The Rational Regulation of Illegal & Harmful Information in Cyberspace (모바일 라이브 스트리밍 서비스의 불법·유해방송 근절에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzes the characteristics of mobile live streaming service, the illegal and harmful information characteristics of mobile live streaming service for the purpose of eradicating illegal and harmful broadcasting, and shows illegal and harmful broadcast on the mobile live streaming service and eradication plan. First, we reviewed the mobile live streaming service, illegal and harmful broadcasts through literature review, and secondly surveyed illegal and harmful broadcasts of mobile live streaming services and their awareness and countermeasures. As a result, it is confirmed that the mobile live streaming service is illegal, harmful broadcasting exposure frequency is high, illegal, and harmful broadcasting exposure is caused by characteristics of real time broadcasting rather than user's. In order to eradicate the illegal and mobile information about the mobile live streaming service, it is necessary to fix the illegal service and harmful broadcasting reporting system, but the government has confirmed the requirements for regulatory measures. From a microscopic point of view, it will be necessary to investigate the illegal use of mobile live streaming services and the eradication of harmful information.

  • Mobile devices such as mobile phones or PDAs are considered as main interlace tools in ubiquitous computing environment. For searching information in mobile device, it should be possible for user to input some text as well as to control cursor for navigation. So, we should find efficient interlace method for text input in limited dimension of mobile devices. This study intends to suggest a new approach to mobile interaction using camera based virtual keyboard for text input in mobile devices. We developed a camera based virtual keyboard prototype using a PC camera and a small size LCD display. User can move the prototype in the air to control the cursor over keyboard layout in screen and input text by pressing a button. The new interaction method in this study is evaluated as competitive compared to mobile phone keypad in left input efficiency. And the new method can be operated by one hand and make it possible to design smaller device by eliminating keyboard part. The new interaction method can be applied to text input method for mobile devices requiring especially small dimension. And this method can be modified to selection and navigation method for wireless internet contents on small screen devices.

  • A mobile phone became the practical necessities of Chinese life that can not be explained without a mobile phone as it is rapidly popularized in China in recent years. As income increases due to economic growth, so did desire to buy better products. And This desire has made consumers in China more concerned about design and consequently leads to artistic design of a mobile phone. And also this trend is getting linked to people's personalisation in that people prefer rather to choose products they like than standardized ones in the middle of a variety of cultural inflows. This study mainly focuses on the development of the characterized mobile phone with a high class brand by use of traditional elements and of design identity of a mobile phone with Chines style that is well harmonized with cultural and personalized identity as consumers' preferences are quite different from each other depending on each country's culture. For this, this study investigates traditional elements such as patterns, colors and characters as well as development and features of the mobile phone design. This will also lead to the development of a mobile phone with traditional elements of China by studying utilization of design with traditional patterns. To do this, the study analyzes to research traditional patterns(Dragon, Phoenix, Peony, Lotus Flower), colors(Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, White) and historical origin and concept of characters. The study also looks into instances and personalisation of mobile phone design by analyzing literatures.

  • In this paper, we design and implement a mobile robot with variable structure for tip-over prevention. The mobile robot is designed for the purpose of stable drive and work in outdoor terrain. The outdoor terrain is rough and uneven. In this terrain, the tip-over of the mobile robot can occur while driving and working. Therefore, the structure of the mobile robot must be designed in consideration of stable drive and work. The proposed structure is defined as an X-shape for overall balance of the mobile robot. The shape is designed by using a multi-level structure for reducing the size of the robot. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed design, we analyze the tip-over characteristics according to the height of gravitational center and the extension length of the robot. Finally, we develop a prototype of the mobile robot with variable structure, taking the results of the tip-over analysis into consideration.

  • This paper aims to design and realize mobile webapp ticket reservation system based smartphone with N-tier mobile webapp framework. In mobile framework, presentation-tier utilizes HTML5/CSS3 and Sencha Touch, middle-tier consists of spring framework and MyBatis, database-tier using oracle possible to apply enterprise services mobile webbapp offices. In this study, mobile framework deploy and configuration management without the support of the app in N-tier that does not need to be considered in the smartphone-based mobile webapp ticket reservation system analysis and design, and then implementation.

  • In this paper, concerning the various advertising and policy advertising of the election with respect to whether to deliver a message to a large number of people, we design and implement an automative system what enables sending the text messages directly from the server to the client and also fast feedback is enabled by utilizing a number of operational programs to connect to the server. Therefore, we design and implement the automative communication system which enables delivering message to each user mobile terminal from a plurality of relay mobile terminals by utilizing the mobile instant messenger, not to deliver a message from the server to the mobile instant messenger user directly. In result of comparative analysis on the number of times of data transmission, this automative communication system utilizing mobile instant messenger shows the result that it enables transmitting five times per minute as it can copy and paste in the automation system regardless of the size of the data loading, otherwise in case of transmitting manually it show the result that the number of times of data transmission is reduced if the size of the data is larger.

  • This paper presents the design and implementation of credit-control application to provide prepaid service for Diameter Mobile-lP application in Diameter-based AAA system. Diameter credit-control application is designed to support prepaid accounting service, which is not supported in RADIUS and Diameter accounting. Real-time credit-control requires that an application must be able to rate service information in real-time. In addition, it is necessary to check that the end user's account provides coverage for the requested service, prior to initiation of that service. In this paper, we design and implementation Diameter credit-control to provide prepaid service for Diameter Mobile-IP application.

  • As an improvement of the CPU performance of mobile terminals and an increase of user requirements for multimedia services, various multimedia services and applications have been developed and served over mobile platforms. In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of the Mobile Flash which is one of the famous services in mobile platforms with the limitation of hardware resources. The Mobile flash is an optimized solution for mobile terminals of the Flash, which has been used in the Internet browsers not less than 95% in the world for playing various types of contents such as animations, games, contents for education, e-commerce.

A Constrained Triangulation Technique for Visualization on Mobile Devices (모바일 장치에서의 가시화를 위한 경계기반 삼각화)

  • 3D rendering is becoming a common feature of mobile application programs with the rapid advance of mobile devices. Since the existing rendering engines do not provide triangulation functions, mobile 3D programs have focused on an efficient handling with pre-tessellated geometry. In addition, triangulation is comparatively expensive in computation, so it seems that the triangulation cannot be easily implemented on mobile devices with limited resources. Triangulation of 3D geometry is the essential process of visualization of 3D model data and many different triangulation methods have been reported. We developed a light and fast visualization process that involves constrained triangulation based on Voronoi diagram and applied it to a mobile computer application. In this paper, we applied kd-tree to the original incremental construction algorithm and produced new O(nlogn) incremental construction algorithm. And we show a simple and efficient constrained triangulation method based on Voronoi diagram. This paper also describes an implementation of mobile STEP data viewer as an application of our proposed algorithms.

  • For avoiding the waste of costs for building each mobile platform according to each mobile communication vender, KWISF proposed WIPI platform standard. Already the venders are providing mobile map services which are adapted on their own platforms. Because the integration of various mobile platform was performed to WIPI standard, the changes of platform and component API may cause the environment changes of mobile nap services. This study shows the design and implementation results of mobile map services adapted to WPI environments.
