The quality of navigation service is determined by the accuracy of the available data. For existing navigation services, a full map update is provided in order to keep the map data of mobile devices current. As content and services of mobile devices have recently been diversifying, the size of map data managed in mobile devices has increased, reaching several gigabytes in size. It generally takes tens of minutes to write several gigabytes of data into mobile device storage. For traditional navigation systems, a complicated storage structure called a physical storage format (PSF) is used to assure maximum processing performance of map data in mobile devices within limited resources. Consequently, even though modified navigation map data actually affects only a portion of a map, the full map data is updated because partial updates are not possible. In this paper, a navigation system is studied to solve this difficult partial map update problem. The map air update navigation system, which is the result of this study, provides real-time partial map updating using wireless communications.

본 논문은 중첩이동 네트워크에서 QM(Quality of service Manager)를 이용하여 최적의 MR 지정(Optimal Mobile Router Designation) 방안을 제시한다. QM은 중첩 이동 네트워크의 TLMR(Top Level Mobile Router)에 위치하며, 이동 네트워크내의 모든 MR에 대한 정보를 관리한다. OMRD는 MN(Mobile Node)이 새로운 MR로 이동할 때, 후보 MR 그룹을 선택한 후, 이동 특성을 고려하여 최적의 MR을 결정한다. OMRD는 호가 종료할 때까지 핸드오버 발생을 최대한 줄여주며, 무선 자원 부족으로 인해 발생하는 신규 호와 핸드오버 호의 전송지연을 없애준다. 또한 특정 MR의 집중화를 없애주며, 이동 네트워크 전체의 부화를 균등하게 해준다.

본 연구는 모바일 컨버전스의 유형을 그 특성에 따라 4가지로 분류하고 각각에 대한 사용자의 효용을 검증한 실증적 연구이다. 먼저, 휴대폰에 (1)인터넷 등의 서비스가 융합되는 개방서비스, (2)일정관리 등과 같이 고유의 서비스가 융합되는 고유서비스, (3)DMB 등과 같이 방송서비스가 융합되는 방송, (4)카메라 등과 같은 기기가 융합되는 기기의 크게 4가지로 컨버전스를 유형화하였다. 본 연구의 모델은 모바일 컨버전스의 효용이 컨버전스 유형별 이용수준과 품질수준에 의해 어떻게 달라지는가를 규명하는 것이다. 분석 결과, 개방서비스와 기기의 이용수준이 모바일 컨버전스의 효용에 미치는 영향이 유의하게 나타났고, 개방서비스의 품질수준이 효용에 미치는 영향이 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 컨버전스를 유형화하고 사용자 효용에 영향을 미치는 유형을 검증함으로써, 향후 성공적인 디지털 컨버전스를 위한 의미있는 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

현재 모바일콘텐츠 분류체계는 분류원칙에 위배되는 구조적 문제와 컨버전스에 기인한 서비스의 다양화를 수용하는데 한계를 드러낸다. 본 연구는 이러한 한계점의 극복방안으로 알리스(Al Ries)의 이론을 발전시킨 대칭형과 비대칭형의 분류기준을 적용한 새로운 모바일콘텐츠 분류체계를 제시 한다. 여기서 대칭형은 융합 과정에서 변이(變異)되어 새로운 형태의 모바일 콘텐츠가 생성되는 것을 의미하는 반면, 비대칭형은 독립적인 속성들이 유지된 채 융합된 조합(組合)을 의미한다. 제시된 분류체계를 적용하여 현(現) 모바일 콘텐츠를 분석하면 모바일 콘텐츠 개발 및 서비스가 대칭형을 지향하고 있다는 사실과 기술의 발전과 함께 과거의 비대칭형 모바일 콘텐츠 역시 대칭형으로 재개발 되고 있다는 콘텐츠 산업의 경향이 도출된다. 현재 모바일 콘텐츠는 대칭적 성향과 비대칭적 성향이 공존한다는 측면에서 모바일콘텐츠 분류에 있어 대칭형과 비대칭형의 개념적 분류는 당분간 요구된다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 도출된 모바일 분류체계는 모바일콘텐츠 관련 연구자에게 컨버전스 경향은 물론 속성을 비교 분석할 수 있는 근거를 제공하는 동시에 모바일콘텐츠 관련 개발전략과 포지셔닝(Positioning) 전략을 세울 수 있는 일정정도 방향성 및 토대를 제시한다고 볼 수 있다.

