The architecture of the CDMA mobile system (CMS) is developed based on three function groups - service resource, service control, and service management groups. In this paper, the CMS architecture is discussed from the point of view of implementing these functions. The variable length packets are used for transmission. The synchronization clock signals are derived form the GPS receiver. The open loop and closed loop techniques are used for the power control. The internationally accepted signaling and network protocols are employed. The call control for the primary services in designed to provide efficient mobile telecommunication services. The softer handoff is implemented in one card. The mobile assisted handoff and the network assisted handoff are employed in the soft and hard handoffs. The authentication is based on the secret data which includes random numbers. The management functions, which include the location management, resource management, cell boundary management and OAM management, are implemented to warrant the system efficiency, maximum capacity and high reliability. The architecture ensures that the CMS is flexible and expandable to provide subscribers with economic and efficient system configuration. The dynamic power control, adaptive channel allocation. and dynamic cell boundary management are recommended for future work.

최근 이동통신 환경에서 음성 서비스는 VoIP 기술을 이용한 패킷 기반 서비스로 이루어지고 지는 추세에 있다. VoIP 패킷을 전송하기 위해서 필요한 전송 속도를 고려했을 때 현재 LTE 이동통신 시스템이 제공하는 전송 속도는 매우 충분하지만 무선 채널의 특성 상 단말 주변의 전송 환경의 변화나 이동성 등으로 인한 일시적인 서비스 품질의 저하가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 실험 환경을 구축하고 주요 전송 관련 파라미터를 변화시키면서 그에 따른 VoIP 서비스의 품질의 변화를 측정하였다. 이를 토대로 향후 VoIP 서비스 제공을 위한 네트워크 요구 사항을 수립하는 것이 가능하다.

Mobile grid system supports the integration mobile devices as grid resources. Availability of mobile resources changes dynamically in mobile grid system. Stochastic reward nets (SRN) is an extension of stochastic Petri nets and provides compact modeling facilities for system analysis. We build the SRN model to represent availability of mobile resources with disconnected operation service.

In this paper, we implement the taxi telematics service system based on location based service(LBS). The system implementation is composed of 3 major parts : the mobile device with which a user requests taxi calls, the taxi client which resides inside a taxi and supports multimedia environments with navigation function, and the server which manages moving taxies and receives user taxi calls. From the mobile device's GPS information, the server finds the closest taxi which is then sent to the user with the mobile device.

본 논문에서 모바일 환경에서의 VOD 스트리밍 서비스를 위한 DRM 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 모바일 환경에서 사용되어지기 위해 독자적으로 구축된 클라이언트 서비스를 위한 핵심요소인 DRM 클라이언트 매니저(컨슈머)와, DRM 서비스를 제공하는 DRM 서버로 구성된다. 컨슈머는 이러한 모바일 환경에서 효율과 처리능력을 극대화하기 위해 클라이언트에서 독립적으로 존재하고, 라이센스 서비스, 컨텐츠 서비스, 접근 서비스 그리고 트랙킹 서비스로 구성된다. DRM 서버는 VOD 스트리밍을 위한 스트리밍 서버, 분배자, 라이센스 서버, 그리고 프로바이더로 구성된다. 제안하는 시스템은 기존의 DRM 시스템에서 처리하는데 어려운 모바일 환경에 적합한 구조를 가지고 있으며, 클라이언트 매니저에서 라이센스 매니저를 이용해서 2차 배포문제를 풀 수 있다.

MANET의 기반 연구 기술들의 결과를 토대로 현실 속에서 MANET을 활용하기 위한 응용으로써 다양한 서비스 발견 및 전달 기법들이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MANET에서의 메시지 오버헤드의 최소화와 안정적인 서비스 발견 및 네트워크의 확장성을 보장하기 위한 T-Chord(Trustworthy-based Chord) 링 시스템을 제안한다. T-Chord 링 시스템은 모바일 환경에서 이동 노드들이 제공하는 서비스들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 P2P 오버레이 네트워크 기법을 이용한 서비스 발견 시스템으로, MANET에서 이동 노드들은 이동성을 갖으며 서비스 요청 노드, 서비스 제공 노드 그리고 서비스 전달 노드로써 동작하기 위해 이동 노드들의 Trustworthy 평가와 분산된 서비스 정보의 수집, P2P 오버레이 네트워크의 구성을 통한 O(Log N) 성능을 제공하는 Chord 알고리즘 모듈로 내부 시스템을 구성하였다. 시스템의 성능 평가는 NS2 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 기존의 서비스 발견 기법들과 서비스 발견 메시지 오버헤드, 서비스 발견 및 전달의 효율성, 네트워크의 확장성 측면에서 성능을 비교 평가하고 분석함으로써 MANET에서 효과적인 서비스 발견 및 전달의 우수함을 입증하였다.

