초등학교 건축의 노인시설 복합화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mixed-use Directions for Elderly People in Primary School Facilities)

  • New buildings are to be needed for an aging society. But, there may be a solution on the multi-purpose & mixed-use existing facilities. Therefore this study is focused on verification of mixed-use school facilities's potentialities. If possible, I want to suggest some directions of renewal primary school planning. The results of this study are as follows : 1) It is important to make a policy for improving the educational environment, 2) Future buildings must be planned by the principles based on the lifelong learning, 3) Mixed-use building blocks need to be laid out by the concept of accessibility, 4) We can use existing primary school's areas as a elderly welfare facilities without any renovation and increasing areas.

Flexible Zoning and Mixed Use in Seoul, Korea Planning Implications of Seoul's Zoning Model

  • Zoning has long been criticized for its negative effects and has been taken for granted that zoning works as a hurdle to urban diversity. Responses in the US have emphasized more fine-grained zoning approaches that plan mixed use. This paper introduces and evaluates Seoul's zoning system as a possible alternative. While US zoning regulations have relied on distinguishing ever larger numbers of land use zoning categories, Seoul has opted to integrate new land uses into existing classifications, allowing for greater flexibility of use in each zone. Using municipal building records to evaluate land use in three mid-density residential districts, this paper demonstrates that Seoul's flexible zoning is capable of producing diverse mixed use neighborhoods. It then highlights the potential downside of this approach, showing that flexibility allows for the commercialization and sectoral gentrification of residential districts. It concludes by suggesting that a combination of flexible zones and more fine-grained plans would capture the advantages of both US and Korean planning.

현장 적용성을 고려한 섬유혼입 초고강도 콘크리트의 내화성능 평가 (An Evaluation of Fire Resistance Performance for Fiber-Mixed Ultra High Strength Concrete on Field application)

  • Recently, It has increased to use ultra high strength concrete. It is effective to mix organic fibers for preventing spalling. But if fiber mixed, flowability of concrete is decreases. The aim of this study is to evaluation of fire resistance performance for fiber-mixed ultra high strength concrete on field application. As a result, flowability of nylon fiber mixed concrete is better than polyethylene fiber mixed. In non-fiber and polyethylene fiber mixed concrete, spalling occurred. And strain converged at 0.004. Also, residual strength could not evaluate. Nylon fiber mixed concrete is effective to prevent spalling. And it remians 50% residual strength compare with compressive strength at room temperature.

복합건축의 수직동선 이용자별 효율적인 제3동선의 설정 (The Effective Third Circulation Plan Based on Elevator and Escalator Users Surveys in Mixed-Use Buildings)

  • The purpose of the study is to survey the effective methodology of composition and connection for the third pedestrian routes in mixed-use building by case studies. The study is performed as follows: First of all, pedestrian routes are classified into malling route, evacuation route, and the Third route. Secondly, case studies are conducted based on the classification. Thirdly, it is investigated about the composition and connection of the malling and the Third pedestrian route. The investigation is focused on gate, path, central area, vertical circulation(EV and escalator) and the four circulation elements. Finally, the effective methodology is extracted for setting the Third route in mixed-use buildings. The conclusion of the study is as follows: The enhancement of consistency and connection between the main route and the Third route is important for providing convenient paths especially to users who needs shortcut, EV/ES users. Additionally, the connections between EV and gate, between shortcut and EV/ES should be increased to enable users choosing their path as needed.

주상복합 건축물의 동선계획 중요도 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of the Circulation Planning Importance in mixed-use Buildings)

  • High-rise mixed-use buildings are consisted of various facilities and circulations. Since various facilities and circulations are planned in a single site, circulation planning should be established after identifying the exact characteristics of facility and circulation. To this end, the components of the circulation planning in accordance with the formation of facility types are analyzed through the survey of experts based on Delphi Method. To identify the characteristics of the mixed-use buildings, by figuring out how the elements of circulation planning which are sought to be important by the planner has been reflected through analysis of the correlation between two sections. Researching on the circulation between two sections through Delphi Method and reflected circulation planning, it reaches the conclusion that the circulation of planning on the subject building is applied following the importance. In other words, the components of circulation planning which were sought to be important by the planner are reflected significantly when they planned the circulation planning on that mixed-use buildings. However, in case of design on the outdoor vehicle circulation, minimizing on the vehicle circulation at the 1st floor is not applied for the majority of the subject buildings different from the importance. In early 2000, high end residential buildings designed for mixed-use building have been specialized at vehicle-centered outdoor space and hotel style drop-off. Contrastively, sizable outdoor space at the 1st floor is designed to open to the residents and the local by minimizing the vehicle circulation in recent. Finally it shows that the way of circulation planning has been changed in accordance with time and trend.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze City squares in Europe according to Biophilic Design elements to apply domestic Indoor Squares in Mixed-use building for relaxation. This study seeks to present a direction for designing an indoor square that uses the aspects of European city square. The following details consist the purpose of the study. First, Perspective from the Biophilic design and analyzing criteria of Europe city square. Second, European city square is analyzed to establish the criteria to be applied to indoor square. Third, based on European city square analysis, the planning direction for domestic indoor square is suggested. This result of paper proceeds as follows. First, it describes the analysis of the Indoor Squares of the domestic Mixed-use building. The results were derived of the fact that not applying the water elements and Facade greening. Second, In Europe Square, It is accounted for the highest proportion (33%) of the spaciousness. Third, Through a comparative analysis domestic indoor square was derived that the higher the need to improve the spaciousness and botanical motif. It is the ultimate goal of this study based on the analysis of the city square to set the criteria for the biophilic design of the indoor square to present the orientation of the indoor square.

