  • In the recent a mobile internet makes a change in internet business. The mobile internet service is resulting in M-commerce. Even if M-commerce provides only information service, there will be much possibilities to make applications in various areas such as, delivery service, trading service, banking service etc. in the near future. Delivery service requires many steps in processing, originally. This study is designed to implement a mobile system which makes short in delivery process. It includes that a delivery man receives a signature on a paper and input data at the delivered place by using PDA at hand. The mobile system will be contributed to shorten delivery speed. It is proposed to implement the mobile office system for improving service efficiency in the business of delivery service. A Study on the Design of Low-Code and No Code Platform for Mobile Application Development

  • Workers' demands for new applications, especially mobile applications, are increasing. Many industry analysts, researchers and corporate executives say the demand for mobile applications is becoming increasingly difficult to follow in the IT department. Gartner predicts that by 2021, the demand for mobile application development within the enterprise will increase about five times faster than IT can deliver applications. The purpose of this paper is to provide an environment where non-developers who are in charge of business development can develop apps and webs for their work. The basic concept of a new innovative App development tool, Smart Maker Authoring Tool is to develop Apps on the level using easy-to-learn Word or Excel in a computer. The main feature is that the app is developed by a non-developer worker. The coding technology is perfectly optimized to the structure and operation mechanism of the IT Infra such as hardware devices and operating system, which are the targets for implementing a desired function. Rather, it shows excellent software productivity. The most important feature of future business development is that it is developed by a non-developer worker. In this paper, we propose a no-code and low-code platform for non - developers to develop their business. In the future, we will link the IoT based Arduino system and artificial intelligent interpretation system.

모바일 생태계에서 비즈니스 모델과 제품혁신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the effects of business model and product innovation on the performance of firms in mobile ecosystem)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 비즈니스 모델과 제품혁신이 모바일 생태계의 기업성과에 미치는 요인들을 제시하고 영향을 주는지에 대한 결과를 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 통하여 4차 산업의 모태가 된 모바일 생태계에서 비즈니스 모델 요인과 제품혁신 요인들을 정의하였고, 각 요인이 기업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 수립하였다. 그런 다음 모바일 생태계에 종사하는 기업 임직원을 대상으로 탐색적 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 진행하여 통계분석 및 시사점을 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 비즈니스 모델의 가치제안은 기업의 재무 및 비재우 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 입증하였고 혁신성은 기업의 비재무 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 입증하였다. 제품혁신의 가격경쟁력은 기업의 재무적인 요소에 정(+)의 효과 그리고 최초시장진입은 비재무적인 요소에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 통해 4차 산업혁명을 맞아 급성장하고 있는 기업의 성과를 비즈니스 모델과 제품혁신측면에서 측정 기준을 제안하였다.

Adoption of Mobile Peer-to-Peer Payment: Enabling Role of Substitution and Social Aspects

  • Despite the growing amount of mobile peer-to-peer (P2P) payment applications available on mobile app stores, these applications are still in their infancy and have yet to see mass adoption. This study aims to explore the factors that influence the adoption of such mobile P2P payment applications by using a large-scale data set based on the tracking of users' actual mobile application usage behavior. Our main findings reveal that the duration of each session that users use of traditional bank application has a significant relationship with their adoption of mobile P2P payment applications. In addition, we explore the social aspect of such mobile P2P payment applications by analyzing their social network applications usage and found that the amount of social network service applications used and usage duration positively impacted one's adoption of mobile P2P payment applications. These findings have important theoretical and practical implications for stakeholders of mobile P2P payment solution providers as well as intermediaries/banks who provide their own payment applications to their customers.

Examining Customers' Continuance Intentions towards E-wallet Usage: The Emergence of Mobile Payment Acceptance in Vietnam

  • The purpose of the research is to identify antecedents of mobile wallet continuance intention in Vietnam. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to collect data from a total of 276 respondents. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was employed for analyzing the data. Five mobile wallet features - mobile application quality, mobile wallet familiarity, situational normality, payment security, and feedback mechanism - are introduced as fundamental elements, which influence customer' continuance intention to use mobile wallet in Vietnam. The results indicate that mobile quality application and familiarity can significantly influence perceived ease-of-use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU), but situational normality has an impact only on PEOU. PEOU and PU are positively related to satisfaction. On the other hand, payment security and feedback mechanism affect positively customer' trust. As a result, the positive effects that satisfaction and trust have on electronic wallet continuance intention are confirmed. The findings can be used to advise mobile wallet providers to improve their platform design and services to retain users. As a theoretical contribution, this study combines the Technology Acceptance Model, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to investigate the key determinants on continuance intention in the context of electronic wallet in Vietnam.

