젖소의 초음파 유도 채란율에 대한 FSH 전처리 효과의 비교 (Effect of FSH Pretreatment on Follicle Development and Oocyte Recovery by Ultrasound-guided Aspiration in Holstein Heifers)

  • Ultrasound-guided follicular aspiration was performed in Holstein heifers once weekly with or without pretreatment of single or multiple decreasing doses using a total of 400 mg FSH. Oocytes were aspirated with a 6.5 MHz convex-array ultrasound trasducer designed for intravaginal use. All the visible follicles larger than 4 mm in diameter were punctured with a 17 gauge, 55 cm needle at each aspiration session and the follicular fluids containing oocytes were obtained by vacuum suction. The results obtained were as follows: As a preliminary experiment, the recovery rates of folicular oocytes by ultrasound-guided aspiration from the isolated ovaries of Korean native cows were compared between suction methods using manual syringe or vacuum pump. The recovery rate of oocytes using vacuum pump (80.7%) was significantly (P<0.05) higher than that using manual syringe (47.1%). The follicles were counted by their size in diameter with ultrasound image, and recovery rates and grades of follicular oocytes collected by ultrasound-guided aspiration were investigated in Holstein heifers pretreated with or without FSH. A group of heifiers were injected with multiple decreasing doses (twice a day for 3 days) of a total of 400 mg FSH. The other 2 groups were injected with a single dose of 400 mg FSH mixed with 25% PVP. Ultrasound observation of follicle population and/or ultrasound-guided transvaginal oocyte aspiration were performed 12 hrs following the last FSH injection in the multiple dose group, and 48 or 60 hrs after FSH injection in the single dose groups. Most of the visible follicles had small size of less than 3 mm in diameter in unstimulated heifers (71.0%), but medium size in all the heifers treated with FSH. (70.5 to 92.8%). The number of OPU follicles per session (4.6$\pm$1.9) were much less, compared to the vilsible follicle counts (9.7$\pm$2.2), in the nustimulated heifers due to the small dominant follicles. Among 4 goups of heifers the most visible as well as OPU follicles were observed in the heifers at 60 hrs following treatment of a single dose of 400 mg FSH (21.2$\pm$2.3 and 21.0$\pm$2.0), and the differences in both the follicle counts between the groups was found significant (P<0.05) The rates of oocyte recovery from the follicles by ultrasound-guilded aspiration were varied 46.3 to 75.0% in the heifers unstimulated and treated with a single dose of 400 mg FSH, but the group difference was not significant. The number of recovered oocytes per session a, pp.ared to be highest at aspiration at 60 hrs following single FSH (10.6$\pm$2.2) than at aspiration at 48 hrs after single FSH (7.8$\pm$2.7) or in the unstimulated heifers (3.4$\pm$3.0). The proportion of grade I and II oocytes to all oocytes collected was varied 31.8 to 64.0% between the groups. However, there was found no significant difference in both the number of oocytes recovered per session and the percentage and the percentage of grade I and II oocytes. From the above results it was concluded that the more oocytes of superior quality might be recovered economically by ultrasound-guided aspiration at 60 hrs following the pretreatment of a single dose of 400 mg FSH and by suction using a vacuum pump system of about negative pressure of 75 to 85 mmHg.

호텔 뷔페음식(飮食)에 관(關)한 실태조사(實態調査) -제(弟) 2보(報). 여성(女性)들의 뷔페식당(食堂)에서의 끽식행동(喫食行動)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)- (The Present State and Problems of Hotel Buffet Styled Restaurant -II. A Survey of Ecology in Food and Nutrition of Some Urban Females Dining in Hotel Buffet Styled Restaurant-)

