컨벤션 모바일 어플리케이션 특성에 따른 이용만족도 및 충성도 연구 (A Study of Convention Mobile Application Characteristics that Affect User Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • 본 연구는 최근에 스마트폰을 활용한 모바일 정보탐색 및 활용정도가 급격히 증가함에 이를 이용한 소비자들의 행동특성 활용가치에 대한 연구가 중요하다고 강조되고 있으며 많은 연구가 진행되어왔다. 이에 컨벤션산업에서의 모바일을 활용한 정보제공이 점차 늘어나고 있으며, 특히 모바일 어플리케이션을 활용한 컨텐츠 제공이 점차 늘어나고 있으며 이에 따라 컨벤션 참가객들의 정보수집 및 획득 특성에 변화가 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 컨벤션 모바일 어플리케이션 특성에 따른 이용만족도 및 충성도와의 관계를 분석하였고 모바일 어플리케이션 특성 중 이용편리성, 정보성, 편재성, 오락성 등이 영향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다. 따라서 컨벤션 모바일 어플리케이션에 대한 활용정도 및 고객품질 증진을 위하는 것이 결과적으로 컨벤션 개최 성과도 영향을 주고 있음에 따라 컨벤션 모바일 어플리케이션에 대한 관리에 신중할 필요가 있다고 본다.

네트워크 분석을 이용한 애플리케이션 서비스 하위 카테고리 분류: 헬스케어 어플리케이션 중심으로 (Categorizing Sub-Categories of Mobile Application Services using Network Analysis: A Case of Healthcare Applications)

  • 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스 시장의 폭발적으로 성장함에 따라 애플리케이션 서비스를 고객과 개발자 관점에서 분류하는 것이 필요한 실정이다. 그러나 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스의 체계적 분류에 관한 연구는 제한적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 네트워크 모듈성 분석을 통하여 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스의 분류하고 하위 카테고리를 제안하고자 한다. 구글플레이(GooglePlay)를 통해 총 1,607개의 헬스케어 관련 애플리케이션 서비스를 수집한 후 각 애플리케이션 서비스의 설명(description) 텍스트를 활용하여 유사도를 측정하고 이를 바탕으로 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 모듈성 분석을 수행하여 전체 네트워크의 커뮤니티를 탐지한 후, 각 클러스터를 기반으로 서비스 분류법을 도출한다. 이번 연구는 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스를 체계적으로 탐색하고자 하는 고객과 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스의 트렌드를 분석하고자 하는 개발자 모두에게 도움이 되는 서비스 분류에 대한 체계적인 접근방식이 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 모바일애플리케이션은 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 스마트디바이스 기반에서 활용되는 SW를 말한다. 최근 스마트디바이스의 보급률과 이용률이 지속적으로 증가하면서 개인과 기업들은 수많은 모바일애플리케이션 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 하지만 모바일애플리케이션의 양이 급증하는 것에 비해 모바일애플리케이션의 품질 평가에 관한 연구는 매우 부족하여 모바일애플리케이션의 품질기준이 정립되지 않은 실정이다. 더욱이, 모바일애플리케이션은 스마트디바이스를 통해 활용되므로 이동성과 휴대성, 인터넷 접속성 등의 다양한 특성, 스마트디바이스의 하드웨어적 특징(저성능 고효율의 CPU, 메모리 등)을 포함하고 있기 때문에, 일반적인 SW와는 차별화된 품질기준과 평가모델이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 필요성에 따라 모바일애플리케이션 평가모델을 제안하고자 한다. 평가모델은 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 25000의 품질속성에 기반하여 제안하였으며, 검증을 위해 시나리오 기반의 사례연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 모바일애플리케이션의 품질을 평가하는데 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

모바일 마케팅의 유형화와 패션 어플리케이션 이용 동기 (Typology of mobile marketing and fashion application usage motives)

  • The importance of marketing on mobile platforms as well as mobile commerce is increasing dramatically in fashion industry. The purpose of this study was to categorize mobile fashion marketing strategies and to examine application usage motivations that influence brand attitude, purchase decisions, and post-purchase evaluation. Qualitative research methods, in particular focus-groups and in-depth interviews, were conducted to examine the typology of mobile marketing and fashion application usage motivations. Then, a modified survey was used to quantitatively examine what content consumers expect from fashion applications. Results of the qualitative study indicated that consumers perceive sensory (visual, tactile, auditory), relationship, information and practical marketing strategies through motives. Survey result from 229 consumers revealed four fashion application usage motives: sensory, relationship, information and practical. Based on these motives consumers were segmented into three groups: the experience/relationship-conscious, the product information-conscious, and the lifestyle information-conscious. The product information-conscious group showed higher level of monthly income and clothing expenses but lower level of mobile device usages. Lifestyle information-conscious group and experience/relationship-conscious group had higher level of attitude, and post-purchase evaluation. It was experience-relationship conscious consumers who spent more time in mobile use. This study shows a better understanding of mobile marketing environment of fashion applications.

