Lately, IT has been rapidly in land. as a result, mobile device come into wide use and is very important in everyday life. But in ship are limits network with communication Equipment and service. as a result, be far removed from information age. Currently, ship Is connected with the outside world via satellite on the voyage. but, because high billing, ship is possible data transfer using low speed bandwidth. because ship is not possible using LAN, only limit ship's crew some use internet in limited space. so, ship is required construction of the network. in this paper, because composition of basic IT environment with information need of crew and customer from ship to cruises, there construct LAN in ship and propose network design for network of ship.

There has been an exponential growth in the distribution and possession of sensitive information because of the emergence of various information channels such as smart devices, social media, etc. This enables the internet based web or mobile service operation institutions collecting the more personal information with ease, and in turn causes the issues of the privacy concerns. Followings are the results of this study: First, the information privacy concern has the negative effects upon the trust. Second, the information privacy concern has the negative effects upon the provision intention of personal information and the trust has positive effects upon the offering intention of personal information. At last, the offering intention of the personal information has the positive effects upon the behavior to provide the personal information.

Smart TV, Internet content and interactive services are available, the operating system to mount the Web, App Store, you can enjoy a variety of content. Smart TV market, TV replacement cycle is long, watching for changes in the way copyright issues such as adaptation period and, unlike the case of a smart phone TV market in the short term are expected to occupy will not find, if IPTV, satellite, cable and real-time TV platform for broadcasters to adopt a smart, smart TV market could spread more quickly than expected. Globalization of consumption, expansion of cross border e-trade, increase use of internet and mobile have led to rapid growth of world e-commerce particularly in Asia and emerging markets. Impacted by Korean wave, online export is continuously increasing, yet Korea is experiencing severe e-commerce trade imbalance. Export growth rate and ratio of Korean small companies are relatively low from OECD member countries. Therefore, Korean government is currently emphasizing on vitalization of online export to China to resolve trade imbalance and to increase export of small companies. To propose detail measures to vitalize online export to China, this study is focused on export customs clearance procedure of Korea and import customs clearance procedure of China in view of online export company. Also suggested countermeasure plan and analysis for the new tax revision plan related to e-commerce which implemented on April 8th 2016. This study have grouped countermeasure plan by short term plan of firms and long term plan of the government. As for the short-term countermeasure plan for firms, first, comparison analysis of tax rate on products is need to decide type of e-commerce strategy; second, if planning to start e-commerce business to China, sales possibility and certification check is necessary; third, through preparation of customs clearance document is needed; last in order to obtain price competitiveness, new logistics strategy and packing development is required. As for the long-term countermeasure plan for the government, I have suggested cooperated bonded logistics service for small businesses and operation plan of show room for promising Korean products.

Based on the development of SNS in Mobile and Internet, crisis management is regarded as an important issue that determines the rise and fall of businesses. This study aims to contribute to more efficient implementation of crisis management messages by examining the relationship between the strategy of crisis management communication and the level of specificity of the message. The study found that consumers evaluated the crisis-hit company's acceptance communication strategy to show a higher level of integrity, reliability and appropriateness than the defensive strategy. However, this main effect is mediated by the specificity (high specificity vs. low). Specifically, consumers' assessment of crisis management messages and information-seeking behavior were found to be most favorable when used in a mixture of acceptance strategies and high specificity. Conversely, the lowest effect was the combination of defense strategy and high specificity. Based on these results, the theoretical discussions is described for crisis management practitioners of enterprises and organizations.

For the auto-configuration of diverse hosts and automation of network management as many electronic machines and industrial components are becoming connected to Internet, it is possible to use autoconfiguration using DHCP and network management protocol such as SNMP, CMIP. But these technologies are not developed maturely and lack various standardizations yet because these are designed for restrictive purposes in the past. The new working group "Zeroconf" is made in IETF at March, 2000, it is aimed for making standards of autoconfiguration which is applied to impromptu ad-hoc networks in automobiles, trains, planes and home network or mobile networks. In this paper, we introduce the IPv6 based autoconfiguration technologies such as IP interface configuration, translation between host name and IP address, IP multicast address allocation and service discovery. Finally, trends of standardization in Zeroconf working group will be shown. be shown.

This study purposed to analyse smartphone addiction characteristics of people with disabilities and suggested to establish related prevention policies for them. The analysis of 20-50 aged 494 disabled people resulted, that the smartphone addiction rate of the disabled people was 12.55%. Smartphone use-, mobile messenger-, SNS- and game time were nearly the same or higher than the potential and high risk group from the survey on internet overdependence 2015. In the question about the awareness of smartphone addiction they answered the smartphone addiction is severe in the society, and they are aware of smartphone addiction counseling center. But they will not get a service form the centers. That suggests, that the government should promote the policy of smartphone addiction for the disabled. It should provide institutional strategy and structural change for prevention of smartphone addiction for the disabled.

As the new technologies like IoT and Fintech appear which have not existed before, security threat ranges in existing system are increasing. Especially, IoT has increasing ranges to cause malicious behaviors in specific systems because related IT infrastructure ranges are increasing. Fintech also requires the innovation of traditional security system because it has new structure which didn't exist in the past. As IoT and Fintech technologies are commercialized and related markets are developing in the future, structural security threats could be connected to actual attacks and secondary attacks by the attackers' imbedding of back door in IoT internet devices through remote access. Customer's device cannot be compulsively controlled for security in new system where these various security threats exist. Therefore, these services should minimize the collected information, and now is the time to politically control the utilizing methods of the collected information. In this thesis, security threats are to be suggested which could occur in newly appearing mobile services like IoT and Fintech.

Recently, mobile communication systems have supported various services including internet from voice centric service as they evolve toward 3G. To accommodate the increasing number of users, an AAL2 multiplexing scheme is introduced in the UTRAN tub interface for link efficiency. However, limited radio resources and different requirements of various services make it difficult to guarantee the QoS requirements at radio access networks. The conventional AAL2/ATM multiplexing systems focused on the multiplexing efficiency of voice anddata services and QoS issues of real time and non real time services. In this paper, we classfy various services according to QoS requirements and propose AAL2/ATM multiplexing schemes using statistical multiplexing and scheduling with a rather simple structure to guarantee the given requirements. Simulation results show that the proposed schemes perform better than the conventional schemes to guarantee QoS requirements of various services.

In shipyard site, a ship is constructed by integrating lots of modules that are made in several sites with different capabilities and specifications. Recently, it needs to make a shipyard to be smart communicating various multimedia information with wired and wireless broadband networks between hierarchical shipyards. In this paper, we propose an additional function of an LTE femtocell local gateway at a remote shipyard, an information exchange method between hierarchical shipyards, and an offload method to separate the general traffic. To reduce traffic of duplicated requests in shipyard, we apply a D2D communication scheme for supporting communication between shipyard equipments without IP service network. Hence, it is expected to increase the productivity of shipyard industry with mobile communications, D2D and broadband Internet technologies.