  • An eating behavior research was done with 50 females at a buffet styled restaurant during their lunch time. Of the respondents, 52.0% were professional and 54.0% were graduate school graduates. Of the respondents, 58.0% of the company were friends and 24.0% were relatives. The average time period of eating was $93.0{\pm}23.4$ minutes. The average frequency of taking food was $4.0{\pm}1.1$ and the average frequency of taking food after satiety was $1.4{\pm}0.8$. It is significant that lower frequency of food consumption was directly proportional to the age groups of respondents. The average selected food items were $30.4{\pm}7.1$ out of 175 and the average weight of the consumed food was $995.0{\pm}240.9$ g. The older age group chose a similar number of food items, but the amount of each food item was considerably less than younger. So the younger the age group was, the more they ate. The average food items at one time was $7.1{\pm}2.2$ and the average food weight time was $233.7{\pm}69.7$ g. The percentage of respondents who evaluated themselves as 'ate too much' was 70.0% and those who evaluate themselves 'ate properly' was 14.0%. Most of them were satisfied with the buffet service. The average of number of food items consumed by respondents before cooking was $50.5{\pm}8.9$. The consumption of calories and nutrients was compared with the Korean Daily Recommended Dietary Allowances. The consumed calories were 60.9% of RDAs, protein 104.4%, calcium 77.1%, iron 129.8%, vitamin A 66.5%, thiamin 96.0%, riboflavin 95.7%, niacin126.6% and ascorbic acid 112.3%. This data exceeded 1/3 of the Korean Daily RDAs tremendously and tells us extreme overeating. The energy ratio of carbohydrate: fat: protein was 51.6: 29.9: 18.5. Caloric consumption of animal food was 27.9% and the consumption rate of the other nutrients from animal food was considerably high. But the consumption rate of vitamin A was 90.9% from vegetable groups. Accoding to this study, buffet service gives some advantages. It gives customers an good opportunity to vary their food intake, which enhances eating experiences and can cause an improvemont of food habits. But overeating is a problem. Therefore, we think it is necessary for those women who have influence over their family's food selection, to have nutrition education about a desirable order of eating a meal, food selection, and health problems due to overeating at buffet styled restaurant. There should be some improvement in the management of buffet service. For example, proper temperature, texture, and freshness of the food should be maintained. Prevention of mixed food smells should be considered as well. To lower the price it is desirable to reduce the number of similar items and to use seasonal food as much as possible. A buffet styled restaurant with less food items with cheaper prices is recommended. Various traditional food should be developed for the menu items. We expect buffet services to be sutable to maintain good health and to be popular to any eater.

김치의 공업적(工業的) 생산(生産)을 위한 공업표준화(工業標準化)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) 제(第)1보(報) 공업적생산(工業的生産)을 위한 조사(調査) (Studies on Kimchi for its Standardization for the Industrial Production Part 1. Survey of Status Industrial Production)

  • 1) In Seoul, it was known that the season for preparing Kimchies (fermented vegetables) for the winter was from the middle of November to early in December, in which the preparing rates of Kimchies in the middle of November, the end of November and early in December were 32.7%, 41.3% and 12.5%, respectively. The time that the largest quantity of them was prepared was about the end of November. 2) The average cost of Kimchies prepared for the winter for a family of four, five, six and seven was $10,000{\sim}15,000$ Won, $15,100{\sim}20,000$ Won, $10,100{\sim}20,000$ Won and $10,100{\sim}20,000$ Won, respectively, and the cost did not increase in proportion to members of a family. In case of the family of $6{\sim}7$, the cost for Kimchies showed a wide range compared with those for the family of $4{\sim}5$ 3) The main raw materials of kimchi for one person for the winter required $12{\sim}20$ heads of Chinese cabbages, $14{\sim}20$ roots of radishes, $4{\sim}7$ cloves of garlics and $300{\sim}500g$ of powdered red pepper. 4) The residents living in Seoul had prepared the several kinds of the pickles for the winter as follows; (1) Chinese cabbage Kimchi (98.9%), (2) Whole Chinese cabbage Kimchi (74.7%), (3) Kkakdugi (68.6%), (4) Dongchimi (66.4%) and (5) Chong-kak Kimchi (63.3%). It has, therefore. been considered that the five kinds of Kimchies mentioned above may be industrialized. 5) Uniqueness of the raw materials used for the most popular Chinese cabbage Kimchi was to use leeks, garlics, red peppers and gingers as spices, and it was also known that proper amounts of salted shrimp pickles and oysters was mixed to the Kimchies. Therefore, it had been considered that the characteristics of Chinese cabbage Kimchies for the winter had the hot taste with freshness. 6) For keeping the Kimchies during the winter about the half of the pickle jars was buried in the ground, and another half of them were wrapped in the straw bags or styropol and they were placed on the ground or kept in the basement, 7) In most case (80.9%), the salt concentration of pickling was adjusted by one's experiences, and only 19% of them was measured with the instruments. 8) Most of remaining kimchies were usually used for other cooks, but some of them were thrown away. 9) The ratio of the people who had ever bought the market Kimchies for their own edibility was 17.8% and most of them got it only in the spring and summer season. 10) About 18% of the residents living in the general houses in Seoul had ever bought the market Kimchies. It was also known that about 48% of the residents living in the general houses and about 79% of the residents living in the apartments wanted to purchase the market Kimchies if the production of the delicious Kimchies were industrialized. The season that the people wanted to get the market Kimchies was a little different each other among the residents. About 13.4% of the residents living in the general houses wanted to purchase the Kimchies during the summer, and 11.9% of them wanted to get it throughout the year. On the other hand, in case of the apartments, 25.2% of the residents wanted to get it during the summer and 24.4% of them wanted it throughout the year (4 seasons) and 19.9% of them wanted it during two seasons. The data mentioned above have shown that many residents hope strongly an industrial production of the Kimchies. It is also true that many residents living in both the general houses and apartments want to get the market kimchies throughout the year, and particulary during the summer season that most foods are very apt to be spoiled.