This study is to find out how Korean teenagers think about mobile payment system. In the case of mobile payment using such a smartphone, a simple payment service is currently being implemented in Korea through deregulation of Active X and public certificates at the government level to provide users with more convenient financial services. This study conducted a pilot test to find out what they think about mobile payment service for high school students in Busan. As a result, Korean teenagers, especially high school students, responded very positively to the mobile payment service.

As well as the development of the measurement of service quality, various kinds of service measurements are also being developed. Especially the mobile telecommunication service being representative to the mobile telecommunication company would be the mostly developed area. Its development can be understood along with the development of the telecommumication companies as well as cellular companies, not only the service alone. It is a differentiated phenomenon in the current research, such as the organic influence between the service quality and product. Of course there are such products placed on sale and enjoyed the common service, but at present there is another case that the product is on the market exclusively with the mobile company in here.

Recently, the developments in IT technology and the spread of smart phones have made Fin-Tech, which is a combination of financial services and IT technology, a big issue. In accordance with the growth trend of mobile payments in the world, all financial transactions in Korea are gradually shifting to smart phones. In fact, mobile payment system services are not widely used by users. In particular, the risk factors involved when users want to use the service are one of the factors that hinder the expansion of the usage of mobile financial payment service. The risk factors affect the trust of the mobile payment system users. Therefore, this study investigates the risk factors of the mobile payment system and the manner in which it affects a user's trust. We have also examined as how user's trust affects trust in the quality of the mobile payment system. To this end, the trust in overall quality of use was largely divided into trust in system quality, trust in information quality, and trust in service quality. Perceived finance risk, perceived performance risk, and perceived privacy risk have negative effects on cognitive trust. However, perceived time risk did not affect cognitive trust. User's cognitive trust also has an effect on trust in quality.

모바일 단말기의 광범위한 사용과 더불어 모바일 단말기 자체의 Computing 성능도 지속적으로 향상되고 있다. 이에 메일과 같은 기존의 PC에서만 진행되던 웹 서비스들이 하나하나씩 모바일 단말기에서도 서비스 가능하게 되고 있다. 현재 모바일 메일 서비스는 이미 상용화되어 적지 않은 사용자들이 사용하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 서비스들을 보면 특정된 모바일 단말기에만 가능하거나 기능상 제한된 메일 서비스를 하고 있다. 예를 들면 첨부파일 보기, 실시간 메일 알람과 같은 서비스를 하려면 특정된 모바일 단말기에만 가능하고 사용자의 단말기에 메일용 소프트웨어를 설치하는 불편함이 있는 반면 모든 모바일 단말기에 가능하게 서비스 할 수 없는 단점들을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모든 모바일 단말기에서 서비스 가능하고 문서형식 첨부파일과 HTML형식 메일 원문 확인, 실시간 메일 알람 기능이 모두 가능한 새로운 형식의 모바일 메일 시스템을 구현하였다. File Converting 기술을 적용하여 메일 콘텐츠들을 시스템의 자료구조로 사용되는 MPEG-21의 DIDL로 구성하여 HTML형식 메일과 문서형식 첨부파일을 볼 수 있게 하였다. 메일을 첨부하여 SMS로 사용자에게 알람을 보내는 실시간 메일 알림 기능은 사용자가 실시간으로 바로 메일함에 접속하여 확인 가능하다. 본 논문은 모든 모바일 단말기에 서비스함으로서 모든 사용자가 사용할 수 있고 사용자 단에서 특별한 소프트웨어 설치 없이 HTML형식 메일 원문과 문서형식 첨부파일을 읽을 수 있으며 실시간으로 메일 알람 및 확인이 가능한 스마트한 서비스 기능들에 초점을 두었다.
