Maritime safety is a critical factor in protecting lives from accidents at sea and fostering a safer marine environment. In this study, we developed a TPMS device aimed at enhancing maritime safety, providing technological solutions for detecting accidents at sea and enabling swift responses. The device utilizes a Tube Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) to detect tube expansion and is designed to collect real-time data and communicate with surrounding devices for rapid responses. Experimental results confirm the effective detection of pressure by TPMS (Tube Pressure Monitoring System) and stable data transmission and reception with the main IoT device. Additionally, a mobile app capable of receiving emergency alert messages and accessing information for rapid responses in emergency situations was developed. The developed device and mobile app encompass technology applicable not only in the maritime safety field but also in various other application areas, with potential for expanded application in real-world scenarios in the future. These results are expected to contribute to enhancing safety in the marine environment.
At present, communication network for subway is making use of the train radio system for main network and normally established a base station every three subway station. It is talk over the telephone between a locomotive and the traffic control for careful train service. Besides, mobile telephone equipment is using for service improve and convenience to passengers such as 011, 016, 017, 019 and what not. However, the train radio system has been occurring a various problems when a state of emergency because it is able to compose only one communication route each base station zone. We could have improving like this problems through induce the TRS(Trunked Radio System), though because have been able to compose multilateral communication route in case of linking with LCX(Leaked Coaxial) cable which is established. Therefore, we could be able to a fitting meet the emergency as train firing etc.. and efficient use of limited frequency resources.
Purpose: This dissertation is a descriptive research study analyzing the accuracy and reliability of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) application developed in Korea. Methods: Two faculty members from the emergency medical services department and the emergency medicine department searched applications from July 1 to July 10, 2019 and selected a total of 13 applications. Twelve questions were assessed for information accuracy and three were assessed for reliability. In accordance with application types, the number and mean ± standard deviation were analyzed. The t-test was used to compare the accuracy of CPR information in accordance with information sources. Results: The results revealed the following errors: 7 cases (53.8%) identified the chest center lining from the nipple center-line as the chest pressure point; 5 cases (38.5%) did not provide information on the depth of 6 cm that should not be exceeded; and 4 cases (30.8%) did not provide advise to check respiration. When the CPR information sources were included, the information accuracy score was high; a significant difference was observed (p=.035). Conclusion: In the case of applications providing medical information regarding CPR, it is necessary to provide at least authoritarian, sources of information, and author transparency as well as continuous effort and attention.

Recently, the disaster situation has been diversified and compounded worldwide as well as in Korea. And the damage scale of each disasters have increased, and following economic loss is also increasing immensely. In Korea, especially the out break frequency of large-scale disasters has increased. Disasters caused by earthquakes are also very likely to occur. When a major accident such as Mauna resort collapse accident, Ferry sewol sinking accident occurred, systematic emergency medical care at the site at the time of disaster occurred in order to operate an emergency medical facility corresponding to the site, which is not systematic. The need for this service is urgent. If highly reliable emergency medical system function at appropriate times in the disaster site, secondary damage can be reduced and the whole situation would be back to normal shortly. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an emergency medical system capable of quickly and safely responding to disaster sites in relation to various damage scale. For the purpose, thorough analysis on mobile medical units of inside and outside the country was accomplished. As a result, Mobile Medical Unit of outside the country are trailer type, tent type, container type etc. At home, these types have been studied and will be proposed early next year as a temporary solution. Here we introduce suitable types for our country.

It often occur to nature disaster that like earthquake, typhoon, etc. around KOREA. A Haiti and Chile also metropolitan area of KOREA occur earthquake. in result, People think of nature disaster. Structures of present age are easily affected by nature disaster. So we are important that warn of dangerous situation as soon as possible. On this study, I introduce Integrated monitoring system that administrator check a event as early. I develop Monitoring System using SMS(Short Message Service). Administrator always monitor structure on real-time using mobile web-page. As Administrator using mobile device like PDA, Administrator always monitor structure. As using this system, Damage of nature disaster is minimized and is prevented post damage.
The warming up of the recent competition in the smart phone industry followed by rapid increase of open platforms and app stores have led the mobile terminals to adopt the general purpose operating system. The mobile device utilizing this OS is vulnerable to mobile malignant code which is highly transferable. As a result, the scale of mobile attack and harm increase. However, compared to the malicious code and virus which keep increasing, the elements for security to prevent are insufficient. Therefore, this paper describe about the Context Aware Service that eliminates the potentially risky elements on the smart phone service, which could threaten the usability of the service including invasion of personal information. The proposed system prevents from disclosure of personal information by giving the procedure of information, and realizes the service that is able to change the sequence of identifying the users' information to prepare for emergency.

