음이온성 계면활성제(DBS)와 비이온성 계면활성제(Brij 30과 Brij 35)와의 혼합미셀화에 대한 비교연구 (Comparative Study on the Mixed Micellizations of Anionic Surfactant (DBS) with Nonionic Surfactnats (Brij 30 and Brij 35))

  • 25 ${^{\circ}C}$의 순수 물 및 n-부탄올 수용액에서 음이온성 계면활성제인 DBS (sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate)와 비이온성 계면활성제인 Brij 30 (polyoxyethylene(4) lauryl ether)과 Brij 35 (polyoxyethylene(23)lauryl ether)의 혼합미셀화에 대한 임계미셀농도(CMC)와 반대이온의 결합상수값(B)을 DBS의 겉보기몰분율($\alpha$1)의 함수로서 전도도법으로 측정하였다. 이와 같이 측정한 CMC값에 비이상적 혼합미셀화모델을 적용함으로써 여러 가지 열역학적 함수값(Xi, $\gamma$i, Ci, aiM, $\beta$${\Delta}H_{mix}$)들을 계산하여 상호 비교분석하였다. 그 결과, DBS는 Brij 30보다는 Brij 35와 더욱 강한 결합을 이루었으며 이상적 혼합미셀화로부터 더욱 큰 음의 벗어남을 보였다.

  • The efficient quality assurance system to prevent mixed assembly in introduced in this paper, It supports JIT(Just-In-Time) based Kanban and demand pull system. A new system is designed for the synchronized production and quality assurance using barcode and production kanban card, And the performance improvement method for the stable and fast response of the proposed system is suggested in this paper also. As the result of the proposed system, we improved production status visibility and quality traceability.

커플시스템의 파라메트릭 모델링 (Parametric Modelling of Coupled System)

  • In this successive study, the analytical realization of coupled system was introduced using the times series identification and spectrum analysis, which was compared with conventional FFT spectrum. Also, the numerical responses of second order system, which is coupled, were solved using the numerical calculation of Runge-Kutta Gill method. After numerical analysis, the displacement, velocity and acceleration were acquired. Among them, the response of displacement was used for the analysis of time series spectrum. Among several time series, the ARMAX algorithm was proved to be appropriate for the spectrum analysis of the coupled system. Using the separated response of 1st and 2nd mode, the mode was calculated separately. And the responses of mixed modes were also analyzed for calculation of the mixed modes in the coupled system.

혼합계면활성제의 수용액에서 4-ethylaniline의 가용화에 관한 연구 (Study on the Solubilization of 4-ethylaniline in the aqueous solutions of mixed surfactants)

  • 혼합계면활성제들의 임계미셀농도(CMC)값과 그 용액에서 4-ethylaniline의 가용화상수(Ks) 값을 UV-Vis법으로 측정하고 분석하였다. 그 결과 TTAB/LSB와 TTAB/TX-100 혼합계면활성제들은 이상적 혼합 미셀화로부터 크게 벗어나지 않았다. 그러나 SDS/LSB와 SDS/TX-100 혼합시스템은 큰 음의 벗어남을 보였다. 이러한 차이는 미셀 상에서 두 성분들의 상호작용의 세기가 서로 다름으로 나타났으며, 이것들이 4-ethylaniline의 가용화에 크게 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 순수 계면활성제 중에 음이온 계면활성제인 SDS가 다른 계면활성제보다 더 큰 Ks값을 보였으며, Ks값은 SDS≫TTAB≧LSB>TX-100 순으로 감소하였다. 그리고 혼합계면활성제에 의한 Ks값은 그것을 구성하는 순수 계면활성제의 Ks값보다 더욱 큰 값을 나타내었다.

연선의 혼합 모드 산란 계수 측정 시스템 (Mixed-mode S-parameter Measurement System of Twisted Pairs)

  • 본 논문에서는 연선의 성능 측정을 위한 혼합 모드 산란계수 측정시스템을 제안하였다. 연선은 균형 형태의 소자로써 일반적으로 동축 형태로 구현된 네트워크 분석기를 이용하여 특성 측정이 불가능하다. 이때, 발룬을 이용하여 균형 신호와 불균형 신호 간 변환을 통해 측정이 가능하지만 측정 주파수 대역폭이 제한되는 문제가 있다. 제안하는 시스템은 발룬을 사용하지 않고 4포트 벡터 네트워크 분석기와 설계한 고정구를 이용하여 혼합모드 산란계수를 측정하여 연선의 성능을 측정한다. 제안하는 시스템을 이용하여 상용 이더넷 케이블의 성능을 측정해보고 발룬의 이용한 결과와 비교해 보았다. 이를 통해 제안하는 시스템을 이용해 연선의 성능 측정이 가능함을 확인하였다.

