The pattern locking technique applied to smart phones is a locking technique that many people use conveniently. However, the safety of pattern locking techniques is very low compared with other techniques. The pattern locking technique is vulnerable to a shoulder surfing attack, which is based on the user's input and can be interpreted by looking at the movement of the shoulder, and the smudge attack is also vulnerable due to fingerprint drag marks remaining on the mobile phone pad. Therefore, in this paper, we want to add a new security method to check the pressed time by using a thread in the pattern locking scheme to secure the vulnerability. It is divided into short, middle, and long click according to the pressing time at each point. When dragging using the technique, security performance enhances $3^n$ tiems. Therefore, even if dragging in the same 'ㄱ' manner, it becomes a completely different pattern depending on the pressing time at each point.

The importance of data as a core resource of the 4th industrial revolution is emerging, and companies illegally collect and use personal data. In the financial sector, active research is conducted to safely manage personal data and provide better services using blockchain, big data, and AI technology. In this paper, we propose a system that can safely manage personal data by using blockchain technology, which can be used without changing the existing system. The composition of this system consists of a blockchain, blockchain linkages, a service provider, and a user (i.e., an app). Blockchain can be used regardless of its type and form, and services are provided by classifying blockchains and services in the blockchain linkages. Service providers can access personal data only after requesting and receiving delegated permission from users. Existent MyData services store all data in a user's mobile phone, so information may get leaked due to jailbreaks or rooting. But in the proposed system, personal data are stored in blockchain so information leakage can be prevented. In the future, we will study ways to provide customized services using personal data stored in blockchain.

Smart farm technology using IoT is one of the technologies that can increase productivity and improve the quality of agricultural products in agriculture, which is facing difficulties due to the decline in rural population, lack of rural manpower due to aging, and increase in diseases and pests due to climate change. . Smart farms using existing IoT simply monitor farms, implement smart plant growers, and have automatic greenhouse opening and closing systems. This paper implements a smart farm system based on MQTT, an industry standard protocol for the Internet of Things, and Node-RED, a representative development middleware for the Internet of Things. First, data is extracted from Arduino sensors, and data is collected and transmitted from IoT devices using the MQTT protocol. Then, Node-RED is used to process MQTT messages and store the sensing data in real time in MongoDB, a representative NoSQL, to store the data. Through this smart farm system, farm managers can use a computer or mobile phone to check sensing information on the smart farm in real time, anytime, anywhere, without restrictions on time and space.
The purpose of this study was to get some pieces of prior information to eventually develop high value-added fashion cultural products design using local cultural resources, to promote the cultural tourism festival. For this purpose, this study is carried out the investigation of cultural product stores and visitors' questionnaire survey. The subjects of this study were festivals which were selected as cultural tourism festival by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism from 2000 to 2008. Of them, six festivals were finally selected but food festival was excluded. The results of this study were as follows; First, the store survey was conduced to analyze the situation of the products of cultural tourism festival. The most frequent product was accessories. And a T-shirt was found to be sold every festival probably because it was the most popular item and basic item which people could buy without burden. While the most diverse kinds of products were found in the Andong, the Jinju and Gangjin were found not to develop various products. In the design motif used for cultural products, most products did not use festival or local image. The highest use of the festival and local image was found in Gangjin and Muju. The Andong and Chungju were found to sell very common products buying anywhere rather than products using local cultural resources or image. In the material of cultural products, most products use metal. And In the price of cultural products, 10,000-30,000 won was found highest. Second, the purchase conditions of cultural tourism festival visitors were examined. The visiting goal and companion of visitors was found to vary with the type of cultural tourism festival. The types of visitors were also found to have an effect on the choice of items in the purchase of cultural products sold in the festival. Only one third of respondents responded buying one and more cultural products. The purchase rate was found high in the festival where cultural product items were various and there were many products symbolizing festival or region. The most purchased item was a mobile phone hanger and the amount of purchasing cultural products was 10,000-30,000 won. The reason not to purchase cultural products was dissatisfaction with utility, originality, possibility of a present, symbolism, and price. The most important attribute in the purchase of cultural products was design, followed by symbolism, price, originality, and innovation. The highly preferred product group included clothing, miscellaneous goods, and accessories. Specifically, T-shirt was found highest. Based on these research results, it was found that the design strategy for the cultural products development should consider both regional and festival images. The items and designs of the cultural products should reflect visitors' characteristics and the price zone should be varied.