With the development of IT technology recently, medical information systems are being constructed in an integrated u-health environment through cloud services, IoT technologies, and mobile applications. These kinds of medical information systems should provide the medical staff with authorities to access patients' medical information for emergency status treatments or therapeutic purposes. Therefore, in the medical information systems, the reliable and prompt authentication processes are necessary to access the biometric information and the medical information of the patients in charge of the medical staff. However, medical information systems are accessing with simple and static user authentication mechanism using only medical ID / PWD in the present system environment. For this reason, in this paper, we suggest a dynamic situation authentication mechanism that provides transparency of medical information access including various authentication factors considering patient's emergency status condition and dynamic situation authentication system supporting it. Our dynamic Situation Authentication is a combination of user authentication and mobile device authentication, which includes various authentication factor attributes such as emergency status, role of medical staff, their working hours, and their working positions and so forth. We designed and implemented a dynamic situation authentication system including emergency status decision, dynamic situation authentication, and authentication support DB construction. Finally, in order to verify the serviceability of the suggested dynamic situation authentication system, the medical staffs download the mobile application from the medical information server to the medical staff's own mobile device together with the dynamic situation authentication process and the permission to access medical information to the patient and showed access to medical information.
In modern society, development of medical technology has extended the human life span. However, it has also caused some side-effects. Mostly old people who live alone are not available the medical service quickly when they are in emergency situations. Moreover heart related diseases as well are rapidly increasing with aging. This study proposes the emergency medical alarm system. This system measures the physiological signals such as ECG(electrocardiogram), temperature, and motion data, analyzes those data automatically, and sends the urgent message to the Emergency Medical Center and to their family. There are two main parts in the system. In the first part, physiological data acquisition part, the troublesome addition and deletion of body signals on existing proposed systems have been supplemented, which led to the modulized production by means of ECG sensor module, temperature sensor module, acceleration sensor module. The other part is mobile unit, which includes signal processing and transmission functions. And bluetooth allows two parts to communicate with each other. Data that are processed in the mobile unit are stored in the PC database through the WLAN using TCP/IP protocol.

Mobile network is used by many users worldwide for diverse services, including phone-call, messaging and data transfer over the Internet. However, this network may experience massive damage if it is exposed to cyber-attacks or denial-of-service attacks via wireless communication interference. Because the mobile network is also used as an emergency network in cases of disaster, evaluation or verification for security and safety is necessary as an important nation-wide asset. However, it is not easy to analyze the mobile core network because it's built and serviced by private service providers, exclusively operated, and there is even no separate network for testing. Thus, in this paper, a virtual mobile network is built using OpenAirInterface, which is implemented based on 3GPP standards and provided as an open source software, and the structure and protocols of the core network are analyzed. In particular, the S1AP protocol messages captured on S1-MME, the interface between the base station eNodeB and the mobility manager MME, are analyzed to identify potential security threats by evaluating the effect of the messages sent from the user terminal UE to the mobile core network.

As the number of single-person households is increasing in Korea, the demand for emergency support networks for the elderly and women is also growing. To meet the need, systemic solutions, such as a wide distribution of cell phones with embedded motion sensors that can alert the first responders or police in case of health or safety crisis, are regarded as critical issues. This paper introduces a design which registers the user's motions to process emergency reports via a mobile app running in the background. The method offers an affordable solution to reporting emergencies taking place both indoors and outdoors as it does not require an addition of hardware but only simple hand gestures.
