  • 대기오염방지를 위해서는 배출되는 대기오염물질을 측정하고 이를 관리하여 대기오염을 신속히 파악하고 사전에 방지하기 위한 서비스가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 광학센싱을 이용해 굴뚝연기의 혼탁도를 측정하고 이를 웹과 모바일 기기에서 측정결과를 실시간으로 검색할 수 있는 웹+모바일 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 구현된 시스템은 모바일 운영체제에 독립적인 웹앱의 형태로 제공되어 사용자의 다양한 모바일 기기에서 운영될 수 있으며 PC환경의 웹에 내장되어 통합되어져 시스템의 유지보수가 쉽다는 장점이 있다.

Implementation of the Shore-based Maritime Information Service Platform for e-Navigation Strategic Implementation Plan (e-Navigation 전략 이행 계획 대응을 위한 Shore 기반 해상정보 서비스 플랫폼 구현)

  • Recently, there has been much interest in the e-Navigation that applies a variety of digital devices to shipboard thanks to the high interest to maritime safety and the rapid development of ICT technologies. The e-Navigation proposes a new ICT paradigm in maritime information service and maritime safety. This study proposes the shore-based maritime information service platform that enables the converged services of various kinds of maritime data and the standard ENC based on IHO S-100. The proposed maritime information service platform enables the harmonized integration, presentation and web services of ENC, sensed data such as AIS, ocean weather and currents, and geospatial data. Also, the platform enables the mobile maritime information service through WebApp or App software operating in mobile devices of smart phone or web pad. Finally, the proposed platform accommodates the standard ENC of the existing S-57 and the new S-101, and the standard web services of WMS and WMTS of ISO 19100 and OGC.

  • This paper aims to design and realize android smartphone mobile webapp office JPetStore order system based Seam framework. Currently in production until the lightweight container architecture, known commonly architecture is Seam framework. However, there is no design and implementation research of mobile webapp office with the Seam framework environment. In this study, the Seam environment based on the android mobile webapp office JPetStore order system implementation after analyzing the mobile webapp office development productivity with the objective is to provide guidance.

  • We forecast that the scale of mobile market will be large scale according to the twenty million times of smart phone's user is arrived. The type of software development is being transferred into mobile-based App. or cloud computing-based service from web-based software. Currently both Google's android and Apple's IOS are known for two prominent platforms. Existing modeling techniques cannot be applied into the case of mobile application which is executed those platforms. Therefore, we suggest a modeling technique that is customized existing modeling techniques into android-based software development. That is, we propose an analysis and design techniques which are needed into android-based mobile smart environment.

  • Mobile devices diffusion begins by the iPhone and spreads by the Android. A widely used mobile devices is Smartphone(iPhone, Android, Bada, WindowPhone7, BlackBerry, etc) and Tablet(iPad, Android). In the past, we have developed a dedicated application for device. But, Now we must develop a application by considering the characteristics of the operating system. Accordingly, many problems occurred and other developmet methods have emerged.   • 최근 디지털 기술의 고도화로 인하여 테크놀로지가 급속도록 발전하면서 다양한 정보통신 기술과 지식의 융합을 교육 환경에 적용하는 스마트러닝에 대한 관심이 집중되기 시작하였다. 이러한 스마트러닝 환경의 장점들을 통해 학생들이 더욱 효과적으로 교육받을 수 있게 되었다. 학생들은 모바일 기기의 접근성에 대한 인식이 확대되고 모바일 기기와 교육용 프로그램을 활용한 학습이 활성화 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스마트기기를 이용한 학습과 평가가 이루어질 수 있는 방안에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

  • In this paper, we developed a Web App that operates in a mobile device. Also, we designed and developed an electronic dictionary of English words and sentences are expressed by English pronunciation with hangeul. The database using English words, Hangeul code with pictures, vocabulary definitions, speech sound files, and many sentences are created in this system. We developed the English learning system using HTML5 and m-Bizmaker software tools.

  • As the distribution rate of a smart phone which can actualize even augmented reality is getting higher, the application scope of a smart phone is sharply increasing. However, in spite of various functions of it, there is still lack of learning app. Mobile equipments can bring no spatial-temporal restriction of learning to a learner, but they can tempt a learner into inappropriate spaces. In this sense, learning app is necessarily needed to motivate and keep learner's inner desire. This thesis suggested considerations when learning mobile app is designed by analyzing motivation strategy of ARCS Theory and UI of web based contents. Also, a design method of mobile learning app was suggested based on a procedural model of mobile learning app adapting ARCS Theory.

  • This study is implemented to Hybrid-web based Integrated System which provides information requesting by user under smart phone environment, cloud computing. This system is consisted of web robot of SaaS service which storages and manages the information after collecting bulletin information from distributed servers of campuses in interval and board managing PaaS server that provides server information to user through smart phone UI. We are also implemented NOA(Notification App) that inform new bulletin information using user's GPS.

A Study on the Development of School Library Mobile App Service Based on User Experience (사용자 경험을 기반으로 한 학교도서관 모바일 앱 서비스 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The school library provides a mobile web service that allows access to the library catalog system, and provides services that reflect the needs of search and consider the characteristics of mobile devices. Therefore, this study conducted a literature review, an analysis of the current status of school library mobile web services, and a survey of the mobile service user experience of students and teachers to find the contents and service plans for school library mobile app services that meet the school library mobile needs. Based on the survey, the contents and design plan of the school library DLS mobile service was prepared. First, the steps were reduced from step 4 to step 3. In the first step, solution of screen clipping errors in registering as a member and various login platforms for accessibility are needed. In the second step, integrated search and detailed search, provision of materials for use and reading education, post-booking activities, guides and announcements on the use of the affiliated school library, inter-loan, and e-books are provided as main menu. In the third step, it was proposed to provide related functions such as reservations as well as the display of the detailed screen of the search results of the collection. This study can be used not only to develop dedicated mobile app services, but also to change current web-based mobile services.