옥수수-연맥 헤어리벳치 작부체계에서 옥수수에 대한 헤어리벳치 녹비효과 (Effect of Hairy Vetch Green Manure on Corn Growth and Yield Cropping System of Corn-Oats/Hairy Vetch)

  • 추파연맥-옥수수 이모작 작부체계에서 헤어리벳치 녹비 이용의 가능성 및 그 효과를 검정하기 위해 1999년 및 2000년의 2년간 작물시험장 발포장에서 옥수수 수확 후 9월 초순 연맥과 헤어리벳치를 혼파하여 11월 초순 일차적으로 사초를 수확하고 난 후 월동한 벳치를 옥수수의 녹비로 이용하였을 때의 효과를 조사하였는데 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 옥수수 단작에서 벳치단파에 따른 옥수수에 대한 2년 평균 벳치녹비량 6.7cm/ha의 효과는 연맥이모작의 옥수수 질소표준비와 거의 동일하였다. 연맥과 혼파시의 벳치의 녹비 및 녹비질소량은 벳치 단파시의 40%에 불과하여 옥수수 6엽기에 조사한 토양질산태 질소량도 벳치-녹비구 및 연맥-표준질소구보다 반 이하로 감소하였고 식물체 질소함량이 많이 감소하여 출사기 옥수수 질소흡수량이 40-50kg/ha 감소하였다. 그러나 옥수수 6엽기에서의 토양질산태 질소가 무질소비료구의 2배 정도였으며 시험 2년차에는 추비질소가 필요없이 토양 질산태 질소수준인 25mg/kg에 거의 접근하였으며, 출사기에서의 옥수수 질소흡수량이 무질소비료구보다 약 30-40kg/ha 증가하였다. 시험 1년차 연맥+베치-녹비구의 옥수수 전건물중은 벳치-녹비구 및 연맥-표준질소구보다 종실중이 다소 감소하여 약 2 ton/ha 정도의 수량 감소가 있었지만 시험 2년차는 동일하였다. 옥수수 1년차에 약 60kg/ha, 2년차에 20kg/ha 감소하였으며, 연맥-무질소구에 비해서는 1년차 30kg/ha, 2년차 45kg/ha 정도 증가하여 질소화학비료 50-100kg/ha 대체효과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 뚜렷한 녹비의 2년 누적효과를 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 옥수수의 단작시의 헤어리벳치녹비보다는 효과가 적지만 연맥 이모작시에도 연맥과의 혼파에 의한 헤어리벳치의 녹비 및 질소비료 절감효과도 충분히 크며 녹비의 누적효과도 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

뿌리혹병 및 시들음병에 대한 저항성 양배추와 브로콜리 유전자원 탐색 (Evaluation of Cabbage- and Broccoli-genetic Resources for Resistance to Clubroot and Fusarium Wilt)