The advancement and the spread of information and communication technology (ICT) changes the way we live and act. Computer and ICT devices become smaller and invisible, and they are now virtually everywhere in the world. Many socio-economic activities are now subject to the use of computer and ICT devices although we don't really recognize it. Various socio economic activities supported by digital devices leave digital records, and a myriad of these records becomes what we call'big data'. Big data differ from conventional data we have collected and managed in that it holds more detailed information of socio-economic activities. Thus, they offer not only new insight for our society and but also new opportunity for policy analysis. However, the use of big data requires development of new methods and tools as well as consideration of institutional issues such as privacy. The goals of this research are twofold. Firstly, it aims to understand the opportunities and challenges of using big data for planning support. Big data indeed is a big sum of microscopic and dynamic data, and this challenges conventional analytical methods and planning support tools. Secondly, it seeks to suggest ways of visualizing such spatial big data for planning support. In this regards, this study attempts to develop a dynamic visualization model and conducts an experimental case study with mobile phone big data for the Jeju island. Since the off-the-shelf commercial software for the analysis of spatial big data is not yet commonly available, the roles of open source software and computer programming are important. This research presents a pilot model of dynamic visualization for spatial big data, as well as results from them. Then, the study concludes with future studies and implications to promote the use of spatial big data in urban planning field.

In recent years, mobile phone has experienced an extremely fast evolution. It is equipped with high-quality color displays, high resolution cameras, and real-time accelerated 3D graphics. In addition, some other features are includes GPS sensor and Digital Compass, etc. This evolution advent significantly helps the application developers to use the power of smart-phones, to create a rich environment that offers a wide range of services and exciting possibilities. To date mobile AR in outdoor research there are many popular location-based AR services, such Layar and Wikitude. These systems have big limitation the AR contents hardly overlaid on the real target. Another research is context-based AR services using image recognition and tracking. The AR contents are precisely overlaid on the real target. But the real-time performance is restricted by the retrieval time and hardly implement in large scale area. In our work, we exploit to combine advantages of location-based AR with context-based AR. The system can easily find out surrounding landmarks first and then do the recognition and tracking with them. The proposed system mainly consists of two major parts-landmark browsing module and annotation module. In landmark browsing module, user can view an augmented virtual information (information media), such as text, picture and video on their smart-phone viewfinder, when they pointing out their smart-phone to a certain building or landmark. For this, landmark recognition technique is applied in this work. SURF point-based features are used in the matching process due to their robustness. To ensure the image retrieval and matching processes is fast enough for real time tracking, we exploit the contextual device (GPS and digital compass) information. This is necessary to select the nearest and pointed orientation landmarks from the database. The queried image is only matched with this selected data. Therefore, the speed for matching will be significantly increased. Secondly is the annotation module. Instead of viewing only the augmented information media, user can create virtual annotation based on linked data. Having to know a full knowledge about the landmark, are not necessary required. They can simply look for the appropriate topic by searching it with a keyword in linked data. With this, it helps the system to find out target URI in order to generate correct AR contents. On the other hand, in order to recognize target landmarks, images of selected building or landmark are captured from different angle and distance. This procedure looks like a similar processing of building a connection between the real building and the virtual information existed in the Linked Open Data. In our experiments, search range in the database is reduced by clustering images into groups according to their coordinates. A Grid-base clustering method and user location information are used to restrict the retrieval range. Comparing the existed research using cluster and GPS information the retrieval time is around 70~80ms. Experiment results show our approach the retrieval time reduces to around 18~20ms in average. Therefore the totally processing time is reduced from 490~540ms to 438~480ms. The performance improvement will be more obvious when the database growing. It demonstrates the proposed system is efficient and robust in many cases.
From one elementary school of last 2005 Pusan was started "the school police" system is being applied the effect in the elementary school of the human nature receiving entire country. But "with school police system " have a limit about manpower that is insufficient. So we try to make "Baumter-Gikimy " that is extended scollo police in seoul. Despite being like that at 2010 and 2011 cannot forget the elementary student suicide events which are shocking or sexual assault events occur from the campus.From elementary school 4 grade the students between junior high school 1 grade crime occurrence ratio are highest. These people the group leaving out mainly, suicide, with group violence and sexual assault problem gets up same problems. In order to solve like this problems stands the countermeasure of the dimension which is national certainly is necessary. But so far only the damage student and the parents have an interest in about like this problems and they hurt. We the smart phone of Android bases it will be able to solve like this problem points [ayp] from under planning and development boil the elementary student safe helper it will can use. When it uses the elementary student safe helper system which we propose before the accident occurs, it will grasp the state information of the student and it will be able to prevent an accident in advance. We will try to more efficient safe guard to elementary school student by real-time monitoring skill soon.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of elementary school students' stress and social support on smartphone addiction and school adjustment. Our hypothesis is that stress and social support of elementary school students affects smartphone addiction and school adjustment. In addition, the study model assumes that stress and social support of elementary school students were mediated by the effects of smartphone addiction. Analysis results found that elementary school students' stress affects smartphone addiction and school life adaptation, and social support influences school life adaptation. Elementary students' smartphone addiction has little influence on school life adjustment. Stress in elementary school students has a strong influence on smartphone addiction, social support, and adaptation to school life. In other words, higher stress levels results in higher frequency of use of smartphones, which may directly affect smartphone addiction and the ability to adapt to school life. The effects of stress and social support of elementary school students on school life adaptation and smartphone addiction were ultimately indirect. Based on the research results, this study suggests policy implications for elementary school students' addiction to smartphone and ability to adapt to school life.