According to the development of information processing technology and mobile communication technology, the utilization of mobile banking systems is drastically increasing in banking system. In the foreseeable future, it is expected to increase rapidly the demands of mobile banking in bank systems with the prevalence of smart devices and technologies. However, the keeping 'security' is very important in banking systems that handles personal information and financial assets. But it is very difficult to improve the security of banking systems only with the vulnerabilities and faults analysis methods of information security. Hence, in this paper, we accomplish the analysis of security risk factor and security vulnerability that occur in mobile banking system. With analyzed results, we propose the information security control and management processes for assessing and improving security based on the mechanisms which composes mobile banking system.

스마트폰의 등장과 모바일 앱 시장의 성장에 따라 게임 산업이 모바일을 중심으로 재편되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 앱 사용 특성과 더불어 모바일 게임 앱 간의 관계를 연관성 규칙으로 알아봄으로써, 모바일 앱으로써 게임의 특성을 찾아내고 이를 기반으로 모바일 게임 앱의 촉진과 모바일 게임 앱에서 광고효과를 얻을 수 있는 모바일 앱은 무엇인지 알아보고자 한다.

This study proposed a new approach to intelligent control of a mobile robot system by back properpagation based on multi-layer neural network. A experiment result is given in which some artificial assumptions about the linear and the angluar velocities of mobile robots from recent literature are dropped. In this study, we proposed a new thinique to impliment the real time conrol of he position and velocity of mobile robots. With the proposed control techinique, mobile robots can now globally follow any path such as a straight line, a circle and the path approaching th toe origin using proposed controller. Computer simulations are presented, which confirm the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm. Moreover, practical experimental results concerning the real time control are reported with several real line constraints for mobile robots with two wheel driving.

The era of convergence is being applied to all areas of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The convergence of broadcasting service and communication service almost occurs on smart devices including smartphone. The smart hybrid Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) is a typical example of the convergence of broadcasting and wireless communication service. The hybrid mobile broadcasting service can support seamless video, 3D, high quality, and additional data services based on network connection between the broadcasting and wireless network. The gateway and terminal (including apps on the smartphone) take the role of the main components on the hybrid service. This paper presents the service concept, main components structure, the implementation of gateway and terminals, and field test to the urban areas for the mobile hybrid system.

Consumer needs becomes various in a mature mobile telecommunication market, while service differentiation is hard to achieve. The competition among telecommunication service providers is getting fierce in order to maintain and obtain customers. Moreover, HSDPA caused the intense marketing activity for the move to the next generation customers. Under these circumstances, brand equity can be a key to a long-term competitive edge for mobile phone service providers. In this study, we identified the factors influencing mobile telecommunication brand equity, and its influence on the HSDPA service subscription behavior.

유비쿼터스 시대가 도래하고 있는 요즘 디지털 컨버전스의 한 형태인 모바일 뱅킹이 확산되고 있다. 본 연구는 최근, 금융기관의 전략적 경쟁도구로서 자리 잡고 있는 모바일뱅킹의 확산을 지원하기 위하여, 모바일 뱅킹의 수용에 영향을 주는 요인을 찾아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰과 실증분석을 병행하여 모바일뱅킹 서비스의 특징 및 현황을 파악하고 모바일뱅킹의 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 지각된 유용성, 서비스 품질 그리고 즉시 접속성이 모바일뱅킹 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고, 지각된 이용 편이성과 사회적 영향 요인은 그다지 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 통신업체와 금융업체, 그리고 모바일 기술업체 등의 모바일 뱅킹 마케팅/기술 전략에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대되며 앞으로 좀 더 심도 깊은 추가적 연구와 토의가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
