  • In this paper we purposes to analyze the motivation of mobile payment adopters. In this study, with unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model as the basis of research, we set up a structural equation model based on gender, age, experience and voluntary, collected data in the form of a questionnaire survey and analyzed drivers that affected mobile payers. In this study, The necessity of this paper is that the group of Korean students belongs to a special group with nearly 70,000 people. The penetration rate of mobile payment in China is 77%, ranking first in the world, but after the young people came to Korea. There are many obstacles and inconveniences when using mobile payment. We have proposed special subjects for special populations. the survey data were analyzed using SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 statistical software and the proposed model was modified. The results show that consumers' mobile payment is mainly motivated by social influence and performance expectancy. These results are of theoretical value and offer a new direction and implications to mobile payment developers. Besides, they also provide useful information and guidance for enterprises to aim at the market of Chinese oversea students in South Korea.

  • Recent researches reveal that great benefit can be achieved for data gathering in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) by employing mobile data collectors. In order to balance the energy consumption at sensor nodes and prolong the network lifetime, a multi-track large-scale mobile data collection mechanism (MTDCM) is proposed in this paper. MTDCM is composed of two phases: the Energy-balance Phase and the Data Collection Phase. In this mechanism, the energy-balance trajectories, the sleep-wakeup strategy and the data collection algorithm are determined. Theoretical analysis and performance simulations indicate that MTDCM is an energy efficient mechanism. It has prominent features on balancing the energy consumption and prolonging the network lifetime.

  • In mobile database environments, the efficient synchronization technique is required to maintain the consistency of replicated data because the same data can be replicated between so many different databases, In this paper, we propose a message digest based synchronization technique to maintain the consistency of replicated data between client databases and a server database in mobile environments. The proposed data synchronization technique has the advantage of generality aspect and extensibility aspect by using the tuple-based message digest output to detect the data conflicts.

  • Mobile crowd-sensing (MCS) is a promising sensing paradigm that leverages mobile users with smart devices to perform large-scale sensing tasks in order to provide services to specific applications in various domains. However, MCS sensing tasks may not always be successfully completed or timely completed for various reasons, such as accidentally leaving the tasks incomplete by the users, asynchronous transmission, or connection errors. This results in missing sensing data at specific locations and times, which can degrade the performance of the applications and lead to serious casualties. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a missing data inference approach, called missing data approximation with probabilistic tensor factorization (MDI-PTF), to approximate the missing values as closely as possible to the actual values while taking asynchronous data transmission time and different sensing locations of the mobile users into account. The proposed method first normalizes the data to limit the range of the possible values. Next, a probabilistic model of tensor factorization is formulated, and finally, the data are approximated using the gradient descent method. The performance of the proposed algorithm is verified by conducting simulations under various situations using different datasets.

  • In this paper, we propose a surveillance system using multi-person tracking in a WIPI based mobile system, which is the standard wireless internet platform. The proposed system consists of two subsystems: the person tracking system and the mobile information transmission system. The person tracking system tracks persons who invade security and the mobile information transmission system sends the tracking results from the person tracking system to the user's mobile phone. In this paper, the person tracking system tracks persons who appear on many cameras with non-overlapping views in order to achieve a wider view. The mobile information transmission system saves automatically tracked data to the owner's web server and transmits the saved data to the user's WIPI mobile phone. Therefore, whenever the user wishes to view tracked data later, the mobile system can provide the user with the tracking results by either the user selecting particular cameras or the time on the owner's mobile phone. The proposed system is a new surveillance system that transfers tracked data among cameras to the user's mobile phone in order to overcome space limitations in tracking areas and monitoring areas and spatial limitations in monitoring hours.

  • With the advent of IoT technology and Big Data computing, the importance of WSNs (Wireless Sensor Networks) has been on the rise. For energy-efficient and collection-efficient delivery of any sensed data, lots of novel wireless medium access control (MAC) protocols have been proposed and these MAC schemes are the basis of many IoT systems that leads the upcoming fourth industrial revolution. WSNs play a very important role in collecting Big Data from various IoT sensors. Also, due to the limited amount of battery driving the sensors, energy-saving MAC technologies have been recently studied. In addition, as new IoT technologies for Big Data computing emerge to meet different needs, both sensors and sinks need to be mobile. To guarantee stability of WSNs with dynamic topologies as well as frequent physical changes, the existing MAC schemes must be tuned for better adapting to the new WSN environment which includes energy-efficiency and collection-efficiency of sensors, coverage of WSNs and data collecting methods of sinks. To address these issues, in this paper, a self-organization scheme for mobile sensor networks with mobile multiple sinks has been proposed and verified to adapt both mobile sensors and multiple sinks to 3-dimensional group management MAC protocol. Performance evaluations show that the proposed scheme outperforms the previous schemes in terms of the various usage cases. Therefore, the proposed self-organization scheme might be adaptable for various computing and networking environments with big data.

  • Mobile data caching is usually used as an effective way to improve the speed of local transaction processing and reduce server load. In mobile database environment, due to its characters - low bandwidth, excessive latency and intermittent network, caching is especially crucial. A lot of mobile data caching strategies have been proposed to handle these problems over the last few years. However, with smart phone widely application these approaches cannot support vast data requirements efficiently. In this paper, to make full use of cache data, lower wireless transmission quantity and raise transaction success rate, we design a new mobile data caching synchronization strategy based on in-demand and replacement priority. We experimentally verify that our techniques significantly reduce quantity of wireless transmission and improve transaction success rate, especially when mobile client request a large amount of data.