  • Brassica olerace의 주요 병해인 뿌리혹병과 시들음병에 대한 저항성 유전자원을 발굴하기 위하여, 농업유전자원정보센터로부터 제공받은 양배추(B. oleracea var capitata) 유전자원 60개와 브로콜리(B. oleracea var italica) 유전자원 6개의 뿌리혹병과 시들음병에 대한 저항성을 검정하였다. 유전자원의 뿌리혹병에 대한 저항성 검정을 위해서, 분양 받은 유전자원들의 유묘에 뿌리혹병균 Plasmodiophora brassicae의 포자현탁액을 접종하였다. 실험한 유전자원 중 양배추 유전자원 4개는 중도저항성을 보였으며, 이들 중 양배추 유전자원 'K166220'는 가장 높은 저항성을 나타냈다. 나머지 유전자원들은 감수성을 보였다. 한편, 유전자원의 시들음병에 대한 저항성을 검정하기 위하여 분양 받은 유전자원 유묘의 뿌리를 Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. conglutinans 포자 현탁액에 침지하여 접종하였다. 실험한 유전자원 중 양배추 유전자원 17개와 브로콜리 유전자원 5개는 저항성, 양배추 유전자원 16개는 중도저항성 그리고 나머지 유전자원은 감수성이었다. 특히 양배추 유전자원 3종('IT227115', 'K161791', 'K173350')과 브로콜리 유전자원 2종('IT227100', 'IT227099')은 시들음병에 대하여 높은 저항성을 보였다. 본 연구에서 확인된 뿌리혹병과 시들음병 저항성 유전자원들은 뿌리혹병과 시들음병 저항성 육종에 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

Leuconostoc mesenteroides의 내산성 변이주의 김치발효에 미치는 효과 (Strain Improvement of Leuconostoc mesenteroides as a Acid-Resistant Mutant and Effect on Kimchi fermentation as a Starter)

  • Leu. mesenteroides KCCM 35471을 변이처리하고 젖산과 초산이 2:1로 함유된 유기산 조정 배지에서 screening을 하여 유기산 내성 변이균주 M-200을 얻었다. 내산성 개량균주 M-200과 야생균주 LM-W는 $10^{\circ}C\~30^{\circ}C$ 온도범위와 pH $3.5\~4.5$의 영역에서 생육 특성에 대해 실험을 행하였다. 내산성 변이균주 M-200의 경우에는 HCI로 조절한 배지에서는 $10^{\circ}C$, pH 3.5영역에서도 증식하였다. 유기산으로 조절한 배지에서는 $10^{\circ}C$, pH 3.8의 영역까지 증식하였다. 내산성 변이균주 M-200과 야생균주 LM-W를 김치에 starter로 첨가하여 $10^{\circ}C$에서 발효시킨 결과를 살펴보면, 내산성 변이균주 M-200은 김치 발효가 끝나는 시점까지 산도 0.55 이하를 유지하였다. 이는 김치의 적숙 기간을 산도가 $0.4\~0.75\%$일 때로 본다면 내산성 변이균주 M-200을 첨가한 군은 발효기간 내내 적숙기를 유지한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 이를 야생균주 LM-W를 첨가한 군과 비교해보면 가식기간이 약 3.5배 연장됨을 볼 수 있었다. 그러나 지나친 M-200의 생육으로 Lac. plantarum의 생육이 떨어지고 김치의 산도가 올라가지 못하고 신맛이 부족하여 김치의 관능이 떨어졌다. 유기산 분석에 있어서도 젖산의 생산이 대조군에 비해 발효 21일째부터는 약 절반 정도 밖에 생산하지 못하였다 따라서 starter 첨가량 조절과 다른 변이주 들과의 혼합첨가를 한다면 좋은 관능을 갖는 김치를 생산할 수 있을 것으로 생각되었다.

시설재배 후작 벼 재배를 위한 친환경적 시비 기술 (Method of Environmental-Friendly Fertilization for Rice Cultivation after Vegetable Copping in Green House Soil)