  • As mobile shopping has been increasing, the competition has been also increasing to satisfy various consumers' needs. Despite such increase in terms of the volume of the consumers who use mobile shopping, there has been very few studies to examine characteristics of mobile shopping malls. The purpose of this empirical study is to investigate the effect of characteristics of mobile shopping malls on consumer loyalty and the interaction effect of the O2O experience on the relationship between the characteristics of mobile shopping malls and consumer loyalty. Using a sample of 276 individuals who have experienced mobile shopping, we found that certain characteristics such as ubiquity, personalization, or convenience have a positive impact on consumer loyalty and a design characteristic solely has an interaction effect on consumer loyalty. As consumer loyalty has a critical factor on mobile shopping mall's profit, examining which factor has a positive effect on consumer loyalty is beneficial for mobile shopping malls. The results of the study have both practical and empirical implications.

  • 시나리오 방법론은 빠르고 복잡하게 변화화는 경영환경 하에서 기업을 지원해 주는 가장 효과적인 툴 중에 하나이다. 특히, 시나리오 방법론은 불확실한 상황에서 의사결정시 보다 효과적이다. 이 논문은 기업의 관리자들이 어떻게 시나리오 기반의 기업 전략을 수립 할 수 있는지 보여 준다. 한국의 무선 통신 서비스 시장의 가상 이동 망 사업자 (MVNO: Mobile Virtual Network Operator)의 사례를 들어 설명하였다. 또한, 시나리오 기반 관리에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하였으며, 전략적 관리 프로세스에 시나리오 방법론을 통합하는 방법론에 대해 논의하였다. 특히, 시나리오에서 상황을 결정짓는 다양한 중요 요소들과 흐름들을 새롭게 고안된 방법론을 통하여 발견하였고, 이를 통해 새로운 전략들을 도출하였다.

  • 본 연구는 미술관이나 박물관과 같은 전시공간에서 모바일 RFID를 활용한 비즈니스 모델을 설계한다. 기존의 전시공간에서 관람객이 겪을 수 밖에 없었던 정보 취득 및 저장의 제약성 등과 같은 한계점이 모바일 RFID를 통한 연결완전성(Seamlessness)에 의해 극복될 것으로 판단하고, 관람의 목적만을 가지고 있던 전시공간이 모바일 RFID를 통해 상거래(Commerce)와 엔터테인먼트(Entertainment) 요소가 가미된 역동적인 공간으로 변화될 것으로 판단하여, 전시공간에서 모바일 RFID를 활용하여 수행될 수 있는 비즈니스 모델 시나리오를 제시한다. 또한, 제안하는 비즈니스 모델 수행 시, 발생할 수 있는 이슈에 대하여 고찰하고 그에 대한 대안을 제시하며, 수익 시뮬레이션을 통한 전시공간 사업자의 사업 참여 조건(Working Condition)에 대하여 검토한다. 그리고 이후 전시공간에 부착되는 각 태그의 가치를 태그평가 모델(Tag Evaluation Model)을 통하여 검토한다.

Research on Use Motivations of Mobile Payment Adopters: A Case Study on Chinese Oversea Students in South Korea

  • In this paper we purposes to analyze the motivation of mobile payment adopters. In this study, with unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model as the basis of research, we set up a structural equation model based on gender, age, experience and voluntary, collected data in the form of a questionnaire survey and analyzed drivers that affected mobile payers. In this study, The necessity of this paper is that the group of Korean students belongs to a special group with nearly 70,000 people. The penetration rate of mobile payment in China is 77%, ranking first in the world, but after the young people came to Korea. There are many obstacles and inconveniences when using mobile payment. We have proposed special subjects for special populations. the survey data were analyzed using SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 statistical software and the proposed model was modified. The results show that consumers' mobile payment is mainly motivated by social influence and performance expectancy. These results are of theoretical value and offer a new direction and implications to mobile payment developers. Besides, they also provide useful information and guidance for enterprises to aim at the market of Chinese oversea students in South Korea.

Business Collaborative System Based on Social Network Using MOXMDR-DAI+

  • Companies have made an investment of cost and time to optimize processing of a new business model in a cloud environment, applying collaboration technology utilizing business processes in a social network. The collaborative processing method changed from traditional BPM to the cloud and a mobile cloud environment. We proposed a collaborative system for operating processes in social networks using MOXMDR-DAI+ (eXtended Metadata Registry-Data Access & Integration based multimedia ontology). The system operating cloud-based collaborative processes in application of MOXMDR-DAI+, which was suitable for data interoperation. MOXMDR-DAI+ applied to this system was an agent effectively supporting access and integration between multimedia content metadata schema and instance, which were necessary for data interoperation, of individual local system in the cloud environment, operating collaborative processes in the social network. In operating the social network-based collaborative processes, there occurred heterogeneousness such as schema structure and semantic collision due to queries in the processes and unit conversion between instances. It aimed to solve the occurrence of heterogeneousness in the process of metadata mapping using MOXMDR-DAI+ in the system. The system proposed in this study can visualize business processes. And it makes it easier to operate the collaboration process through mobile support. Real-time status monitoring of the operation process is possible through the dashboard, and it is possible to perform a collaborative process through expert search using a community in a social network environment.
