연속형 및 혼합이산형 최적설계법에 의한 농업용 수로교 교각 및 교대의 최적설계 (Optimum Design of Reinforced Concrete Agricultural Aqueduct Abutment and Pier Using Continuous and Mixed-Discrete Optimization Methods)

  • This study was conducted to find out the best optimum design method for the design of reinforced concrete agricultural aqueduct abutment and pier structures. The mixed-discrete optimization and continuous optimization method were applied to the design of reinforced concrete agricultural aqueduct abutment and pier and the results of these optimization methods were compared each other. It is proved that mixed-discrete optimization method is more reliable, efficient and reasonable than continuous optimization method for the optimum design of the reinforced concrete agricultural aqueduct abutment and pier.

  • In this study, a concrete was prepared using an alkaline aqueous solution produced by electrolyzing potassium carbonate in order to improve the low initial strength of concrete using blast furnace slag. In order to confirm the increase in initial strength, the compressive strength of specimens was measured on the age of 7, 28 days. As a result, the blast furnace slag concrete using the electrolysis alkaline aqueous solution as the mixed water show high strength more than the blast furnace slag concrete using the general mixed water.

  • High strength concrete was placed at the mass concrete slabs, walls, pillars of RC building from August till August. And the construction is going on now. This paper presents mix design, production, quality control and experience with field application of high strength ready-mixed concrete under hot weathered conditions. It is shown to be possible to produce high strength concrete that has 45MPa compressive strength using superplasticizer and cement replaced with 20% fly-ash with appropriate control.

  • High-strength concrete is used for building durability on the coast. It is common to order and produce the concrete from several ready mixed concrete companies. The concrete in Busan was also commissioned by 12 ready mixed concrete companies. The compressive strength and salt diffusion coefficient were measured. The average value and deviation were analyzed.

  • 시멘트 사용량을 줄이기 위한 방법으로 포졸란 반응재료들이 혼화재로 사용되고 있다. 우리나라 전역에 널리 매장되어 있는 황토는 친환경 재료로서, 포졸란 반응을 하는 활성황토는 콘크리트의 혼화재로 활용성이 증가하고 있다. 또한 PET보강섬유는 폐 PET병을 재활용하여 만든 친환경재료로서 콘크리트에 혼입되어 미세균열을 제어하는 역할을 한다. 하지만 보강섬유를 혼입한 콘크리트에 대한 연구는 아직도 미비한 실정이고 황토를 혼화재로 사용한 콘크리트의 경우 황토 혼화재의 포졸란 반응과 보강섬유의 보강효과가 복합적으로 나타날 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 황토와 PET보강섬유를 혼입한 콘크리트 거동 특성을 분석하기 위하여 건조수축 시험을 통해 황토와 PET보강섬유를 혼입한 콘크리트의 재료특성을 평가하였다.

  • 최근 환경오염과 처리비용의 문제로 레미콘(ready mixed concrete) 회수수를 배합수로 재이용하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 회수수를 너무 많이 이용할 경우 콘크리트의 품질이 저하 될 수 있다. 이런 이유로 KS표준규정에선 회수수 중 슬러지 고형성분의 혼입비율을 시멘트 중량의 3% 이하로 제한하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 규정이상의 슬러지 고형성분을 혼입한 경우, 콘크리트에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 실험결과에 따르면, 혼입율 증가에 따라 작업성은 떨어졌으나 강도발현은 좋게 나타났다. 또한 건조수축 및 동결융해 실험에서는 슬러지수 혼입에 따른 영향이 적은 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purposes of this study are to investigate the material characteristics and strength properties of concrete mixed with waste incinerated bottom ash(BA), and to evaluate the leaching of environmentally harmful heavy metals from the bottom ash itself and from hardened concrete mixed with bottom ash. For this purpose, two reference mixes with W/C ratios of 0.45 and 0.55 were used, and the replacement proportion of BA was varied with the ratios of 0%, 30%, 50%, 70%, and 100% by volume of fine aggregate in the reference mixes. The variation of compressive and splitting tensile strength, workability and unit weight of concrete were considered. Test results showed that the strengths, workability and unit weight decreased with increase in proportion of BA replaced. Leaching test results showed that there would be no environmentally harmful problem from using BA as the substitutes of fine aggregates in concrete.

  • This study is represented the strength and freeing-thawing properties of recycled aggregate concrete mixed fly ash by experiment. The experimental variables are the substitution ratio of recycled aggregate and the mixing ratio of fly-ash. For each specimens, there were tested compressive strength and freeze-thaw resistance. It is able to find from the experimental result that the recycled aggregate concrete has good properties as general concrete on the compressive strength and the durability.

  • This study deals with the effect on performance of epoxy resign mortar mixed special cement for surface control and maintenance of aging concrete construction. The test of main property of epoxy resign in this study are the evaluation on the adhesive strength between substrate and epoxy resign mortar under the environment of wet or concrete substrate surface. We gained the test results of good adhesive strength over 15 kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ under the wet and dry condition of concrete surface.

  • In this study, the influence of workability and strength of the concrete according to change temperature of portland cement were investigated by measurements of slump, air content and compressive strength.. As a result, ready mixed concrete using 5-20% mineral admixtures such as fly ash, blast furnace slag were desirable to prevent the increase in workability and strength of concrete in summer season