  • In aqueous mixtures of cationic OTAC (octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) and anionic ADS (ammonium dodecyl sulfate) surfactants, mixed micelles were formed at low (< 0.2 wt %) total surfactant concentrations. For these mixtures mixed micelliza tion and interaction of surfactant molecules were examined. Mixed critical micelle concentration (CMC), thermodynamic potentials of micellization, and minimum area per surfactant molecule at the interface were obtained from surface tensiometry and electrical conductometry. The mixed micellar compositions and the estimation of interacting forces were determined on the basis of a regular solution model. The CMCs were reduced, although not substantial, and synergistic behavior of the ADS and OTAC in the mixed micelles was observed. The CMC reductions in this anionic/cationic system were comparable to those in nonionic/anionic surfactant systems. The interaction parameter $\beta$ of the regular solution model was estimated to be -5 and this negative value of $\beta$ indicated an overall attractive force in the mixed state.

마와 인조섬유 교직물의 물성 및 평가 (The Evaluation of Physical Properties and Hand of Bast/Man-Made Fiber Mixed Fabrics)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the physical properties and the hand of bast/man made fiber mixed fabrics compared to linen. The mixed fabrics were made by rayon, polyester and modal fiber as warp yarn, and ramie, flax, rayon/flax and cotton/flax as weft yarn. The crease resistance, drape, tensile strength/extension, water absorbancy and warmth retention were measured for test fabrics. The mechanical properties were measured by Kawabata system, and the hand value was calculated by previously developed equation. The results obtained from this study were as follows: The crease resistance and drape properties of bast/man made fiber mixed fabrics were improved compared to those of linen. The tensile strength of polyester/bast fiber mixed fabrics increased compared to those of linen, but rayon/bast and modal/bast fiber mired fabrics decreased. The extension of all mixed fabrics was increased compared to that of linen. The rayon/ramie and modal/ramie mixed fabrics showed lower warmth retention than linen. The mixed fabrics used rayon and modal as warp yarn showed higher water absorbancy than linen. The Koshi and Hari hand value of all mixed fabrics showed lower than those of linen. Fukurami hand value showed little difference between mixed fabrics and linen. Shari, Kishimi, and Shinayakasa hand value of rayon/bast and modal/bast fiber mixed fabrics showed higher than those of linen.

  • 레디믹스트 숏크리트의 적용성 평가에서는 기초 연구 결과를 바탕으로 현장실험을 통해 기존 현장배합 방식과의 품질 비교를 수행하였고, 지보재로서 장기적인 내구성 평가를 실시하였다. 그리고 규격화된 재료 생산을 위한 공장생산 시스템을 도출하고 시제품 생산도 실시하였다. 실제 시공현장에서 가장 효과적인 적용을 위해 일체형 사일로 믹서 설계 및 반영된 현장시공 시스템을 제안하였다. 또한, 시공성 및 경제성 평가를 통해 기존 현장배합 방식보다 우수한 적용 가능성을 확인하였다.

  • The study of the isolative determination of the mixed weak bases of INAH and NA-Pas potentimetrically considering the properties of solvents for the INAH and Na-PAS, dielectric constant and solvative properties of solvents are described. The methanol: dioxan (4:1) and glacial acetic acid: dioxan (4:1) are studied first as the mixed solvent, using the N/10 perchloric acid and glacial acetic acid solution as the titrant. The authors found that there is no inflection on INAH with the methanol: dioxan solvent system and on Na-PAS at glacial acetic acid dioxan solvent system. By applying methanol glacial acetic acid dioxan (1:1:1) solvent system, Na-PAS and INAH were successfully determined isolatively from the mixed sample, showing the distinguished inflections respectively as shown in the titration curves in figures 3 and 4. It is found that this method could save considerable time for the isolative determination of the mixed sample of week bases as Na PAS and INHA which were quite difficult to be determined by the present routine at control laboratory.