  • 본 시험은 영남지역 과채류 등의 시설재배지 후작으로 벼 재배시 합리적인 시비법에 대한 체계를 확립하여 농자재 절감, 각종 재해 방지 및 수질오염 방지 등을 통한 환경 농업의 기초자료 얻고자 시험을 수행한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 시험 후 토양의 화학적 특성은 시험전 토양에 비하여 pH, 유효인산, 치환성 칼리는 감소하였으나 유기물은 큰 차이가 없는 경향이었고 EC로부터 산출한 제염의 정도인 제염률은 기비생략구가 높은 경향이었다. 주요시기별 토양 중 $NH_4-N$의 변화는 '98년보다 '99년도가 다소 높은 경향이었다. 시비량이 많을수록 높았다. 주요시기별 초장과 경수의 변화도 토양 $NH_4-N$과 동일한 경향이었다. 수확기 벼 식물체의 T-N은 '98년도에 일정한 경향이 없었고, '99년도에는 시비량이 많을수록 높은 경향이었다. 수량 및 수량구성요소는 '99년에 천립중이 높았고 수당립수도 많은 경향이었다. 수량은 '98년엔 처리간 차이가 없었다. '99년도에는 관행구에서 높은 경향이었다. 시비 질소 이용률은 '98년에는 기비 생략구에서 높았고 '99년도는 관행구에서 높은 경향이었다. 따라서 당해연도에 시설원예작물이 재배된 경우에 후작으로 벼 재배시 기비생략 등의 감비재배법이 비료절감, 수질오염 경감, 안정적 수량 확보 등의 이점이 있을 것으로 생각된다. 그러나 벼 재배 2년차부터는 관행시비가 가능할 것으로 생각되었다.

  • 본 시험은 충남대학교 농과대학 초지시험포장에서 1996년 9월부터 1998년 12월까지 속간교잡종인 Festulolium braunii (Paulita)의 혼파가능성을 타진하고자, A(control);orchardgrass(seeding rate 60%) + tall fescue 20% + Kentucky bluegrass 10% + white clover 10%, B; orchardgrass 60% + tall fescue 20% + Festulolium braunii 10% + white clover 10%, C; orchardgrass 60% + Festulolium braunii 20% + Kentucky bluegrass 10% + white clover 10%, D; orchardgrass 30% + Festulolium braunii 30% + red clover 40% 등의 4개 혼파조합을 두어 난괴법 4반복으로 건물수량과 품질을 비교하였으며, 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 건물수량은 상번초 위주의 D 혼파조합이 가장 놓았다(P<0.05). Kentucky bluegrass를 Festulolium braunii로 대체한 B 혼파조합이 A 혼파조합에 비하여 건물수량이 높은 결과를 보였으나, tall fescue를 Festulolium braunii로 대체한 C 혼파조합의 건물수량은 A(control) 혼파조합에 비하여 오히려 낮게 나타났다. CP, NDF, ADF, hemi-cellulose 및 cellulose 함량은 혼파조합간에 차이가 없었다. 그러나 건물소화율(DMD)은 97년에는 혼파조합간에 차이가 없었으나, 98년도에는 Festulolium braunii와 두 과목초의 식생비율이 상대적으로 높았던 C와 D의 혼파조합이 A나 B 혼파조합에 비하여 높은 결과를 보였다(P<0.05). CP와 DDM수량은 D 혼파조합이 다른 혼파조합에 비하여 가장 놓았다(P<0.05). 식생비율은 Festulolium braunii를 혼파한 B, C, D 혼파조합에서 Festulolium branunii의 식생비율이 높게 유지되었는데, D 혼파조합은 Festulolium braunii의 식생비율이 40~60%로 가장 높았다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 Festulolium braunii는 orchardgrass + red clover와 같은 상번초위주로 혼파하는 것이 가장 좋다고 하겠으며, Festulolium braunii는 상번초의 tall fescue보다는 하번초인 Kentucky bluegrass를 대체하여 혼파하는 것이 바람직하다고 하겠다.

초지에서 토양 개량에 관한 연구 I. 양토에서 도로마이트 입자도와 패각분 시용이 토양특성과 목초의 수량 및 사료가치에 미치는 영향 (Study on the Soil Improvement in the Grassland I. Effects of the dolomite particle and the shell powder application on soil characteristics, dry matter yield and nutritive value of forages in loam soil)