A Study on the Mobile Application Security Threats and Vulnerability Analysis Cases

  • Security threats are increasing with interest due to the mass spread of smart devices, and vulnerabilities in developed applications are being exposed while mobile malicious codes are spreading. The government and companies provide various applications for the public, and for reliability and security of applications, security checks are required during application development. In this paper, among the security threats that can occur in the mobile service environment, we set up the vulnerability analysis items to respond to security threats when developing Android-based applications. Based on the set analysis items, vulnerability analysis was performed by examining three applications of public institutions and private companies currently operating as mobile applications. As a result of application security checks used by three public institutions and companies, authority management and open module stability management were well managed. However, it was confirmed that many security vulnerabilities were found in input value verification, outside transmit data management, and data management. It is believed that it will contribute to improving the safety of mobile applications through the case of vulnerability analysis for Android application security.

스마트 센서를 이용한 Baby Care 모바일 어플리케이션 개발 (Development of Baby Care Mobile Application Using Smart Sensor)

  • 최근 센서와 네트워크 기술을 접목한 유비쿼터스 기술이 부각되고 있으며 이를 USN (ubiquitous sensor network)라 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 USN 기술을 기반으로 영유아의 건강과 안전을 관리하기 위해 스마트 센서를 이용한 Baby care 모바일 어플리케이션을 제안하고 개발하였다. 개발한 모바일 어플리케이션은 영유아의 낙상 감지, 울음 감지, 발열 감지 등의 정보를 개발한 모바일 어플리케이션의 화면에 나타내었다. 개발된 모바일 어플리케이션은 모의 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the essential contents of mobile application for self-management of patients with osteoarthritis through Delphi survey. Methods: The Delphi survey was conducted with 14 experts to determine the importance of contents in osteoarthritis self-management mobile application. Results: A total of 25 contents were finalized for the osteoarthritis self-management mobile application. The contents consisted of 7 items for daily living management, 8 items for disease information, 3 items for pain management, 6 items for exercise, and 1 item for weight management. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, self-management mobile application can be developed and used as an interventional tool for patients with osteoarthritis.

Mobile application to evaluate existing university buildings using building information

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide information on building's energy consumption and efficiency for general building users through a mobile application. Method: This paper presents a mobile application process and building energy assessment models for general users to understand easily. There are two assessment models, one is based on the energy consumption. The other is based on the architectural planning factors of a building. The assessment models are proposed to understand buildings' energy efficiency and to compare the energy consumption level for general users. The applicability of proposed application has been evaluated by conducting a case study. The case study is targeting university buildings. Result: Energy efficiency potentials were proposed using weighting factor which was calculated by the impact on energy consumption of a building according to parameters. The mobile application used the simple energy assessment model by energy efficiency potentials and was developed for a smartphone By using the mobile application, numerous general users of smartphones can easily and conveniently access information pertaining to buildings, energy consumption, and reductions in energy consumption. The proposed application enables user to find more energy efficient buildings by comparing energy status and energy efficiency potential by given information.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 모바일 BIM 애플리케이션 적용성 분석 (Analysis of Applying the Mobile BIM Application based on Cloud Computing)

  • As a futuristic construction model, building information model (BIM) based project management system (PMIS) and mobile BIM simulator apps have been showing visible sign. However, researches on the BIM based 3D simulator using mobile device are hard to find result from limitation of mobile device (slow speed at huge 3D file, display size, and etc.) and undefined standard of business processes. Therefore, this research aims at studying application of mobile BIM apps based on cloud computing. Total 8 BIM cloud apps were selected and analyzed in the 5 application feasibility characteristics (speed, view, inquiry, markup, and usability). This research would be essential phase to construct BIM based mobile project management system using cloud computing in the future.

Evaluation of Functionality and Added Value Factors to the Usage of Mobile Telecommunication Services

  • Purpose - This study aims to provide a brief understanding of usability and its extended models with TAM as well as identifying additional determinants that had been suggested in previous studies on mobile services. Research design, data, and methodology - Empirical data were collected by conducting a field survey of potential mobile application service users. The call for participation was also made in mobile related application issues, which were widely discussed. Result - The ease of use and usefulness had a significantly positive influence on attitude and intention. It also was revealed that added value services can offer practical value to customers. Thus, positive attitudes toward the adoption of services by customers are present when they perceive higher usefulness and ease of use of mobile application services. Conclusion - It was indicated that customers who are more inclined to try new products or who have a higher demand for new things tend to think about those functionalities and added value mobile application services from the perspective of usefulness and ease of use and operation.