The car navigation system to be accompanied to the car on-board equipment system or the development of mobile communication technique, the demand in information communication which connects an interior and the car outside is coming to be high, As applications, ETC/VISC/AHS classes get deceived supply are advanced. The research of DSRC radio systems actively, with medium of communication between the automobile and road, is advanced. DSRC radio systems are appropriate in massive data transfer, in the case which the traffic accident evasion is urgent, the notarization of the preferential control function which is necessary to a medium of communication, guarantee and security are suitable in the high-speed network. Accompanied to the cellular phone which is to be supplied recently suddenly, By complementing and coexisting each other, and it will be developed simultaneously. However, in a connection of this kind of communication system and high-speed DSRC radio system, Hand-over technique (network, radio transmission hand-over), there is a technical subject of the high-speed transmission techniques against the mobile devices and the realization is expected to be difficult in near, until 2010 year is becoming the plan of putting to practical use. Also as the next generation DSRC with 5.8GHz built-on board equipment and the road-side equipment are expected in near. In this paper DSRC systems which will be developed are discussed.
The LBS(Location-Based Service), which is based on individual's mobility, is required increasingly as mobile telecommunication and various infrastructures have developed rapidly. The technologies for LBS are location determination technology, service platform technology, contents provider technology and moving object database technology generally. Among these, service platform must be interoperable with location gate-way server and provide common function of billing, authentification, protect location information, privacy control, location trigger and intelligent acquisition and so on. The TTA(Telecommunications Technology Association) published specification that defines a standard protocol for safe and simple interface between LBS client and LBS platform and the OpenLS(Open Location Service) in OGC (Open GIS Consortium) released implementation specifications for providing Location based core services. In this paper, we implemented service platform for LBS which is able to interoperable with location gateway server and contents provider and is caracterized as follows. First, it could require and response location information from different types of location gateway server with same interface. Second, it complies with the standard interfaces with OpenLS 4 contents providers for core LBS. Third, it could provide location of wired phone as well as wireless mobile terminal compling with the standard protocol. Last, it could provide trajectorH information based past location as well as current location, because it is able to interoperable with moving object DBMS. This paper contributes to the construction and practical use of LBS by providing the method of implementation of service platform for LBS.