  • 본 시험은 양토에 조성된 혼파초지에서 석회석의 입자도 및 패각분이 토양특성, 목초의 건물수량 및 영양성분에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 축산기술연구소 초지사료과의 시험포장에서 무처리, $Ca(OH)_2$, 도로마이트 0.5, 2.0, 4.0mm 및 패각분을 각각 중화량으로 총 6처리로 하여 '94년부터 '96년까지 실시하였다. 분진발생율은 도로마이트 시용으로 크게 줄일 수 있었으며, 용해율은 패각분 시용구에서 가장 높았다. 목초의 3년 평균 건물 수량은 소석회>패각분>도로마이트 0.5mm>4.0mm>2.0mm>무처리>순이었으며 유의적인 수량차이는 없었다. 목초의 무기물 함량 중 Ca과 Mg 모두 '94년에는 처리간 차이는 없었으나 '95년에는 무처리보다 모두 증가하였으며, K와 Na은 처리간 차이가 없었다. 석회 요구량은 연차가 경과할수록 ha당 2,630kg에서 6,150kg으로 크게 증가하였으며, 토양경도는 초기에는 적정범위였으나 시용 후 시간이 경과할수록 토양이 단단해지는 경향이었다. 토양삼상은 무처리를 제외하고 처리구가 고상 함량이 낮았다. 토양유기물 함량과 유효인산 함량은 패각분 처리가 높았으며, K, Ca과 Mg 함량은 처리간 차이가 없었다. Ca 함량은 '95년에는 시험전 토양보다 약간 높았고, '96년은 약간 감소하였다. 또한 Mg 함량은 '95년과 '96년 모두 시험전에 비하여 감소하였다. 이상의 결과로서 도로마이트와 패각분은 토양개량시 석회 대체제로서 농가에서 분진 발생 및 연안오염을 해결할 수 있는 가능성을 보여 주었으며, 양토 초지에서 도로마이트나 패각분은 3년마다 시용하여 주는 것이 바람직할 것이다.

  • In Korea, nation and nationalism are undeniable justice, absolute virtue and moreover system of desire. From the late Chosun Dynasty when the Korean Peninsula had to survive from the critical situation of being the arena of competition, and through the colonial period under Japanese imperialism, nationalism became stronger as a logic of survival. The policy of seclusion under closed and exclusive nationalism that didn't recognize the world situation well enough, eventually gave more pain to the nation. Nationalism in colonial Korea which was as reformed nationalism and on the other hand, as intransigent, resisting nationalism. Since the purpose of this writing is not for clarifying the argument raised on Korean nationalism, there is no use mentioning how it went with the change of time. But we have to focus on the fact that the word 'nation' which appeared under the influence of popular revolution and capitalism meaning 'a group of people', was translated and understood as a racial concept for strengthening the unity of 'single-race nation with five thousand years' history. First of all, there is nationalism used to fortify the system. 'The Charter of National Education' and 'The Pledge of Allegiance' were ornaments to intensify the ruling ideology and dictatorship to militarize entire South Korea for 'settling Korean democracy' professed nationalism. Also, another ruling ideology armed with 'self-reliance' put North Korea into the state of hypnosis called nationalism. Nationalism, claiming 'nation' outwardly, but in reality, being an illuminating, instructing ideology isolating each other was indeed a body with two faces. Nationalism used to strengthening the system encountered the magical 'single-race' and made 'ghost' being an extreme exclusion to other nations. We can find pedigreed pureness not allowing any mixed breeds from the attitude accepting western art -via Japan or directly- and making it vague by using the word Korean and Asia. There's nationalism as a resistant ideology to solidify the system on the other side. It came out as a way of survival among the Great Power and grew with the task of national liberation to became as a powerful force facing against the dictatorship dominating South Korea after the liberation. This discussion of nationalism as a resistance ideology was active in 1980s. In 1980, democracy movement against the dictatorship of 5th Republic originated from military power which came out suppressing the democratic movement in Gwangju, spread out from the intellects and the students to the labors, farmers and the civilians. It is well known that the 'Nation-People(Minjoong)'s Art Movement could come out under this social condition. Our attitude toward nationalism is still dual in this opening part of 21st century. On one hand, they are opposing to the ultra-nationalism but are not able to separate it from nationalism, and on the other, they have much confusion using it. In fact, in a single-race nation like Korea, the situation of being nationalism and jus sanguinis together can cause dual nationalism. Though nationalism is included in the globalization order, it is evidence that it's effective in Korea where there are still modern fetters like division and separation. In particular, in the world where Japan makes East Asia Coalition but exposed in front of nationalism, and China not being free from Sinocentrism, and American nationalism taking the world order, and Russia fortifying nationalism suppressing the minority race after the dissolution of socialism, Korean nationalism is at the point to find an alternative plan superior to the ruling and resisting ideology.