친환경건축물 인증제도 평가를 통한 고층 주거용 건물의 환경성능 분석 (A Study on the Analysis of Environment Performances in High-Rise Residential Building Through Green Building Certification System)

  • In case of Korea, immovable property like location, land prise or investment value is more highly estimated than quality of life of residents for performance and value of apartment house, because of limited land area or high density of population. But the high level of life has recently caused the increasing demand in better life. As there is no cases to provide the house in bulk due to the housing market condition, it is necessary to evaluate performance and value of structure, disaster prevention safety, habitability, antiquated condition of building and equipment, maintenance condition and so on that has importantly influence on resident's life quality. So, this study aims to understand the actual condition of environmental performance for the present apartment by comparing the designated apartment, which is ready to have completed in Daegu, with the mixed use residential building, which gained the best grade for green building certification system. Also by analyzing and evaluating a right to enjoy sunshine, floor impact noise etc. and indoor air quality.

레미콘 품질 안정화를 위한 효율적인 단위수량 관리 방안 (Efficient Unit-Water Management Method for Stabilizing the Quality of Ready-mixed Concrete)

  • In the manufacturing process of ready-mixed concrete, quantity management directly affects the workability and strength of concrete. Therefore, water quantity is the most important management factor for water quality control of ready-mixed concrete. It can be said that the number of unit water in the mix design, the water quantity due to the surface water contained in the aggregate used, and the water quantity taking into account the concentration of sludge contained in the recycling water when using the recycling water are factors that affect the quantity management of ready-mixed concrete. In this study, as a stable quality control method of ready-mixed concrete, a quantity management method by aggregate surface water and a sludge concentration management method according to the use of recycling water were proposed. Thus, we tried to suggest an efficient quantity management method for stabilizing the quality of ready-mixed concrete.

마이크로버블이 유화처리 정제유지류(ERCO)혼입 고로슬래그 다량 치환 콘크리트의 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Micro Bubble on the High-Voiume Slag Concrete Mixed with Emulsified Refined Cooking Oil)

  • Although the carbonation problem of high-volume slag concrete has been solved by the mixed use of emulsified refine cooling oil as the pilot study, there was an instance of securing air quantity and frost resistance followed by the use of Expancel due to the problem of having vulnerability in frost resistance in result as the air quantity has not been secured. But due to the problem of Expancel not being economical, air quantity and frost resistance of high-volume slag concrete mixed with ERCO are attempted to be secured using micro bubble that can remain in the water for a long time as a relatively economical and very microscopic bubble.

고품질 순환골재 활용에 따른 건설 산업의 경제적 효과 및 순환골재 생산 산업의 비용 편익 분석 (Analysis of the Economic Effect of the Construction Industry and the Cost-benefit Analysis of the Recycled Aggregate Production Industry According to the Use of High-quality Recycled Aggregate)

  • 본 연구는 순환골재의 고품질 사용 활성화를 위해 품질확보 기술의 뒷받침을 전제로 하여 순환골재의 활용에 따른 건설산업의 경제적 효과 및 순환골재 생산 산업의 가치 증대 영향을 분석을 목적으로 한다. 이에 고품질 순환골재 활용을 통해 얻을 수 있는 레미콘 생산비용을 순환골재 품질기준에서 권고한 순환골재 적용 비율에 따라 분석하고, 국내 레미콘 산업규모와 순환골재 물량 충족률을 파악하여 일반레미콘과 순환골재 적용 레미콘 산업의 경제적 효과를 분석하였으며, 비용 편익 분석법을 활용하여 고품질의 순환골재 생산 및 판매에 따른 편익을 검토하였다. 그 결과 레미콘 생산비용은 적용 비율에 따라 2.3~16.2%의 절감효과를, 순환골재 활용에 따른 건설 산업의 경제적 효과는 약 1,068~1,426억 수준을, 순환골재 생산 산업의 가치 증대 영향은 약 1.22배 편익을 발생시켰다.
