application and the most promising for mobile network operators today, this work conduct to optimize video consumption of mobile users which are exponentially increasing. The interference is a complex phenomenon in mobile radio telecommunication system, and a mobile phone can be a source of interference to another one. Actual advances in technology necessitate the need for the complicated software solution that can take several unexpected phenomena in consideration to rise to a level higher than ever. The capability needs today require the use of Drive test which is used to take the performance of network in the field by using a special software called TEMS investigation, it have been implemented as standalone systems for various applications. The paper focuses on considering as the best technical for optimization of mobile networks, analysis and processing of signal, a Drive Test is the method used to take the performance of network in the field by using a special software called TEMS investigation. Most used in the world, this software is reputed to detect and analyze many problems of mobile network between the mobile phone and the transmitter: BTS in case of GSM and Node B for UMTS. An example of that is interference in radio communication. It exists permanently and it degrades considerably the quality of received signal when it exceeds certain levels.
